Anjali's house of cards starts collapsing ... she tries to prop it up with sheer disbelief ... she will not believe it ...
Shyam's house of cards starts collapsing ... Khushi was playing him all along ... Shyam really is a shatir dimaag and a very alert one too ...
Khushi's house of cards starts collapsing ... she managed to keep Shyam fooled but just about ... and for just about long enough ...
Kidnappers' house of cards starts collapsing ... and their captive is ready to escape ... first the villain of the show was a joker, now his goons are the jokers ... they made me laugh today, especially the way the first guy was hunting for his captive :))
Last note - now three people in the house have seen Khushi and Shyam together in suspicious circumstances ... Anjali, Mami and Nani ...
And tomorrow Arnav had better rescue his damsel in distress and have a fultoo fight with Shyam ... much more satisfying than bashing up sundry goons and Mr. Lallan ... Lallan didn't even make an appearance today :(
And hopefully today was the last day Creepwa gets within touching distance of Khushi!!!

The major point of the episode today was Anjali being confronted with the truth about her husband ... that too, in front of Devi Maiyya, in Her own temple ... and hence my title ... Anjali's house of cards, painfully and carefully constructed and protected from the slightest blow, is actually so fragile, that it will tumble and fall to pieces with the smallest breeze. Because it is built on no foundation whatsoever. Shyam admitted in his confrontation with Arnav that he had never loved Anjali ever, his marriage, his show of love and the last three years had all been a complete lie. Once he admitted that, this house of cards was bound to fall sooner or later.
If things had been different - if Shyam had been a normal, regular kind of guy, who had been in a regular happy marriage, but had slipped and fallen for a beautiful face ... there might have been a chance for redemption, a chance to save the ShyAnj marriage. But when it was apparently based on a lie, even before the advent of Khushi into their lives, it's clear the marriage had a limited shelf life from the start.
And Daljeet was very good in the scene with Mami ... as Anjali's carefully constructed house of cards starts falling to pieces, Anjali stretches out her arms around it desperately to save it from collapsing ... she won't believe Mami, she refuses to believe Mami ... Mami must have misunderstood, must have misheard ... because what Mami is saying CANNOT be the truth. She, Anjali, will not allow it to be the truth! Even as Mami tries to convince her, she just refuses to believe it ... "you heard wrong!" And she doesn't even want to hear it ... complete denial ...
Liked the way Mami tried to make Anjali think, without actually trying to convince her ... and Anjali remembered all the times she saw Shyam with Khushi ... but Anjali is still not ready to accept it ...
"You are mistaken ... that's it!!!"
A very natural reaction ... for someone who believes in her husband so much, worships him so completely and more importantly, lives in her own bubble ... her perfect world ... Daljeet did well in that scene.
The rest of the episode - the beginning - Khushi has played Shyam expertly ... ever since she found out about his deceit, he lost her trust completely, and Shyam knew the only way to get back into her good books, was to win back her trust. That was the first and most important step, before he could hope to win her heart (DDR).
That's also where Arnav always scored over Shyam ... Khushi trusted Arnav almost from the start ... and definitely from the sangeet challenge ... when she unhesitatingly agreed to accept whatever he asked in case she lost the challenge ... that's why she went along with Arnav's silence over the reason for their marriage ... because she trusted that he would never ask something that she wasn't willing to give, she trusted that he had a good reason for the marriage ... she trusted him to stay with him in the same room, even the same bed ...
But she could never trust Shyam after his deceit ... and with good reason ... if he had succeeded in his plan to marry her, it would have been illegal, bigamy, and she would have been completely ruined ... and she knew he was prepared to do that ...
So Shyam had a long road to try to win back her trust, he knew it was an uphill battle, he didn't know it was an impossible task ... Khushi might have been prepared to give Shyam the benefit of doubt in terms of Anjali, but she would not and will never trust him again ... ever.
But he thinks he's finally succeeded ... that's why he even signed the papers without reading them completely ... to show her he trusts her, and she can trust him ... because he is ready to do everything she asks him to do ...
Nani is the next family member to see Shyam alone with Khushi ... Shyam covers as usual ...
But Nani has also seen NK with Khushi in her room ... and later she sees NK Khushi leaving together ... I still think Nani will be on the fence here, but will support Anjali outwardly.
Nani, bless her, also reminds Khushi to open Arnav's present, which Khushi is least interested in, she knows it's not from Arnav ... Shyam wants her to open it ... because it's from him ... :(
That did not look like the Teej sari ... it looked more like the sari Arnav chose for Khushi :)) Shyam is delusional!
And Khushi finally finds the note, crumples it ... and notices the writing on the back ... :))

And Khushi knows instantly he's sent it ... Rabba ve ... :"> and her face lights up with a radiant smile, even while her eyes fill with tears ... he's sent her a message ... which means he's alive and well ... and she clutches the note tight and holds it close to her heart ...
Loved the oh-so ironical juxtaposition - Shyam's gloating face ... tomorrow he will oversee Arnav's final destruction ... his dreams of getting Arnav's property as well as his wife are within his grasp ... or so he thinks ...
and Khushi's tears of joy ... finally a link to her husband ... a message, a clue she can follow to find him ... just after she's succeeded in getting his property back from Shyam as well ...
Both with their backs to each other, both with completely opposing dreams ... Shyam's house of cards has started to tumble down around him, and he gloats in his ignorant world of dreams ... as Khushi starts to build her dreams again ... of getting Arnav back ...
And she crumples the note tightly in her hand as Shyam asks her what's wrong ... and tells her to wait till tomorrow ...
And as he leaves, Khushi shuts the door quickly behind him and looks at the precious note again ... what clue has he sent? It has to be the address of the place ... he's nearby ...finally a way to find him ...
and sleuthing done, she looks back at the words he's written, as though it's the sweetest love letter ever written, and smiles happily through her tears ..."he's calling himself that now ... :) "
And Shyam is ready to kill Arnav now ... dunno what has changed that he now thinks he can get away with it ... but whatever ... who cares ... we're ready for the showdown ...

The mistake he made was to run to Khushi's room as soon as Shyam's back was turned ... instead of continuing to limp till Shyam was safely out of sight ... with shatir Shyam, you can't let down your guard for a single moment. Khushi's carefully constructed web of lies starting to unravel ...
Arnav takes down Goon number One ...
NK-Khushi - Khushi makes NK shut the door quickly and shows him the note ... this is where Arnav is.
Cute :) NK asks "Laad Governer?" and Khushi shyly admits that's what she calls him ... :"> and NK's look of 'only you could think of such a name' ...
And Khushi has already found out the address ..
NK checks about the papers ... yes, Khushi got the signatures, so Arnav's property is safe now too ... Shyam has lost ...he tricked Khushi and Arnav, and Khushi has returned the favour ... now Shyam has no right on anything of Arnav's ... unsaid, including his wife :)
Khushi put away the property papers and the locket ... but kept the divorce paper with her ... now what is that going to mean?
And off they go to find Arnav ...
Arnav takes down Goon number Two ... no wonder BS was complaining he has been doing only fight scenes the entire week!
Happy though I am to see BS and Arnav back, the fight scenes were the only ones which dragged ... too many!!!
NK-Khushi leave - but not before making Shyam very suspicious indeed ... and shatir Shyam checks out Khushi's last phone call immediately and knows exactly where she's going and why ...

Yes Arnav has had a choice before between Di and Khushi.... But did he really choose di? I think he chose khushi under di's pretext. Had he chosen di he would have banished khushi for good. Why bother marry the woman having an affair with his jija and bring her in the same house? I feel he married her because he could not bear to see her with snyone else. If A had seen K with any other man without the di angle but his jija i think he would have still insisted K to maary him. It was his jealousy and insecurity that made him take that step. Di was secondary there. If he is at a point of making this choice again he will do the same choose khushi.
I agree though that khushi will not knowingly make him choose between di and her and if necessary walk out of RM.
The divorce papers i think will useful later on specially after anji's baby is born. If VLR has already divorced anji there is very little claim he can lay on the child. Once VLR realises he has lost Arnav's money and wife he will be unwilling to sign divorce papers just to make it harder for anji and family to cut ties and move on but these papers will come in handy then i think. Plus if the signed divorce papers come to fore before teej would anji want to renew her vows with him?????

UJ, I had the same thought ... Arnav actually chose Khushi, not Di. If he had to choose Di, he would have thrown Khushi, or rather, any other girl out of his KJ's and his Di's life for good. And if K had been in love with any other married man, he would have done the same thing as he did - married her. The confusion would have been if Khushi had been actually in love with any other perfectly eligible bachelor ... in which case he would have behaved the way he did with NK ... set out to woo Khushi away from the guy - with full haq, that too!
DeleteKhushi repeating again and again that she is ready to do anything for Arnav, makes me feel that she will not defend herself in front of Di's accusations ... she will walk away, if Arnav lets her. It's then that NK's testimony will come handy to convince the other members of the family, especially Mami, because she is his own aunt. Vaise bhi, Mami will follow the truth if it is proved to her.

but i do think this Them will include VLR as well; the reason for him to capitulate and align with RM vasis in future could have well been in the episode...he has found out about Khushi's duplicity..RM vasis will drop hints about Khushi...He will think of the greener pasture....his rani saheba.....He will not hesitate to malign her character including NK in his accusations..
Finally K will only have ASR on her side..How AKASH_PAYAL fit in this scenario not very sure.....but some murdering of basic character looks to be in store....either LQ's or Akash? who is the scapegoat for DB now?

UJ, thats an old episode after the GH incident (july 2011 thereabouts), Khushi comes to RH to tender her resignation and lambasts Arnav.. That day, all these ladies were witness to Khushi's gussa, actually they did not have any idea on the matter when that happened..

- TF can't kill ODB even now. He's just saying he can, because he knows ODB is going to escape so he won't have to make good his promise. The scriptwriter told him so.
- Once TF knows he will not get ODB's money on event of ODB's death, killing ODB is not cost-effective any more. If KKG gets around to telling him that, of course ... which she might when faced with him at gunpoint.
- ODB was doing pushups and other training exercise to get into full fitness for the final fight ... once he was fully ready, he finally fought - hey, that was an alliteration!

Why did Arnav decide to run just now?

Arnav told Khushi in that hut that the KN just wanted him. He was their target. But then he overhears KN agreeing to follow boss's orders of sending gifts to Raizada Mansion. Now if they can send gifts, they can also send gun toting goons and he realizes only Khushi & Mami know he has been kidnapped. There is no proof as such to prove it either to the family. And he would not want Di all worked up like the other day. He himself has told them all he is in Scotland.
Maybe the thought comes to mind that where initially he was the only one at risk and could bide his time to find out the motive, he needed to speed things up now because the family seemed to be getting dragged into the net. He needed to protect them. Maybe he thought Khushi's life is in danger because the KN knows she saw him and does not want to leave witnesses. And voila, ASR feels he needs to escape pronto.
Just in case he decides to alert Khushi too since he has a chance too. She found him once. She can find him again. Plus he can also let her know he is well and ok. And he is confident she will come for him within 24 hours. He wants to meet up with her outside RM so that he can plan his return home and hold back the info about his kidnap for the moment from the family.
Sandy this would have been a logical reason had it not been for what the KN said in that phonecall he received from Shyam. If Arnav's urgency increased after overhearing that call and he feared that his family, particularly his Di and Khushi were in danger, would he not have bashed up the KN then and there and escaped, especially when he overheard him say he was the only one around? Yes, the KN had a gun but so did all the other KNs yesterday. The simplest thing to do was what he did yesterday. When the KN went out to buy the things he was instructed to, Arnav should have hid behind the door and hit him as he came in rather than wondering how to send a message to Khushi to let her know where he was. He behaved like a 'damsel' waiting for his beloved to rescue him from distress.

Sandy we can derive any logical explanation we want ... cvs have left it to us .... &by logical explanation I mean what went in his mind NOT his action.
Deletecvs have simply not handled the whole arnav side of the story well specially the escape part... Like Dia suggested they could have just made him sit there with 2 expressions and let the FB galore hit for his journey from airport (what did the goon say?)to ILU!!
His journey till he fought goons, tried to identify the "Boss" and even till 'Sorry Khushi' was perfectly in sync IMO ..... what made me furious was the phone call by the boss to send gifts at RM. The warehouse was not shown in a manner that conveyed he CANNOT escape.
"Haan Boss mein akela hoon" .... I thought it will play out but it din't .... so why exactly the dialogue??
And scenes which are following is down right funny ... Ek ek ko chun chun ke maroonga !!

I think I don't care HOW anymore (this must have been the target of cvs for the drag :P).... just get him back to his kingdom already (of course after lots of romance) ..... ab toh Barun ne bhi bol diya ... gandhe jago mein raktein hain ... gandhi gandhi scenes karwatein hain.

Another thing for which I am not majorly irritated with the disdhum disdhum is the brilliant episodes one after another .... except the logic boatwa in Arnie escape which is also associated with VLRs sudden need to kill ASR, there is absolutely no complains.

Ok lets see his real change in attitude started after he met K at the hut, and then his call regarding the same.. At that time he wanted to say sorry, and K told him that she knows who it is, he maybe not heard the name' but she did tell him that she knows who has done this, that was his first step to start getting back to ASR. So K has an idea who is KN.
his next clue was - there weren’t any bells ringing or sounds of train like yesterday, so he knows that its was to confuse him, next comes Gifts, his first reaction would be to send the msg, something to alert K , as you girls said would want to meet K before going to RM, or his shatir mechanic dimaag was on work and he resembled the phone and called the Boss, and knew its shyam – which is the reason I would like to be.
Or his dimaag worked overtime - would have analysed, that if the Boss is asking to send gifts, he should have known at least what to send for whom, so that person should know his family, and so also wants him dead- who is it - its shyam , I would like The ASR to think on this ground.. which I highly doubt that would have happened.
or its that, his patience level just wore out and he was like - before I go down I want meet the boss, let it be between the equals and not with these Kiddos, and what better way to get this boss like last time, tell him he will escape, which he already did once.. that will atleast work up the kiddos and he could tackle them or he could have one on one with boss if the boss returns like the first time he escaped.

well Lin, the mysteries in IPK!.....perhaps that we may never know or worse still....there may be nothing to the airport introspection....A smart man just got duped....who knows....he had a lot on his mind....so was a case of letting down guard...

Rekha 2 blissful hugs, hut hots, TM2 and stary talks is the secret of his energy. The most important thing for him when he called her using KN phone was to say sorry for hurting her in the hut. After the stary talk and confessing that he was pushing her away everytime he has realised how much he has hurt her. He just needs to see her again and make it up to her. That's that matters.... Although we have not had any introspection or FBs from A's side one thing is clear all he has been thinking about is his biwi. She is the only person occupying his head and heart and it's that need to see her again after the stary talk that is driving bitwa i think....

Mami has just done that not from khushi's POV but shyam. so tell did mami just hear the divorce thing or did she also hear about K taking badla of Arnav through this divorce? So it makes sense why she asked anji to think form shyam side and not arnav's side .. because mami is herself confused on that part and she will inbestigate that...
Arhi milan on cards I hope so , but what am awaiting is what happens when they return to RM, with the firing squad ready to take K ??

VLR ki dhulai: Why did the CVs suddenly open his eyes to the fact that K is cheating on him?
That dhulai may not be as simple as it looks. The blinders have been removed for Shyam, let us see what he comes up with!
Also, re-watched the end ... and all Shyam knows is that Khushi has gone hunting for Arnav ... which he knew she was already doing earlier. And she never once told him about even during her trust building exercise. So he might still not connect that she knows he is the KN, and might try to slime his way out of a sticky situation again ... and try to get her to stop looking for Arnav, especially when he knows she is so close.

2. He has pledged allegiance to her by signing the divorce papers.
3. She got an important information on their supposedly common enemy.
4. What stopped her from sharing this info with him, her only ally, and more importantly why did she try to hide it from HIM?
5. And what is happening behind his back with NK?
If he has thought this out, he is not there to just prevent her from finding bitwa. He will try to protect his identity.
Remember our old scenario? Shyam pretends to help in finding ASR. That could play out still.
And that old Q: Will Shyam go scot free? (I am not going into that mess until I see what he is actually upto today.)
And if Shyam has not thought this out, he pretty well deserves that dhulaai, not just for bitiya’s and Anji’s sake, but also for being the dumbest villain on television. Add to that a major waste of time!
If Shyam was there to just get dhishummed, the CVs did not have to open his eyes this last moment. He could’ve been sent there on the pretext of responding to ASR’s dhamkis, made to sit like a duck and get dhulai.

Delete4 and 5 are the clincher ... if Shyam is to suspect that Khushi knows he is the KN.
BUT Khushi never gave him any details of her earlier Arnav hunting escapades either - she just told him she knew he was kidnapped ... so there is room for doubt in Shyam's mind, does she just not trust him completely yet?
I think so far he still doesn't know that she knows he's the KN, so your theory holds that he's there to prevent her from finding Bitwa (as he plans to kill him the next day) ... as well as protect his own crime. Hence he will first try to sweet talk her again, and find out how NK is involved in all this - remember he didn't know that NK is at all in the know about the kidnapping, but now since Khushi went with NK, that cat is out of the bag too.
Cv's are holding their cards very close to their chests ... problem is, they have to GET BACK their TRP audience ... hope so much of secrecy doesn't backfire!

Next day there was panic about BS getting shock ... so we got one to be reassured that he is fine.
