The MU to be well and truly over ... and we see Bitwa's side of the story from the airport to the phone 'I Love You'. Flashbacks hi sahi ... if Barun has enough time to choreograph and shoot a fight sequence, he has enough time to sit in a chair and look maudlin while the relevant fb's are played.

Yes kidnap track to end .... Without bitwas side a 4 weeks track would have been very gripping .... But they had to drag it to 6 weeks. 1 more week to go. It shall pass too.
mishtakewa ..... 2 more weeks to go but hopefully we will get bitwa more of bitwas side from next week. If end mean tracing out bitwa well and for good then I think we are getting it this week itself ..... If bitiya is to be shot, then that might be the freezing scene on friday.

Deletein fact i would have liked it if they had raped up the kidnapping track the first time they found each other - ODB could have been hurt and in the hospital and they could have shown his stills and repeats of him on the bed while mami and ODG went looking around for answers..
Just rambling - actually am so fed up with ODB&G not being in the same frame (even when they are - its BDs!!!) - am cooking up stories to help them...

ReplyDeleteI'm shocked to learn that Daljit is really quitting the show. Her character is all set to take the centre stage and she is leaving?! Anyway if she is going to be around only for a month, I think they need to make the best use of her. The kidnapping track has to be wound up in a week's time and they need to shift gear to the truth revelation to Anjali and how she deals with it. I'm sure Daljit will give a great performance in those emotionally charged scenes. They can show how Arshi deal with her and try to redeem the girl who goes into the depths of depression. At the point she has to be eased out they can show her doctor advising Arshi to send he to some counselling centre because her mental health is deteriorating rapidly staying at Santivan. They can show how Khushi helps Arnav cope with his sister's condition and how she becomes his emotional support during this trying phase. They can then bring in the new Anjali after a couple of weeks from the counselling centre. They can even start off a love track for her (her doctor falls for her although she is still not in a position to give love another chance). On her return Anjali who is now completely over Shyam, can plan for Chote's remarriage.

ReplyDeletelet me remember the actual story now.. (lots of FFs and spoiler-based stories running around in my head) oh okay.. anniversary week.. started with romance, violence,lying, stabbing, stalking, breaking and entering, lady detectives, ended in action sequence and intrigue..
1. i want to know the name of the hotwa actor who plays tattoo kidnapper.
2. i want arnav to get beaten up again, get a truly vile explanation monologue from RRR and i want the rabba ve there (because the lovebirds feel their connection, even if they dont see each other) while listening to the reptilewa's rambling revelation.
3. i want payal to ask anjali and NK about dress code in parties.. some lightweight banter to contrast to the serious situation in the dungeon.
4. I want khushi bitiya in green.. Devi maiyya, you did not grant my velvet suit wish! :(

ReplyDeleteI for one am totally lost....can't see a semblance of Gul's vision for miles....
On daljeet leaving (zee_news says yes to that, as per her info)...and the scenario of Anjali dying (if they decide to give that twist) makes it even worse considering the state of the ARHI relationship...How will ARHI weather that storm? I am just not superstitious but even i have to agree that ARHI/IPK seem to have some jinx....
My theory remains that PH twiddled their thumbs after MU, SPA and floated in ARHI heaven for a while....They were intending to build the story as per the track that zee_news has circulated....Shyam creating a wedge between A_K, Arnav in the junoon mood, hurting Khushi, introspection and building of trust and then repentence, RTR etc.....In the interim period, CVs were building the trust track and a semblance of other tracks...HR, Holi,GH etc
Somewhere along the line, Shyam absconded due to illness, BS dropped his movie bomb and then the absence had to be worked into the storyline.....This is where the original premise seems to be compromised in some measure
On daljeet, well she has not had much to do when Chotte was kidnapped....and SI_BS have been in most frames...Altho i am wondering if there is a major tweaking in the story line from now on for her to take this decision.....maybe the earlier premise was she was to find her strength to face life anew after Shyam, which has been changed to redemption for Shyam(??).....thats a major tweaking any way one sees it...
If she was to turn a grey shade in the role....and she did not like that aspect....could also be a reason for her moving out....
On her considering herself as a parallel lead, i would say....Daljeet would have to be delusional if she felt that in a love story...a sizzling pair like SI_BS will not overshadaw everyone in terms of frames or telly time....Its not that her role is not important, its just that until the ARHI relationship reaches a specific stage, her role cannot come to the fore.....it would be fairly obvious to anyone.....
That said, Daljeet is a fantastic actress and her shoes will be big ones to fill....can't imagine BS bonding with anyone the way he did with her...Somehow they looked like real bro-sis to me!!

ReplyDeleterekha .... I really can't agree with the jinxed part or actors whereabouts having to do anything with the outcome of IPK .... Actor can get ill .... If shyaam was not there to creat drift between AK ..... Use anjali .... K always ending up in situation where A think she has hurt Anjali intentionally ....but later is proved wrong, meanwhile has imposed something very harsh on K already .... Abbas was away only for 2 weeks ..... BS drops a movie bomb .... Alright .... Say around SPA only .... They were to build trust right .... And they did have tracks for it but at the end we din't get that trust .... I don't have my hopes high either for a narration later .... If we get the journey of bitwa to ILU i will be over moon ..... What am trying to say is .... After SPA till May 10 .... Except Abbas for 10 days .... sanaya 8 days .... Barun 4 ..... They had entire cast at their disposal.
ReplyDeletePH was more carried away with their new project .... They put their best to creat IPK and then take most of it away to build others .... I will blame PH for not planning out beforehand,,,, assesmble new cvs for new shows .... Not being strong enough to deal with SP interference .... &devoiding IPK of the best they have. Acting as if they are the first to face these problem .... I have never followed behind the scenes for anything else ..but it should be the same for others too. They faltered and then went on chalo koi baat nahi jab mood hoga ut jayenge.
As for Daljeet whatever you she is not a lead actress league .... I have seen her in nach baliye .... Her expressions are not refine .... Shaleen covered for her .... Here Abbas BS SI does ...... Hysterics is where she stand out ..... Cause there camera and scene focuses only on her ....but anyone else present ....she just cannot stand out.
No matter how good a role she picks up next it will be same fate.

On absence, i for don't blame the actors for that....its obvious..anyone can get ill or work on other interesting projects. It is a prof hazard that the PH has to deal with. as u said, thats their job....
Its just that the story was poised at a a very crucial phase when the absence got accentuated.....also the lack of parallel tracks made it diffi...
On Daljeet again, i felt she has done very well to convey the character of an emotionally fragile person. I have not seen much of her work other than this and as far as NB goes, I found her to be an adequate dance partner to Shaleen...
I like actors who convey the characters that they play on screen. if i believe them in their capacity, they have done the job for me.
I am actually at a loss ... what was the original vision, and where have they taken it? ... where is the junoon that ASR was supposed to have when he realised he had wronged the girl he loved? Has it all gone because of this kidnapping track? Or will they bring it back?

I know I said we won't discuss, but the news seems to be getting confirmed from many sources, so we might as well :)
Daljeet is an adequate actress, not the best ... but like most of the others, shes grown into her role as Anjali, and it will be difficult to see anyone else in her place. But unlike BS and SI, not impossible ...
And this is believable because she has barely been seen the last few weeks - as it is, BS was missing, so the supporting cast should have stepped up to bat - Anjali could have had a prominent role, but she didn't ... is that why she's leaving, or is it the other way around, that because she's leaving, they didn't bother to give her too much build up, and they will build Anjali's track with the new person.
But on one point, I agree completely with you all, Rekha and Sama - PH has faltered a lot - whether it be SP pressure, BS's movie, their other projects, the sudden unexpectd success of IPK - none of their other shows have had such a HUGE impact ... if we blame BS for getting carried away by the sudden fame and fortune, seems the PH has suffered the same problem and gotten far too complacent.

DeleteI get this feeling that post SPA, SP decided to shoot the storyline and bring the ArHi pair to the forefront to keep viewers appeased - they needed to score at the other telly awards plus have a marquee couple across the various GEC channels. Then they decided it was not working and decided to dump the headache and blame on the PH and writers.
The post Holi until ArHi left for GH track I think was the derailment. Maybe they shot that scene about the 1 month wedding anniversary but by the time they derailed and showed 3 months would have been more palatable.
Some say Khushi should have been kidnapped but her being kidnapped and expecting Arnav to bend would have been not so practical because Shyam knew Arnav hated Khushi so why would he do anything for her? Even now it is the Arnav end of the ArHi equation that is going to stupefy Shyam.
ASR junoon I am hoping they will bring it back. Barun emoting them will be a treat and a sureshot TRP garner! They will begin to show it soon I hope. I am thinking starting with the FBs between being kidnapped till the ILU, maybe some more in isolation post meeting Khushi and then when the final face off happenes with Shyam.
Dia .... Yes unlike BS and SI .... Replacing DB is not impossible .... Like Gopi Vahu (sorry I bring this up often but I know about it as there are regulars for it at home).... Replaced ..... Here I would say PH has done such a fine job .... Got someone similar to GV ... The track where husband was suppose to suspect Gopi for her pregnancy has been changed to a track which revealed the truth &hubby very happy about the news.... They gave GV voice when it comes to her husband now .... Of course not like our JKR but simple conversations .... With rest she is same .... &guess what .... My Chachi a loyal GV &SNS fan is already liking if not loving the new GV ..... I think my Chachi will have far much hard time accepting change in Kokila Ben, that lady has perfect her character like GV but have much strong on psych of SNS audience.... Wish our PH was a bit more chalak and organized! They are in business &they crippled their best! Aaiyyyoooo (as Sandy would say! Kahan hai BDJ .... Sasuma kab jayenge)

ReplyDeleteFor having sat thru some mindless IPK drivel and also acceptyed the hero's absence, CVs show the hero make a comeback with a cunning we all had not expected or doubted about him.
A twist like when The Dark Knight stages teh death of the chief police inspector to set the goons mind at rest and even though it hurts its family - it is for the greater good and saves the chief inspector's life.
