12th April Thursday
I should have written my predictions yesterday - most of them came true. The biggest one - that Khushi will insist Arnav sleep on the bed. And will use Anjali's name to force him. And will drag a chair near the bed and watch him the whole night - yes, I did think all that! Didn't think she'd drag the recliner! I did hope she would wind up on the bed though - that didn't happen :(
The rest - Wednesday's episode was to set up for Thursday ... and oh, take back my words, CV's still haven't figured out that hypoglycemia happens when diabetics take medicines and skip meals ... what was that about Arnav not taking his medicine? Anyway, the rest was okay ...
Khushi managed to eat all that food?! Character restored after the first ten minutes, once Arnav comes home, her shock and horror, all the family coming ... now that I didn't expect, but it was good that she remembered that he needs sugar - the rest of the family ... really?! Living with a diabetic and you don't know that you need to give him sugar instantly when he faints, rather than go all horror -struck and dumbstruck as to what to do?
Anjali's cheesy grin as she feeds Arnav lovingly was a bit too much ... doting mother is okay, doting sister is smothering! But she doesn't say anything to Khushi ... so I forgive her. The Raizadas are very nice in-laws ... right from Nani who insists Khushi doesn't wait for Arnav for dinner ... loved that one! Truly Nayi Soch ... how did SP allow that? =))
So Khushi truly penitent, and feeling that he came home late because she said she would wait for him ... must say Arnav was totally all grouchy husband when he did get home, whether he came late on purpose or not ... expecting to see her there, wanting her to give him dinner pronto, calling out while she was getting it ready ... the works ... Liked the night scenes ... all of them ... did Arnav think Khushi was still doing the Swami act? Why was he so grouchy and 'don't touch me'? But loved the way she insisted, and used Di's name ... and then then just refused to listen to him and made him listen to her ... looked after him, tucked him in ... and he unwillingly accepted ... slowly she is learning how to deal with him ...
When he fell the next morning, my mom's reaction was - he is such a 'hu hu ka dola' ... apparently that means a person who keeps having some health problem or the other :)) I thought he would be confined to bed, but from the precap, fortunately not. And how does Anjali know that Khushi stayed awake the whole night? Does she have a cctv installed in their room or something?

Does Khushi realized that the delay in giving him food caused this? That food looked good enough for 3 people and she ate all of that..I am in come on, there were 20 odd puris in there.
She wakes up the whole night for him, I would have preferred some FBs or even monologue something to convey how much he means to her. Something on the likes of what if something had happened to him, will she be able to handle that, some fear soemthing...I did love the way she went all sadda haq on him.
Even Arnav is as impressed as we are on Bratty B.
RV....Really??? I would have preferred both taking turns to look at each other, her with concern and him with a puzzled look.
How did Arnav know she was awake all night and that didn't impress him.

Arnav has a Menthos moment and goes why does she care?
Arnav has his usual MU....That she is pretending and is making sure everyone knows she woke up the whole night taking care of him (when chances are Khushi might have mentioned this in passing to Payal and Anjali overhearing this)
Apna Guest Appearance Villainwa making his weekly appearance and pretending as if Khushi confided in him or something?
I was relieved, no comedy, no OTT....This is the tone of IPK we love.
Why was he so scared looking at her in the morning, that didn't click with me.
Barun hopefully he gets more sleeping shots, looks like that is the only way this guy will catch up on sleep.
Barun NEEDS A HAIRCUT PRONTO!!! And a Shave!!!!
The writers need to up the ante on Khushi's love and concern for Arnav for the story to be balanced, so far we all know about Arnav's. We know he means the world to her, but it is time it got more demonstrative...Minus the OTT...Even sadness at why he keeps rejecting her, her hurt monologur or her asking him or even better her telling him, bear with me for 4 months, after that you do whatever you want sort of taunt....
We need more such scenes from Khushi's side, like today not only for the viewers but also for Arnav to have his Menthos moment.
p.s. - Ouch that much have hurt, That fall.....Kamar tod mehnat karna issay hi kehtay hain kya, First Sanaya used to have that kamar tod thingy with all the RVs where she was so awkwardly postiitoned and now Barun, apart from carrying, now falling too, Hai devi maiyya raksha karna in donon ki!

i also wished for a Khushi monologue..if not professing her love (like that will happen), at least something that shows how worried she is..any glimpse of her thoughts would have made it better!
the precap got me thinking though..did di's comment about wifey get bitwa thinking? maybe the concern isn't all HMC??

ReplyDeleteAs for his family, didn't you once say that both arnav and khushi are the action takers, the same thing happened with nani's sickness post marriage too, he called for the doctor and she went to get the sweets.
All the family does is panick and stand around, grrr...
Was it me who found Nani's dialogue, he is used to eating alone, really odd? She could have said you eat and hang around when he has his food?
What did you think of Anjali's weird expressions at Dinner Table when she found out Khushi was going to wait for him, misplaced wasn't it? Or is it cos she thinks Arnav is not the one who is not appreciating Khushi enough? very confused on that.
And just realized I don't have to prove the robot thingy anymore, wow, what a relief, how come?

DeleteRekha: I dont think with all the poojas she has done, they will make Anjali grey, besides she loves her bhai more than hubby that she has shown in so many times, so after the initial shock, she will chose Arnav especially after holi where he told her how much Khushi means to him.
Anjali grey will be fantastic from a story pov, I would even settle for Anjali suspecting Shyam and making sure Arnav-Khushi are strong before she tells the truth or something.

She is strengthening ArHi because she knwos her bro needs love and care in his life - he needs to live teh life he lost and somewhere she sees him doing that with Khushi so she wants them to hit it off well and proper. Bratty B theory is in a commetn below in response to madsiee. She will be good just like NK. Khushi needed someone to work on her cells - I am assuming that is why B is here.
As for khushi's FB, even if she had one it wud only have been the earlier low sugar and hot tea. This was not her ambulance moment - but that too will happen and she will realize that despit all he has done she loves him fulfilling that tagline in the intiial promo. For now it was all guilt and abotu how she got all carried away with her prnak - not realizing the possible consequences.

And agree with you, Khushi was just guilty ... no fb's or feelings of love .. it was all concern and worry, is he okay and it was all my fault. Though it wasn't ALL her fault, strictly speaking - he skipped lunch because of his own bloody-mindedness, and if he purposely came late for dinner because he knew she was waiting for him, well, again, that was his problem, not hers. She delayed his dinner the last half hour or so because she ate his food, no more than that. And the idiot should know not to skip meals ... that's basic precaution for any diabetic.

ReplyDeleteToday's episode was mostly along expected lines, except for the bombardment of the whole family!!. I was secretly wishing/wanting for a scene where Kushi feeds him and rattle snake witness this with his usual twitchy nose!!!! But I guess it was ok . They had to do the scene a little diff from last time and hence the family drama ...I guess!
I honestly did not like Anjalli feeding him. She should have let Kushi do it. After all it was in Arhi room.
I do not know any hindi and I am learning a lot of hindi watching IPK . Extremely happy with that bit. Hence without watching the episode with Eng subtitles I cannot comment much...but I did read something interesting!.....
The fall of the mighty ASR... a sign of things to come?????? The last time he almost fell down, Kushi caught him..much to his chargin!.... This time his fall is well beyond her reach..what do you think!

Mmmh well the whole don't touch me thing was a throwback to the episode after she told him she was engaged I guess it conveys that feeling of betrayal from her to him? That she has lost her haq on him? Because as far as I can tell that's what it means, in his mind he has all his rights on her, she belongs to him, he was showing her and kj that in the honeymoon dance, yet when she got engaged he didn't let her touch him not because she belonged to anyone else but more for breaking his trust, and now again she seems to have betrayed him via the shyam thing so he's all no touching? A bit delayed i guess, also he's always shown to hate being dependant on anyone, he doesn't want her help because it makes him feel helpless

It's just starting to sink in now that all the ceremonies are over and we're getting back to normal life, but with that one all-important person missing. Life goes on, everything happens as before ... but it's changed irrevocably.
IPK and the silliness is helping, believe it or not! Everyday my mother and I sit and watch it together, and laugh over Khushi's latest antics - and mom is getting hooked to my blog too. She is deeply touched by all the messages from you all - you've all become a virtual family.

What’s up with TQ here today and where is Shayam? Back on tour??? Did he not go with TQ to the doctor??
And why isn't TQ showing a bump? Is it already 3months right?? (Going by the 3 doc visits she has already done).
Think TQ expression was trying to understand the sudden change in K's equation..If I remember ' she gave Bitwa the advice that K is finding happiness in other things and he needs to understand her pov" and she gives advice to Bitiya that she has to love with sada haq. Now who is taking her advice to heart, because if K is waiting for Chote than her advice has worked on K but is confused as how easily did K accept it and implemented so quickly. Then when Nani says Bitwa wearing a Red Shirt she is more confused as her chote even in his worst nightmare wouldn't wear it and if he has worn; it is to make K happy. And Bitwa doing something to make some happy does not go with her well. So may be it’s just the start of the understanding that there is someone else for whom her chote will do to anything to make that person happy. And Arhi scenes were beautiful, expect as I always say incomplete expression – this time from Khushi! Cv’s there is something called as FB’s and monologues, PLS use them!!! The night scene would have been to another level.
With precap, I believe that Bitwa is still thinking that Khushi is still acting, let’s see what is in stored for today...

DeleteNight paani scene - RV - think Teej paani scene. You know it is like they will now make us live the story from start but with Khushi doing all the caring and Arnav confused.
Then it was Arnav doing all th ecaring and Khushi being confused. It was when Khushi had gradually taken over arnav's heart and mind. Now it looks like he is all set to takeover her heart and mind and Khushi coming to a realization that she cares for him not because of what he has done but despite what he has done
yes, I saw the epi again and now its cleared.. arnav saw the stark care in her face.. in the middle of the night, with no one to show.. and thinks, she really cares for his discomfort? (we saw this expression after the dandaa fell on his head too)
Deleteand it is always actions that speak louder than words in arnav's world.. so her caring action will weigh more in his mind than anything(good or bad)that she could say.

DeleteThe bump is okay, I didn't start showing much till my 5th month, so that is fine although read a rumor Daljeet might actually be pregnant and hence the frequent leave of absence, dunno?
TQ: He should be pushing the story forward instead we have him sidetracked and a new character introduced, WT?
CVs goofed up by not showing monologues or FBs. This should have been Khushi's ambulance moment of losing him, the fear was not there, guilt yes.
With the comedy and OTT, I hope the director tells Sanaya, the comedy is over for good, we are back to intensity now, so it is easy for her go with the flow. You can't have her eating so m uch goofily and going all panicky, it won't be easy.
I am glad they are concentrating on Khushi and her feelings, they need to show it more and Khushi also needs to have her own Ambulance moment vis a vis Arnav, let us hope.
there would be no fear of losing him.. she never had him, so to speak.
Deletealso, she knows that he gets better after he eats.. he was in no real danger. the only reason she was up all night caring for him is her guilt, because she was the one who caused his collapse.. just like her tension in the voicelessness drama.

ReplyDeleteA few comments - Anjali's expressions were a little confusing to me too - why was she surprised to see Khushi waiting for Arnav for dinner? And was she pleased? She didn't seem to be. My hopes are up that she will have trouble accepting Arnav's changing for Khushi ... it was all very well when she was the major domo directing their lives, but if Khushi does take over the role, it would be natural for Anjali to resent her own decreasing influence for a while at least - even a mother resents it when her son starts following his wife, and here Anjali has been the world for Arnav. I wouldn't mind if they did show it that way - it would never deepen to anything major, because as we discussed some time back, Anjali can never turn grey for too long, it wouldn't go down well with the SP audience, with all the puja-path Godfearing behaviour. But a little resentment would be natural - and if Anjali did blame Khushi for Arnav's fainting, then that explains why she took over to feed him his dinner - even though she tried to reassure Khushi that it wasn't her fault.
Arnav, of course thinks that Khushi is continuing her Gopi vhau act by showing her worry ... hopefully this will be the end of that act ...
Miss B - from this episode I got a hint of how the Bubbly track might go, and if they do go this way, it will be nice. Bubbly offered to sit with Arnav, was brusquely refused and sent off, and Anjali had to soften the blow for Bubbly ... appears that B has a small crush on her Arnav bhaiyya, and is rebuffed every time ... a feeling that Khushi can empathise with completely. So they can understand each other's feelings, and that might draw them together ... as Khushi, the more mature one here, who does understand how to deal with children, realises how Bubbly also wants Arnav's appreciation and affection, and is always rebuffed by him, not because he hates Bubbly, but because he finds it difficult to show affection to anyone. And in explaining to the child, Khushi finds some answers of her own.
This reminds me of the temple scene - which I feel is one of BS's best scenes ... when he physically CANNOT reach out to that little child ... he buys her the pigeons, tells her to go home gruffly ... the ASR character and how it has hidden the Arnav inside came out beautifully there. If he can repeat the same performance here, and then we can have Khushi-Bubbly going through the same emotions of being rebuffed constantly, it would make for an interesting way to Khushi to figure out Arnav a little better.

Khushi - Bubbly - yes Khushi will have to be a bit more mature herself if she has to deal with a child. And it was when she was telling children a fairy tale that Khushi woke up to teh fact of the Beast and the Prince being one and teh same. Bubbly resulting in ArHi coming together - in undersatnding each other's thoughts and as people better. Also a noe to Khushi on how Arnav is the same for all - forthright be it young or old.
Anji's expresions - well she was intiially confused cos she wondered how Khushi's very demonstrative love wud have sat well with Arnav and she had specifically told Khushi Arnav does nto like that - so she wondered what was happening. But later on when she hears of Khushi having cared for Arnav in his sickness she realizes that her trust in Khushi and telling her of that weakness of Arnav was not misplaced. Come to think of it, the last time these 2 were fighting and doing silence and other crap with each other, what led to a silent bond - Khushi seeing Arnav in tears / pain and then too it was a piece of info shared by Anji about how they had been talking about their mother and how that always makes you hurt that led to the bonding over stars scene.
If the story goes a particular way from here, Anji will resent Khushi not for taking Arnav away from her but for breaking Anjali's trust in Khushi to always take care of Arnav. Think about it the Anjali we know would have insisted he should call her if he needs anything and told Khushi the same. But today once she had assured herself he was ok - fed him , she walked off after assuring Khushi he will be ok.
Anji feeding Arnav - nothing wrong there cos he would not have allowed Khushi to feed him and alone he may have not eaten properly either. He ate for Di's sake as he is currently annoyed with teh whole Swami thing - karma Dia karma - Arnav once was so hell bent on making Khushi believe he was out to break the Payash wedding that when he truly covered for her - Khushi took it wrongly. Today Khushi has been so hell bent on making Arnav feel she is just doing a HMC act; he keeps telling her to stop whatever it is she is trying to do; that when she is genuinely concerned he shhrugs her off. And Khushi has to figth for her right to take care of him.
My CCKKP moment - Khushi tells Arnav - "Humein karne deejiyen" (unsaid was aapki madad, aapse pyaar) and he lets her. Even his attempt to shrug her off was not as violent as teh first time. Because this time he felt her concern at his coughing fit and not just saw it - he felt it in the concern on fher face. (link it back to Anji - Khushi conversation of Tue wherein Khushi was told that arnav does not like overt dosplays of affection but he needs to feel the affection nonetheless - andto do that Khushi will have to use Arnav's tactics - and what have we been sayign all this while - actions / gestures not words ) :D :D
Dia: Anjali i felt a bit possessive there too and then we see her go don't worry khushi it is okay, was that reassuring or a smug, only I can take care of my bro, very confusing.

Brilliant pov Dia*kudos*...I max figured, that girl will be akdoo like Arnav and khushi will bring a change in her, making her all naughty and smiley just like she has done with Arnav in the past, this if it happens your way sounds so much better.

I saw Tue - Thurs epis in speed mode finally last night - my curiosity got better of me and I decided I cannot wait for time to do detailed watch - so speed watched it and I cannot believe I missed these (r u all rolling ur eyes at me; well I am high browing just like naughty Khushi) - office does have a knack of knocking me with work when something brews in IPK. There was a lot of fluff agreed but there was stuff brewing. ReplyDeleteI was thinking about epis right from last Fri, then went back to last Mon and then went thru them all right from teh time they got married (in my mind). I was trying to figure out something about Arnva and Khushi. And by the end of it I was grinning like a chesire cat.
And that last scene of yday's epi does anyone recall the last time a life was endangered and someone asked the affected person "Tum theek ho" and how that affected person had let rip and ended with "haan hum theek hain, aapki wajah se nahi par aapke baawajood bhi theek hain". She had walked out only to be brought back into his life by his sister. Waiting to see if my guess for tonight will be spot on or thereabouts.
On why they did not show a monologue of khushi, maybe they didn't realize it was needed or it could simply have been because she too is in turmoil. I would be a bit surprised if she had been shown to question her feelings in FB today As for comparison to teh last time, teh fact that Khushi conencted his present situation to the low sugar incident said it all. family never knew there was an incident before because she had kept quiet on Arnav's say so and they assume it is her reading of him post wedding but her reading of him is much much older than that. And it is to th past Khushi will have to reach out to to get answers on the predicament tehy are in today. Today Khushi would have mainly (and only?) felt guilt at her thoughtlessness in making him go hungry, at her prank taking on a dangerous tone at having endagered his life (whether she would have recalled the previous incident of low sugar and her having thrown hot tea at him, i am not sure it wud have fit in today - it will fit in when Khushi starts questioning herself about how her half baked thoughts on tit for tat could hurt perhaps eventually leading to a Arnav like moment of "Main kuch bhi lkabhi jaanke nahi karta Khushi" and from there a realization of how she will neevr be able to hurt him or see him hurt.
It is always her that initiates and arnav who compeltes. The turmoil about her feelings should have begun today and their smoke will reach Arnav tomorrow whence his turmoil should begin about his feelings.

DeleteThe other day she accused him of worsening the situation before setting it right, now inadvertantly she has done the same....By not telling shyam's truth to even one member of the R family, her own life has undergone turmoil and it will be set right soon not by her own but with help from Arnav which is where Arnav's you can't do everything by yourself comes into place.
I want more introspection from Khushi's side now...We all know about Arnav's side since we have been shown that, now it is Khushi's turn.

You know then Arnav was not allowed to care for Khushi and today Khushi was not allowed to care for Arnav initially.
Yep when Khushi said Humein karnay dijiye - I also did think of "Tum sab kuch akele nahi kar sakti". You know what else I recalled - it was that scene when she hurt her hand with the broken bangle and Arnav went "Khushi mujhe dekhne do" she was not letting him care for her initially and he had to claim his right then. After that what did she see - him going mindless with worry when she fainted.
She felt sad that he hated her and loved anji on last Fri but she has forgotten teh instances when he has cared for her too. He was there for her in the hospital too the day he offered her solace by placing his hand over her head because he did not now any other way. He scolded her for being careless but he was worried she would hurt herself looking for that coin under the bed. His way of showing his love is unconventional - not like Khushi's. Arnav who told Di I will never let anyone put teeka on me let Khushi do it when she claimed her right, said nothing and did what needed to be done. He only rubbed it off after she went off on teh Swami thing again. If she hadn;t who knows he may not have rubbed it off. When did he feel her care at mehendi - when she was worryinghim and what did he tell her - Be careful else I shall think you were worried for me - spot on wasn't he. Did Khushi tell him then she was worried or was it her actions unmindful of his presence that conveyed it - actions!
Hyper much! - maybe! I am hoping they keep the pace. What is irritiating is teh scenes are not geeting cinveyed as well all the time as they were in important segments earlier.
Wondering how many stars went on Baisaakhi break.
Also, now with Khushi thinking of consequences, you recall at haldi she told Arnav that "don't get blinded by the challenge that u loose sight of all else" and that is exactly what she has ended up doing today. Lost sight of evrything - arnav taking care not to yell at her in front of his staff, yell at her before family, still ask her to be careful when she bumps into that door, mention he is hungry as he has not eaten all day, notice how he softened when she spplied teeka - bcos she was so fixated on that ASR pe vaar. Did the vaar go khaali - naah and I am hoping it hits teh right target - bitwa's brains :) and khushi's heart :)
I have my fingers crossed about the precap and story surroungding it. MU nahi hona chaahiye -bahut ho chukaa MU.

Deleteyes.. khushi does not notice that bitwa is softening towards her, treats her with more care, etc.. because she has seen this bipolar behavior before. twice, in fact. he acts like he has rights on her, and when she bends, he breaks. thrice, if you include the heer ranjha drama..
but in the last instance, she got the message loud and clear.. she is now aware of him, she understood what his heart tried to tell her, what his voice told her..while her eyes were shut. she understood that he has feelings for her, which is why she asked him about it in the greenroom. but again he denied it.. again he shouted at her on the steps.. now she knows that there is love, but the hate is more than the love... so she decided not to show her face to him, keep herself busy.
she accepts that he gives her the "place of a wife" and instinctively uses it.. the tikka scene, (felt like it was pasted in the middle of the episode with no rhyme or reason) showed that now she does not hesitate to be physically close to him.. and she knows that he will not object. (M out of the G, ppl!)
he was so husbandly towards her today..and yes, he would have wore the tika if she dint "swami" him again :)
And then finally, yday's precap - Initially Arnav is irritated to give Khushi credit for taking care of him (bcos somewhere she was the root cause like the voice loss incident before). He very casually told his Di that yes he knows that Khushi cared for him without realizing the import of his words because he thought she did not mean them just like she did all that while ago. She thought that having subjected her to his irrational demands and tasks, putting her life in danger, he had some nerve to check if she was ok - she mis read his genuine regret and concern as hsi callousness.
ReplyDeleteAnjali's declartion of feeling happy on knowing Khushi cared for Arnav is her satisfaction of knowing they care for each other even though they seem to fight so much - inspit of that note about broken fairy tales. She is finally going to handover Arnav to Khushi. She looks at these acts in continuation to Holi and HR and they are an affirmation of the love these 2 share. She missed Khushi's concern on Arnav's loss of voice and her running around then. But Khushi taking steps to make Arnav feel love, caring for him and Arnavletting Khushi do that is a positive sign for Anji who so far was always worried and would jump at the slightest doubt created by her hubby.
It is only when Anjali said "I am gald you have chosen a life partner for whom your health and taking care of you is of prime importance" something began to whirr in that mind of Arnav's. That much needed menthos moment. That mind coming back from vacation.
That look in Arnav's eyes - it was confusion at why Khushi would care for him. It was not a feeling of sadness at his Di's delusion or anger at Khushi because what Anji said rang a bell and he may recall how she gets worried for him when he is sick, hurt or voiceless. (hoping there is a continuation to that fall scene and a morning faceoff b.w teh love birds too before that scene with Anjali)
I love that Anji uses the word jeevan saathi and not patni. A partner for life is correct! And how Anjali came to know - chances are thru Ms.B

It irritates me when they spoil their innocence this way.. and not even that she is smart...she is just arrogant and bratty! And I don't want her anywhere near ArHi story! But sadly, I believe that's what she is here for...! :( rumours also say that she will also create some tension b/w Payaash..although I don't know what ripples she can cause in Payaash story, unless Payal tells Akaash what a brat she is and that she really needs some strong lessons, in which case my respect for Payal will increase in leaps and bounds!

I mean, ok..u love ur little brother, u have been taking care of him ever since ur mom died etc.. but then, u have to accept that he HAS grown up now..he is no longer ur chote..at times he acts like he is ur elder bro for God's sake! You know, girls, I was watching EHMMBH the other day..I mean, I just caught the first 2-3 epis...but was amazed at how well they have shown the sisters' relation to be.. I mean, both of the characters are really well developed there..even after jeevika gets married .. their relation in unchanged.. well, I agree its a sisters' show so they got to show that.. but here, we have two sibling relationships and neither of them have been handled well by the CVs! :S

Deleteoversmart kids are a pet peeve of mine.. and this one (SN..she just lost her front tooth, means the child artist is nearer 6 than 9..)acts like she knows far more than gupta sisters combined.. I will agree with Dia... the girl, with a slight crush on arnav bhaiyya, and the mannerisms of ASR, will trigger khushi to have some insights into ASR.
the way they built up on miss B's arrival, I thought there would be some akash-bubbly scenes, or at least mami-bubbly scenes...(why CVs? you need fillers, right? make them without SaRun!)
with NK's arrival, bitwa had some reaction to the news that he would be coming.. where is the ASR-Bb interaction? reaction? okay, one scene where she is in the bedroom with the adults.. what was she doing there? way past her bedtime...
and anjali.. I personally like that she took charge of the situation, ODG was frozen with guilt, could not face him. see khushi brought the jaggery and gave it to TQ.. if khushi had tried to feed him at that point, we all know what would have happened.. my take is, khushi allowed anjali to take over, because bitiya (and everyone) knows that chote will never say no to his Di. Also, I assume that once everyone went upstairs, it was ODG who made a plate and took it to them, and let Di feed him because up until today, Di is the only one he consciously allowed to feed him.

DeleteWhen NK came it resulted in Arnav eventually realizing he cannot share Khushi and needing to see her childishness differently. With Ms. B it will result in Khushi understanding ASR better (agree with Diya and Jaya there). Chill yaar she has been around for 2 epis only. Bratty maybe but yes if she is the child who grew up too fast then sounds like an echo of ASR. Arrogant bratty well that too is an echo of ASR who has a big ego. Ms. B told Khushi to treat her like an adult and Khushi said she wouldn't mind being hugged by Ms. B. tehre are similarities b/w ArHi interactions and the Khushi - Ms.B interactions. Plus Khushi may speak to her about her parents and her beliefs which may strike a chord with ASR.
Payash tensions well Aakash definitely seems to be overjoyed to see her and may spend time with her thus cutting time with Payal. Has Payal ever had to share Aakash with anyone before - nai. Mami does not count. Child or not, newly weds having their time cut short or with Ms. B in payash room may cause Payal to pout a little.
I differ from Diya in the Anji smotehring bit. Like mami was not expected to change overnight so cannot Anji (this is me who once painted Anji in teh darkest shades of gray on this very blog). The night when he faints, Anji was worried for her bro as always - they have always only had each other all this while. Even tho he is married (and yes she is a KMH) she iss till to see an easygoing relationship b/w teh 2; very fraught with tension has been her vibes so far leading her to have heart to heart (Ms. Fix it :)) At dinner, she heard of some radical shows of display from both ends and she was not sure. But after she had fed him (for her peace of mind) she leaves without advising or censuring or saying anything about asking her bro to tell her if he needs anything. when he lost his voive she jumped with bringing tea that morning. But somewhere she realizes that Khushi undertands him and she also sees Khushi care for him with the jaggery and all. Next morning when she realizes Khushi stayed up to take care fo Arnav she will confirm to herself that her bro is in safe hands and she will ease off. (I thought about Anji's dialogue of the other day when she told Arnav that if he let others care for him and show their affection then she will feel happy and in teh prcap she says when she came to know of Khushi caring for him (and Arnav letting her) she was happy). She will now leave it to the couple. Her concern stemmed form that note she intercepted. She knows her bro is harsh and she saw khushi lost subdues and in search of something - much like when Khsuhi'e engagement news broke but with this low sugar epi Anji is going to have her fears ladi to rest someplace.
And now when RRR tries to raise issues of couple fights hopign Anji will say they will sort it out or more like what she says will cause Arnav to ahve menthos moments bcos he is the only one whose words he truts - all others get judged by their actions.
@sandy and jaya..thanks, girls, for making me feel better abt all of this! :) well, I won't claim that I like Miss B, but I will try not to get irritated by her! :P Funny, coz otherwise I simply adoreee kids..but this one I just couldn't tolerate! :S guess everything has its exceptions! :)
Deleteand agree to what you guys said about anjali too... yes, it does make sense that she is doing all of this out of worry, especially that all is not well in their married life.. and today's dialogue to A makes even more sense now, when she says that he should be lucky that he has such a caring life partner...so she's making sure that he knows what he has got and should value it!
My only conceren again, is the story.. ah, but well, I should just give up and not expect anything until IPL ends! :(
Mads, Jaya, Sandy: Indian movies and TV very rarely get the child act right...Those cases are few and far between. The tuition kids were good, so were the navaratri kids.
DeleteLet us see, What I don't get is the lack of promotion for the show, this child actor apparantly has huge following cos of her previous role, would it have killed them to have a promo or even now show a promo, will this little angel help bring Arhi together or soemthing.
The whole IPL excuse is pathetic....Sisters show is going ahead with the realization of the second bro & sis from the promos, there is trouble in DABH between the couple...All are going full steam ahead to grab the eyeballs and our SHOW IS sitting on its lazy bums and barely moving and waiting for the IPL storm to pass.

In india, IPKKND is telecast a total of four times everyday on SP. why can they just not change the prime airtime of the serial? and I do not really buy the whole IPL excuse unless the head cameraman is also doing work for IPL:))
