Abhimanyu went into the chakravyuh without knowing his way out. Is Khushi doing the same thing?
She knows her way in ... her end goal ... fool Snakewa into thinking she wants Arnav back to trick him into signing over his property and wealth. Does she know that coincides with his goal? And what is her end goal? To get hom to admit that he kidnapped Arnav? Or just to fool him into releasing Arnav so that she can help in the same goal? But she doesn't know his goal yet, does she?
What was all that about the papers? What is she signing? Hope unlike her errant husband, she reads the papers properly before signing them. Did she hear the "Mr Roy" on the phone tell Shyam 'aapka kaam ho gaya' before he disconnected the phone?
Arnav bitwa ... tch tch ... don't know whether to laugh or to *head desk* Do the cv's really have a Master Plan lined up for him? He wants to say "sorry" to Khushi for hitting her - that's the most important thing?! And the utter vagueness about his whereabouts ... he's pacing around all untied, hasn't picked up any clues about where he is, other than there are mandir ki ghantis and trains running around him?
Unfortunately, again when Barun makes an appearance, the quality of the script falters. Didn't feel the Rabba ve for the first time ... I was busy mentally shouting at the two of them to get a move on and exchange the really important information, instead of wasting time on the 'sorry'! And when Khushi tells him about Shyam, of course he's not listening!
The Khushi-Shyam showdown was good ... liked the way Khushi 'accidentally' let out the bit about knowing Arnav has been kidnapped ... Shyam tried to cover it up oh-so-casually ... and she goes, 'ayn mauke pe Arnavji got kidnapped,' as though grumbling at the timing, couldn't Arnavji have been kidnapped at a later, more convenient date instead of messing up my plans?
If Khushi wasn't in love with Arnav, this 'badla' story would actually be very feasible and interesting ... somewhat like some Sidney Sheldon novels, where the heroine goes all out to trick the man who pretends to love her, then betrays her ... she pretends to love him back, then betrays him in turn ... I think the Revenge series started off that way, though there Daniel was only collateral damage for Amanda, not the main goal.
So Khushi passes the second test, but not yet the first ... will she realise that Shyam is testing her and pass the first one too? DM, please ... some help here?! Thank you, DM ... aapki jai ho!
My thought for Friday was that it would be planning for battle, with maybe the first start ... seems I'm lagging behind a little ... Khushi is already well into the war. And this Shyam-Khushi showdown I did not expect! I was wondering how she would try to convince him about that 'shatru ko haraane ke liye shatru ka saath dena padta hai' ... it was well done, with Khushi sticking to exactly the same attitude towards Shyam that she has always shown, and just adding the additional hate towards Arnav.

Shyam - repeats her own words back to her - this is only half the money, The rest when the job is done.
Khushi appalled - he heard the entire conversation?!
Shyam twitches gloatingly - That's what you said, isn't it? Why did you want so much money? That man didn't look like he was from any school. And there's no such school near Buaji's house. Now will you tell me?

She tries to deny, he overrides ... 'tell me, otherwise ...'
'Otherwise what? Are you threatening me?!'

Still the show of anger ... she can't give in too quickly ... 'I don't want to talk to you.'

Finally 'gives in' in a temper. 'All right - I'll tell you! I want his signature, because I want everything. His money, his property, his business, his house, everything. Each and every little piece - ek ek tukda.'
Shyam's turn to be appalled.
'Why?!'
'Because I want to break him, destroy him ... from inside out. I want to see him in agony.'
IF THIS IS TRUE, IT'S A DAMN GOOD TWIST!!! AND TRULY NEVER SEEN BEFORE ON INDIAN TELLY!!!
*hides face* okay, okay, I was just saying ... :)) And Sanaya made it bloody believable!!! It actually struck me on repeat watch - especially when I remembered the Sidney Sheldon novel Rage of Angels. But would the cv's dare to do something like this?
And if it happens, it will be major Gloatwa ve :))

She disabuses his mind of that notion. 'Nope, I hate you both. You deceived me, and he never tried to understand me. Just threatened me into marriage (she knows Shyam knows that?), destroyed me ... and now I want ... revenge!'
And she glares at him, hatred in her eyes.
And turns and leaves.
Shyam looks after her thoughtfully - should he believe her?
So a test - Arnav in dark room with temple bells clanging in the background ... Shyam slaps KN ... throws his phone conveniently into Arnav's cell. And drags KN out ... all still without a word.
Arnav runs to the phone, puts it together and calls ... Khushi.
And gust of wind returns ... silence as they sense each other immediately ... and say the names simultaneously ... both in tears ...
Khushi actually regains her senses first ... and her voice ... 'Arnavji, where are you? Where have they kept you? Listen, I have to tell you something very important ... I know who's behind all this ...'

He cuts her off ... he has something more important to tell her ... *head desk* like really, Arnav??!!!
And Shyam waits ... 'your first test, Khushi ... you said you hate Arnav, you want revenge. Now let me see if you tell me about this call.'
Shyam ... duh, duffer ... she also said she hates you, remember? And doesn't trust you because you deceived her. Why the heck would she tell you about this call? You have to win her trust first ... idiot!!!

She registers the information ... 'train station and temple bells ... where could this be ... okay, I will think, but before that, I need to tell you ... I know who's behind this ...'
Some temple bells and hello, hellos happen ... how can a simple conversation happen uninterrupted?
And she finally tells him ... 'Shyam is behind all this ...'
But too late ...
'Yes, it's Shyam ... he's a scoundrel of the first order ... your blood was on his shoes, your passport, boarding pass is with him ... I have all the proof ... are you listening?!'
Of course he isn't ... when did he ever listen to the important things? Mr KN makes an opportune reappearance, hunting for his phone ... Arnav sits on it quietly ... KN leaves ...(is that a file he looked at? And why the good manners suddenly? Why didn't he ask Arnav to get up?)
And of course by the time he leaves, and Arnav gets back on the phone ... 'Khushi, you were saying something' ... the battery goes dead ...
So Khushi thinks she has told him about Shyam, Arnav has no clue ... and Khushi starts to wonder ... train and mandir bells ... where, where?
Shyam's next test ... call from fake 'Mr. Roy' with fake moustache ... property deal by Arnav, she needs to sign in his place, as Arnav is out of the country. The property will then come into her name, but of course that's okay, as she's Arnav's wife ...
Khushi wonders as she puts down the phone. Her signatures?
SN - where does Shyam have the money to pay so many goons?
'Roy' informs Shyam his work is done.
Next morning, Khushi is off ...
Shyam gives Anjali some song CD's ... what is this?
Anjali asks Khushi if she gave the money to the BV? Mami wondering ... 'what BV? Where is this?' And asks Khushi silently, what are you up to?
Shyam notes Mami's look to Khushi ... Khushi notes that Shyam is watching her and Mami. And Shyam knows that Mami knows about the kidnapping ... so its okay to give Mami a hint in front of Shyam ...
She's going to meet the trustee of the BV ... Mami asks again, 'where is this BV?!'
In other words, where are you going?
'Near Buaji's house ...'

And Shyam's test is a simple one ... will she go to Roy to get the property in her name? Or will she go to track Arnav first? Priority?

DeleteYesterday after that S.K. Travels episode, I thought now tracks have ben laid for return of Arnav... but again more MUs I think.
Even khushi...why couldn't she tell others when asked that she was going to Mr. Roy as he needs her signatures on some papers. Poor Akash! No one finds him important to be consulted or confide in. more *HEAD DESK*
I really hope they end it soon...This kidnapping has become a chewing gum...khinchta hi chala ja raha hai.

I may be an idiot to be optimistic, but I don't think there will be more MU. I think they may be going towards what we always wanted - ASR and Khushi working separately but together, for the same goal. My only problem is that ASR doesn't seem to be going towards any goal at all at the moment, his brain is well and truly addled. I think the little time Barun gets to shoot for IPK, the cv's use it for Rabba ve scenes, rather than show ASR using his 'shatir dimaag'. While Sanaya is around all the time, when Arnav is there, Khushi can do Rabba ve, when he's not, she can use her dimaag :)))

Back to my point (yes, I had one somewhere ;) ... I think, or rather I HOPE, the reason she didn't tell the others about Mr Roy is that she discovered it was a trap by Shyam to test her. Now did she hear that last bit as the fake Roy put down the phone, or is it something Shyam says between now and Monday precap time, we will know on Monday.
And seriously, Barun had better be back next week half time at least ... how long can they drag this further?!
Is Mami going to interrogate Khushi some more? Where was NK today? Did he help to set up the guy whom Khushi paid the money to?

MU nahi hoga. Think about it. It is again a scenario where Arnav'sfeelings for Khushi are at the forefront. His love and passion for her is bubbling up and yet again the scene seems set for a MU because SHyam is aware of Khushi's unrest on Arnav's absence, his heightened awareness of Khushi's feelings for Arnav. Havans and poojas are being held. Then Anjali's life was being attacked and now it is Arnav's. That terrace waala scene replay is coming again but yes I have all fingers crossed to be blown away by having Arnav step up to stand by Khushi against Jee Jaa Ji (JJJ - Jack of all trades :P)

The camera work was superb. and dialogues masha allah - each one a killer innuendo. and finally a villain we can be proud of. and if the villain is now back to being his eveil self, the hero can finally be the knight in shining armour who shall ride in from the sun and whisk away his damsel in ditress.
U know what scene I was reminded of today - from the The Return of Zorro. The one where Helena tries to trap Armand into believeing she is passionately in love with him only for him to unmask her traitorous behaviour and causing Zorro to rush in and give himself up so she may be safe.

Whoa....! A damn good episode...! CV's were throwing one jaw-dropping moment after another...first khushi and shyam confrontation...the way khushi lied about destroying arnav...next the arnav khushi phone convo...that was sweet! Arnav apologising to khushi for hurting her...'i am sorry but mujhe karna pada' *reading between the lines* maybe also an apology for the forced marriageand also other occasions? Although i was first wondering how come they let arnav roam around here and there like a stroll in the park? But then i was like 'ooh shyam u evil creep, that was ur plan..!' liked the fact that shyam didnt believe khushi right away.... but if VLR had speakers attached, didnt he hear khushi saying those things about him? What more proof does he want that khushi is lying? Or did the mandir bells tone that down...? And when the (fake) lawyer called, i thought how is khushi allowed to sign legal papers in arnav's absence? I dont know squat about law but maybe there's some power of attorney or something needed...? And then cut to shyam.... Evil plan again...!! But is it just me who feels that they shouldnt have shown khushi passing the 'pehla imtehan' in the precap?

Also, wife can sometimes sign for her husband, putting a 'for (name)' ... I have done it. Not on very legal eagle papers, but on simple things like phone bills etc. But for property papers, it would NOT hold valid, she would need a POA. Again speaking from experience :)))

The speakers were put by Shyam to give the sound of the train and maybe the temple bells also (need to re-watch to check) to give Khushi a clue about Arnav's whereabouts. Her first test - will she go hunting for Arnav first or will she go to meet Roy first. In other words, what is her priority, Arnav or his property. Because the fake Roy said that the property would be in her name if she signed.

She tells him she hates Arnav and wants his property cos he hurt her family and is punishing her for no fault of hers. She tells Creep she hates him too yada yada..
Shyam decides to put 3 entrance test to Creep club.
First he deliberately leaves the junio KN's phone around so Arnav can make a call. Arnav calls Khushi, starts crying, apologizes, have a WT* RV...and both refuse to listen to each other.
Khushi tells him about Shyam and By that time Junior KN returns and so conveninetly Bitwa has no idea about what Khushi said. Khushi thinks she has told him everything.
Test no. 1 - Shyam will see if Khushi tells him about hte phoen call.
TEST NO. 2 - A (Fake?) Mr. Roy calls and tells Khushi to sign some papers that Arnav brought since he is out of the country, with the logicl biwi ho ya hubby ghar ki baat hai.
Khushi leaves for the lawyer and lies to R Family where she is going...
So Monday Khushi will have to pass atleast 2 tests before Final round.
Shweths ... hadn't all the family gone to the temple when the Shyam-Khushi showdown happened? So house was empty.

DeleteI think ASR should not have thrown away the cell phone. If he wants to trace the kidnappers in future, the cell phone may lead to some clue. I hope he keeps it in hiding and use it on time. Especially Khushi's rationale for Sham's involvement is recorded in there. Since DM is with her, hope he preserves the phone.

Moreover it's nearly 300 episodes now when will the 'romance' in the love story start? I just want the KN and MU between A-K to wrap up. Just want to see khushi having to go through another MU and proving herself again.
I can take it if she is shot as that would mean start of A's RTR. MU is a big no no.

Shyam seemed clueless at the beginning, by the end his dimaag had kick started. Thank god!! (wow! I am not even thinking about ASR now.)

Chess is no fun when it is a one sided game. This is why I was unhappy with this track.
Now I don’t care where this is going or who is going to win this round.
I can even do without ASR being a key player. (That was one of my biggest concerns initially.)
Khushi has passed the first test. Will she clear the second one?
So many exciting possibilities now.
And if they are creating a new MU, did the first MU get cleared? When?
What I did not like: Arnav still imprisoned, though it was nice to see that flash of ASR.
I felt Barun’s acting was not upto the mark, may be he will need some time to get back into ASR’s skin.

DeleteIn chess the king rarely ever moves. Its the cabinet and pawns around him that do. But when he does make a move it usually is a Mindblowing one.
First MU is partially cleared and it no longer matters to Arnav - why I think so - chk below wrote to Rekha cos she asked me something similar 2 days ago.
I was largely ok with BS scenes. ASR crying is a lil ricky one without coming across as mushy but like someone once said (I think Rekha or Gargi?) ASR is gradually becoming more human so maybe we need to accept some of these mannerisms
Today's epi was just W.O.W. Though I'm beginning to think that VLR fits the bill of a master mind business tycoon better than ASR. All Arnav does is vent out. He keeps kicking random doors that don't budge an inch, runs amok a so called dark room (if the room was as dark as he made it out to be how did he find a black phone and a black battery??),faints, pretends to faint, gets beaten up and hallucinates. I can't believe all this time he was grieving about hitting Khushi and hurting her. Come on man, this ain't new for either u or her. U've hurt her far more than that little bump on head. Has the MU got totally erased off his mind? or is he amnesiac? he is ready to weep and beg for forgiveness now, what about the time he plucked her heart out and stamped on it and walked away without so much as a second glance? Btw shouldnt he be figuring out a way to escape or is he happy to let his biwi do the needful while mops around?
ReplyDeleteAnd OMG!!! Khushi excelled in acting skills over SI. For a moment i almost believed her. thought she really does want a revenge. and why not? she has rock solid reasons to feel complete hatred towards the man who destroyed her. had she not fallen head over heels in love with him and found proof that he is infact irrevocably in love with her, she might have gone down that road. but for someone who is not supposed to be a good liar, she was doing a damn good job. and the way VLR reacted was fab too, esp when she threw a oh-so-casual remark about ASR being kidnapped. he was completely flustered for a moment, wasn't expecting THAT from her. He was almost on the verge of believing her, but he doesn't. this where VLR makes a better master mind than ASR. Where ASR believes only in him, what he sees and what he hears, VLr is ready to take a few steps forward to investigate. he is ready to test the premises and evidences to draw out the fact. Wish ASR would pick a leaf out of his book.
And finally the phone convo has sown the sown the seed for the next MU. Khushi thinks Arnav knows everything, cus she told him so. emboldened by this fact she takes her next step, but Arnav knows nothing, didn't hear a word she said. a near miss again *head desk*.
Khushi in her final stage of battle soughts the support of ASR. Nobody knows about her new ploy, not even NK as far as i know. So in the final showdown, it will be Khushi Vs Khushi. the Khushi who confided in NK about VLR being the kidnapper. The khushi whose love for arnav was put on plain display for the entire family to see. against the Khushi who hoodwinked Di for money, sought allegiance with VLR and accepted that all along she was been plotting revenge. Logically the second khushi is more believable for the sheer reason that ASR has treated her like filth right from the day they met, no wonder she wants to destroy him. but arnav's dil knows his khushi, the girl who despite everything still miraculously loves him as much as he does. a girl who is incapable of deceit. a dil Vs dimaag gain. what will ASR do?

ANd in the Khushi vs Khushi, I think ASR's dil and dimaag will say the same thing - that Khushi is innocent. The dimaag will see through her ploy of revenge against him because the dimaag will see the proof of her hatred for Shyam.

Also, I think I said this in reply to Opti's post also ... on re-think, ODB's first thought to call Khushi - understandable - the last time he saw her, she was knocked out cold by HIM, and he had no clue what happened to her after that, was she safe or not, did he hit her a bit too hard, was she hurt etc., etc. So the first call to her, the girl he loves more than life, the girl he hurt to save her from more hurt, is she all right, and he has to tell her how sorry he is that he had to hurt her ... so forgive him for that one.

SO for now just NK and Khushi onto Shyam is fine. Once they have more conclusive evidence or better still the motive Mami will be roped in. Else Mami will be given a hint and she will follow these 2 silently.
Khushi knows that Shyam is aware Mami was with her earlier and both were observed by the goons so Shyam will make sure to watch both their moves so NK is a safe bet,
Plus all of u hoping NK is involvd - OF COURSE HE IS. There was a silent conversation - scene in mute between NK and Khushi sometime this week is it not so what happened there? Do yoyu knowz come on tellz me pleej. Was it only the shoe stain? And if yes, like Arnav asking Khushi to marry him under force, can we not get FBs of Khushi and NK plotting. There is a plan and not the impulsiveness of Khushi so yes NK is moderating it.
Nk has a lot to tell
1. He knows Khushi wanted to tell Arnav something on the day of the wedding (I saw that video by chance today)
2. He knows there was some attraction b/w them (Desi girl and dance practice)
3. He knows Arnav was at Khushi's place on NYE
4. He knows Khushi was sad when Arnav was not around
5. He knows how restless and concerned Khushi was in Arnav's absence
Some bromance ahead between the brothers before Nanhe exits again?
Calmed down a bit and thought about the epi. Theost important for ASR is to say sorry to his ODG indicating RTR track coming up in the near future.... I think. Where saying sorry was so difficult for him it's come do easily today for him. And he is going to need this ease of saying sorry coz it was have to say it n number of times to ODG for what he has done to her and for shattering her dreams, hurting her and her family.....

I had once wished for in this blog's shiddat that a day should come when Arnav knows of the whole truth and even though Khushi will gradually (now perhaps instantly) forgive him, he himself will be most brutal about his mistakes and sins. He will be harshest on himself even though others will also punish him and spear him with their words and Khushi will have to set aside her anger at his lack of trust to come and rescue him from himself )well the set aside anger on lack of trust makes no sense because he already said ILU). And on this day he will hold her and pledge to be with her forever and she will echo his heartfelt feelings (it will be a humaari dhadkanein ek ho jaati hain types moment)

And Khushi will be the only person who can draw him out of that 'peetal ka bartan' of his.
Su, I think Khushi is not sure still whether he meant that ILU ... and unlike the previous times when she used to run after him persistently to ask, this time she is the one scared to ask him, scared to say anything about it, to even mention the word 'love', because she is scared whether he meant it or not. She would rather live in a bubble that he did, than ask him whether he did and have her heart broken if he denies it. A bit like Arnav, but in reverse, when he was scared to ask her about her feelings for Shyam in case she came out and confirmed that yes, she did love Shyam (DDR!)

So iLU was like an eye opener to see the way Arnav works for Khushi.
The I am sorry I hurt you is only for the hut scene for now. But a guy who hurt her willingly for her safety if he feels so bad about it, think how would he feel when he knows just how much and in how many ways he has actually hurt her.

ReplyDeleteLooking forward to your edit. And yeah go back and read the last 2 epis of Feb, and 1st and 2nd Mar posts - gut feel about the intensity and thought continuity from Khushi's POV.
Also some randowm thoughts I am thinking of basis today's dialogues which could come into play in teh future:
1. Mughalsarai - a very important railway junction in northern india where two most important railway lines meet 1) Main Line (Delhi-Kanpur-Allahabad-Patna-Gaya-Howrah) and 2) Detour Line (Delhi-Moradabad-Bareilly-Lucknow-Varanasi-Gaya-Howrah)
(the reason i thot of this is because they said train station close to temple)
2. Sarai as in inn. Also read that sarai is persian for palace and one of its variations also means home (Sheesh Mahal??)
3. Grand Trunk Road / Uttarapath
4. Jarasandha the king of Magadh - he had to be split into 2 and thrown in opposite directions in a one on one battle with Bheema and Krishna gave Bheema the hint to do this.
5. Shishupala - I thought of him yday
(esp given how he was finally killed at a havan organized by Yudhisthira for openly criticizing Krishna by Krishna - apne muh se apni maut ko bulaawa dena).
And he was Krishna's foe because Krishna had snatched Rukmini, his would be bride from under his very nose :D
Plus as per Vishu puran, he was also consided to have been Hiranyakashipu and Ravana in his earlier births :))
6. You called your post CHakravyuha and I was reminded how it was Jayadratha whohad planned and trapped Abhimanyu in the vyuha that proved fatal for him. Arjun vowed revenge for Abhimanyu's death and pentarted Drona's vyuha in search of Jayadratha. He had vowed go kill himself if he could not have his revenge but till close to sunset he could not find Jayadratha. Krishna then cast an illusion of sunset getting the enemies to relax while Krishna gave Arjuna the cue to kill Jayadratha. Arjun had his revenge and Krishna reviked the illusion causing the Kauravas to realize they had been tricked.
7. Speaker and CD player in the scene with Shyam - Shyam will be teh loudspeaker who will announce his sins to Arnav and eventually the family.
8. Shyam gave CDs to Anjali - he will give her a clue or proof of his misdeeds too later on? He spoke of gaane ke CDs - don't u usually look for these at a sangeet ceremony? A dhamaka at another wedding - at the previous sangeet, he had ried to physically maul Khushi and also set loose that Scorpion.
9. Shyam purposefully threw the phone towards Arnav to see who he would call and later checked the call list to realize it was Khushi. So now he is waiting for his so called new ally to tell him
10. Khushi said Baalika Vidyalay ke trustee and meant Roy and Roy said whether it be your name or your husband's it does not matter for it is just for procedural purposes on paper. Why do I smell the will here and again AR36K? And Khushi later says taht she will get her purse before she goes to meet Roy. Is Arnav evetually going to change the will to make Khushi the beneficiary knowing she will never let it fall into Shyam's hands once the entire MU clears?
11. Is this lawyer the real Roy or is he a fake Roy?

It will be khushi who will realise shyam's obsession for arnav's money and give him a cue to split Shyam between his greed for money and obsession for khushi which will lead to his downfall.
terestingly rukmini is also considered as avatar of Lakshmi, goddess
5) again interpreting Shyam as Shishupala, arnav as Krishna who eloped with khushi (rukmini) right under shyam's nose on that fateful night. Khushi will become the cause for shyam's eventuality at the hands of Arnav. Interestingly rukmini was also considered as avatar of Lakshmi, goddess of wealth.
6) jayadrath - Shyam as jayadrath wove a chakravyuha around gupta's leading to death of growing feelings of love between Arhi. Khushi as Arjuna is slowly penetrating the chakravyuha archaoed by Drona (Shyam). Arnav as Krishna has caste spell over Shyam that he still MUs khushi leading to boldness in last few weeks.... The spell will break when khushi (Arjuna) kills Jayadrath.
In the game of chess, queen has the max moves. She can move in all direction. Khushi is the white queen who has many shades, is adaptable, can hoodwink if necessary to save her king (arnav). Arnav being the king has restricted moves and is incapable of hood winking.... He can move only a square at a time.
Similarly, Shyam is the black queen who is capable of moving in all directions for his swarth (selfishness), deceit and malice. Anji (king) needs to be saved and has restricted movement.
Once the KN is over the roles of white king and queen will reverse where arnav will become the queen and make moves (or already has made moves) to protect khushi (king) when he'll breaks loose and she is cornered....
Hope this makes sense. Sorry for the really long post....

4. Splitting Shyam in two - between his lust for Khushi and money? His ego is another factor ...
Krishna gave the hint to Bheema - will NK give the hint to Khushi? Or has he already? In setting up this lure for Shyam ... is he already in with Khushi on the money lure? Just because we didn't see him on Friday doesn't mean he's not involved in the planning.
6. Krishna cast the illusion of sunset, relaxing Jayadrath ... will Arnav cast an illusion of MU-ing Khushi yet again, thus relaxing Shyam into overplaying his hand?
8. Shyam gave CDs to Anjali - don't see another wedding coming so soon ... but Shyam will give the proof of his misdeeds - agree.
9. Why should Shyam expect Khushi to tell him? So that she asks his help in finding Arnav? Thus putting into play the promo ... but before that Shyam has to win Khushi's trust that he will help her ... because she also has no reason to trust him (acc to Shyam, that is). So Shyam's expecting Khushi to tell him about Arnav's call was a bit premature acc to me. She has not teamed up with him yet. So is that why Khushi has not told him about the call yet? And one more step by Shyam at the office, maybe a talk after she signs the document, he will prod her that she still doesn't trust him fully, and she will pretend to think some more, then bite the bullet and tell him about the call, thus furthering his trust in her story. One step further for Khushi. Also one step deeper into the chakravyuh.
10. Was that Balika Vidyalaya near Buaji's house a sign to Mami that her trip is to do with the kidnapping?
11. Am pretty sure it is fake Roy - if it was real Roy, Shyam would have tried to manipulate him into hiding the codicil.

DeleteDon't know if you all heard - apparently Kavi Shastri (BS's costar in his movie) tweeted that BS is back on IPK sets from 16th onwards. So from this week, we might get to see Arnav moving into that White queen position and making some moves to counter the Black Queen.
Dia, arnav tells khushi on the phone that he keeps hearing the train sounds regularly. So even it has been set up it could not have been set only for the phone call.

Agree that Arnav told Khushi baar baar gaadi ki aawaaz aur mandit ki ghanti ki aawaaz aati hai. So don't think that teh sounds were a plant. Unless tehre is another dialogue in future where Arnav wonders about the absence of noise.
That scene was mainly to symbolize that Shyam will be the self loudspeaker and there will be some sort of visual proof of his misdeeds (do u all recall how NK roamed around with a camcorder at the Payash wedding and then Mami also taped Bubbli's mischief). And it makes sense too, what levergae will ArHi have against Shyam to make sure he stays in line and does not harm any one of them. Last time Arnav marrying Khushi made him lie low for a while until he figured out it was a forced marriage and then started scheming again. So there needs to be a yorker thrown at him again this time the negation of which will make him start scheming again in the future.
On Jarasandh, it could be Shyam or could be Nanhi Khushi. I say the child becuase Jara Sandh was basically a child born in 2 halves who was united by a demoness Jara. Basically if we assume Mami to be Bheem, Arnav being Krishna, there may come a time when an opposing looking startegy is created to safeguard teh child which teh demon Shyam undoes to trap the child or Anjali has 2 children who are sent in opposing directions but are finally brought together by Shyam as the ultimate leverage for the Raizada property.
For 6, I thought of Jayadrath because Khushi as Abhimanyu was already trapped in the Chakravyuha laid out by Shyam. Now she is out for revenge (for Arnav) as Arjun. When her defeat seems imminent, Krishna or Arnav will assist by creating an illusion of victory so that Jayadrath can be cornered and killed (metaphorically as Shyam is not literally going to die but the sweet talking jijai that Arnav and Khushi knew will meet his end and from now on he will simply be the devious and evil Shyam to them). This illusion of victory for Shyam will be Arnav's pretence of MUing Khushi due to the will papers she got signed and her claim for revenge from Arnav

DeleteFor now I say the sounds are real and the speak was to imply something else - Dekhthe hain if they retract it. What was cool in that scene is Arnav hides the phone hearing the KN approach but he did not end call. Maybe he put it on hold and there was a setting that the call goes to voicemail when on hold and what Khushi said got recorded. Or it seemed that the reception was poor and in case of no reception calls got routed to voicemail (I can wish for logic can't I and yes I know it wa mid call and all that so let's see)
If he had ended the call Khushi would have called right back and his game would have been up. But now the phone is with him. KN searched for it but did not find it. Arnav will keep it switched off but when he needs it he can use it. Also made me think of another possibility from "Kaho Na Pyaar Hai" There is a contact called Boss which is effectively Shyam's no and in that confrontation that will be one of the pardaa faash moments of Shyam va
I seriously want that climax to have shades of the climax scenes of KNPH, Return of Zorro and Khakee. SHyam toh will pakka look like Severus Snape Boggart trying to scare Neville then :D
I think Mami would have taken it as a hint of something Khushi is going to do related to finding Arnav. Btw Balika Vidhyala = Balika Vadhu :D :D :D

Shyam expected Arnav to call Khushi because she was the only one who knew his state. She wanted Shyam to tell Arnav about her innocence. Khushi told Shyam she wanted revenge and needed Arnav's signatures on papers but he got kidnapped right then. Shyam knows mami is aware of the kidnapping because 2 women have been chasing behind Arnav. Maybe he expects Khushi to tell him and Mami that she got a call from Arnav with a clue to finding him so they can go rescue him so she can complete her maksad of badla (prove her innocence as well as gethis sign)? She needs backup and Mami has a sprained ankle.
Hey... can we please not compare VLR with Snape... He was the good guy, Dumbledore's man through and through, carried out his orders to the letter even at the moment of death and a true lover. he never harmed a hair or hide of anybody except Voldymort and death eaters, and lets face it they deserved it... *A sincere Half Blood Prince fan*

He thinks she is working alone and by checking what destination she priortizes he will figure out if she is faking it. WHat he does not know is Nanhe is in on this with Khushi.
So Nanhe goes to get confirmation of hostage being held while Khushi continues to hoodwink Shyam?

By telling mami she is going to Baalika Vidhyaalay which is Buaji keghar ke paas, Khushi kind of tells her where she is going - that day Arnav was being held at a place near Buaji's after all before he was moved to Dariyaganj? Did they move him back to the earlier location itself? or was this some pun and link up to the fun Mami had poked about the school at which Payal and Khushi had studies during the Bubbli track?
15. Anjali said we are all going to mandir at night for pooja. The whole family has been invited. Usually families are invited for weddings or some such function. She asked Khushi also to come for sure - ArHi wedding?
16. Shyam wanted to focus on SK Travels but looks what Khushi has done, she has distracted him to focus on her instead. He followed her around giving NK enough time to look up SK Travels?
17. 2 conversations on mute - Khushi NK and Lawyer telling Khushi his address. These will be shown again later for sure.
18. Arnav said I am in a dark room where I can hear vehicular sounds from time to time and also temple bells - his peetal ka bartan moment at a DM temple?

so 14 - I felt that was a sign from Khushi to Mami telling her she was in KN's trail. Thus keeping Mami in the loop.
15 - I am confused - I thought the puja was the same night, when Shyam-Khushi has their shouting match in the hall because the house was empty. It's already the next day now, Khushi has changed into yellow. So are they going to the temple again, or was that excuse just for the previous night?
16 - yep, true, NK can focus on SK travels and also on the temple plus train location. Khushi went up to get her bag after telling Nani and Mami where she was going. What did she doe when she went upstairs. Did she talk to NK? Did she figure out the Roy call was fake?

NK is involved with khushi. Their conversation will be akin to the narration of the Bhagvad Gita.
WHen the war was about to start, Arjun sees himself surrounded by familiar faces and is unable to bring himself to fight them. So Krishna makes him see reason and guides him. Am sure Khushi has discussed with NK and he has guided her and they are working in tandem. In the way people saw Arjun's archery but Krishna's steering of the chariot was of equal importance.
Similarly as Ravan did not take Hanuman seriously, even if NK is caught someplace or going and coming at odd hours by Shyam he will not pay any attention. NK can always say he was out for a date :)
Btw Shyam was at home when Khushi was leaving home but he was at Roy's office with Khushi - does he follow her and then let her know he did so?
19. At the Payash wedding, Arnav said shaam ko milenge and that night the terrace confrontation happened. today anjali said shaam ko bulaaya hai, and that evening Shyam Khushi confrontation happens. The current day is the day after the havan in IPK land. Last time, the day after the havan was the Payash wedding day when the MU scene happened. Will something similar happen again before the present fay ends in IPK land or is there some time for that?

21. The RV tune today for the ArHi tune today was the same as the one they used (excpet for the ting ting ting hip hop like tones) that was used when Khushi saw Arnav step out from the shadows for the Teri Meri dance. They did not use the "Kyun Dard Hai Itna RV" version

DeleteWith regards to what happened at the terrace, initially once he heard from Khushi it was just his acceptance that she hated Shyam for deceiving her. At the airport, it was the first hint of perhaps he actually mattered in her life and not Shyam. But by then he had reached a point where all else set apart he knew just one thing that he loved her no matter why she said what she did and even though he was not sure if she loved him.
So at the terrace, it will be ofc a confirmation of how he was responsible for bringing Shyam into Khushi's life. It will also be a revelation of how Shyam had schemed all along disregarding Arnav's warning and misused the chance given to him to perpetrate further mischief. But it will also be a final confirmation of Khushi has always loved Arnav and never Shyam (SHyam's dialogue that he thought there was only one man she hated and that was him may come into play here)

DeleteAfter the terrace confrontation during GH stay, Arnav had a massive dil vs. dimaag going. And then Khushi told him the complete truth about how she knew Shyam (though she did not mention he saved her in Lucknow). At that point, Arnav's dil accepted that Shyam loving Khushi was a threat negated because she hated Shyam. Then Khushi kept trying to talk to Arnav to prove her innocence and began to withdraw from his room and stopped all antics to annoy him. All this while Arnav's mind is thinking back to all those moments where she was chirpy and bubbly when she did not know why he married her and how she kept doing things to annoy him and it also saw how she was wilting since he told her the reason he married her. And then for the first time ever at the airport, Khushi told Arnav - "Farak Padhtha Hai, kyunki aap hain farak padhtha hai..." . His ego, his anger needed to hear that. Ever since Diwali and even after he told her the truth her show of normalcy drove him insane and all he could wonder was how can she behave so detached "kiss mitti ki bani hai yeh". He knew he had feelings for her that fateful night but Khushi never told him ki haan use farak padhtha hai until at the airport just as he was to leave. Also she told him that there was someone who could prove her innocence (that would have appealed to ASR's dimaag as he too wanted in his heart of hearts to see her innocence proved). Also at the bridge she said he had not given her a chance that night so today he gave her a chance to prove herself and what happened was she ended up telling him that to her it mattered because it was Arnav and she could not bear to have him think so low of her. If he did, she wouldn't be able to breathe (for a second I am sure Arnav's heart recalled how he had felt that night when he thought her to be in that ambulance). But then reality in the form of a final announcement intruded and he left. As he walked away thoughts flashed through his mind..
a. Being in each others arms at Teri Meri dance - she had danced with him
b. Walking out of the circle of diyas at Diwali holding hands - she had held his hand when he offered it
c. Khushi running to him for comfort when her father was at the hospital post Nainital - she had come running when he called out to her
d. Putting on her mother's paayal at Diwali - she had allowed him
e. Unentangling her from the fairy lights at Diwali - she had been affected but yet had let him help her
f. "Aisa kyun hot hai ki jab bhi aap humaare paas aate ho toh humaare dil ki dhadkan tezz ho jaati hai.." Holi when for the first time she had stopped him from leaving like at the aiport and spoken to him about how she felt around him
g. Khushi had held onto him physically when they had shared a bed for the first time at night
h. and finally ending with Heer Ranjha..

And I am guessing when he was in captivity he called Anjali's words from the wedding day after her accident when she told him that you must live each moment in life to its fullest because you never know which one is your last. And if you love someone a lot, you must let that person know when you have the chance for you never know if life will give you another.

If i may say so,your words have let me keep the faith when mine was low....at one point i was almost readying to give up on a story that i love so much...but the magic of IPK, even when they deliver only a fraction of their potential gives me hope...
The danger in an narrative going wrong is when silence is chosen when it is time for action....But I have also believe that while speech is silver, silence is golden....I am waiting for the silence to reveal its glory.....Am with u all the way!!

DeleteArnav wanted to believe in Khushi's words during Holi but once she was out of her bhaang stupor, she went about her 101 ways to annoy him. He did not know that she was doing this so that he is reveal the reason for their forced marriage but he could not be as mean to her as he was prior to the Holi confession. Yes, there were times when he lashed at her but those occasions were prompted by certain actions/words which made him doubt her integrity. His dil vs dimaag battle was there all through and fully agree with you on the farak padta hai. He had to know he is the most important person in her life and he mattered the world to her as much as she mattered to him. The airport scene made him realise that he did indeed matter to her.

12. Sandy, like I said in another post above, I don’t think she has a clue as to how much he really meant that ILU.
She already lived that dream once after the ILU was said, and then realization hit.
She will be hoping for it always, but I feel she does not know how close she came this time.
If she had known, she’d have pestered him like she did in the HR scene till she got it clear. When she opened that curtain in the hut it didn’t look like she was going to ask him for further explanation, she did not take it up because she was afraid the answer would shatter her dreams again. Much like ODB who was reluctant to bring up the MU fearing it might affirm his worst beliefs.
This is why I said Khushi is having her small MU too.

She also knows he does not know that she knows it is him. Since she is using the phone call as a clue to get to ASR, she will not mention it to VLR.
Also, if she clears the test, then is there a role for the promo? Why does she have to approach him again?
And this test: What is Shyam trying to achieve by this?
The test she cleared indicates that she may be serious about the wrath bit.
If she FAILS in the current one, Shyam gets 2 things clear:
1. She is lying.
2. She is lying to him because she knows it is him. His identity is known to her.
What a master stroke!
He is also playing this well.
14.This is the mistake Khushi is making. She should not forget her first ally. Mami is any day smarter than NK even with a sprained ankle. She shouldn’t be talking to her in riddles. If she wants to win this game, she has to look at all her pieces and not just stick to one. But she will not tell mami, because she does not want one more person knowing about Shyam.
She wants ASR to handle giving out that information even now.
This is why I wonder why the CVs have not sent Payal out if they want Khushi to really win this game. (She already knows about Shyam, but I guess she cannot keep this secret too from Akash.)

Delete16 - Arnav's scenes are the worst written these days - as though the cv's are scrambling to fit a few glimpses of him into a story which is running perfectly well without him. So they add absolutely nothing to the sleuthing part.
17, 19 - Mami - Was the balika vidyalaya near Buaji's house a hint? So Khushi didn't say any more because she knew he was watching her?

DeleteThe CHakravyuha is for khushi I know Sandy and the phone call was just to keep the suspense of "IF one more MU is on the way " ?? me too thought the same hence i said that this chakravyuha is for Arnav too .. he has to get into the circle to create that illusion , Shayam has to do something to get Arnav into it, so it might be he releasing ODB after khushi passing the test. He has to bring Mami too into it. And then the terrace confrontation where shyam wouldn't know that Khushi has NK as her Krishna. So maybe at start of the confrontation ODB will MU her but the moment he see NK and mami into the mix at the background he will know that he needs to create that illusion.. at the start its going to be the lover boy Arnav to kick start the whole confrontation ... but once it starts ASR would be back and that shatir dimaag will do its work, hope and sure he will.
I really don't know how the CV's have planned for the real confrontation between K-A-S but one thing I am sure they have been excellent in maintaining the thrill of it .. if this is the spinet of their new show am all looking forward for it..
The Sandy i am with you ... there can’t be a real MU between Arhi now ... it has to be illusion, ASR will be back with a bang. Only request to CV's is give us clues to lets us know it’s just illusion for I won't be able to take this track more .. I want khushi shot and RTR to start .. although I am loving this track to core, with Khushi being the queen playing the mind games ... chaal sheh aur maat ... Chaal is already played by Shayam -Sheh is been played by Khushi and Maat is what I am waiting for from My ASR's shaatir dimaag back in action ... Missing him .. honestly !!
He always found it hard to admit his mistake and ask for forgiveness. Yet the first thing he did when he found a phone was to call her up to tell her how sorry he was that he had to hit her to save her. He lamented that inspite of asking for her forgiveness he couldn't forgive himself. He couldn't care less as to who was responsible for his kidnapping for it is her life that is more precious to him than his own and he has no hang ups admitting how much she means to him.

Jokes apart, did he wait for a second to hear her voice, or did he say 'Khushi' straightaway? I think she picked up the phone and immediately said "hel ..." and then stopped. So he did know it was her on the phone.
He didn't call the landline because he doesn't want anyone to know he has been kidnapped. Now that is something I cannot understand, and a huge loophole they have to plug soon. Can understand (somewhat) Khushi and Mami and NK not telling anyone, after all, they have received a death threat from the KN's. But what threat has Arnav received that HE can't raise the alarm?!!! There has to be a scene of an fb soon, where he is kidnapped or soon after where he is threatened with his Di's or Khushi's life with some proof that the KNs can carry out their threats. Otherwise it makes no sense for him not to try to alert someone this time, especially when he didn't have a gun pointed down his throat!
Better still why call khushi? If you are kidnapped bitwa and finally have access to phone call the emergency number.... They can trace you based on the location if the mobile....

2) the last segment seemed kinda rushed, like they had a dead line and that bit had to be aired. wouldn't khushi be lost in her thoughts about ODB after that phone convo? ASR APOLOGISED!!!!! without even being prompted for it. she could have had a FB about the last time he said sorry, followed by his ILU and now this sorry.
3) @Sandy... WOW!!! i never knew so many mythical parallels could be drawn to this situations. each one was bang on target. and the chess comparisons were apt too.
4) I happen to agree with the general opinion that this is not Khushi's battle. This is ASR's battle. its HIS Di's life that is on line... HE has been kidnapped. VLR has is after HIS money and HIS Khushi!! As much as i appreciate and go "haayyyeee" over his undying love for Khushi, I would like him to do something productive. like trying to escape for starters.
5) I really hope NK was off to investigate about SK travels, and knows all about Khushi's plans. She definitely needs allies and friends in this dangerous new game she has decided to play.
6) Do those speakers really have any importance?? To me it looked broken... It was on top of a very old and dusty looking DVD/CD player.
7) until yesterday, with the way the story was going, esp after the phone convo, I was almost on the verge of pining for shyam against ASR. For his sheer coolness and logic. but rewatch changed me. I guess you have to give it to ODB for thinking about Khushi all this time instead of trying to get out. It probably shows how much she means to him. He doesnt care whether he gets out, that is his problem and he will deal with it. All he cares at the moment he speaks to khushi is that she must know that he is sorry, that he would never have hurt her had the circumstances not demanded it. Arnav has truly and fully emerged out of that ice fortress ASR had built around him. But his timing stinks!! We are in desperate need for the Chopper ASR.
8) I'm presuming Arnav ran out of balance and the call got cut. so, i was wondering why couldn't Khushi call him back? and then concluded that khushi believes to have said everything to arnav. and hence doesn't feel the need to call him. i have a weird feeling that when she goes to get her purse, she wil try to call that number, but since the fone is broken won't reach him )too far fetched, i know!! oh why cvs coudn't this have been that one time when Arnav listens to khushi???). and how come arnav remembers Khushi's number by heart??? calling up at the landline number and khushi picking it up would have been more believable. somehow i feel like BS's presence, no matter however minimal it is, has a major influence on logic.

ReplyDeletei have been one of those who always found excuses for ODB but seriously this is getting tedious - will not repeat all that we have already discussed - just a few pointers fro the future:
- CV please surprise us - give us back our hero - the actual thinking one - the one who was smart enough to think up of a codicil!!(in short the Sandy wala chopper ASR!!)
- Also let him think about ODG - yes - but also think beyond - as in, think how desperate he is to get to her - and do something about it apart from roaming like a wounded animal!! so please no more dreams and FB - start working towards creating new ones!!
- and i know you all have been saying that there will be another terrace scene (as in a confrontation) between TF and ODG - one that ASR will witness in whole - no part scenes here - But i don't want that - i mean not played out like this - i don't want ODB to hear all that all over again to see the true picture - by now he HAS TO KNOW the picture - he does not need a confrontation to find out - am i getting my point across?
- ODG cant do this alone - ODB has a big ego but i think ODG has one too - or so it will seem if all her army is not in on it!!
- someone in the family has to start worrying about him - Akash is not even concerned that his bhai has not even written for business purposes and Anji has amnesia!!!
- finally - i know this is a SP serial - so come what may the heroine has to be 'all intelligent' 'all do good-er' 'all problem solver' - the devi of sorts - but i have a problem here (i guess my style of feminism!) - the reason i liked this serial is that there are two characters here -both well drawn - not like the other sp serials where the husbands are either mute, deaf and weak or just there to heighten the 'hotness quotient' or as has recently been happening 'the understanding husband there to help the wife achieve new heights - with no life/intelligence of his own'!!
so my point here is - please CVs let this story be as it was envisioned to be - concentrate on both leads not just make one, make both capable of thinking and the not one thinking and the other capable of nothing but ill-timed romance!!

i know i am one of those who always asks for logic, concentrates on the bloopers.. not just the pom poms and purses, but also the script errors and editing bloopers, but somehow somewhere i think that looking at this purely fictional story with a logical eye is somehow discrediting the creators, who are trying to tell us their version of the story.
as my mom used to say, "dont question the story!!"
but then, i have accepted this story into my heart and life, laughing and crying with the characters, so is it really too big a deal for me to ask for a little logic? the creative team (CVs) are taking the trouble to film it and edit it and screen the story for us, can they not take the 22 minutes to review the episode for logical errors.. the obvious bloopers? beginning with the mannequin-ization of ASR?

DeleteFor that, the hero has to be actually present on the sets - all the loopholes, or a good many of them, are because the cv's had to make a track which would allow the hero to be missing for five weeks ... if you think about this, this track has less loopholes than the flimsy MU track which lasted for three months and didn't even have the excuse that the hero was not around. Okay, Abhaas was missing for a few days because of illness, but that was it.
And Khushi is the first SP heroine who actually has an army at all - she has at least recruited Mami and NK, though neither know the entire truth yet - Mami might come to know about Shyam, but not about the papers, and neither will come to know about the Khushi-Shyam angle for some time.
Why do I get a feeling that some one from the Prakash family (read as HP) will get to know the whole thing per and post marriage as he seems to be omnipresent.....

I am telling you, you will not find a pair like this any of the other channels, either.
They truly complete each other.

I did notice that the last SBS with the entire cast chanting that we don't miss Barun stayed completely away from all mention of storyline, tracks, upcoming scenes etc.
And the fact that the entire cast were saying they DON'T miss Barun, was for me a very good indicator that Barun is going to be back very soon! For all we know, he was already back ... the last time Sanaya said very casually and jokingly on SBS that she told Barun, aa jaa bhai, ek scene shoot kar le, aur voh aa gaya - and we got the ILU and the dream sequence of Khushi.

ReplyDeleteUndoubtedly, we would all want ASR to know the entire picture without any visual and audio aids....perhaps the only way he will do credit to his alleged dimaag. Hopefully, it will reveal that ASR has done something other than pining in captivity or before being captured .Of that we should all be sure...else u might as well make Shyam ur hero....atleast some of his experiments have worked.
But, I have to say there is every need for a confrontation,face-off...even if we accept only to pander to the sense of drama....to let ASR know exactly what is the role that Shyam has played in their life so far....esp Khushi's, her dilemma, the price she has paid for her silence, her sacrifice for her family and for a family, that was not even her own(ASR's), as also to let both know how their individual traits have been taken advantage of.
Love is a queer emotion....my sensibilities will rarely match perfectly with another on this but I can say the draw in this story for most has been its unusual circumstances in its build up, a fairly efficient narrative for most part, and so many other aspects which we have talked about so often.
I know bloopers,lack of logic due to the need to play to gallery(ill timed RVs, for instance) among others has been its bane
But Keep the faith girls...the rough ride is ending....for the simple reason no hero can be beleaguered to such an extent....so ASR will play a role...soon enuf...

This battle of wits that Khushi has begun against Shyam will be completed by Arnav. And even though Khushi will be scared, Arnav will always be around to help her find her goal!

Such intense discussion as always..I missed it yesterday, now catching up on the week end. My only 2cents- As soon as the temple bells banged wih BS"s appearance..I thought..lo aaj IPK bhagwan ke darshan ho gaye hain..Jai Ho!
ReplyDeleteI have no idea where the story will go..I am among those pessimists who think that their will be another MU...aptly said that KKG has entered a chakravyuh, the only way she can get out is when she gets shot. ASR realizes the blunder he has done, and then his redemption, wooing Khsuhi track begins.

I don't know what is in store for us but here is my prediction or rather what I would like to see.
ReplyDeleteKhushi would track Arnav down (hopefully with mami's and NK's help although she may reach Arnav before the other two). When she reaches him, Arnav himself may have been on the verge of escape after luring and then bashing up his captures(this is for people who feel Arnav hasn't been acting like a hero of late). The two are making their way out when they are tracked by Shyam who provokes Arnav by jeering at him for reposing trust in a woman who was all set to destroy him. Much to Khushi's shock, he shows him evidence of Khushi's grand design to topple AR because she wanted revenge for what he did to her and her family. He tells him that although Khushi was innocent all along, Arnav's refusal to believe in her innocence has embittered her so much that she was willing to do anything to ensure his downfall.
Arnav is stunned hearing this and turns to Khushi who is too shocked to react. Although Arnav has been having his doubts about Khushi's involvement in the Shyam affair for sometime (his time in captivity has given him enough time to introspect), Shyam's confirmation of her innocence clears all vestiges of doubts. He flies into a rage and attacks him and in the resultant fight, Shyam pulls out his gun and aims at Arnav. Seeing this Khushi jumps in to save him and gets hit by the bullet and falls in Arnav's arms. Shyam makes his escape fearing arrest.
Mami and NK arrive at the scene and they take Khushi to the hospital. A distraught Arnav is inconsolable. He demands that the doctors save his wife but they tell him her condition is critical and although they will do their best, it is left to God. Arnav recollects the scene where Khushi tells him that his destiny is written by DM and the day he realises it she may not be with him. He rushes to DM for help and begs her to save the life of her favourite disciple. He returns to the hospital and remains fixed outside her ICU, refusing to eat or sleep. After all this high voltage drama, Khushi is finally out of danger. Arnav is relieved hearing this and is eager to see her but stops short recollecting how much he had wronged her. Although he did not believe Shyam that Khushi wanted revenge for all that he had done to her, he himself feels he needs to be punished for the appalling way he treated her. Feeling unworthy of her, he leaves the place.

ReplyDeleteWhen Khushi recovers, the first person she seeks out is Arnav but he is nowhere in sight. She is surrounded by her family and his but the one person she wants to be with is not around. Seeing her searching eyes, Anjali tells her that Chottey must have gone home for he looked exhausted from the night vigil. Although Khushi is disappointed at not having Arnav by her side, she waits patiently for him but he does not turn up. Meanwhile Arnav gives the excuse of some urgent business meeting abroad and leaves RM. Actually he is holed up in some place, reliving the agony he put Khushi through.
Arnav's absence leaves Khushi heartbroken. She presumes that he believed Shyam's version of the truth and has misunderstood her again, the reason why he did not come to see her. She knows he loves and cares for her but his lack of trust makes her wonder what is the use of their relationship. She tells his family that she would like to spend some time with her family after being discharged from the hospital and they agree.
Anjali, in the meantime, wonders about Shyam's absence but fearing the impact on her pregnancy, the rest of the family give the excuse of some emergency case which has taken him out of town (by now Akaash, mami, mama and Nani all know Shyam's true colours and after the initial shock and Akaash's displeasure with Payal for keeping it a secret, they reconcile to it). Anjali, however, comes to know the truth, when the police call to inform that they have caught Shyam and she happens to receive the call. She goes into shock, loses her baby and goes into deep depression. Arnav is informed and he rushes back to RM. The entire family tries to get Anjali to respond but fail to do so.
Nani calls Khushi back to RM and Khushi returns. Arnav and Khushi are uncomfortable around each other. While he is still burning in guilt, she still thinks he does not trust her. When they are alone, he finally breaks down and begs for her forgiveness. It is then that she realises that all this while he kept himself away from her not because he did not trust her but because he wanted to punish himself. They have a heart to heart conversation where all the cobwebs are cleared and they wholeheartedly accept that their love for each other overrides all other emotions.
Together they work towards pulling Anjali out of her depression. This brings them really close as they develop a better understanding of and appreciation for each other. Her doctor, a handsome hunk, gets interested in her. Their collective efforts bear fruit and Anjali becomes stronger, although not yet ready for another relationship.
Shyam's case comes up for hearing and Anjali, who is now completely over Shyam, ends up testifying against him. Shashi also recovers in the meantime and his testimony nails the case against Shyam who is locked away for good.
By now a year has passed since Arshi's forced wedding. Anjali plans a re-wedding for Arshi on their anniversary as the family could not witness the earlier one. Payash and the rest the family join in and Anjali's doctor also chips in. All the wedding planning not only draw Arshi closer but also draw Anjali and the doc closer. On the day of their wedding, Arshi confront the next bomb shell - their intertwined past. That will be the start of the next major track.
