So no progress at all in the investigation of the Bond duo ... although they manage to get the locket and even figure out it's a pen drive, but it's password protected.
Hubby and I were both saying 'try Khushi!' ;)
Khushi begs DM's forgiveness for telling lies in her name ... don't worry, bitiya, DM knows all ...
One more loophole closed ... although I suspect it was basically a filler ... Khushi has to pull Shyam out of the room for NK to replace the pendrive ... and we have to suffer another DDR scene ... :(
Gift box arrives from Scotland ... did Shyam actually send the box all the way to Scotland and have it couriered back? I thought he told his KN to courier it directly? Maybe the rest of the instructions were on the message he was going to send.
The courier guy was funny ... he looked petrified at mami's suspicious behaviour!
And I liked Mami - as she lit a fire under the backside of the Bond duo - get a move on, will you, or I'll get into the act myself. And she's even tried to check the location of Arnav's mobile ... now why couldn't the Bond duo think of that?
I think they really, really need to tell her who the KN is - none other than Damaadji.
Did the mention of Mami's allergy ring a bell to Khushi and NK? Do they know about Shyam's pineapple allergy? And as they have reached a dead end with the pendrive thing, are they going to try a new line of investigation?
It was quite ironic - in the room of five people with the gifts, there was actually only one person who didn't know that Arnav was kidnapped ... Nani. The other four all knew and were busy hiding it. And the sixth, for whom the entire drama was taking place, was off set, busy with an offscreen drama of her own. I mean Daljeet - Payash don't seem to really count for much in the storyline.
Let's see if they get a move on with the track on Monday, because nothing much really happened today.
And we have a precap for Monday ... which means that some scenes have already been shot ... NK has fixed a camera in Shyam's room. Just hope it's of the recording variety.

Shyam-Khushi - Khushi exchanged the tooth locket, and fortunately Shyam is still in Happyland and doesn't want to wear two chains now ... I thought he just told her in the previous episode that he couldn't take it off? So fortunately, she manages to get out of having to put the second one around his neck. Shyam's amnesia was required for him to put the locket in a drawer, so that Khushi-NK could replace it with the original when they had finished investigating it ... replacing it around his neck would have been impossible. So cv's found a way around that problem.
He stops her as she's leaving, much to her consternation ... she manages to face him with an only slightly worried face, and he reassures her ... 'Now we're in this together always ...'
Was there a hint of a threat in those words? And does she realise it? Probably 'yes' to both.
Shyam takes off the chain, puts away the locket carefully on a keychain ... Khushi watches ... she is not leaving anything to chance now, keeping a very close watch on every single thing he does.
A small heart-to-heart with DM and a worried Khushi ... she's telling lies, deceiving someone deliberately ... but NK reassures her that DM will definitely understand her actions because her motives are pure ...
I read on the Redux thread many writers keep pointing fingers at Khushi for telling more and more lies, getting closer and closer to Shyam, and that her deceit will come back to bite her ... is this a reply to all those doubters? But this was very much in character for Khushi, to ask forgiveness from DM for lying even to a liar ... she is by nature trusting, straight forward and forgiving ... to deliberately deceive someone is difficult for her to do ... and to cozy up with a slimeball like Shyam even worse, when she knows what kind of person he is, when even she has realized that he is beyond redemption. But as they say 'loha hi loha ko kaatta hai' ... she needs to be as cunning and deceitful as Shyam to win his trust.
NK-Khushi trying to ferret out the secret of the locket ... after many attempts, they figure out it's a pen drive, after more frustrating attempts, they realise they can't access the data because it's password protected. But it's important to Shyam obviously ... that's why he had it hung around his neck all the time.

Use a professional hacker's services ... that's what they do!
But for the moment, they do remember they have to return the pen drive as soon as possible.
Shyam still lost in pleasant reverie (DDR) of Khushi tying the locket around his neck ... and rather impure thoughts, by his expressions :( :-& ... only to be startled to find her there in the flesh ...
Khushi pulls him out of the room on pretext of talking to him about the papers she signed and her worry about them ... while NK returns the pen drive. And does something else ... what?
Khushi all trusting, nervous, says she's worried, if Arnav finds out about the papers ... Shyam holds her shoulders (yuck ... DDR ... and Khushi's face shows it too) ... and reassures her ... 'you've shown that you trust me now ... I will take care of everything ...'
'But Arnavji ...'
'I will handle him, Khushiji ...' and his tone changes, threatening ...
and Khushi's face changes as she looks at him ... and he backtracks quickly back to reassuring mode ... realizing he made a slip, and showed too much under the facade ...
Great play of emotions there between the two ... Khushi goes from acting the trusting naive girl to showing a flash of the real anger and alarm hidden inside ... and Shyam immediately realizes he showed too much of the darkness inside him, and retrieves his mask quickly ... he still wants to play the good guy and not show Khushi his true face.
And Khushi is getting closer and closer to her goal of taking Shyam back to the GH days when she did trust him, and talk to him about things troubling her ... he's starting to trust her now, and feel that she relies on him to some extent ... enough for him to get more confident and make his next slip? Or will she find Arnav's note first? Or will she and NK crack the pen drive code first?
NK interrupts ... he's done with his task, so Khushi can stop her distracting tactics and make her escape ...
Next day, the couriered box arrives ... Mami sees it's from ASR, from Scotland ... and immediately starts her interrogations of courier man ... who sent this, where did it come from? ... he wants to escape! Nani is excited ... NK, Khushi thunderstruck ... NK needs to stop looking so alarmed in front of Shyam, he's not supposed to know Arnav is kidnapped! And Shyam needs to look less watchful in front of Nani and Mami and NK ... he doesn't know that NK knows, and he's not sure how much Mami knows ...
Khushi-NK-Mami - Khushi is furious back in her room ... 'we know this is not from Arnav, this is from shatir Sh..." She and NK know he's playing games now, keeping the facade of Arnav being safe in front of the family ... and they can't do a damn thing yet till they find out where Arnav is.
Before she can complete his name, mami chimes in ... 'shatir kidnappers have sent this and we three all know this. And we need to do something about it now!'
And Mami has been on the job, trying to trace the whereabouts of Arnav's mobile ... unsuccessfully ...
Khushi is very worried ... 'don't let the kidnappers know we're still on his trail, they might harm him ...' she saw him being carried out beaten and unconscious, and she knows Shyam is dangerous ...
But Mami is at the end of her tether ... 'it's been so many days, and we still have no clue about where he is ... he knows I am allergic to this ... and you both are not even telling me anything ...'
And this time she breaks down, and Khushi is the one who comforts her ... role reversal ... 'trust me, we will find out soon ...'
This time when she hugged Mami, Mami didn't shake her off ...
And apparently NK fixed a camera in Shyam's room.
Thoughts:
On episode and track in general ... the kidnapping track has been on for six weeks. The first four weeks were actually very tight and well planned, and did not drag at all, we all enjoyed the track, Khushi's realization was beautifully dealt with and we agreed that Arnav's absence was essential for her realisation to happen.
It was easy for Arnav to fall in love with Khushi, she was beautiful, transparent, filled with a zest for life which he could identify with because he had it once upon a time, and lost somewhere with the tragedies in his life. Also she was bold, brave, stood up to him and had no hesitation (or very little) in giving back to him as good as she got, which nobody else ever did, and which made her unique.
For her to fall in love with him was much more difficult ... and to make it believable, even more so. He showed her his worst side from the start ... his cruelty, his harshness, his bitterness, his barbs ... even when he was good to her, he cloaked it with harsh words, and when he showed her his soft side, he backtracked immediately and rebounded into even more bitter harshness. So his absence was essential for Khushi to remember the good times more than the bad, to realise that he had always been there for her when she needed him, and even the forced hate marriage had actually protected her from Snakewa's evil intentions, also, Arnav never took advantage of the marriage in any way. And once she discovered the real reason why he had married her, she understood his reasons and his behaviour so much more easily. Aided by the insights given by Anjali and Nani, her own misery in his absence, and she was finally able to face her own feelings ...
And then, her unexplained fears about him realised ... he actually was in trouble ... and her investigations started to unearth the truth behind his disappearance ... so far so good. Khushi teaming up with Mami worked very well ... she did need some help, it was great to get on board someone who had never really accepted her ... and Sanaya and Utkarshaji carried out that track fabulously - both great actresses, and it worked really well. Arnav not really required till now, so BS's absence was not felt so acutely ... although he was missed, but things were happening at a good pace, and kept us engrossed. TRP's also showed the same thing ... except for the penultimate week of IPL, the TRP's maintained at just under 3 ... which for 6 weeks without one of the leads, and a very popular one, is pretty good.
But the last two weeks have really slowed down the pace ... after discovering that Shyam is the kidnapper ... and NK coming in ... blind end after blind end ... and getting nowhere.
Going behind the scenes now - BS is back, that has been confirmed ... by him, by his movie ph, by his costars' tweets, by informers, by everybody and their dog basically ... and it's only the last 2-3 episodes which have seemed a little out of place and not well-written at all. Added to which, the sudden disappearance of Daljeet from the sets ... in one of the scenes in the middle, she wasn't there, it was her BD ... and BD's of Barun/Sanaya are understandable, because of their schedules, but why Daljeet? She's not on any other show, she's not shooting non-stop on IPK ... and then we hear the rumours again about her leaving ... and suddenly the track starts dragging so close to the end.
My conclusion ... might be right, might be completely wrong ... the track is being re-worked quickly .. either to accommodate her demands, or to let her leave and allow a new person to take over. We had two scenes of Khushi-Shyam being seen by Anjali ... and then Anjali went off to her friend's house. I would not be surprised to hear that Daljeet is leaving ... and when the kidnapping track winds up, we might see a new Anjali. At any rate, negotiations are definitely on, and may have hit a snag, hence the sudden delay in resolution of the kidnapping and the disappearance of Anjali.
And also it seems that the PH has had a rethink about starting the next MU so quickly, even before the complete resolution of the first one. Which is all to the good!!! Especially the last :)
But the news about giving a small break to Sanaya before next week means that at least the kidnapping track is wrapping up very soon!
Final (and most important) note :) - latest FB pictures show an Arnav-Khushi hug, new TB video and E24 segment show the same ... I am not planning to see any of the above ... so whatever is happening with Anjali, we know that the kidnapping track is definitely winding up next week! Halleluiah!!!

ReplyDeleteMami finallyyyyyyyy brought in the urgency and frustration to the whole thing which sadly I didnt feel from NK or Khushi.
I guess I really wanted one scene of Khushi really missing Bitwa, so grumpy about that.

K leaves upset to their room .. while the chit is still stuck with the carboard box.. no one has seen it ..

NK and Khushi struggle with the locket to figure it out and Bitiya in true hubby style gets frustrated and throws it down and NK realizes it is a pendrive.
Unfortunately the pendrive requires passdrive and they can't figure it out and decide to replace it back with Khushi distracting Shyam by calling him downstairs and pretending to be worried about the papers she signed.
Mission accomplished, next day courier arrives.
Mami is shocked when she realizes no way Arnav could have sent it tries questioning the courier guy, nice scene.
Nani gets all excited with the gift and starts gift distributing to everyone.
Nani gets a saree, Mami a perfume. 2 gifts for ANjali and Shyam and two for NK and Khushi (was one there for NK not sure).
Nani and Shyam leave and NK and khushi go upstairs with Mami joining them and letter drilling some sense into the kiddo investigators that the KN are smart and Arnav knows she is allergic to this particular brand (WT) and gets really emotional about missing Arnav. And scolds both of them for not sharing info with them. She also tells them that she tried finding the location OF asr FROM THE mobile company and Khushi pleads with her not to make it obvious that they are investigating and hugs mamai and tells her trust us we wil find them.
Precap: NK apprantly has fixed a camera on shyam's room so they will figure out what is in the pendrive.

Today I can't really make you feel better, Aaru, it was a filler episode again. Just keeping fingers crossed that it was the last of the lot ... it did seem to be written very last minute. Am going to spend the weekend watching old Arhi scenes ... and the few new ones ;) and keep the faith that Monday onwards they will speed up to the finish line.
DeletePriya (the Crooner girl who has some connections) posted that they have given the cast lesser work hours the next three days, mainly for SI, but Barun is shooting every day, and Monday onwards they want them both together all the time ... so hopefully, if Barun gets some screen time on Mon/Tuesday, by Wednesday Khushi will find him, we get the SA fight and Arhi on the run or whatever they have planned.
Good they decided to give SI some well deserved rest .... She needs her energy for ArHi scenes. Today she looked worn out.

yes so maybe we get a fight seq at the end of tuesday.. what ifVRL found the bill sent by A and if we can have NK fitting a micro camera in VRL's room then sure he can have access to a tracking device also ..
So on tuesday/wednesday we find this out and on otherside they could really show arnav fainting creating a panic for the KKN who informs shyam and shyam goes to handle the crisis ..
with the tracking device NK and K follow to the destination which leads to them to the hide out !!!

ReplyDeleteWhat was the funda behind the key chain? Why do you think Shyam removed it from the chain and placed it on the key chain?
We were going on about the mystery behind the tiger claw and came up with key, pen drive,and micro-camera.
See how all 3 appeared in one go!
Abhaas placing the tiger claw in key chain was the CVs telling us, “chalo, you said key- now will fit it into a keychain for you!”…I was rofl at that totally filler key chain scene. The CVs have retained their sense of humour, that means their vision is intact too, I hope!
Doesn’t anyone get the feeling that they are reading audience response and deriving inspiration from us?
I mean, I don’t know if they are stalking R&R or not, but definitely they must be reading IF, FB etc.
Many times I’ve felt that the questions asked are explained very promptly in the next epi.
Looks like Gul got her wish for fs, she has decided to take us for a ride by making up a script based on our questions and predictions!!!

Went to the SG Hangout after posting ... apparently they have cut down shooting hours for next three days mainly for SI ... don't blame her, she must be exhausted, she's on screen virtually the entire episode!!! And this has been going on the last few weeks! BS, you owe everyone else also, but you owe Sanaya BIG TIME for holding the fort while you were away busy chasing your dreams ...
We didn't even have any Payash today as fillers ... guess the cv's realised that showing Payal trying to flirt with her hubby while the rest of the family is worried sick over missing Arnav was stretching bounds of credibility a bit TOO far ... but honestly, they can't think of ANYTHING for them to do? Show Payal consoling Khushi, or asking her why she is so worried, show Akash trying to call Arnav and not getting through, and at least STARTING to get a little worried ... How can you have a family member missing for so many days and no one makes a fuss about it at all? And Anjali is the best - she's gone off to a friend's for shopping! Guess the entire cast is frustrated and reaching the end of their patience ... but the show has to go on ... how can the cv's be so slipshod in their approach? Like we were saying for BS, show Khushi lying in bed and having fb's ... that will give Sanaya some rest and take care of some screen time ... and the audience would enjoy watching fb's and seeing some emotions ... today I liked Mami because she was appropriately upset, the rest of the family is completely chilled!
Dia- i always had a feeling that the PH was really Kanjoos - they only pay actors to be on screen when absolutely necessary - now with Gargi's comment on their cost cutting - am pretty sure of it. all serials have a host of members and most of them are on screen - but here i guess this ph allows fewer to be in screen - only as and when required - hence no parallel track is ever properly developed - remember MM? where is he now???

every parallel track was simply stopped after the wedding.. before, we had so many! mami-nani, bua-girls, shashi-shyam, even mama-mami were there along with arnav-anjali and arnav-khushi..

... i do not understand why the side tracks these days do not contribute ANYTHING to the main track!! okay, even the CVs did not know that arshi would get elope for a 6 month marriage... but then, they had almost 6 months to find a new direction to the story.. why are the side tracks still directionless???
Jaya I was just watching 200th episode .... Payal was so worried about khushi leaving without any food and asked Arnav to take care of her. They have reduced her to Chameli ka tel *sigh* .... Except that one scene last week where she fiercely pulled khushis hand out of VLR and glared at him when he wanted to apply 'bam' .... there have been no hint of the protective sister after 200th epi.

If nothing else, show Manormama still maroing a few taanas at Payal - she may have accepted her but she can still pick faults in her, especially at her inability to see Khushi's worry and missing her husband ... we here can think of so many scenes for Payash which will be okay on the side, but the writers seem to be clueless!

Sanaya is in Nach Baliye not Jhalak ... i don't know if its confirmed ... don't worry about it ... actors do it all the time and this is Star Plus show only... so life will be easier .... IPK team has also managed to make a bank of episode .... otherwise they wouldn't have dared given the much needed time out to Sanaya .... no matter how exhausted she is. Specially where they need Khushi almost the whole episode ....from the very beginning of the show actually ... there have been very few episodes in which you may see less of khushi.
I don't know if I should say this .... I hear this a lot specially from San fans that BS should learn professionalism .... Yes both the PH have been very understanding and cooperating about his career but this guy has it in him that made two PH to be so & above all a channel like Star Plus has allowed this ... a channel who is not known for their understanding nature. Its either their way or highway but here they have made an exception.
Star Plus could have easily asked PH to get a new actor for role of ASR ... kidnapping track would have been perfect &everyone is well aware of how absolutely brilliant Sanaya is in developing chemistry with her Cos .... she is a natural.... Barun himself said it any good actor will be able to perform as ASR, its a well written character. He said this because he knows he have evolved as an actor playing the role of ASR ... Its not like PH & Channel obliged because he threatened to leave ... nopes he have managed it with the manner of his of work &his own nature.
An actor needs a lot in him to be able to do so. I think the first word to describe it would be professionalism.

Though I started out as a Sanaya fan, it didn’t take long to be won over to Barun too.
As you said, I respect that though all this is entertainment for us, it is the actors’ livelihood. And I was only happy that he bagged a movie. Did not bargain for such a long hiatus, plus feeling really bad for Sans.
What I meant by professionalism here is not that he should not juggle two projects or that he should not pull strings.
BS comes across as a real sweetheart in all his interviews. And I feel he is pretty straightforward too. What I meant is, he should be serious about his work. Guess I am just bugged that the kidnap is stretching on and bitwa is not to be seen. 15th aaya, gaya, 22nd aaya, gaya, ab toh I am only hearing ‘aayega aayega’.
And there is absolutely no one else in telly or bollywood who can take over from him. This, the PH knows, SP knows, we viewers know.
When will Barun wake up and realize this?

DeleteSanaya is not doing Jhalak ... there was news that she has signed on for Nach Baliye, but that is not starting before December, and apparently she said she didn't have time from IPK to go for it anyway. So chill, Sanaya is not going off anywhere. Besides, going for a dance show which airs two episodes a week, where she has to do only one performance a week would not require her to go off for six weeks at a stretch anyway ... many actors juggle dance/music shows with their daily soaps. The only issue is that usually there are very strong parallel tracks in such shows ... here there are none. And whatever tracks there are, all seem to require Khushi. So she's not going anywhere.
Regarding BS and professionalism ... I have a slightly different take on it.
BS is an actor in a very dicey profession, his wife has a steady job, he has just struck gold after two mediocre soaps, and he's getting recognition and fame, as well as BW offers, which has always been his dream. So on a personal and professional level for him as an individual, he has every right to strike while the iron is hot and accept something if his PH clears it, and take a chance, while his wife is earning well.
His PH also knows that ASR, and BS's portrayal of ASR is a big part of the success of IPK ... so they would not have been ready to let him go if they could possibly work things out ... he banked on that and used it to his advantage ... and why shouldn't he? If the PH had been more confident that they created one ASR, they can create another, they would have let him go ... like SNS let Giaa go.
But the fact that they weren't willing to take that chance, means that they wanted him back badly enough ... and they were willing to work things out with him ... AND he was willing to meet them halfway and stay in the show as well, because he's not a fool either ... he knows BW is dicey business, he wasn't going to burn his bridges here either.
So it was a negotiation between two equals ... unfortunately, there is no doubt that the show did loose out to some extent. Now can they make up lost ground once he gets back, is anybody's guess.
Considering that there have been no new launches in these six weeks, except for one show on Sony, which hasn't really taken the country by storm, I think IPK can regain that lost ground ...
IF AND ONLY IF they concentrate now on STORY and SCRIPT, and not just the chemistry between the leads ...
BUT they also give us at least a couple of weeks of some solid feel-good episodes with lots of romance after BS is back. The Arhi romance is the USP of the show ... and to regain that lost ground, it's essential to give us tons of that for some time at least.
And that last is my SHIDDAT too :)))

Sama, true that about Giaa not being on the same footing as ASR .. just used that as an example. Giaa was pretty well known in her own right ... maybe not to the online audience, but to the TRP one. However I would guess that her appeal was limited to the Indian audience and that too, to a particular sub-segment, who was not going to go on any online dharna if the actress left.
DeleteASR is in a different league, I think - he has become iconic and IPK is probably the first SP show to have worked so well at an international level for the channel. Plus the audience is different for this show - it may not count in the TRP data so much, but if TRP data is collected from just 15,000 houses, then how representative is it anyway?
SP is not blind to the hits on YT and the popularity of IPK on the different online forums ... and they and the PH would definitely factor that into their negotiations. Which is why I would guess the PH allowed Barun his movie, they anyway needed some non-Arnav time for Khushi's realisation, it just got a bit stretched, that's all.
And this last delay is apparently not due to Barun, if he has already shot the SA fight sequences etc ... it's probably due to the re-working of the Anjali track. He is very much back.

ReplyDeleteThere is no recently talk on Nach baliye. The last time there was some news on that show it was more than a month ago. So I don't think there is anything in the near future. If at all Sanaya may go missing it may be in July when she was slated to go to UK as per her earlier interviews there. Even then I don't think she will be missing for more than a couple of days.

DeleteDia, there is video of their reunion scene. Maybe it is part of the promo but Barun nin his interview said that it may take some time before Arnav finally gets back to RM. He also mentioned that apart from Arnav others will also have to know about the kidnapper. The question is will all come to know. We can safely assume that Anj will be the last to know and maybe just not yet.

I’ve not been able to catch up on the discussions during the week. Here is something I have felt about Arshi’s telepathic conversation.
ReplyDeleteArnav had said that try as he may, he could not hate Khushi and she had said that try as she may, she could not but love him.
Arnav has always been very selective in letting people enter his inner circle and if they do, he has remained fiercely loyal to them. He had no problem hating or despising people who did not fit into his world and Khushi was far removed from his world as he possible could dream of. So what should have come naturally to him (despising and hating her) was becoming increasingly difficult for him even when he believed her to have betrayed him and his sister. Khushi has changed him forever and has succeeded in muting his bitterness with her sweetness.
Khushi, on the other hand, is incapable of hating anyone. Despite all that Shyam did to her and her family, she was willing to put up with him. She despises Shyam but hate is too strong an emotion for Khushi to feel for anyone even for a creep like him. Arnav gave her a hard time, blowing hot and blowing cold. Of all the things he had done to her, the one that brought her immense pain was their forced, clandestine and contract marriage. It went against every grain of principle and honour she held for the institution of marriage but despite his abominable behavior she could not stop loving him, once she started to. Arnav could not change Khushi’s basic quality of loving and caring for people around her. All his bitterness could not subdue her sweetness.

Just saw the latest promo. The IF video was the shooting of this promo. Dia, I agree that Daljeet quitting the show is the reason the kidnapping is stretched for a few more days. They may be trying to get a replacement for her. They can't show the reunion of Arnav with his family without the presence of his beloved Di. I had read somewhere that Divyanka Tripathy was being considered for the role. Don't know if it is true.

DeleteI don't think Arnav has kidnapped himself or Shyam has already poisoned his mind against Khushi. The first makes no sense, particularly when he hit her on the head in order to prevent her from getting captured by the kidnappers and later having that telepathic conversation with her. As he told her he can never willingly hurt her. Even in the peak of his anger, he did not hit her.
If Shyam had poisoned his mind against Khushi, he would not take the initiative in holding her hand in his. His relatively subdued expression could because of one of the following two reasons:
1.Barun is exhausted from all the over working in the past few weeks and has not still got under the skin of the character.
or
2.Arnav is exhausted from all the waiting. He is a diabetic and is bound to tire easily. Sometimes when one waits eagerly for something and it finally happens, one is stupefied and may take time to react. The fact takes time to sink in.

Often, in fact, mostly - the promo is different from the actual scene - they have obviously shot the promo over the weekend, but the actual scenes are yet to be shot once San is back.
thee is something on arnav's mind... he is glad to see khushi and all, but something more is lurking in his brain. maybe thinking "where are the kidnappers?"... or maybe kidnappers are actually around,and khushi does not know it.. arnav does.

Loved your thoughts, on the whole kidnap track. Much needed it was, to see it in a capsule, after the way they’ve stretched it. Share your thoughts on Daljeet. Her last two scenes- peeking out of the door and kheer scene looked a little lack- luster and I was suspecting this. The optimist in me hopes that was because her makeup artist was on leave or something. If she leaves, she will be missed a lot.
Ayesha,about ‘Anji's reaction’,I sometimes wonder if it will only be Anjali. Even nani will not take kindly to the fact that so much was going on behind their backs.
What about Payash? Payal will be heartbroken that her dear sis keeps so many secrets from her. And Akash, the dear brother, his character has taken the severest beating. I wish they’d atleast show some office scenes showing how busy he is and some nani- Akash scenes where he enquires about how Khushi is coping now.They really need to highlight him in other ways than 'chameli ka tel'.
“Is sab ke beech khushiji, aapke kareeb sirf hum honge”- To me this sounded like Shyam plotting to get her away from everyone, not just Anjali or ASR.
Will have to wait and see. And by the sound of Barun's iv, it will be a long time from now.

Deletetrue, everyone is going to be angry that they were kept out of the loop. Nani - well, she might understand why Anjali wasn't told, but she will definitely be angry that she wasn't told, and with good reason.
Payal - dunno ... she is not really important to the main tracks, so she might be shown upset for a couple of scenes - she and Akash, and they will get over it. Akash actually has no right to be upset - his brother, who is also his boss, was missing for so long, and he made no attempt to contact him, or got even slightly alarmed? so again, don't think they will show very much of his reactions either.
The main question is going to be Anjali ... and how long the family hides this from her ... and if they do at all ... and then how Shyam plays it.

Khushi is saintly in IPKKND. Khushi is busy discovering the truth and it is the duty of arnav as DM's doot to prtect her (paritranaya sadhunama). It is also the duty of arnav to destroy the evil (vinashaya cha dushkritama). Arnav will rise when the time is right and ensure that the tryth prevails (dharmasansthapanarthaya sanbhavami yuge yuge).
I felt that arnav has possibly already fought with the goons and hurt them enough to know that they will not rise and hurt khushi or they are all out (like when the cartoon when to get presents for raizaada's leaving A alone). He is happy to see her but he is also determined to get to the bottom of this not just find out who but also why and expose/punish the evil. ASR has returned to destroy the dushman. I doubt there will be another MU between K and A. It will be a mockery of the stary talk if there is another one. In fact I think K will tell him about VLR after they have had a nice hug. She will urge hm to go with her but he will tell her he can't ome home yet over which she will say she has enough evidence against VLR thus letting out again about Shyam being responsible (she thinks ahe has already told him oer the phone). He will go into hiding to dig the reasons and enormity of VLR deceit. Him being in hiding will also make VLR restless as VLR would want to find him and get rid of him as VLR knows that arnav is very much capable of destroying him and it will not be dfficult for VLR to find him.
Another chakravyuha from A's end to encapture VLR now will be rachaoed with the help of K. K working from the inside and A from outside. I think Mami and NK will follow her to either where A has been by the KNs or to his hiding place once he goes into hiding and realise find out about VLR inadvertantly.

The unrighteous have risen beyond the righteous and it's up to thm to fight the unrighteous....
It will be interesting to see A and VLR mind games with VLR possibly manipulating Anji and A using K help to over power VLR. Although A would hate using K but forget not Krishna was not afraid of being shrewd if it meant it will help dharma after all it was his idea that Yudhishthir should lie to Dronacharya in the war........

It has to be ASR/Arnav's win over VRL ..
yes like krishna said when you have to fight against evil you have to fight in his own way, you need to use his weakness , and although it going to hurt ASR he has to use khushi in his war!!
If it would have been any other show I would have accepted the MU or even K rescuing A and confronting Shyam and clearing it, but since its IPK who has a strong male lead as ASR .. it has to be him who has the ultimate say over VRL.. Because its not only for his Di that he has to confront but also for his love of his life, as the first step to his redemption...

DeleteI wrote in last week's TWTW that the armies were set ... on one side was DM's army, and on the other side was Shyam. And DM's army has to be led by Arnav now, with Khushi by his side, and NK and Mami in the battle as well.
Will A go into hiding, or will K be thrown out of RM by Anjali, and Arnav go with her? Could go either way ... but should be interesting ... as long as Arhi are on the same side, it will be good.

yes sama, this is the expected track.. as we all know, the next stage in the story will be anjali seeing s-K together, and s brainwashing a... but then, "viewers are in for a lot of tears and emotional ups and downs" means that there will be khushi's tears, and the only way arnav can protect anjali from s is to stay with a, without letting slip that s is the kidnapper.

DeleteWe did expect Anji and K MU or say K leaving because of Anji. But what I feel is -this was the story somewhere after the marriage... and it got side tracked somewhere in between Holi and Khushi's 101 ...
With starry convo they have in fact brought the story back to that point, maybe the point before Anj changes her views of Arhi marriage.. The Anji seeing K-S is to get VRL to play the mind games as he had tried to do with the Gharpravesh thing.. then VRL getting bold was also there,
They are getting all that back to that point..but then Holi and SPA happened and all went brisk the interpretation and expectation on that track and cashing on Sarun/Arhi screen space along with BS movie made the whole thing go round and round...
Now with all that went thru .. what I think is
1. Mami will have doubt wrt K-S but will ignore for the greater picture, and will do her own inbhestigation with a phone call to buaji, when the Arnav-Anji rift happens.. As she would want to know whom to side ...
2. Arnav will know about shyam as KN if the fight happens before K reaches, or Shyam will try to manipulate ASR as K is along with him in this.... and K reaches , Shyam does a happy dance- but is for a shock to see the equation changed between Arhi along with NK and mami in tow .. Either attacks Arnav and Khushi saves him getting hurt little no hospitalization for anything .shyam smoothly escapes and runs to RM a safe abode at present. Just a klutz Khushi becomes the excuse for the bruise and hurt- they return to RM with ASR back in suits to play the return from Scotland...
Anji sees more of K-S interaction like the post marriage but this time Anj pays attention.. on other side Bitwa too much into guilt and walks his RTR..
Ones there are enough scenes, Anji goes all out and out with the MU- asking Khushi out of RM... ASR of the marriage returns.. says K stays back and deal with it .. As he can't leave his Di with shyam in RM or at their house - Anji - Arnav rift. Khushi at a receiving end from Nani anjali like the marriage track. But this time Arhi supporting and stand for each..
Why I feel that this will be immediately after the KN wraps, is because SP needs drama and PH needs to gain the Saas-bahu viewers and also retain their all mushy romantic and logical analytical viewers. What best way to get that - keep the couples together and have the saas bhau MU ( nanand - bhabhi MU) and the current viewers don't go bashing for not seeing RTR or arhi romance and the SP are happy to gain their saas viewers back ...
All in all DB gets the required screen space, San gets time for Naach and viewers gets the deal seeing the other side of Anji-Arnav equation along with Arnav-khushi love equations..
So I say bring iton ! only and only if we have Arhi as a team !!
makes my logical and romantic dimaag to accept the one more MU in this show!!

If she's taking part at all, that is - I'm still not sure about that, she has not confirmed yet, and now Mohit's show is also starting their shoot, so he will be busy as well. Coordinating times will be much more difficult with both of them busy.
I think they have tested our patience a little too much. If Arhi romance does not take off after the kidnapping track winds up, they would lose a lot of viewers. Who wants to see another month or more of Khushi's tears and Arnav pining for her as he is forced to stand by his sister because she is too weak to bear up to the truth?

I am not sure if they got sidetracked.
To me it has been perfect story telling of how Khushi tries to extract the reason out of ASR in her various ‘pagla sa’ ways. Agreed, she called it 101 ways, but the point was not to just irritate ASR, she was trying out various methods to pry the truth out. She tried all the sensible ways at first, pleading with him, getting angry with him,putting her foot down and when all failed she tried irittating him. OTT hi sahi, she gave us a lot of light romantic moments. The story actually progressed a lot from holi, in the sense that the couple grew closer without even a kiss and I feel that has been the most beautiful thing about IPK.
The GH track was also much required because that is where ASR actually started thinking. He progressed from the grumpy businessman to the caring son- in –law and more importantly, he fell in love with her all over again. Or it might be more right to say that he realized he loved her still.
Each episode in GH was about how he started noticing things about her and tried to make up subconsciously. His love was expressed through the gol goppas, shared smile, sudden turn around after the wedding saheliyan convo and most significantly, the impact that K-G convo had on him. I’ve said this before too, I feel ASR spent a long time thinking that night and the goodness in Khushi was enough to erase the terrace scene. Him switching off the AC and holding hands was a really big step there,considering he was the guy who had banished her to poolside and the reason to allow her back into the room was mostly his di only.
The ASR of RM would not have tolerated the pre- suicide antics, but here he was patiently asking her “Tum theek ho?” and infact picking up that something was wrong.
The suicide terrace confesson and the highway confrontation and the dhaaga scene all were integral parts to this love story.
In fact, the only place I felt they got sidetracked was the kidnap, but the reason is clear. And I do grumble about the way they have stretched it, but the dreams and hut scene and tri- meri2 have been perfectly timed. And even these DDR scenes have been incorporated to lay the future track.
Hats off to the CVs because they’ve turned a huge disadvantage in to another golden opportunity to take the story the way they wanted.
And now I feel they’ve reached exactly the place they wanted the story to be. Arhi has realized their love and more than that they’ve realized the depth of the other person’s love for them. Khushi knows that ASR has always heard her dhadkan and ASR knows Khushi could always sense his inner most feelings.( Tum mujhe sun sakti ho? Hamesha se. Aap hamari dhadkan sun sakte ho? Hamesha se.)
DeleteArhi’s bond would not have been formed without the RM and GH tracks. And now the time is ripe to bring in Anjali, because now is the time to 'test that bond'.
(I want to mention here that the Cvs made a huge mistake of not utilizing their cast by just concentrating on the love story. When IPK started, it was it was announced that the bulk of the serial will be on the shoulders of Sanaya andd Barun, but there was no point in ignoring the rest of the cast. If they couldn’t be allowed to bond with Khushi for sake of MU in future track, they should have been still allowed screen space with interactions amongst each other. They tried with babli and MM, but they failed because Arhi scenes took up all of the CV’s time and energy. )
I think we all understand the story from different povs and I am not saying that my pov is the right one. But I think it is very important to understand that the CVs are not clueless about the direction, we need to trust them with their vision. They are telling us a beautiful story, we have to be patient (sometimes immensely patient, I agree) to see the beauty in it.
And when you see the beauty in IPK, you really feel like you are under a spell.
Imagine if they had brought in Anjali right after holi, we would have none of these beautiful moments- hypo scene,HR scene, beauty and the beast, ASR losing his voice(remember hum sun sakte hain?) and the whole GH guldasta of beautiful romantic scenes.
Unfortunately, there are very few people who feel like me, therefore I was very happy to come across this post in IF.

I feel that phase of him hurting her more is over and now we will have to wait and see if the original MU has cleared. If ASR does not apologise in words, the first sign of that MU clearing would be RTR.
Again, my vague feeling is that RTR is not yet around the corner.
I don’t know if the next separation will occur only after MU clearing.There are beautiful ways to take the story forward otherwise also.
Lets be patient and in the meanwhile continue to weave our beautiful scenarios around them. And keep trusting the CVs too.

Didnt mean to leave u all hanging high and dry. But now with new promo, DB news - shd I even bother (are they going to stick to that or is it all going to change? I am thoroughly confused with my thots now as last week epis sent mixed signals and my scenarios of 19th and 20th are adding to the muddle in my head!!
