We seem to be making this a habit on Tuesdays ... and weekends ... and some other days ... ;)
Discussion question - what exactly is Khushi planning with that threat to Shyam about divorce? Is she planning anything at all, or is that just a red herring for Mami to overhear? Because we know Khushi will find the restaurant bill, and then find Arnav ...

Khushi is trying to find out what means more to Shyam - she or the money?
ReplyDeletePlus she already told him she is angling for the money by baiting Arnav. So is Shyam going to bitye thinking he an have her and thru her the money if he agrees to divorce Anjali and thereby prove his support of Khushi as she demands!

Also, in response to something I was telling Geetu, I actually rewrote a scene or 2 from Holi in the current context (again in the 1st post for 26th) - Pls read if u have a moment and tell me what u think.

Problem is I am total zero not just in Myth but History too .... I remember answering my History teacher in class 8 "present will what make the future and it is present that will be past in the future" when she asked me why I am not interested in History.
I had really sweet teachers ... all she did was smile.

DeleteSandy, Holi scene symbolism is so apt in this situation....but the question is will Bitwa get the time to react.......the moment they enter RM, there is gonna be a blast....and if Anjali suffers a nervous breakdown, then ASR's anger will rise again and this time burn Bitiya forever..

sama, she agreed to the IF gals (and ours) shiddat for opening her hair.. but personally, i think just straightened hair whooshing about is ridiculous. looks like an upturned mop, if not shot at from the perfect angle.. and especially in the current Bombay heat, it is impractical. maybe sanaya said "sorry, but no thanks, the hair needs clips."at least she has left a few bits to flutter in the gussht of wind :)

She needs to leave it open at night, the way she did the first night he went missing ... she looked stunning that night all in white :)))
DeleteDid you girls realise, another reason for bitiya's guilt once Arnav comes back, is to keep her away from him ... they have to delay the big C, so they need a reason for that. Otherwise, with their new changed equation and the barsaat of hugs, both real and dreamed ones, it's gonna be difficult for them to stay away from each other.
Don't worry for about C .... Di hain nah .... Even if MU does not happen soon ... they will just bring up a case where she needs to be hospitalized ... ek teer se do shikar .... ArHi chup about creepwa .... No Big C!!

Another thought struck me ... will Arnav decide to go to GH to stay for a bit to test the Shyam waters ... that is if he and Khushi decide to tackle the Creepwa together? Shyam will go crazy to find him missing ... NK is there to take care of Khushi, which is what we thought MM was there for initially ... and Khushi can follow up on her 'trap Shyam' Plan, but this time with Arnav in the know and directing operations. And Khushi sneaking out at night to meet Arnav at GH every now and then ...
I know, I know ... crazy thought ... just thinking of all possibilities :)))
Khushi may be trying to get that divorce agreement out of him and may be use it later to blackmail him to either tell truth about ASR or to stay truthful to Anji later on.

The reunion- so much going on today- divorce talks, fight, maybe there will no time for Arhi today.

I can't relate to the numbers on the bill obv the way u do becos those numbers may not talk to me like that....
But....i saw a lot of logic on the revisiting of the Aug teej epis....U have come to those after ur conversation with the numbers
Surprisingly, u revisited the shyam gyaan to Arnav....which in some ways was the first eruption of conscience in Arnav.....ok a trigger atleast...he connected Shyam's words to his actions with Khushi....
Now when it the time for Arnav to really get that awakening of conscience, u brought that snippet up.....like a revision of sorts....syllabus mein that woh chapter.....Imagine who was the sutradhar...the devil himself....what an irony...

Oh yeah that devil triggering conscience - poetic justice. I was looking for the Arnav Anjali scene with the lamp and found this too in the bargain. I knew scene had happened but I wanted to chekc wrt timeline.(dekh itne puraane epis hain but I still have them imprinted in my mind. Aaj kal bahut kam aise epis hote hain)
Now that everyone is saying no MU between Arhi....will the CVs try to put in some stupid twist just so we can't have a gloatve.....as it is woh note ka gloatve bhi pending hain......grrrrrrrrrr
