This is a strange one, but I do want this ... Payash Bubbly get some more screen space - because SaRun are still looking exhausted. Yesterday, except for the 4-5 minute Payash scene, the rest was all ArHi at the GH.
Shyam to get on with his games with duplicate key - and find the locker empty. The villain needs some screen time too.
A better wig for Khushi, without the weird bump on the back of her head. And more clothes. Preferably not in uniform style x( ... you have a beautiful heroine, make her look good!!!

Adding from Aaru's list of last week - Bitwa to see the bangles and sari that he bought/chose for her kept carefully in her cupboard. Preferably with Buaji/Garima telling him that's where Khushi keeps all the things precious to her. Maybe including a faded pic of Khushi's parents - confirming that these are her MOST precious possessions.
Icing on cake - Bitwa has fb of bracelet gifted by ex-fiance, looks for it ... nada, not a trace.
I want Bitiya in a saree pronto.

I like the 99% of the audience assumed, finally the MU wil be cleared. Watching this week episodes, I am beginning to Believe the Damaad at Sasuraal is not for clearing of MU at all rather it is about strengthening of relationships - Again not between Arnav and Khushi but between Arnav and the Guptas.
Let me explain this:
Khushi right now has full support at RM. They know their Chotay is not an easy person to live with. As much as they love Khushi for her own self, there is this special love towards her that she is married to him as for them she is the perfect balm for his tormented heart.
And hence be it Nani or Anjali in their own way are making Arnav see the real Khushi so he treasures and understands her.
In case of the Guptas, they know Khushi is a Sanka Devi, so somewhere there again is a special respect towards Arnav for marrying Khushi, giving her a new life especially after the Shyam fiasco and a great family at that.
And once again I reiterate, Arnav whatever may be the rocky start with the Guptas has never openly disrespected them.
Here by getting to know Arnav and understanding Arnav, it will be Amma & Buaji who will show the real Arnav to Khushi so she understands and values him better.
Arnav:
Arnav has to know that Shyam was her fiance and their PG and he betrayed the trust of both the families.
With that knowledge, his focus will shift back to Shyam and wonder if Shyam could systematically fool, lie and play with the emotions of both the families, could he have lied about Khushi's involvement too?
Remeber this dialogue of hers during the Farak Padta hai track, when Khushi told Arnav, What my fiance can give me you will never be able to.
Now he will wonder if Khushi had feelings for Shyam at all, do they exist even now or Shyam lied about that too.
For that Arnav and Khushi need to get back to RM and we need more Khushi Shyam interactions infront of the family, where Shyam continues his taunts only this time Arnav noticing Khushi's reactions and her reply back.
My wishlist scenes:
Nani giving an insight to the Gupta Ladies about Arnav
Usually when a Damaad comes to stay, someone mostly MIL calls up the girls mom and explains the likes and dislikes of of her son as much for the fact that he is comfortable and also that this special care taken by the Girls family will strengthen the bond.
I would Love if Nani calls up Buaji and asks about Arnav and Khushi. As 2 heads of the family, Buaji can be frank and admit that she is worried that he is uncomfortable with the conditions and around them.
Nani can then explain to Buaji and Garima that Arnav has always been a bit of loner and shuns any sort of PDA or concern over him. Also since they are family, she can also say that she does not know if Arnav has told about his past to Khushi cos he does not like to discuss it, that both Arnav and Anjali went through tough times after their parents death, how they were thrown out fo their own home and the circumstances under which the brother and sister came to live with the Raizadas.
Nani can shed light on the fact that Arnav has gone through hard times and the experiences has hardened him a bit. But he absolutely loves his family and has a very good heart, it is just that he does not show it or rather does not know how to express it and hence gets a bit uncomfortable with open display of emotions.
This knowledge is crucial IMHO for Khushi to get an insight about Arnav.

DeleteAgree yaar next week tak MU clear hone ke kam chances hai. This stay is all about getting to know people. Earlier this week I had written on R&R that teh G family only know of Arnav through Khushi's eyes when she worked for him and the few direct interactions have been fraught with a lot of friction. So this is their chance to know him better and him to know them.
I had also wihsed for and still wish for some Arnav Buaji conversation, Khushi - Shashi bonding and Arnav-Shashi conversation / bonding.
SO yes ditto to your shiddat.
Nani calling hoga toh it will be nice and yes Khushi nowing Arnav's past will be needed for her to truly see Arnav in a whole new light. So shiddat for nani talking to buaji :)
From mishti's spoiler, my guess is that half the MU clears - Khushi finds out Arnav's reason for marrying her ... so her pranks of irritating him to death to bear fruit finally?
DeleteBut before that happens, I do want to see the Gupta ladies- Arnav bonding, and hopefully since Sanka Devi is as blind to her hubby as he is to her, I want the G ladies to point out to her how well he is behaving despite her troubling him - well, ok, the power trip because of the AC was his fault :) but the water running out is all hers.
As this track deems also to be about Khushi's awakening feelings to HH, I want the bathroom scene to also be different from the first two - this one should be about Khushi being affected by nearly naked HH - and my long awaited shiddat of HH turning the tables on his biwi.
Yep...If they're going to go with this Arnav taking a shower outside scene it better be about Khushi being seriously affected by HH...they really need to establish that all hormones are A-ok.

ReplyDeleteGuptas finding out about Arnav paying the bill of Khushi's Dad
It can be a simple scene where the Gupta Ladies take Khushi's Dad for treatment, Arnav has already called ahead and let the hospital people know that his inlaws are arriving, Guptas surprised at the gesture when they find out and somehow find out through Khushi or by a admin staff that Arnav paid for the treatment earlier too.
This will make the Gupta Ladies understand that all his actions are never to intentionally hurt anyone or rub his status in cos he has never openly told this to anyone. Again an insight that can be shown to Khushi and she can count the numerous occasions he has been there for her.
Arnav, Garima, Buaji
I know I am being greedy here But I would LOVE if just before leaving for RM or seeing the effort the Ladies are putting for him OR Buaji or Garima sort of apologizing for the lack of comforts or whatever, Arnav opens up to them in a spur of moment and tells them,
Either
that how after his parents death he and his Di were thrown out of the home by their own chachaji, with nowhere to go they came to live with their Nani and he started from scratch. So he knows the difficulties and he worked hard to reach where he is and now he is just used to the comforts.
OR
Quite simply that he never had any intention of hurting them by his actions and in his own way apologizing that he could hav handled it better as Akash definitely would have.
And a genuine request that if they ever need anything, he would prefer if they tell him directly and not have to go through Khushi, that they are part of his family etc.
Reason for the above: Arnav has always shown respect towards the Guptas and the warmth and love shown by them must have touched him. This would be his own way of telling them that he considers them as a part of their family and hopefully they will too. Also Gupta Ladies will show Khushi, don't go by his words, go by his actions.
Khushi:
(Most important IMHO for the balance of the story to brought back from the one sided love story we have been subjected to of late)
It has to be about how Khushi realizes Arnav loves her and her family despite the CLASS. And the beginning of the realization that here is a complex man whose words contradict his actions. That for me is CRUCIAL to the whole story.
Khushi should realize that Arnav has always been nice and respectful towards Payal and the Gupta Family especially her Dad.
So it has to be a bit of heartbreak to her that this guy loves his family everyone in her family except her. And despite that, she falls all over in love with him knowing the time is very short in her opinion to be with him.
Post marriage we have seen Arnav's love for Khushi come through in so many ways, his blunders not withstanding, we have not seen that from Khushi. Granted Khushi has been distracted by the comedy and the anger/confusion about the marriage, her side of love has not been adequately portrayed for a long time.
When she goes back, let it be the story of a young woman who falls in love with her husband, a husband who is going to leave her in about 5 months, yet the love she feels for him is so strong that this time she doesn't fight it, decides to exit gracefully, except DM has different plans for her.
It can be a parallel story, Arnav slowly realizing that Khushi has no feelings for Shyam and just maybe Arnav is the one who Khushi has always preferred over Shyam and Khushi to finally understand and love Arnav for who he is.
Till the confession or Truth explodes!

and teh despite fact - u know some kind of a derivate of hum aapki wajah se nahi balki apki baawajood bhi theek hain variety - this is why i really want her to fall hoh in love with him after she knows why he married her - depsite knowing he did not trust her she cannot help but keep loving him!
And yes let her fall in love with him in their ramining time together while Arnav starts wondering and realizing that Khushi does not have anything but disgust for creep - and the final truth can explode when 6 months are drawing to a close and it is Anji's godh bharai. It started at the wedding and can clear at her baby shower.

DeleteCame across IPKKND's episode launch on SBS and realised that the PH had a bank of about 6 weeks worth of episodes when they started - of course, all of this went by the wayside thanks to interference from the Channel itself. The early months of IPKKND were such a joy with its gripping and intense story, taut direction, and due screen time for each and every actor in the cast as the various strands of the story were being unfurled slowly but very, very surely. In fact, ARHI were never on screen for more a third of the 20 minutes time frame for each episode and hence, never looked as tired as they do today. My shiddat would be a return to the story telling that IPKKND was. Unfortunately, the growing popularity of ARHI and SI's upcoming 3 day tour of UK is unlikely to make this come true, anytime soon.........

ReplyDeleteditto to all the ones noted above - i, for one, want the next week to be all about realizations - not big ones - have given up hope on that, smaller ones but far more crucial - such as:
- ODB realizing that the Gupta's need help and quietly doing it (Be it checkups for shashi/bills/ arranging for them to somehow receive financial assistance) - BUT going about it discreetly and Of course , ODG has to find out (otherwise it does not work)
- Gupta,s realizing that this guy is quiet and short tempered but a rock - he cares for everyone and ensures all is well in his family - now if they can consider themselves under the same umbrella - taking from the earlier point - the better!)
- ODG realizing that despite all her 'shaitaniyan' her husband has been all accommodating and caring - not in a condescending way but in a genuine way - oh and yes yes yes to all niharofying - in general and not just when he is flexing his muscles!!
- the realization that Gupta ladies and ODB share a bond - they love the same girl, the person who makes them smile - let them gang up against ODG - that would be good to watch
- RRR to realize that time is passing and he is doing nothing!! - i mean if you really are obsessed about this girl - how come you are ok with her living with a handsome guy - how can you not fear that their relationship might get 'hot!??? (you know - i have been getting the feeling that though ODG is his obsession, he has a bigger obsession - money, and he can forget KKG for that - if you remember he very clearly told ODB on the night of the wedding that he could give up everything for her - but took fright immediately - its like KKG is his obsession but only in terms of him wanting her physically not emotionally - DDR)
- the realization of the CVS that the audience is neither stupid nor slow and they seriously belie in the characters (unlike the CVs themselves) - so stop goofing up - bring back the story on track -

I really want the Guptas to start seeing the real Arnav too, and the way the Raizadas bond with Khushi, and know how she has been good for Arnav, I want the Guptas to realize that he is the right person for Khushi too, that he will care for her and look out for her family too, because family is important to him.
And I think Khushi's realization of this will come this week too, before Arnav tells her why he married her - that's why her heartbreak will be even greater ... though I wonder whether her realization that she loves him will come before or after the bombshell.
I would love the Gupta ladies to scold Khushi for her antics against ODB, and gang up with him against her ;) the way Nani and Anjali do with her against him ... she uses them, ODB should use Garima and Buaji against her :D
And high time for RRR to get into action - abhi tak he hasn't managed to get a duplicate key made? A more inept villain I have never seen!
CV's realization - that's a big one ... the falling TRP's should give them a signal for sure ... especially that dumb writer, Ved Raj ... grrr ...
Dia they are going the wrong way with TRP .... this was the time to elaborate on pain, hurt, disbelieve of each and every family member specially Khushi, the only person they did justice to Arnav's character but they took the comedy route .... even that is fine when things like reaction to sato janam saath rehna or harsh reality of marriage in SR flashback is shown .... otherwise it seems like Khushi is having hell of time after her marriage with maiyka, sasural and pati all in her mutti

ReplyDeleteAbou the spoiler, looks like K is only going to get only the half truth. And she’ll be devastated because she cannot change anything about the situation. After all she was engaged to Shyam and she will blame herself for not being the one to tell him. Then she will realize that the marriage is only a punishment and he really has no feelings for her. When it comes to Di, ASR will not tolerate even the slightest mistake. She will remember that he has done the same thing before with her video. And everything he said about her trying to ruin someone’s life, him hating her and saying that it is all an act on his part will make sense to her. Didn’t he mastermind the whole hypo episode and make her sit up one whole night as punishment for calling him Swami? And at the end of it he did ask her if she really thought she knew him. And does she really know him? What if holi and HR was another act too? She’ll be heartbroken that it has been a one sided affair all the way( Ok, relax, all this will not happen as a) our heroine is not very bright in the thinking department right now. b)they have a bank of RV scenes so she cannot stop reacting to him) .
And I think K will go back to RM without putting up much of a fight because she knows ASR will let her go only at the end of 6 months. She will stop fighting him since there is nothing more to know. I hope she does not go into depression( that will show another drop in TRP). Maybe something on the lines of ‘if I can love him in spite of La why can’t he love me in spite of Shyam who was not welcome in the first place’ will help her cope with the guilt better.
Back at RM there will be other issues related to Payash and Ms.B and she will try and stay out of ASR’s way. As she works on her sister’s marriage she sees glimpses of ASR’s real character when it comes to taking care of his family. True, he had said “ just because I hate you doesn’t mean I hate the whole world” but she never knew the shaitan, her punisher had a heart filled with love and concern. Now she cannot help falling in love with Laad Governor all over again, knowing it will not be reciprocated. And maybe, at last our heroine will mature. (Fat hopes!)
Dear CVs, agreed we r all certified nuts watching this show and our IQs are tuned to be at par with Khushi’s now. I have given up trying to make sense of the ‘sleeping on same bed ‘scene. Was it another one of the many wasted opportunities or lack of time to get the actors to emote well, so make it comical? Not that the scene was too bad (also on the whole, this week was cool), but wasn’t this a milestone in their relationship and shouldn’t it have been more heartwarming? I am not terribly disappointed so far( thanx to my timely re-tuned IQ) , but please bring this show to some sensible conclusion. Can we trust you to not abandon the show halfway or make a mockery of the wonderful characters and even more awesome actors? Thank You.
Dia and girlz, sometimes I am scared to visit the blog, because the upcoming episodes don’t measure up to your discussions. And mindblowing is the depth and volume of all your thoughts! I think we all find that our expectations of how the story should move often spoils the episodes for us. That’s why even the average episodes look quite ok on second watch (even the fri epi is ok when u expect comedy in the bed and the ‘whats wrong with this girl!!!’ Khushi in the bathroom.) .During the weekends R&R is my lifeline. I really hope Dia gets to sit down and write her fan-fic. It’ll be such a treat!

I think except for a few great episodes, the show has always been like this.. but then it only takes one brilliant episode to get us hooked to the show, right?

Su, agree with your prediction ... Khushi will have all the fight knocked out of her at this revelation, because she will feel that Arnav hates her for keeping the truth about Shyam from him - which she HAS done ... not that he hates her because he thinks she loves Shyam ... now that one she could fight against, but the first, she can't. So she will give up her love as a hopeless one, and stop all the Swami acts and trying to get his attention in other ways.

And then, for the story to progress further, it's Arnav's turn to discover the complete truth ... if the spoilers are right, then he will discover this just as the six months are over, and Khushi is getting ready to leave.
Two factors here - Anjali and her baby ... will Anjali have a miscarriage and want Khushi to stay? I'm almost sure Anjali will not have her baby ... they can't have a baby so early in the show, it's difficult to manage on the sets. And for TRP's, ArHi separation will not happen, or will be very brief if it does ... and this will happen only after IPL is over, and probably around the 1st year anniversary of the show.
So either Arnav tries to get her back after he learns the truth, or Anjali's health forces him to bring Khushi back.
You know, I know exactly what you mean about the discussions here raising our expectations too much ... we decide what we would like to see, and when it doesn't happen, we get disappointed. And when I watch the episode second time round, almost always, I find it better than the first watch, because those initial expectations are not there. And I usually edit after the second watch, which is probably why my edits make the episode seem better - because I watch without that burden of expectation ;) The only time that doesn't work is when Khushi is too OTT or dumb ... because I like my heroines strong and smart ... always!

DeleteI was watching a snippet of some show on SBS/B where there are some three kids (zee show, GC one)..and the boy is quite a brat..singing those hindi chartbusters....all these actors have to humour them... so tuf to manage small babies..BTW, wondering how do they manage such small babies on shows..they must be having their parents on the sets thru out??what a torture!!

Though I must say, I was hoping for a more intense RV moment in the bathroom, with Khushi again ogling her HH ... pity won't get that. Just hope the spoiler is true - am basing all my optimism on that, because something has to drive Arnav to the edge to reveal Shyam's involvement to Khushi ... so Khushi HAS to be bugging as hell! And no, why should she feel guilty? For what? Half of India bathes out in the open - when they have enough water at all, that is. Have just returned from Delhi, where my dad was in a public hospital - he was in a private room, but the general wards have shared bathrooms and no privacy, not even for women ... this is India. This is reality for many.
Dia , I am not against K's OTT to drive him to the edge. That has to come, and one is the bath in open, and that is what I was telling Sama, ASR will put up a fight before agreeing to bath in open and this will , may be last few hits to reveal the truth.(looks like she has got to his SUV too with the new FB pics and are shown to have argument)

Garima and Buaji might give her gyan that she forgot to tell Bitwa the important thing that water goes at 9.30. That's it. And maybe that it was inconveniencing him to have a bath in public, because he's not like the rest of the mohalla people. They might not even consider it humiliation - that is my point. He does - but the for rest of the mohalla, it is not humiliation. The humiliation is all in his own mind - so again - HIS problem.

Dia agree with you that Bitwa has done far worse than what she is doing, but that's the difference between the 2 of them. I am not saying that they need to show guilty parse, or something like after the Hypo drama, just may be just a monologue or her thinking "Kuch Jada tho nahi ho gaya?" and then telling herself that he did much worse to me, so this is nothing and he needs to know my choti aukaat. If he did have so many problems, why did he get married to me knowing my aukaat and he has to tell me.!!

Deleteor maybe they are doing this to show the extreme of K's OTT to A so that when she shuts he realizes how much damage he has done by the end of 6 months and the difference is visible to audience too.......something they failed to certain extend with akhada scene ..... when ASR was stunned by K's beauty it was first for audience too .... somewhere it does have an impact generally ..... but in Khushi being stunned case was diluted with so much of her HH already displayed to her ..... good they focused on strength and his ability to perform the task
These days the only serial which touches my heart is "Na bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha" on Colors. For those who don't watch it, you should try it. The leads may not be 'hawtt' by conventional standards but the soft, subtle love story that is developing between a journalist and a widow with two kids is so heart warming. The scenes are so well conceived and executed. The CVs of our show can learn a thing or two about being subtle from them. OTT is clearly not working.

DeleteOpti.. i caught the sunday marathon of na bole.. and loved it, and there you see that it is not the leads 15/22mins.. there are parallel tracks progressing, and improving the leads' screentime..
Deletethis is what I miss on IPK.. it should not be all about Arhi you know. the supporting cast are a very talented bunch, and is it so difficult to shoot scenes with the other cast members? like one garima-buaji kitchen scene, or a nani-anjali scene? even a garima-sabziwala scene where that sabziwala asks about her damaad or something? just fillers i agree, but never used in the past two months!!

The present directors of IPK were also past directors of Geet I guess.
They should have built the side characters along with ArHi especially soon after the wedding but that is exactly when they lost focus. Plus this story writer / screenplay writer director change to what extent does it affect the epi finally delivered I am not able to gauge. I actually feel they should released unused footage of scenes / tracks from teh serial later so audiences can come to know of what alternatives were being considered and what we finally saw.
Also about promo spolier, it usually never happens at the place it has been shot - except for the Holi promo which was shot and finally happened at the poolside. SO suddenly realized that Arnav may not blurt things till they are back at RM. Khushi with her antics is already stretched his patience. They return to RM both their patiences at breaking points and maybe Arnav realizes that Shyam has tampered with his locker or tried to and that is the one thing that pushes him off the edge.
Also Arnav gets really angry with khushi wither when he sees her with Shyam or with and Anji who is praising Khushi.
They did use the side characters well until La and NK were in the picture. The problem has been since the marriage - I think the MU was initially supposed to clear very soon - at least the part about Khushi knowing about Arnav knowing about Shyam. After SPA, with ArHi's new-found popularity, they have stretched the MU like stake chewing gum, and they had NO story to do so - the MU itself is based on such flimsy grounds - which is why the story has stagnated completely. So its' high time the cv's realized, it's not the actors alone who are popular, but the characters - hey bhaggu, that's credit to the cv's themselves, why are they having such a tough time getting that fact?!

Scene:
Night before Arhi are supposed to return to RM.
Evening time at GH...Arnav sitting with his first love (laptop not Khushi:-p) while Khushi is doing some khit pit with her stuff and trying to pack her suitcase.
Buaji enters with badaam ka doodh for ASR...Sanaka devi has told buaji how much he like badam ka doodh so buaji ofcourse makes milk for him. Arnav gives Khushi one of his 'specially reserved for her' glares and manfully drinks the milk (throw back to how much natak he does in his own house with his nani- here in her home he quietly drinks the milk.)
Buaji walks over to Khushi and promptly starts telling her off for trying to stuff too much in one bag. Goes and gets her a duffel bag/(some bag)...Asks her if she needs any help...
Then with her patent 'hai re nandkisore' says 'titilya tumhare khit pit mein mai tumhara samaan to dena hi bhool gayi'. Khushi looks at her quizzically as she hurries off and comes back with
her arms laden with things...
She sits down on the bed and shows Khushi the assortment of her belongings...
'Ee leeyo..
Tumhare amma babuji ki tasveer, tumhari natraj ki moorthi, Garima ki anghoothi, paayaliyan aur tumahre bachpan ki tasveer, yeh choodiyan aur tumhari man pasand saree.'
Arnav looks up at 'choodiyan and saree'
they look at each other for the briefest moment and then avert their gaze...
Khsuhi: 'Buaji iski kya zaroorat hai? yeh sab yahi rehne deejeye.'
Buaji: 'Rrey kya bol rahi ho sanaka devi? itne pyaar se rakhti ho ye sab kuch, kisse haat tak nahi lagane deti thi...?-
Khushi quickly glances at Arnav - grimaces -she doesnt want him to hear any of this.
Arnav's intently staring at his laptop screen but unmoving fingers -frozen over the keyboard...he's clearly listening to every word.
Khushi opens her mouth to protest again but Buaji raises her eyebrow and sternly says-'Kya ho gaya hai tumhe titilyan? bhais mat karo' -
her tone softens 'jo bhi cheez tumhare dil ke kareeb hai woh aapne saath rakhna chahiya, aur waise bhi ab wohi tumhara ghar hai, ye sab tumne waha rakhna chahiye...' hands the bangle box to Khuhsi...
This time both look at each other...Khushi's fb- the bangles, how annoyed he got and how he finally aditted to getting them for her...Arnav's fb- the saree flashback...how she picked the one he liked...they look away and both their gazes fall on the natraj moorthi..brief shared fb of 'teri meri' sequence...
Khushi visibly upset...Arnav looks away does his clenched fist thing. Khushi recovers herself and takes the two pictures and
ring from buaji and says...'Toh kya hua? yeh bhi toh humara hi ghar hai...haina?'
buaji: 'haan par..'
Khushi now fully reovered, happy fascade back up says: 'aap itne jaldi humse aur humara samaan se peeha nahi chudwa sakti...' she playfully nudges buaji.
Buaji shakes her head in a 'what do I do wit this girl' way..
Khusi: 'waise bhi in sab ke liye jagah nai hai...ab hum yeh le jaate hai (holds up photos and the ring she's worn) agli baar baki ka samaan le jaayenge...ab chalo buaji khaana purso humme bhukh lag rahi hai!'
She gets up and leaves with buaji shaking her head folloing her out...Buaji tells Arnav to come out for dinner just as she's leaving...Arnav still a little preoccupied nods.
End scene
dinner we can resume the comedy
Scene
Later on once everyone's asleep...Khushi checks if Arnav is in fact asleep and climbs out of bed picks up the moorthi, saree and bangles and very very carefully puts them in her cupboard.
End scene
optional-she cant go back to sleep and goes out to sit in the patio and we see Arnav open his eyes and glance at the cupboard turn over and end the scene with his puzzled/confused expression.

ReplyDelete1. ASR -the shatir one will know that his KJ will not change in next 6 months. Now that he has seen it first hand in last 2.5months (time line is considering from marriage till the Dili mai Bali and the time the papers coming to him from Roy).
2. With making the Marriage legal even after 6 months he has hold on K which she does not know and can be used when need by him.
3. Seeing the contract papers RRR will be more open and bold so we can have Bitwa-KJ and Khushi-RRR face off. Want to see more interaction between them - the battle of wits, mind and heart.
Marriage legal even after 6 months, means he gets a legal marriage certificate? Which means that ArHi are legally married for all intents and purposes and they need a legal divorce or annulment to end their marriage - just her walking out will not do it.
DeleteBut for that, she needs to sign the marriage certificate - and this has to be done in front of a marriage registrar with witnesses - unless the cv's ignore that little detail.
I would be happy if he did that - so ArHi are legally married - that half-done temple wedding is not legal enough IMO ...
But I still feel the papers - IF RRR manages to get at them at all, will be about Anjali and her property.
But that is my point about ODB - he has seen that his KJ is not changing in the least, he's still pursuing Khushi, as last seen on the HR night, so he should be taking some concrete steps to end his sister's marriage as soon as the grace period is over - or at the very least to do something about KJ's money for good. I guess they can focus on that only once they get back to RM.
Agree Dia me too want Bitwa taking concrete steps and this will be his ACE card against both. KJ money he has already started working and if the the papers in his lockers are of properties it is still against one that is RRR. Now he needs something against K and that will be marriage!!

(Did he make K sign a document for the 6 months contract??? I don't remember?)
So as we discussed K coming back to RM will be how Anjali handles the news, Either Bitwa will force her or Anji, in both the case for me K will only return if she has some legal binding, Because this time K will not return on emotional reasons come what may.

this supports my theory that the initial screenplay said that ASR wanted a Live-in with a mask of marriage.. which is why ODG opposed it so vehemently.
now, once he put vermillion on her, she accepted that she became his wife.. (in her mind, for ever and ever)
they never did show anything related to contract signing.. (now if they shoot it now and show it as a flashback, i can agree, but otherwise i will say there never was a contract.) akshay signed papers, payal did not?( khushi reached RM just before payal signed anything..) so they would not be witnessing a marriage certificate unknowingly..
though it IS possible that ASR got his marriage registered bcos (of course) wedding rituals are recognized as legal weddings.. and so, maybe khushi is his wife forever, only K does not know.. as you said.
but all this is sheer conjencture.. I dont think the cvs think this deep LMAO
Exactly Jaya, Yes they haven't been married with full rituals and for him it does not mean anything, but legal deal- yes it does! Since he did not sign the documents for the contract (at least till they show some FB's regarding it) He does not have anything strong to play at the end of Six months or when time comes. And even if the ASR who stopped his KJ monthly payment, he would know that the Lawyer in his KJ will want legality in their marriage.

DeleteI made a case for the file being important when commenting with Jaya earlier. But I am also wondering if the file will be like the scorpion. An indication to us viewers that Shyam will set out to harm Anjali or in this case Arnav and in the end it will backfire on him. When the scorpion came, it eventually ended up in Shyam's unmasking before Arnav and as for ArHi it resulted in teriMeri, return of Khushi's dhak dhak and all those magical days.
What is important? - KJ knowing the contents of the file or Arnav realizing he has a key and is making attempts to get to the file.
Anjali knows Shyam was in Arnav's room, Khushi knows Shyam was in Arnav's room. Arnav will realize that Shyam could have seen the key in his wallet the day Nani gave him the thread. What would happen if Anjali returns the thread to Shyam in ArHi's presence? Khushi would know Shyam has been repeatedly trying to get into the room and wonders why? Arnav knows that Shyam had been trying to get into the room even before he went to teh guptas.
Would this happen post the ArHi meltdown (spolier)?
I was also wondering the same thing - will the file become another scorpion? A red herring, in other words?

DeleteNow Anjali and Khushi knowing that shyam was in Arnav's room will make sense only if Arnav is there and provided he connects the dots to the key and file. Anjali has the doori but Khushi does not have any visual evidence expect she knowing he was there? And first Bitwa has to find that his file had be touched. Because with Bitwa's dimaag still in far land, I doubt he will connect it to the file post meltdown, or it might add to more MU confirming his doubt that RRR and K are together in this interacting behind his back.
