More detectivegiri ... but a surprisingly fast-paced episode again ... Mami-Khushi combo continues to rock' n' roll! :))
One logic related question ... then no more, I promise! :)) How did Mami-Khushi know the exact person whose details to take down in the tattoo shop? Was the photograph next to the person's name and address?
The hiding in the shop ... Mami posing as a soft toy =)) Khushi slipping a keychain into the goon's pocket =D> good thinking, but when did she get so close?
The accident ... so Mami-Khushi get worried they're dealing with some serious stuff here ... Mami don't want to be side heroine :)) Cute - Mami getting scared, the look of mulish determination on Khushi's face, then Mami gives in and accompanies her ... Arnav was my nephew before he became your husband ... awww, Mami, you're a sweetheart!
The scene in the KN's house ... don't know what exactly they were looking for ... the address where Arnav has been hidden? Much better to skulk outside and follow Mr KN when he emerges ... but both options would be equally dangerous ...
And they get caught ... now how is it gonna go?! Will they escape again somehow?
Payash were there doing something ... nothing much ... Buaji says she will help Payal later. Why doesn't Payal ask Anjali?
Precap ... although it was good to see Bitwa, it made me laugh ... it was bherryyy filmy!!!! =))

Starts with MaShi finding the right tattoo, and his name and address ... the tattoo shop owner was very meticulous with record keeping ;) ... they make their escape ...
Khushi - Mami is very modern :))
Wondering what to do ... should they go to the address, Mami reminds Khushi that Arnav is under death threat if they tell anyone ... goon drops plank to add to the threats, Khushi drags Mami out of the way just in time ... goon follows accident with phone call to inform it wasn't an accident ... and Khushi realises they're being followed ... so they have to shake off the goon if they want to go to the address ...
(rewatching and writing it down make me see the logic better :)) )
They enter mall, Khushi recognises the goon following them, they hide in toy shop ... some hits and misses later, escape ... when did Khushi slip that keychain into his pocket? Goon looked pretty lost ... kidnapping and brawn seems to be his forte, not shadowing and following ... goon caught by security alarm ... so he's neutralised.
But he had a phone ...
Mami's had enough for the day ... Khushi is not ready to give up at all ...
Mami tries to tell her how dangerous it is ... Khushi mulishly determined ... Mami points out no one at home knows anything, if anything happens to them, then Arnav will never get rescued, they need to tell someone ...
Khushi knows she's right, but she won't listen, she's going to give it another try, whether or not Mami comes with her ...
And Mami can't let her go alone either ... not when there is so much danger ... aww, love the way they have developed the MaShi bond ...
Before he was your husband, he was my nephew ... and what do you think, you'll rescue him and become heroine, and me only side heroine? Never?!
And Khushi smiles ... she can see right past Mami's biting words to the feelings underneath ...
So they reach KN's house ... start the search ... KN gets call from goon ... he's annoyed that the women might be in his house, he will catch them ... well, if they're in his house, he can catch them na? He's reached home ...
MaShi looking for clues ... a bill for 8 people when person is 1 ... delivered here ... so Arnav might be right here ...
And as they're making enough noise to startle a herd of elephants, KN hears them as they hide ...
Lots of cloak and dagger stuff and suspense music ... KN's phone rings, Khushi drops bill, tries to retrieve it, he treads on Khushi's hand ... again very sweet, the way Mami covers her mouth to stop her from screaming, and then is so concerned about her pain ... are you all right?And KN realises where they are and corners them ... with a gun ...
Payash-Buaji ... Akash does know Payal got bored, so maybe she doesn't need to attend any more parties ... Buaji says no, she'll do better next time ... and tells Payal she's ll help her ... not sure that Buaji is the nest person to help.

I am confused too, on how it will go tomorrow ... will they escape? Will Mami throw something at KN? Because according to promo, Khushi should get free - she still has to make up with her DM .. and NK has to enter the picture somehow. Mami is already scared, she will want to tell someone else in the house, Akash is busy romancing (not!) his wife, so NK would be the best bet.

After they escape, the KN (Who I think was in the 100 epi celebration video I think) will inform them that the daryaganj hideout maynot be a safe place and they will change the hideout after Bitwa does his philmy fight.
Have to say Barun can fight saala....Seriously yaar, in LNMDJ there was this fight and I was rofling.
So I have started noting the fights though I would rate Nainital as the best one cos it was damn good, the fury of Arnav was very evident and ofcourse as usual it was much better is SBS than the actual epi.
Looks like Barun is going to get all his training for Bollywood right here itself.

Yep, this fight is too filmy...with ASR blindfolded and hands tied up...I think he is using his sixth sense to position the kidnappers and hit them. IPK main much bhi ho sakta hai.
Mami is really cute. I think after Arhi...its the MaHi pair that rocks...never give us a dull moment. I liked mami's expressions when Khushi says "hamari mamiji modern hain".
and Khushi was too good when she was was shoving off mamiji into hiding while mamiji was niharofying a Barbie set...her expressions and actions were bang on!!

Exactly Ayesha Arnav needs no one to clear even if he believes 10%- in Khushi now ! and thats a million dollar question ---has he given into that what his heart said at desperate moment or even his mind has agreed to her innocence, because if mind hasn't and VRL manipulating him again is possible and more so if you look from Arnav POV for believing in VRL is logical because he doesn't know that Khushi is in alliance with Mami and they did go thru hell to find him but at last only Khushi ended here because she did not want to endanger mami. Moreover Khushi did manipulatively got his signatures and Shyam is involved in his kidnapping and the papers are of the will which entitle shyam as beneficiary .. so for him to believe shyam is possible may be he will not accept it outright, but shyam pointing all the loops may lead again the war between Dil and Dimaag, but this time his Dil will win !

i have a theory, if bitwa believes her after this, the rescue mission had a purpose else, it was only for TRPs

DeleteJust had a thought so posting before retiring for the night ... probably they will escape, Mami will be all shaken up, and will insist on telling someone, she and Khushi will argue about it, NK will either overhear, or Mami will ask him to keep an eye on Khushi for her. So Khushi's rescue attempt may involve NK appearing at the last moment ... or he may get involved knowingly after this escape. Either way, I think he will be in the know very soon.

DeleteMami will find out, she has to or else there is no point in her getting involved in this. And now that she has seen the extent to which Khushi has gone for Arnav,she will eventually believe Khushi.
Mami will be the biggest supporter of Khushi and Arhi. Remember she is incredibly protective of Anjali practically treats her as her own daughter, so you need someone close to home who needs to keep an eye on Anjali and also Shyam and Shyam will never guess Mami supporting Arhi.
And Arnav is still shooting sporadically so it will be more of him and the kidnappers, and some FBs of him of Khushi.
So they have to drag this till 22nd.
but even if VLR tries creating another MU brainwashing Arnav with all logic (since magically this will be the time arnav turns to think about logic) wont mami say something to arnav after he comes back to RM? even though she doesnt know about arnav-khushi MU, VLR's true colore, wont she atleast mention this to arnav that the two ladies went through hell a lot while he was kidnapped? she knows about the concern and love Arhi have for each other...heck, she's seen it clearly in khushi's eyes...so how can arnav MU khushi again? it doesnt make sense..

DeleteI can agree with hate - more of upset for Khushi from ASR for manipulating him and getting his signature or Anji's miscarriage due to Khushi’s unintentionally blurting the truth out or Anji overhearing it from MM/MB convo.. But he hating Khushi due to brainwashing him by VRL is just no for me. That will just not make any sense, for the character they have so beautifully created a strong headed male lead - who does mistake but learns from them, unlike the other hero's of SP who doesn’t use their brains!
Aarthi...me thinks now Arnav will not believe Shyam how so ever hard he may try(using all the logic)... but Khushi (as is her nature - cant lie) will herself tell him that she got his signatures on the papers given by VLR without letting him know...dhokhe se...will give him a big blow...Shyam will further put salt on his wounds...that may lead to another hate track between Arhi...

and LOL at the motu KN in the gift shop going through the gifts....my li'l bro was also watching today and seeing the KN he was like, 'does he think she's hiding in the gifts?' :D

Deletewell i think its about time i put down a completely erroneous prediction ;) what if when arnav is rescued NK and mami do come, just because mami at least deserves some of the credit in the end, and khushi's already rescued him once, but they don't find out about shyam's involvement yet or can't prove it? so the showdown is postponed for a while, that way we can have arnav and khushi working together rather than apart, and mami finds out about shyam and khushi, but due to the bond they've built she supports khushi, against the family, whereas when arnav has to choose to trust khushi, he has to think about the recent rescue things as well as the repeated onslaught of the di ko chodiye flashback?

I think the Di ko chodiye fb has been forgotten ... the new fb was their terrace confrontation ... and now even that should be forgotten after their night in the hut. I feel it will be more about Arnav-Khushi vs Anjali ... with the rest of the family torn between the two.
DeleteOtherwise, like Rekha said, the whole of the kidnap track was just for tiding over BS's absence, and the romance for TRP's, without any progress at all between ArHI - and that will be crazy ...
Hopefully that won't happen - there was a spoiler saying this track was about building their trust.

To tide over BS's absence, we have that silly bubli track, masala mama track....hope the kidnapping is not another one....Ideally,CVs can't just brush this track aside..it has have some value.....I am convincing myself that if it was only for TRPs, they could have shown their hallucinations and not a real meeting.....so i am keeping the faith....well we are all HAA.....by the way, where is the original HAA? i was the one to be on leave, where is Sandy.....
its like this since holi...one or the other silly concept to pass time...earlier the excuse was IPL and now BS movie...like u all i m hoping that this track dnt turn out to be like holi - so much happened and all forgotten...

DeleteHoli did have a purpose, it brought the GH folks and RM folks together after the wham-bham wedding and helped break the ice...even the RM folks accepted K wholeheartedly...
It also let us know that all bitwa needed was a small act of "apnapan" from bitiya to dissolve in to mush.......those were epic scenes....
Since the CV intention was to let trust build before any epic confession, they sought to add a lot of tracks in the interim period...some were gud, some ok, some bad.....
But i so wish they had let this narrative flow better to......(i guess they had their constraints!!)

My hunch is that Khushi and Mamiji will escape, the KNs will talk about it where ASR is kidnapped and that will trigger the fight scene. After that Khushi will want to go again, mami will argue with her and then NK will step in to help. Otherwise I dont know how will they drag the track till our hero comes back full time.
And ladies, our shiddat for the 1 year celebration was realized. I couldnt stop giggling during the SBS segment where SI was holding on to BS all the time, as if he is going to run away! ab itni mushkil se to usne darshan diye the..so I guess its understandable lol..

Haven't had a chance to see the Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday eppys but going by the epi Monday I can understand ASR being very angry with his KKGSR for manipulating him to obtain the signature but MUing her again after those beautiful moments of sharing trust, understanding and care would be simply wrong.
ReplyDeleteFor once it would be nice to see ASR finally understanding the impact of his actions, realising the fact that coz he did not give her a chance to explain, to put her point forward, to speak and completely misunderstood her it drove her to the point of desperation.
He knew she would not leave him and let him walk out to surrender himself so he had to hit her to save should be a good enough reason to discern that khushi could not be in with VLR.

Yep, Shyam and/or main KN, whether they are same same or different ... the KN's know that there are two people at least who are on to them ... if it's Shyam, he was already suspecting Mami from the time she told lies about calling GH about the water problem, this will just confirm it.
DeleteWhy are the KN's not doing anything apart from threatening phone calls? Because they know that Arnav disappearing for a conference is still understandable (NOT really! - no Anjali hysterics?!) ... but if two more people disappear then obviously alarm will be raised ...
So KN and goons are keeping an eye on KM (KM = Khushi Mami) but they can't do anything to them, except keep threatening them to not tell anyone or go to the cops? Does that make any sense at all?
And what is the bloody motive of the whole kidnapping??? No money, no ransom, no murder ... I hope the cv's have thought about SOME motive ... not just ending the track with a BW style rescue and Shyam being exposed ... why the heck did he do the kidnap in the first place?!

ReplyDeleteAre they making Payal insecure so that when K gets back she will be distracted and maybe even feel guilty that she neglected jiji.
That will give her and ASR a little space (much needed after the hut scene!) and make way for a toned down romance.
All along we were wondering why Payal does not care about Khushi, but this track makes me feel that Payal is always the one who needs looking after and maybe that’s why Khushi does not confide in her at all.

I really hope NK will not join Khushi- mami team.
It is enough humiliation for poor ASR that biwi has to save him.
NK is not someone he looks up to. He is not in the same league as Akash.
( I like NK and it was nice to see him back. His line, “uss shaadi mein itna mazaa naa aaya” : Was that a pun on the shaadi he had just attended in ‘Chhal ‘?)
Anyway why can’t ASR save himself?
Let Khushi find out that Shyam planned the kidnap, but by then, also let ASR escape on his own.

Could it be that he is arranging money to pay off the goons?
He will get ASR’s money only after the will and legal proceedings and maybe that’s not enough to convince the goons to do the deed.
He has arrange for 5 Lakh but thats not enoughto pay them off for murder.

Khushi Mami make a great pair and i quite like seeing them together but it is getting too stretched now with only two of them onscreen most of the time...
