11/6 - Epi 272 ... Jai Ho Devi Maiyya!!!

Monday 11th June

Start of a new week - hopefully the last week of the kidnapping track - fingers crossed :)
Devi Maiyya, kripa karo!

Quick update - Yippeee ... Khushi goes back to Devi Maiyya and Devi Maiyya never disappoints her favorite bhakt ... instant karma!

Enjoyed the episode - loved the very well placed flashbacks ...

The first fight scene was okay ... I don't like fight scenes even in movies :( ... and presumably ASR does not get a glimpse of Shyamu ... :(
Saw loads of VLR, but fortunately interspersed with lots of fb's as to his planning ... :) I noted that Shyam makes sure to tell his goons not to hurt Khushi ...

Aiylo!!! All our legal eagle discussions on R&R were apparently read, thought over and digested by the cv's ... so finally we have a reason why VLR is not killing ASR ... he can't! ASR's shatir dimaag makes a belated and very welcome appearance!!! :))

Nani and Anjali, sweet as always ... and joined by Payal too ... trying to cheer up Khushi ... why did they need to dress in men's clothes to recite poetry, I don't know, but it was sweet!

And I loved the mandir scene ... filmy, but I loved it still ... the very well placed fb's of Khushi's fight with Devi Maiyya and her making up ... the conch shell blows, she gets the aashirwad ... and she straightaway gets the first clue ...

Precap - a bit of a bombshell ... how will this play out?!

Can I skip the first scene? I don't like fights :(  Especially when the hero is getting bashed up :( Had to watch it once to see whether Arnav manages to catch sight of Shyam ... I don't think he does.

And Shyam is finally revealed as the kidnapper ... along with the fb's on his entire planning. 
- How he first saw the will... replaced the new one for Arnav to sign ... stymied momentarily when Khushi refused to give him the papers ... helped by Lakshmi to find them ... hiding them under the crib ...
- And then he gave the go-ahead for the kidnap ... (didn't explain why Arnav walked out so quietly with the men, though) ...
- Got the SMS sent because Khushi had woken up the entire house with her worry ...
- Organised for Arnav to call the family because Anjali and Akash were going to call the police when Khushi found out that Arnav hadn't reached London ...

- And then he discovers that the company lawyer has another will ... if Arnav dies in suspicious circumstances ... all his money and property goes to a trust ... so Shyam cannot kill Arnav ...
Finally we get the reason for Shyam's inaction ... ASR has a shatir dimaag after all!!! :))

- The first time he heard about a girl shadowing KN, no panic, no worry ... forget the girl, she's not important, just keep the guy safe.
- The girl and guy ran away together ... what does the girl have to do with the guy? And he remembers Khushi's worry the first night about Arnav, and curses ... how could he be such a fool? When he saw for himself how much Khushi was worrying ...
- Then the orders ... leave the girl alone ... if she goes missing, the family will definitely raise the alarm. Shift Arnav to another place, because she will definitely go back to the warehouse she found him ...
which she did, of course ...
- One threatening call, voice disguised ... now to keep Khushi quiet, because she knows for sure now that Arnav has been kidnapped ...
- One more warning ... plank attack ... but make sure Khushi doesn't get hurt ... and follow it up with a threat ... So Khushi is still Shyam's Achilles' heel ... good, she can make full use of that now ...

He knows Khushi made it to KN's house ... he's not sure whether Khushi made it to Daryaganj ... but he's not taking chances, shifted Arnav from there anyway ...
Ab aage ... :)

Khushi back home, in frenzy of work to tide over her worry ... what to do now? She remembers Mami's words as she saw an unconscious Arnav ... be careful, we can't help Arnav like this, we'll also get into trouble ...
So hopefully she will remember Mami's words ... no emotions, but only carefully thought out action ... 

Anjali brings extra blankets ... in Delhi summer?! Reminds Khushi of when she and Chotey were sneezing together ... wonders what he would be doing in Scotland ... Khushi can't take it, and goes out to water his plants. leaving Anjali worried ... she needs to cheer up Khushi.

Khushi remembers all the recent Rabba Ve moments ... awww ... the hug, the running away, the hut :"> ... and determines, she will get Arnav back ... :">

Nani, Payal and Anjali try to cheer her up all dressed up as Arnav, with a long poem ...
some lines ...
har raat ke baad hota hai savera,
aur har vireh ke baad basta hai basera ...

 aur dekh ke ek jhalak teri daud ke aaye tera deewana ... 

And Khushi can't take it ... she doesn't know if he will come back ... she runs to the only place she can find comfort ... to the one she forsook many months back ... but now, all roads closed, finally she goes back to Her ...

SN ... yippeee!!! Devi Maiyya is back in Khushi's life!!! :)

 And she hesitates at the temple steps ... walks hesitantly forwards ... remembering her last conversation with Devi Maiiya, her anger, her pain, her complaints ... her breaking off ... I will not talk to you again ...
Hesitates again at the last step ... and slowly puts her right foot forward ... as the conch shells blow ... a return to the fold, to the feet of Devi Maiyya, a daughter returning to her mother ... only You can help me now.

'You're angry with me, aren't you? Because last time I ...'
and she stops ... she broke the bond, she has to restore it, because Arnavji's life is at stake ...
'Whatever you want to punish me with, I accept. But don't punish him for my mistake ... you're angry with me, I did the fault, and you punish him for it ... that's not right ...'

And coming right to the feet of her mother ...
'Forgive me, Devi Maiyya ... I can't see him in pain ... yesterday I was so close to him, yet ...'
'I know what you're thinking. It was because of Arnavji that I stopped talking to you ...  but the same Arnavji who was the reason I went away from you, today he is the reason I have come back to you. I need your help, Devi Maiyya. Today is the day I need your blessings the most ... I need to find Arnavji ... and I can't do this without you.'

And finally she pleads ...
'show me the way, Devi Maiyya ... by which I can reach Arnavji ...'
And Devi Maiyya's conch shell blows ... the temple bells toll ... the chant of the mantras fills the air ... and Devi Maiyya smiles at her daughter ... :">

The priest puts a tika on her forehead, and gives her DM's chunri as blessing ... and Khushi knows ... DM has accepted her back into the fold ... 'you gave me your blessing, your prasad ... now I know I will find a way ...'

And Devi Maiyya gets to work straight away, making up for lost time ... Shyam returns home, full of gloating ... and when he gloats, his downfall is usually near ... :) Happy that as usual, his clueless wife has no idea what he's talking about.

Khushi back from the temple ... Shyam watches her narrowly ... 'what's wrong?'
Anjali intervenes ... 'she's missing Arnav, so her mood is off.'

Khushi gives Anjali DM's prasad ... she turns to offer it to Shyam, DM's chunri blows off the thaali to his feet ... Khushi bends to pick it up ... and stares at his shoe ... with DM watching her encouragingly from behind ... that's right, girl, I dropped the chunri, take a good look at the shoe, now where have you seen them before recently? Connect the dots ... I'm with you now :)
And Khushi rises to her feet and stares wonderingly at Shyam ... DM all the while smiling from behind ... Khushi looks at the chunri again as Shyam leaves to answer his phone ... has DM answered her prayer so quickly?

Precap - yes, Khushi got the first clue, finds his shoes, now what next ... Shyam catches her coming out of his room ... oops ... :-S

      Ohh it feels so good to be back..now let me gram that cup of cappuino and jump right in..

      Well monsoons in Mumbai soon, they spoke of sneezes a year ago, in that FB sseq of nani's the rain hug featyured and if we got a rin and hug for the first ArHi milap (aka nani peetal bartan guest house fb), next one pe rain hug toh banta hai naa bos..makes sense?

      Muah!! and huggss..saw a month's worth of epis over the weekend and am all for the ASR shaatir dimaag a glimpse of which we saw with that trust waala clause today. Also went back to Holi bcause it has been haunting me the past 2 weeks and have a nagging doubt related to ASR shaatir dimaag but lets see how the CVs play this out.

      One of ur points abt ASR double crossing shyam gave me a thot, that it is also a added reason for ASR's regret if and when Khushi is caught in the crossfire.

      else, there was no point other than cinematic effect for this long drawn drama of confronting VLR. ASR gets VLR in his den but Khushi is hurt in the process....

      Point hai - and it will bring into play that dialogue of his where he said "No Khushi I don't want you to be here. I hope ki tum kaheen paas nahin ho"

      I am waiting for the next ASR Shyam faceoff. The one at RM post GH return was too tame. Need one on the scale of Payash wedding.

      I am willing to sit through scenes (2 epis) worth of Arnav leading Shyam to believe that he belives all the new lis Shyam feeds him about Khushi - i wud be going khod pettigrew apni kabr khod! And like pettigrew's momentary emotion for Harry proved fatal for him in the end, so is Shyam's emotion to keep Khushi safe going to be his undoing wrt Arnav.

      Btw gun ka soche ke - if there is a gun that is; I want Shyam to shoot Khushi in cold blood frutrated that he cannot have her and because she tried to hoodwink him to save Arnav (Humaare raaste main aane ki koshish mat keejiye nahi toh hum aapki zindagi barbaad karke rakh denge).

      I want Khushi to full a fas one on Shyam like Adh did on Akshay in the movie Khakee..

      That was powerful.....

      I was also hinting at the point if ASR is more in control of the circumstances than it appears and then he realises that K walks into this minetrap.....imagine his pain...not having reached that level in relationship with her when he can confide whats in his mind....yet this "angel rushes in where fools fear to tread"...(ok...got that in reverse!).

      Is that the new pal that will be printed on his mind?

      I am all for ASR being more in control than it appears. It will be DM granting the long standing shiddat of this blog for that shaatir dimaag ki batti jalaaoing!

      New pal being printed will be Khushi spewing venom at Shyam. Where earlier she was stuned into silence this time the tigress will unleash her wrath on Shyam for having dared to try and harm HER Arnavji. It will be the blazing anger and fire in her eyes brimming with hate for Shyam that he will recall. For all you know that will be the moment she will openly tell Shyam that for her it has always been only Arnav even when she was engaged to Shyam out of her majboori but her heart has only beat for Arnav!

      If he hears her saying that recall how hurt he was just hearing of her engagement but she had to see him day in and day out with La. Infact see him hug La and actually prepare La to be the Raizada bahu, Arnav's wife. He kept inflicting the farak padhtha hai on her and hurt her so much in that lehenga shopping scene...It will all come to haunt him.

      Wiase can u think of a decent differentiation in meansing for mohabbat and pyaar / love??

      I always like to say mohabbat be better used for lovers..it conjures a different image.....

      pyaar is more encompassing in terms of who is included in it.....i don't know how to say this but i think i would like to use the word, ishq or mohabbat not pyaar when i am talking about lovers.....its more to do with usage....

    I loved Shyaam revelation .... even though we did know .... in such cases I usually get bored but this time I enjoyed. Yes he cannot kill ODB .... if he dies accidentally or in any mysterious condition wealth goes to trusties .... See cvs its not that hard is it!!

    Also loved the DM-K patch up beautifully mixed and matched with her last convo. I was like you did patch up during Holi .... but then recalled she clearly said ... don't think I'm talking with you, it's just because of Holi!

    &BW continues .... our Hotwa in dishum dishum mode .... Yeh VLR ki dhulai kab hogi .... then ODB will full time too!! :D :D :D

    today I just went through 'papad ka tukra' mandir scene .... &here cvs fulfilled the wish for poetry.... bonus mein Payal bhi concerned for her pyaari si sister ... wah wah wah !!!

    one mishtakewa .... ODB sneezing scene perfect from last year ... ODG ki kyoun nahi .... 2 sneezed together ... wahi de dete ... I was expecting that the moment she said it .... chalo chodo !! :D :D

      sama, i saw that too! but was it the glimpse of( bitiya in green) that i did a shiddat for? otherwise, they could have shown the original sneeze scene easily... :D

      p.s. the poetry.. the girls did not need coat-suit to sing poetry.. why the costume? and nani.. kahaan se kahaan aa gaya! she was the strict matriarch first.. then started dancing, then !!she once said she wont wear mens clothes.. why is she in a pantsuit??

      oh that .... it occurred to me too but then I was like chalo chodo ... ArHi ke saath they did such huge blunders .... ye toh kuch bhi nahi ..... Nahi is no more the strict Nani .... Maybe because she does not sense history to repeat anymore .... She feared Arnav would go his dads way but by marrying khushi he is having a normal life ... i mean thats what Nani think .... for a grandson who was adamant for a Live in relationship ... this would be a pure relief after initial shock .... Anjali to become mother &she is trilled most of the part ... seeing that part of her granddaughter must be delight to her .... & she also feared that Manoroma will get Akaash married to someone totally mismatched to him and ruin his life .... that din't happen .... she now not only has Anjali but also payal and khushi to enjoy her Budapa .... and not just sulk with her weird & not her idea of but a good at heart Bahu!!!

      the time and money spent for suits for the three singing ladies should have been spent on getting one new suit and shoes for ODB.. he needs them ASAP!

      and what happened to the original sneeze scene? did they sell those along with khushi's old clothes?? at least youtube se download karta...

      and that was a clever reference to the beginning.. "one year ago, you were both sneezing" awww.

      I know..i would have loved the dining table waala sneeze for both of them on the morning after the rain hug from a year back but for some reason they chose other sneezing clips - with a reason??

      they show a clipping of Arnav from the bedroom on the night of the rain hug when Khushi was on his mind and he wondered why he was unable to banish thoughts of her. It was he day he had seen her in a red sari and then saved her from being run over by a car, been hugged by her in the rain and then she had refused his jacket.

      It was the first time that ASR felt that he was doing something wrong and he had thought back to all incidents right from the time she landed in his arms. and he had proclaimed to himself that ASR ko kisi ladki se koi farak nahi padhtha..Ha!!

      It was the night Akash dropped Khushi home and Shyam nearly missed being spotted by them when he went out in search of Khushi (and it seems that villainy been waala BG was there for him then too)

      Hmm, Khushi's sneeze FB was from that day when she was basically annoying him just after Holi. It was also the day she had managed to get a space for herself in his wardrobe with Anji's help and he had asked her to sleep in the room for teh frist time since their wedding.

      sama, sandy sees symbolism everywhere.. so the exact scene an Fb is picked from will hold weight from her POV :D

      sandy, so i watched all those scenes.. first thing that popped into my head.. they had funny situations without being OTT.. like bitwa's reaction to KKG's callertune (LOL)

      and that first koi farak nahi padtha had an eerie resemblance to the next middle of the road midnight scene..

      waise, in the blue velvet suit sneeze, khushi gave the exact excuse.. "it was cold outside, so.."

      What do u mean I see symbolism everywhere - Nahhhhiiii!!!

      I tell u they use the FBs most of the time to convey a message. So these days the FBs intrigue me.

      haan re that middle of the road rain scene - looks like the next middle of the road in the night scene will again be in the rains like in the promo - "kaash main tumse mohabbat kar paata" - arnav's repentance when he drowns in the sea of his guilt...

      blue velvet - yes she gave correct reason but it was that day when fro the first time Arnav slept on the cold hard floor outside. so all put together will we see a middle of the road breakdown when the heavens cry with him and in his repentance he is harsh on himself and relinquishes comforts to atone for what he did to Khushi?

      see, this is why i love you.. connecting the rain scene with the tagline.. wow. in fact, we have yet to see the "kaash main tumse mohabbat kar paata" track...

      because in the beginning, she was a stranger to him..then, he tried to stay away from her, then loved her, then he MUed her, then he loved her again (now).. the question of "i wish i could love you" does not arise yet.. there is no impossibility yet.. wish i knew if they forgot the original promos as the storyline evolved.

      I have to agree that the FBs have been kept most of the time for a purpose, that has been the style of narrative and for u to beautifully co-relate the FBs is so wonderful....U are truly HAA....

      On the MU an its clearing of,there will be a high impact scene,something that will cause the "woh pal chap gaya mere dimaag mein" to be wiped off.....
      I liked ur bringing together of the camcorder and NK/Babli and mami co-incidence.....i alway thot that the "chod dijeye anjaliji ko" to be explained in its entirety by something....left to itself, it was a damning thing to say.......so it might just make its appearance....wotsay?

      Sandy, I like your linking of the fb's ... I hadn't given them so much thought at all ... but yes, they were chosen for a reason ... beautifully linked!

      So Khushi's sneeze was from the day he finally told her to sleep inside, and he himself slept outside ... his sneeze was from the day he sent her to the parking lot, got wet saving her and then questioned himself for the first time whether what he was doing was right ... lots of links to tie up there ...

      I don't know what all the camcorder may have caught but it definitely caught her frantically searching for Arnavji after the terrace scene.
      Now when the video is played, atleast then bitwa's dimaag should know for sure, no other proof will be needed.

      That one statement of Khushi's is what caused anger in Arnav's mind. U recall teh night of fashion show, she dared to ask him "Agar aapke jije ke saath aisa hota toh" (broken marriage) and Arnav ne Khushi ki duniya bikher ke rakh di. Phir again on the terrace she dared to break his Di's shaddi shudaa zindagi - she decided the fate of his sister's marriage - How dare she? (plus the K and him about to confess also)

      OO I am soo waiting for the next chap gaya hai woh pal scene

      And yes comedy without OTT. Ooo and will Arnav go to maiyya ke bhawan like in that scene u mentioned? Hmm..

This time his breakdown should and must be better than his first .... His mother was dead there was nothing he could possibly do for her return but here HE himself will kill life of the girl he loved ..... who loved him back (he knows it now after HUT rendezvous) ... a girl even after horrible accusations he passed had enough life in her to fight for HIM!!       So it’s going to be ASR and Khushi both egging shyam in their own way ! maybe since VRL cannot kill ASR due the legal glitches’, he might release ASR now since he thinks Khushi has now accepted him,(as per the promo) and also his grounds are still covered since no one knows that he is the kidnapper. So when ASR returns we might have the terrace scene repeating, only this time ASR witnessing it from start.... that is when face off between ASR-VRL-KKGSR ! may be we might have mami as a witness too..

      Aaru, Sama, i like the scenarios you present ... ODG working from inside, ODB working from outside, towards same goal ... expose TF ... wasn't this one of our shiddats?

      I wonder if Shyam will actually release ASR - he might allow Khushi to find him instead, act the heroine and release him - as long as ASR doesn't know he is involved he would feel safe to do that ... but now that Khushi is on his track, that complicates the situation somewhat for him. However, that's if he knows she's on his track ... if she succeeds in throwing him off guard, then things could go differently.

      Anyway, now I am actually interested again in seeing how they will solve this ... mind games again between Shyam and Khushi (ANOTHER shiddat) ... and this time, with DM on Khushi's side, there is no way Khushi can lose!

      Nahin Rekha, ASR apparently made a will that supercedes all wills, or left some legal paper with a clause that if he dies under mysterious circumstances, all other wills are superceded by this one - and this will is with the company lawyer Mr Roy, so its authenticity cannot be contested. So I think that was a separate document - nothing to do with the will that Shyam copied.

      K has seen the blood on his shoes. Chances are she goes snooping in his room and finds Arnav's passport and boarding pass or it plays out just like in the promo and she goes to the room to check whose passport it could have been. Gets caught on her way out and then fibs her way as per the new promo.

      The new promo excites me no end - it is Khushi playing games with Shyam. Shyam who is aware that Khushi has feelings for Arnav but is not aware of Arnav's love for her. He will try and tell Arnav how Khushi got the will papers signed for him and perhaps tell Arnav how she likes him and would it not be a treat for him to realize that Khushi played him along just to get to Arnav. And sone pe suhaaga here would be that Arnav was playing Shyam for a while now. (the changed wil, changed back account, etc.) There i sno way Arnav will Mu Khushi anymore. Something happened between the airport and that phone ILU confession. Arnav connected some dots and now he ust wants to know the guy behind it all; infact he may suspect it to be Shyam.

      Huggs bey yep yhopefully that ASR who double crossed his chacha is making a comeback. What would be realistic is that he initially did MU Khushi on Shyam's say so but post the wedding he saw her around him and the house and hopefully realized some stuff about how Shyam seemed to pursue Khushi while she never really made an effort to hide her schedule from Arnav or something to that effort. Basically all her efforts were around finding from Arnav the reason he married her and the Holi happened, HR happened and the Shaitan and Rajkumari incident happened. And ASR was forced to rethink his opinion of Khushi and maybe the stay in GH nailed it for him wrt MU.
      Then too it was mostly anger at not having been told the truth and let him decide. After that day he has never recalled teh terrace scen again has he? That means he set store by Khushi saying how she hated Shyam teh most in the world and would die rather than be associated with him.

      Sama - yes i guess that's why the shock was so great - he really did admire his jijaji - in fact he was the only one ASR listened to, responded to - so of course he never suspected him of any underhand dealing - to the extent that he kept paying the bills without question. That's why his hurt was so big - his reaction so passionate - he does not trust, period - the only time he did - the guy turns out to be the biggest cheat (along with the only girl he ever let his guard down - or so he thought then!)

    I am totally confused..have been in this state for a while now..which Junooni ASR you all are talking, one who hates KKG with a junoon (we saw that part in the initial days after wedding) or one who loves her with junoon, so that the redemption starts?
    Seriously, I have given up on story now..I just watch day to day in the hopes that one day the prince shall return and with him some charm of good old days. I am sure SI is waiting as well!..she has been working so hard, if not for her the show would have sank.
    I am sad that Daljeet will be leaving, although I sympathize with her that her role and character was under developed. In fact, I find it with Payal, Akash's character too. Anjali had a much more role to play than these too.
    I was totally hoping against hope, for Akash to be a kidnapper with Shyam. that would have given AD to do something substantial other than tweeting! And then the rift between ASR and Anjali, an opportunity for Daljeet to show her talent. And payal would have faired well in fighting with the social/class divide with Akash, and in the midst of all that we could have Arhi.
    I mean they have an excellent cast, all are decent actors. But the CVs are just not able to utilize them, is my frustration with this show.
    Infact, these days I find the off-screen IPKKND much entertaining/interesting than onscreen. So I watch old and new SBS segments!

      True, Sukhi ... I agree that CV's were not utilizing the entire cast well at all ... but today there was a return to the full cast, or most of it ... I think this signals that Barun will be returning soon. All these days, they concentrated on Khushi-Arnav scenes because they had limited dates from Barun, today we got some family moments after ages.

      Though someone tell me why Anjali is not hyper that her Chotey hasn't called her for so many days?

      And someone also tell me where was Mami? I missed her!!!

      Apparently Mr Roy has some legal document which states that in the event of death of ASR under mysterious circumstances, all his money and property goes to a trust. And that supercedes all other wills. So TF can't kill ASR - and this he found out after he had already kidnapped ASR. So now he's a teeny bit stuck .. can't kill the guy, yet can't release him - am assuming that the goons he hired are waiting for their money and he doesn't have the money he promised them.

      At the end, Khushi returns from the mandir and the DM ki chunni falls at Shyam's feet. She bends to pick it up and notices something on his shoes ... wasn't clear whether its the shoes themselves which she saw in the warehouse, or something on them ...
      so in precap, she is rummaging in Shyam's room, he catches her just as she is leaving and asks her very angrily what she was up to ... TF is not happy that she's snooping around.

      1) TF was actually back to twitching (between FBs) and i could not help but laugh out loud - poor guy doesn't know how we associate twitching ferrets with his 'intense acting'

      In his tweet he mentioned he din't get to shoot his part as BS was called for shooting and am assuming then celebrations and all with which IPK team was busy for half a day at least.

      they had to shoot for Mashi too.

      NK will play his part .... if I had learned any symbolism .... he will play a very strong role in saving ArHi marriage and keeping them bound in a relationship if not together, that Anjalis role .... nobody can interfere there ..... his presenting her with a silver heart shaped locket with pic from their wedding day (he has pics from all ceremonies, why this) when everything is out in open ... ArHi maybe not together but will stand their ground, maybe for family.

      Shyam knew Khushi would go back to where they had been held captive earlier to search for Arnav - after all she did tell Shyam after her trip to PDA as to whether he really did not know why she shed tears for the man who hurt her so much - think back to the time when it was Shyam who had told Khushi how to identify you have feelings for someone due to increased dhak dhak..

      The way they have been shaping things up, Mami mentioned they will need to tell someone in teh family and chances are it will be NK mami will tell. NK is the guy who noticed the tension between Arnav and Khushi much before Anji and Nani picked it up on mehendi day. And he had that dratted camcorder during the Payash wedding. Who knows what it was that he captured - mami caught bubbly also on a camcorder. So they may link it all together in that manner with NK playing a part in conforming Shyam's kameenapana to mami

      As for NK, not sure if it will be Mami and NK or finally Mami and Hai Re Nandkishore (buaji). Somewhere Gupta family also needs to know just how kameena shyam is and bua knows he was leching for Khushi much after they all chucked him out.

I did watch SNS today .... they totally changed the track (clever .... wish our cvs & PH were a bit more chalak) and gave wife voice in front of her husband, something GV fans (ok my Chachi and my maid sums up as SNS fan reactions to me) had been screaming about .... & if they, die hard GV fans are already liking the new one .... I don't see SNS team having any major trouble .... I saw another promo where they are showing the husband showing great interest towards his wife !! I saw some giggle and blush around me.

      Had a major *head desk* after seeing that promo ... Seriously dude!!! ... after 2 years of marriage & getting her pregnant accidentally :O :O :O

    ps - one thing is for sure - ASR's plants are going to die with all this over watering! - he thinks of her and forgets to stop watering them - she thinks of him and its a flood again!!! poor plants

    have to add - happened to come across a scene from the sisters serial (the one with Gargi's lawyer!) - some random stuff about the SIL being angry and BIL calming her down and the only thing i noticed - for all their money and better sets - they have fake plants!!! no real foliage - just plastic!!

      That part was when he thought it was some random girl who happened to walk into the den. He realized only after the duo escaped that it must have been Khushi.

      On the new promo:

      The last time we thought ODG will fool VLR, things did not go so well.
      She ended up looking like a fool in front of him in ASR’s cabin.
      Now for him to believe K blindly will take some major tampering with of Shyam’s characterization.

      Plus ODG has taken great care to make sure Shyam does not know that she has knowledge of kidnap.
      She thinks she has been successful so far.
      Only, he already knows everything about what she has done to get ASR out and WILL NOT trust her.
      I really hope she does not end up digging her grave this time.

      I agree TF will not believe her - he is always a step ahead of her, right. Plus even in the promo - TF says his dialogues and turns back to the mirror - so am pretty sure he will not believe her completely - plus he knows all about her trying to save ASR

      BUT this time both DM and ODB will b eon her side (whether openly or not is a different matter!) and that's why she will succeed!

      Mona ... Main lead was the elder sister .... they completely changed it to the younger sister as the younger one connected better ... I haven't seen a promo in months which have much of the elder one!

      Unke pass paisa hey to kya huwa ... lavish bathrooms hai toh kya huwa ... butlers hain instead of changing HPs toh kya huwa .... hamare pass unse ziyada badh kar kuch hai...

      Uss Cheez Ko Acting Kehtein Hain !

      Su, Mona .... TF is also delusional &official ArHi cupid ... that's two of his main characteristics. We must not forget that. I will be happy with any .... this or that cvs CANNOT stay put!! That's what am enjoying more.

      I also like the scenario of him leading her to his Saale Saab (SS) as he cannot kill him (but he did say in FB kaam age badao .... what was that for). Bitwa will forget anything about kidnapper if he has to save ODG &that is something SS will do according to KJ for a girl he is married to, loves her or not is not the point.

      If K figures that Shyam is kidnapper - basically the boss then she knows that the attoo guy has been updating Shyam and he knows of her efforts. Plus this time bitiya has DM's backing - and Shyamu has no chance matching upto maiyya's leela.

      He duped her at the airport, he duped her with the contractor but the 3rd time the blood stains gave him away. Khushi will now know that it is all about the papers and hopefully recall that Shyam stopped asking her about them the day Arnav left.

      I was going to say exactly what Sandy said ... again :)

      If Khushi knows Shyam is the kidnapper, she knows he knows she knows Arnav has been kidnapped (whew, what a sentence!) ... and has been on his trail. SO they will basically be playing chess here ... total mind games, each trying to keep one step ahead of the other. It has to be very well written - the writer has to really think out the next steps for BOTH of them very carefully.

      And again repeating Sandy ... this time DM is on Khushi's side ... this is the third time Shyam will try to dupe her ... third time unlucky? She already realised that Shyam stopped asking her about the papers the day Arnav left ... will she finally fulfill one more shiddat and check the photo of the papers in her phone? And figure out what he is really after?

      Mona, Sama ... I dunno if main lead was elder sister in Behna show ... she has a total of three expressions in her kitty, and the younger one overacts ... grand sets gaye bhaad mein, except for Viren lawyer dude, no one else can really act!

      yep mind games will be good - Khushi told Shyam "Hamaare seedhepan ko humaari kamjori mat samajhye!" Shyam thinks he knows Khushi well but he is in for a nasty surprise!

      As for 3rd time - after poolside trick,(discount scorpion), havan oil the 3rd time with the breaks resulted in arnav learning the partial truth.
      Ab is baar the 3rd time is akin to Shyam trying to make Khushi believe that he has accepted her apology and stands by her - O I shall jump in glee to have him realize just how misguided he was and for his words to Khushi to come true - "haan hum bhi sach hi bolenge, poora sach. waada karke palatne waalon main se nahin hain hum khushiji". And Arnav will learn the full truth this time.

      2 things to happen
      "CHap chuka hai woh pal mere dimaag main. There will be no more chances to Shyam from Arnav after this and his trust in Khushi will be unshakeable"
      "Also, the man who accepted on Akash suicide and Holi that Khushi was paagal will tell Shyam in recall of his roadside words - Koi paagal hi ho sakthi hai jo Mrs. Arnav Singh Raizada banne ke bawajood aisho aaram ki zindagi ko chhod sakti hai"

      SN: Is Shyam planning to murder Arnav and pin the blame on Khushi - she had a reason cos Arnav forced her into a marriage and this was her revenge? An effectve way for him to rid himself of Arnav and discredit the Gupta family forever so they can never threaten to expose his PG truth to the Raizadas?

      response to SN - no i don't think so - if he kills Arnav, even if someone else is blamed - he looses the money. Plus if KKG is blamed - he looses her and am pretty sure he is not willing to do so

      what i fear - if the CVs don't want Shyam exposed to all - he might get to the KKG and ASR and act as if he tried to 'save' them not 'kill' them - that will help him stay in Rani sahib's good books! - But on the other hand, if TQ has to loose her baby then she needs to know about his true character

      Shyam anyday loves the money more than KKG. If trapping her gets him the money he will do it. No 2nd thoughts.

      Yes he will mostly wrangle his way into Ani's good books saying he tried to save them and not kill them and they all will let him do it cos of her baby. See Arnav's silence has been on account of his Di's pregnancy. So her miscarrying does not really sit well with me yet. So if she miscarries what reason does Arnav have to not tell her Shyam's truth anymore (and SHyam will be the villain till the day this serial ends) so his expose to Anji will happen at the very end only I think.

      Her going into premature labour - well that I can live with and then the family decides to keep quite till she and teh babies are stronger and so on.

      Alternatively if they make her miscarry then she goes into shock of some kind and forgets that she lost her babies and is still harping on baby clothes et al and in thsi fragile mental stste she is deemed unfit to handle one more truth in the form of Shyam's truth - but kinds cliched because what will propel ArHi to keep fighting Shyam in this case? He will have no reason to kill Anji.

      i completely agree - the baby is the only thing holding ASR back - he would have told her otherwise - its only her pregnancy that stopped him!- that's why the miscarriage thing is not sitting well with me either - but then your last points could be the answer - if she does looses the baby but does not accept it - (good one there Sandy! - impressed!)

      and as for money vs KKG - well his is the 'creepwa'- he will try and keep both for sure - so will use his conniving dimagh to trick one and all (at least i hope so :D)

      All of us were thrown off the track with the kidnap and aftermath and you saw that rain hug.
      It rained here yesterday. It must have been cold in the night and I woke up in the morning with a blanket.
      The first thought that struck me was of Anjali getting the blanket.
      And she got them only one blanket.
      Sign of romantic times ahead indeed!
      Now I am really hanging onto that magic number 15th that someone had mentioned.

    adding to comments above - in various posts - so am collating them here:

    - we all seem to agree that KKG will piece together the truth about TF - the shoe, the passport and i think she will piece together the facts that the kidnapper called her on her mobile - now she knows ASR would never give her number out to them so how did they get it?

    - Also TF will know KKG is up to something if she comes to him - so both have to be very very careful of how they play along - he will use this as a means of saying 'see she tried to entrap me' and she will try and use this to get to ASR and expose TF

    Just wondering - does TF know mami is with KKG - he knows there are two people looking for ASR - does he know which two? - has he given it a thought or is he so self obsessed as usual that he will miss this little pawn that will cause his fall?

    definitely am staying away from spoilers - and irrespective of what IF is buzzing about - am enjoying this new twist - seems all characters have grown a brain overnight - now the kidnapping and the hut rendezvous does not seem so bad if it meant that the CVs got 'Their' brains back from Siberia!!

    Ps - random thought - she said - i apologize - wonder what she is apologizing for? - walking into his room? suspecting him? hating him???

    Can you check for the latest promo airing your side of teh world and post a link. Seems it is a slightly different one from the one we saw last night.

    Oh and btw in last night's epi for the first time ever Shyam was in total black. He was introduced in white but offlate wore gray and finally was in dark gray or black last night.

    Arnav was introduced in black, wore grays initially but now is stripped down to a vest of white. Wowwie :)

      O and about 2 minutes into teh epi there is this one scene - after Arnav is pushed onto teh floor near Shyam's feet - where it appears that Shyam is blowing a conch - aka blowing his own pungi...ROFL oh u bet shyamva - tere gloatwa ve se bhugatwa ve ke din aa rahe hai..

      Somebody kick me I need to get back to work but mausam hai aashiqaana and I dont want to do boring ppts :(

      Monu the only similarity I see b/w Ballu Balram and Shyam Manohar Jha is that in both cases the villains were the reason the hero and heroine came together and their trust was boosted. Period.

      Shyam and reformation - nahi - he is after all the Joker. The guy with the perpetual smile on his face hidden behind which are the darkest acts.

      but to reply to Sandy's question - the promo airing here is the one where Khushi falls at Shyam's feet and apologises ... they apparently withdrew the one in which he cups her face, and substituted this one instead.

      So she will apologise - but for what? For being rude? For ransacking his room? For suspecting him about the papers? She HAS to fool him this time ... after all, DM is with her.

      And love that symbolism about the colors of Shyam and Arnav ... light grey moving to full black ... and black shedding layers to reveal white ... :)))

    I am not sure about the passport and ticket.
    That moment of turning towards DM has already come and gone.
    And they preferred to show the blood spot on shoe rather than the Passport.
    Why?
    Because the PP would be concrete proof and she cannot have it?
    Don’t know.
    Anyway, if the PP is there it should come up soon.(that promo is off the air already)

    What are Shyam’s options?
    He had 2 motives, the girl and the money.
    He would’ve had both if things had turned out his way.

    Now he has to keep ASR alive, so why hasn’t he demanded ransom yet?
    And like I suspected from the beginning, he has kept his identity a secret so far.
    He could demand ransom through a third party, but that complicates the kidnap further and may alert police too?
    He could kidnap Khushi, free ASR and demand ransom- that’s even more complicated.

    I feel Shyam realizes that he doesn’t have much of an option now that ASR is to be kept alive.
    He cannot afford to divulge his identity now.
    The best option for him would be to play it safe.
    He has already told Khushi that he will help her to convince ASR.
    That was his last promise to her.
    He knows she has no solid proof that he is the mastermind, even if she does not trust him.
    So he might have to now lead the rescue operation and get into the good books of bitwa and bitiya and live to fight another day.
    Will he dare to show the will to ASR right now, since it will implicate both of them, VLR and Khushi?
    I think he might want to use it at a later date when he can try a “See how she trapped me and misled both of us” line.


    What is she apologizing for?
    If K knows…dia’s lambee line…., is she apologizing for screwing up his op? (just joking)
    Is she even thinking???

      Also, will Shyam pretend to help ODG rescue ODB? After all, he's stuck with a headache ... a captive he can't kill. And he can use the excuse to get money to pay off the goons ...

      Does Shyam know that Khushi suspects HIM of being the kidnapper? Or not yet? She's barely started suspecting him ... the first time she followed him, she brushed him off with an excuse about the papers ...
