I feel bad for our darling couple ... itni mushkil se jaakar shaadi poori hui, with all rasam sambhar, and now SR is indefinitely postponed ... they can't catch a break!
But the little chit chat under the blanket was cute ... the best that they could hope for under the circumstances. Especially after Arnav discovered a second camera

Yep, entire fandom is relieved about that as well, Arnav bitwa!
Kitchen and poori halwa scene was a bit stretched ... Khushi has been cooking in that kitchen for at least six months, if not longer ... didn't see the need to spend so much time on it. Though it was sweet the way the entire family pretended the food was good, even shutting up Mami in the process.
Payal has gone to the temple Does that mean next episode will see a new Payal? Darn ... I liked this one!
And Bond couple get to work ... Mission Laptop ... so get the family busy opening presents while the madly in love couple make their escape ...
Khushi tells NK to hold the fort ... NK,faithful friend as ever, doesn't question even once, but does his duty ... holding back Shyam very affably ... much to the surprise of Nani and Akash, who wonder at his sudden palliness with Jeeju. I liked that little touch ... Akash and Nani do not trust Shyam at all, and as far as they know, neither does NK. So that not very pleased surprise was very natural.
Arhi get to work on Shyam's laptop ... for Khushi, this should be old hat, been there done that ... but she lets Arnav take over, keeping guard anxiously ... Arnav has an easy time ... no password, no voice protection ... Shyam apparently hasn't learned from his mistakes last time. Or the cv's are rushing the track ... again! *head desk* ....
Wait ... it's ok, let them rush this part, I don't want another two episodes dedicated to the mystery of the pendrive And sure as hell there will be no 'Khushi, I love you' password this time.
So Arnav finds the video files, helpfully marked 'Special' and sees the home videos Shyam has been filming, including those of their bedroom ... I would be feeling really yucky at this point .... no wonder SR is postponed!!!

I loved the way Arhi are together every step of the way ... but the detective-giri was much more tense and serious during the kidnapping track.
And can Arnav steal Khushi away for some romance at some point? They are newly weds ... and deprived of privacy for a SR at that!!!
Quick update - not much decoding required, apparently the PH and SP have decided, the hell with subtle story-telling, it's not getting them anywhere, so now regular SP obvious in-your-face stuff. So be it!

Not with Creepwa monitoring and recording their every move. The play of emotions across their faces, the forced smiles on Khushi's ... as they try their best to act 'normal' ...
Thankfully, Bitwa's hormones are not totally dead and buried even after an admittedly harrowing day ... he only got one shock today compared to the last wedding day ... so he gets carried away for a moment when gorgeous biwi emerges from bathroom in her usual simple night suit (Bitwa, very poor planning on your part .. not even a sexy nighty for your sexy wife?) ... neither are bitiya's ... and then they both return to reality ... nope, not with Creepwa watching them ... under the blanket they go
So a simple, funny cute conversation ... all said and done, even with all the tension, Khushi is happy ... the two of them together in their own little world, and that's all she wants ... because the outside world is 'ajeeb' ... Arnav teases her that maybe for the outside world, she is the 'ajeeb' one ... ... an affectionate thump, shared laughter ... and then a heartfelt admission of satisfaction from Arnav too ... we did it, we're finally married.

Khushi nervous about hidden cameras, she has to make her first meal in the kitchen, and goofs up ... never mind that she has been cooking there for the last six months ... she gets nervous with simple poori halwa, never mind that this girl made all the desserts for the anniversary party, and did her own dabba service for a while ... in their bid to show Khushi as klutzy, cv's forget her character so regularly, it's not even funny any more!!! Stupid scene ... they could have shown her knocking over things in her worry about hidden cameras ... cooking is Khushi's strength!!!
Liked the family all manfully praising her food, except Arnav who eats it uncomplainingly and actually likes it just because she made it ... aww, that reminds me of my kids And Akash actually kept Mami quiet ...
Arnav reminds Khushi of their mission ... and Khushi takes over the execution ... get the family, including the reptilian component, together in one place, and check out VLR's laptop.
Again quite stupidly set up ... they couldn't have made it more obvious that they were stealing away!!! Cv's can't you make Arnav get an important call, and check out the laptop alone, while Khushi makes sure Snakewa doesn't leave? And if they have to check out the lappy together, then Khushi can make an excuse to join him ... phone, file, anything!
As mentioned above, I liked the NK-Khushi convo and NK's part ... determinedly doing his part in keeping Snakewa trapped, even though he's not sure why, but Khushi told him to and that's enough for him ... and Nani's and Akash's mystified glances ... they know that NK hates Snakewa as much as they do.
And Arnav bitwa, keep a thumb drive handy and download all Snakewa's files on to it ... then check them out later in peace! Thoda toh socho!!!

So Snakewa so cleverly keeps all his mysterious recordings in one place, marked "Special" just in case he forgets ... why didn't he label them 'Khufiya Home Videos' while he was about it? Just in case there was a chance of anyone missing them
I was impatient at the slow pace of putting the pieces together ... till I saw it did make sense ... they had to see Snakewa's activities, then realise it all happened the day of the godh bharayi ... and this is now geared to the regular TV audience who needs things spelt out

But TG they chose to portray it differently in the breakfast scene...damn sweet it was!! :)) kinda reminded me of the time rachel prepared dessert for thanksgiving and joey and ross convince everyone to pretend that they like it... here the raizadas do it all by themselves...even mami didn't taunt! :P Looks like finally there is some nayi soch.. TG for small mercies! :P I would have preferred ArHi reaching to conclusions faster than what they showed...khushi's continued stream of questions "arey, yeh to shyamji ka haath hain!" Shyam is the most butchered character in my view. Sometimes very smart, sometimes downright stupid. Khushi is next in queue but still they keep her true to her feeling f seeing goodness in all though to highly exaggerated extent.

and the dialogue writer and the director who missed such an obvious thing.

J, on ur point on family viewing, the strength of this PH has so far been the delivering of romantic tracks on the premise of imagination...its not so much what is there rather than what can be.....at some point it might wane...but their strength has been that ability to make a glance, a look, a word look more romantic than any heavy breathing scenes or insipid romantic tracks usually adopted by telly houses.
At the moment, i guess, as Su puts it, priorities will make the HOT couple cute.....

DeleteWith you on total chop. Ok theek hai once you know it is out there you tend to look for it and find it, but they could have easily had a scene wherin he is drawing the curtains while Khushi walks out and then he dazedly walks to her pulls her and both trip and fall.
Your Arnav walking of for a con call also sounds nice. ANd then he yesll to HP for coffee of chai and Khushi rushes to oblige but telling NK that make sure everyine opens their gifts and does not move for she will soon be back.
Arnav does not need proof. But he has seen Anjali crumbling without Shyam and also how suicidal she can become. So it is for her blind sake that they will need the proof.

I am also waiting for ASR to be back - sad thing is even in yday's epi they could have had flasehes of the ASR attitude and it would have made teh epi more enjoyable.
You know next confrontation ASR accuses Shyam and Shyam refutes it would be nice to see Shyam tips his hand and places all blame on Anji -saying she wanted to meet him, she starved, she called him and so on and he only pandered to her wishes because he loves her. (then he learnt the lengths Khsuhi went to expose Shyam, today he will learn the lengths to which Anji went to hide Shyam's advent).
Arnav angry only to have Di stand up and tell him you have indeed misunderstood bro. I was aware of it all, he told me why he was doing it and your judgement is biased because of the earlier incident. Then there is a scope for Arnav to be slapped in his face about just how much blind Di is.
But yes there is the incident of the baby's death being caused by Shyam. Anji in desperation may want to blame one of the other dhol waalas.
I do want to see how they would show and handle a momentary fallout among the siblings and Arnav perhaps leaving RM for GH.

DeleteBut Arnav's accepting that Di ko uss aadmi ke aage kuch nahin dikhta ... this means that it may not happen. They are looking for proof this time to convince DI and finally throw Shyam out of her life ... the rest of the family is convinced, but till Di is convinced it's no use. She will do more emotional blackmail, bhookh hartal, etc ... now they have both seen to what extent she can go to keep Shyam in her life.
So even if Arnav learns that she was meeting Shyam behind his back, it won't make a difference, it will hurt him for a bit, but he will realise even more the truth of his own words - Di cannot see beyond Shyam, and the need for absolute, unimpeachable proof to throw him out.
I think this will eventually lead up to Shyam exposing himself ... there is no other way it can happen. The baby's death is one thing Anjali CANNOT forgive him for, especially when she learns it was deliberate.

The opportunity presents with Arnav or Khushi telling Shyam - now that Di is better you will leave (btw what was the convo between Shyama nd Khushi when she went to get him. What was agreed?)
Now that ArHi are tracking SHyama and collecing evidence, if Arnav breaks it to Anjali and she still goes I do not believe it wil be a bit too much. Plus bro sis share a deep bond. To shake it up will need a fair bit of storm.
Anotehr of Arnav's greatest fears is telling Di - aap mujhe maa ki tarah chhod ke mat jaan kabhi. Don't choose to lave me.
Hmm then the route which makes twisted sense is Shyam getting to Anjali first and guilt tripping her holding her hostage with Arnav and Khushi's happiness in some way. Rather saying now that she is bettr, he wants to move out with her like she always wished as he feels sufocated in a house wehre he is misunderstood and not so welcome.
So Anji tells all they are set to leave.
Arnav again corners Shyam and he tells him the only way he will change his mind is by Arnav leaving the house else he will tell Anjali that he killed their baby. And Arnav can well imagine what that will do to ANjali's already weak mind. He will brak it piecemeal to Arnav how Anjali kept meeting him and funding him even when he was not in RM. Shyam's revenge for the insult heaped on him by Arnav throwing him out of the house. Plus it will tell Arnav how Shyam would be more dangerous away from Di.
And ArHi decide to use the cams to their benefit. Ofc family guards ANjali. The pretence is a visit to GH by Khushi and the newly weds not being able to stay apart. Shyam gets bolder without Arnav and trips up and is finally revealed to Anjali.
Again starts to get his hands on the money. But blows his chance.
He is thrown out of the place, handed over to police, escapes and then conspires from outside. But this time he targets Khushi and then all bets are off from ASR's end. Because again it will be Khushi unmasking him and foiling his plan of getting the money. And Shyam by then realizes that hurting Khushi means hurting the Raizadas and Guptas and avenging his abuse at their hands. (Now Shyam tageeting Khushi can be a blaste track by itself in my view with the case for a psychopath and the effects of his actions on a woman and thence the family. Badtameezi much?)

DeleteNahin baba ... by good cop, bad cop, I meant that Khushi PRETENDS to fall for Shyam's story ... slowly, not all at once, but hesitatingly, believably ... the way she pretended to overcome her hesitation and team with him in the kidnapping track.
Especially after they have seen the footage, there is no way even Khushi can be naive enough to believe that Shyam came back in repenting mode.
The question is, how long will the CV's drag this track? If longish, then yes, your scenario makes sense ... I also feel there has to be some twisting of facts by Shyam which forces Arnav Khushi to leave the house.
Again boils back to the question, what does Shyam want? Does he still want to break the Arhi marriage? The money? My thinking is that he wants to break the marriage not only for Khushi, but also for money. If happily married, Arnav is no longer going to keep Anjali as his sole heir ... the bulk of his money will go to Khushi and especially their kids. So again, breaking their marriage is the biggest goal for Shyam now, without breaking his holier-than-thou image with Anjali.
And even if Arshi expose him in this track, he will stay as villain on the outside ... again to get his hands on the money. Breaking Arshi is not really for Khushi any more ... unless like you suggested, he targets Khushi directly because she unmasks him to Anjali, resulting in his final ouster ... that will be the last straw and that will be the end of the show. Because if he targets Khushi, Arnav will not let him leave alive.

Had they shown clips - i mean with a still camera not a camera that follows the creepwa around - it would still have been believable - the couple would have seen bits of the VLR and not have had enough ammo against VLR - Had they found only footage of Di falling, they would have had to think!!! (that's almost a swear word in the telly world!!) - Then VLR could have easily said to Anji - "I was worried about u so i was just keeping an eye on you and as soon as you fall i rushed to the hospital"....but no - ODC couple see VLR do everything - in CLOSEUP!!! from laying out the wires,. the glass pieces, playing with the short circuit!!! - and of course all of this is not even password protected!!!
yesterday i felt ODC had found their brains - but apparently not - they need another BO to start thinking???

DeleteThat was a promo by SP I think. If you see, the PH usually has track related promos whereas SP makes these interim promos using actual scenes just to keep viewers glues. Also they usually have a shelf life of only 2 days as against PH promso which ste the tone for a month at least.

for someone who thinks a personal item number by a wife for her husband.. (and what follows logically) are passable 8pm show material, the CT does not have any idea about how to go about a mystery track.
or is it just like the swami phase? is the SP team writing the screenplay right now? because this was the exact feeling i got when i saw those episodes.. the feeling that bitwa-bitiya are teens being roommates. now they are teens who got married..
very child- rated suhaagraat.. they talked under the blanket, hugged each other and went to sleep. she woke up, brought chai for the family. he was reading the newspaper.. she cooked something terrible.. he ate it, in fact liked it. everyone played along. she wanted to open presents. he wanted to spend personal time together. he found the clues, she deciphered the clues, he got mad, she touched him and he cooled down.. yeah. SP habit-wearers are indeed happy today.
but still, i liked it. because i had no expectations, i loved the closeness and togetherness. at last, arhi are happy together. if it took a brain transplant of the CT to do it, i'm not that upset.

DeleteI agreed with the first half of the post ... releasing the news was a serious gaffe, by whoever did it, and for whatever reasons, and whether it was true or false. And the PH jumping in to defend the reporter made things worse. Not fair on BS, whether or not the news is true, and especially if it isn't - it's damaging his credibility as an actor and a professional. And if it's true, well, it was still a breach of ethics by the journalist concerned and Gul, who leaked the news at all.

The TM says - decide whether you like the character ASR more or the actor ... well, DUHHH ... I DON'T KNOW THE ACTOR ... the only way I know him is through his character ASR ... so OBVIOUSLY I like the character more!!!! His career and his decision is his own lookout, not mine ... my entertainment is the show, and I want the show to go on. Simple.
So do I want to stand by Barun Sobti and his decision, whatever it is? Hell NO!!! I want a good ASR on screen, as long as IPK goes on - that's it. BS and what he does with his life is no concern of mine at all.

Imo, the entire drama reeked of PH sabotage of a simple resignation from the moment the source quoted the news...
The actor puts in resignation, PH reconciled in the wake of Channel threats, hype hysteria, etc. Asks actor to keep it close for the moment...then selectively leaks news, continues to ask actor to deny and then finally when trouble hits the roof, puts out an inconclusive statement which erodes its credibility even further....end result...pandemonium, credibility erosion of many the players in the drama on the line.....
at the end, a actor walking out is no big deal..its just like any professional quitting a commitment when its not favourable any more...that they are presumed to be beholden to fans at large is a by-product of the peculiar business that they choose to be part of...It comes with the territory and handling it is part of their professional hazards mechanism ...

DeleteBS will nto leave till his movie releases. His character gives him recall value and ensures peple will remember him. And the movie guys are hoping to pull crows based on kavi shastri and this guy for all I know.
My only takaway from the post is there does indeed seem to have been a breach of confidentiality or rather shooting off the mouth or a personal tit for tat between parties whipping fans into a frnzy.
I recall you girls saying (during leave hoopla) that as long as ASR is played by a strong actor the show will mov on and indeed ti will but to me Arnav and Khushi will always be BS and SI. SO if the actor changes I for one will stop watching cause I think I will subconsciously compare.
Plus I still maintain that I dod not need to know so many details about their lives, their career considerations, leave plan and so on. As long as the team delivers ons creen I care 2 cents for behind the scene. I love ASR and KKG period!

DeleteWhether it was breach of confidentiality, whether it was deliberate sabotage, I don't know. The PH and channel are powerful enough to do this if the actors don't watch out, they can discredit the actor to the extent that other PH's will not touch him.
And this will upset the fans too ... I hate to say, they have succeeded for me. I am now so irritated with all this "is he going, is he staying" nonsense that I don't care about BS any more. I would be quite happy if he put in his papers and walked out, and they got a new ASR ...
Yes, BS was excellent as ASR, and it will be very difficult to see anyone in his place ... so the show will go down. Okay - as if it isn't already dropping in the charts because of erratic story-telling. :(((
And it's showing on the actors - Barun is clearly not as interested as he was earlier ... Sanaya is holding it together, but for how long will she hang on? If you look at last week's episodes, she shone all through, even the diehard BS pankhas had to admit that ... and Barun's much vaunted breakdown scream just didn't gel in many quarters. Even last night, I felt he was good in the first Arhi scene ... but later at breakfast and then laptop, I felt he was very disinterested. The emotions were just not there.
So let him go if he wants to ... either get a new guy ... or go in for a Season Two - take a leap or start afresh with a brand new story. Or end the show ... touch wood, Sanaya has made her mark and she is contracted to SP, not the PH, so she will be back in another show, hopefully where she takes center spot.
By the way, my reply above was also influenced by this article ... which seems to confirm that he IS thinking of leaving ...

It's sad that story sometimes are changed to accommodate his absence. I just love how professional sanaya is. And I only watch because of her.

Looks like I have settled into the new track. Thankfully no surprises yesterday as everything came under 'predictable'.

Delaying SR not only the cameras, now K is in the detectivegiri mode and ASR is fuming mad at what Shyam hes done to his sis, priorities might change a bit for sometime- not a shiddat, just an observation.
K in the kitchen- I liked the way Anjali and nani came and got her all worked up- they were playing a prank- and succeeded in getting her nervous- good of the CVs to have thought that up, otherwise K making a mistake in Kitchen is a WT.
Arnav bitwa will eat whatever she feeds him- hmmm.....UNSHAKABLE TRUST in wifey.
NK recruited to stall Shyamu- I guess these two will never think of including NK, akash, nani in their operation expose Shyam...*head desk*
Anji with mota scabs on her feet-
1. Felt bad for Anji- so no one knew about it- Anjali must've told the doctor not to mention it and herself hid it- because then she'd have to explain why she went walking around with glass pieces sticking to her feet- why did she not call someone?
And then the secret of Shyam's clandestine visits will have to be out- she preferred to keep it a secret.
2. did not like K using the oil, saying her feet will become better- some other excuse'd have been better- or is there symbolism? - the purpose of this oil is to make YOU better.
Got this idea from redux yesterday- peacock as the destroyer of snakes- Anji will punish Shyam- somehow I like that idea...
But it is going to be really irritating if ASR and K fail in exposing Shyam at the end of this jaasoosi track- Grrrr...
there are lots of reasons for Shyam to suspect that ASR has caught on to the cameras- especially, NK suddenly turning friendly and sweet after all the ignorance and hate trackwa....hope the villain's batti is a little dim in this track...only hoping...
arnav bitwa actually liked what his biwi made... and did you see how he was eating those birdsize bites? no wonder he is so thin!!

su, there is only dimaag enough for one person per episode.. so either arnav, or khushi, or shyam, or mami... no one else thinks.. (oh nani did, once.. for heer-ranjha) like mona said, a little bit of common sense at least... :(

shayad the halwa must have been made very badly..unka resident "cook" must be a bad one...remember the kheer scene HMC act...usme dhoodh mein chawal that...and they called it kheer..poor San made quite a face off-screen while having it...

ReplyDelete- the camera was placed in the bouquet.. (so what if it could capture all angles from one place and was placed next to the bedside but caught the couple sitting as if facing the camera..am not going down the sense route here..)
can we please have either ODC or B throw out the bouquet and say the flowers are now dead, or that one of them is allergic or something - i would enjoy VLR getting a shot of the garbage bin!
the camera placed in the bouquet was just insurance.. he had three others trained on them too.. one on the potted palm outside the window, one on the tree on the corner of the poolside, another one inside the room.. maan he IS a perv!

And at the table, Khushi asking Arnav aap yeh kaise khaa sakte hain yeh kitna bekaar hai (halva puri mind it).
Meaning - how can the audience diges this show which is so unpalatable and flat like Khushi's pooris?
Well SP dishes out so we watch it...:P (check Mami's shocked expression here aka all the aunties who watch the halwai show)
So now SP has decided to give us puri and paprd - 2 in 1
puri as in the halwaai showing support for wifey and the papd ka tukda ASR.

In yday's epi, best is NK asking Khushi why should I do this and Khushi goes because I said so. He says ok and then goes ZZZZZ like a bee.
I burst out laughing at that. It was such a cool dig at the weekend fiasco again.
Oops Sandy I completely forgot about Deepali re...Have to say it was odd and sad seeing Akash all along like this.

ReplyDeleteU bet execution / direction left a lot to be desired and having seen past 10 days the effect was arring. Yes they got to the same end but it ccould have been achieved without so much of Shyam walking the RM corridors.
For e.g. Khushi in kitchen and Arnav gives her a visit and flusters her up a bit and she is all paniky given there are ameras. Moment interrupted by Nani and Di who tease her getting her all riled up and flustered ki it explains why she was a bundle of nerves who messed up cooking (well happens to the best of us, I have once made saltless food on my inlaws first visit so hyper was I that it should all be well!)
And yes when they leave and NK stops them, Arnav could have walked away anyways after rolling his eyes at Khushi and Khushi could have pulled a pout and deputed Nahe on the job saying well we want no interruptions so make sure no one comes our side of town.NK makes a remark making Khushi blush and then tries to hold back creep by appaling to Anji. Shyam cannot say no to her so he is caught between rock and hard place. An eyelock between NK Akash Nani and Mami about Arnav and Khushi walking away.
Arnav going ahead would have meant he would have had a chance to search the room and then Khushi enters and they get cracking. A few scene here and there and they could have still ended it the way they did wihtout showing Shyam walking som much - it is like the stoopid hospital scene wherein they try the whole Shyam walking suspense - is the director in love with this guy?
Besides Shyam knows that the only blond one in RM now in Anji so other members suddenly saying you do not spend time with us will seems supiious and not normal Thoda sochke pleej!!!
And one more thing at the start when he discovers the camera, can he not pull it closed once he has changed and then wait for Khushi. the cam in the bouquest would have anyways made them stop. The scene beneath teh blanket was very cute - I mean to me a hubby wife relationship is made of millions of such moments.
Indivisual scenes are good but they need to thread it better. Can someone in the IPK team please wake up?

SN: When Shyam enters the room today, I want him to find ArHi locked in a nice passionate embrace los in their moment and if he wonders then let Arnav tell him we have too many prying eyes and interruptions in our room so we decided to change venue for a bit. But chances are they will hide behind that curtain and VLR will go down hearing Anji call out to him...
I understand having family drama but if you kill ArHi natures then toh..phaadi naako todi naako bhukko kari naako in sallu's words.

DeleteIn fact the whole Arhi walking out together after wanting the entire family to open presents together was badly written. Anybody would get suspicious!
And exactly ... when did Arnav have time to search the room for cameras before Khushi arrived? If he had gone up before her while she explained to NK, tab toh it would have made sense.
They have to take care of these details in the screenplay.
Am sure we will get a scene of Arhi locked together at the poolside when Shyam arrives ... just hope Arnav retains his brusque angry image with Shyam and doesn't get all pally with him.
They have to play good cop, bad cop here ... Khushi being silly enough to forgive Shyam and believe he has turned over a new leaf, while Arnav is still suspicious, so Shyam figures that Khushi might still be gullible enough to fall for his repentance story ... and he gos out of his way to convince her of that. Last time she fooled him by pretending to want revenge on Arnav, this time she has to be even smarter.
LM apparantly is still shooting, he posted a pic of barun today....Guess he got offended by the posts y est erderday that said LM magic is missing, it is his way of saying, Array wait, i AM STILL AROUND.

As an epi, how different was this 1st day of Khushi as ompared to her earlier turn. That day she was told food made by her would not be eaten by any and she was not welcome at the table. Nani had then said that by allowin her in the kitchen to do the rasam, she was not allowing her in their hearts just yet. Anji had said she was doing it all fr teh rasam - a rule to be followed no emotions. The girl burnt her hand that day and no one came to bandage it for her.
Shucks some FB's people to contrast the message - maybe Khushi hapening to recollect it and ASR having a fist bunching moment or ratehr him recollecting Mami's words and then looking up to tell her Nice at the table.
Or even a Nani Arnav scene recollecting that dark night and how it has dawned for him today - with a reminder that the past though cannot be changed can gradually be erased with good memories. I knwo ArHi said it Mon, but repeating good stuff neevr hurts.
Exactly, Sandy...there was nothing wrong with the cooking gone wrong scene...it can happen to anyone....I can understand why they chose not to put the FB for K, becos in some ways, she has moved past that hurt long ago....so maybe they did not want to show anything particularly thru but it could have an FB of Nani, or Mami or both...to show how things were and the audience would have connected with it....I was remembering that day but the lack of FB meant the CVs were not thinking about it....such a diff a single FB can do to a narrative....

Agree with both of you on the necessity of putting the fbs. Looks like we'll have to wait for someone to make a great VM to bring ut the contrast. And we atleast can watch it on you tube. What about the telly viewers? Really, for all those moments they wasted on Shyam, these fbs would've made a whole lot of diff.
It is not that I can't tolerate VLR, it is justthat more than the suspense of the villain, the growth of the love story'd appeal far more to any one.

DeleteSee you nailed it. We always have YT. But what about telly guys who dont have such long memories nor R&R or a general addiction to the show. Recall for them is good.
Like you say it is not tolerating the villain, it is being able to connect to the characters on a day to day basis.
I loved the breakfast scene...for me more than Arnav it was the way the entire family were so sweet to her, stood out.
