Arnav still wants to kiss his girl ... but a shadow plays hide and seek and spoils her mood ... :(
Pill popping Di ... white kurta plays hide and seek and switches the tablets.
So the white kurta chose the moment yesterday to enter when the dhol players entered ...
Task done, tablets switched, white kurta returns to base camp and continues to watch the drama unfold.
Garima continues to play hide and seek with Dadi, but Arnav doesn't play fair ... everything has to be perfect for the wedding, and Khushi wants her Amma to be present. And these days, for Arnav Singh Raizada, what Khushi wants, Khushi gets :)
So a nurse comes to babysit Shashi babu ... and Garima has to join in the festivities and rasams from tomorrow, much to her dismay. And she decides the game of hide and seek is over ... she has to tell Khushi the truth tomorrow. About her past.
Night phone call ... Shiddat realised :) cheesy and cute ... the way two people madly in love talk at night ... especially the last part, she lying down in bed and continuing the conversation ... he sitting back in lounger and indulging her, forgetting about his work for the moment :">

Arnav continues his work ... he got sidetracked last night ;) ... and sees large unexplained amounts on Di's bills ... finally some alarm bells ring ... Di has been spending rather large amounts of money lately. So Di's credit card is apparently lost ... no problem, he will cancel it.
Did he notice what the bill was for?
So not only is Di the ultimate sponger, she happily encourages her KP to keep sponging off her beloved brother as well ... and then she wonders why her poor dear KP was thrown out! What a parasite couple!
Di continues her lies ... not only is her card 'lost', but now she's off to meet a friend ... ever-loving Di pulling wool firmly over unsuspecting doting brother's eyes ... he is going to be so shattered when he discovers this ...

Mini update for the ones travelling -
Continuation of yesterdays episode ... Arnav makes a move again and khushi willing but seeing a shadow moving by so grabs Arnavs hand and takes him downstairs.
Payal takes khushi back to dance floor and Arnav goes for a "Di aap ko apna khayal rakna chahiye and aap ne dawai li" chit chat. Everyone gather around Di. Arnav asks Khushi to stay beside Di and get Dis medicines from her room. DaiyyaHo has changed the medicines successfully. Still watching.
Later at GH buaji-khushi-garima talk. Buaji tease khushi and conveys garima that DD wasn't pleased at all. Arnav sends a nurse for taking take of Shashi. Arnav asks gartima to accept the help as it will allow at least her to attend rest of the functions as he and khushi missed then a lot during rokha and will also make khushi very happy if she does so.
Garima decides to tell khushi truth about her past next morning. At night a very cheesy convo between ArHi.
Morning Payash and rest of the family busy with decoration and marriage preparations. Arnav signing credit card bills and is surprised at camera purchase with Anjalis credit card. Enquires Di and finds her card is missing. Di lies again to move out and meet a friend.
Family surprised a Arnav wants to visit mandir ... he clarifies he is going there to meet khushi. DD takes the opportunity and drags entire family to Mandir so that she can meet Garima.
At Mandir Garima seeks blessings from DM so that she can tell khushi all about her past. R family joins aarti and epi ends with Garima praying and DD trying to get a glimpse of Garima.
Precap ... everyone surprised a ASR takes off his shoes to join them maybe for prayer.

quick update for those who missed :
yesterday shot continued....Bitwa going for it, but Bitiya saw the shadow and dragged bitwa back to the hall..
everyones dancing, anji distributing jalebis
Bitwa worried bt Anji's health...makes her sit and gets the tablet which was exchanged by the creepwa in the meantime....
bitiya bua back to GH....talking to Garima bt the Roka...and in comes the nurse sent but Bitwa so that garima wont miss the rest of the functions....
sweet phone convo between bitiya-bitwa, where bitiya giving him romance lesson over phone :P
next day arises.... bitwa doing some account related work, signing cheques n stuff, when he sees a camera equipment bill in jha's name, enquires with Anji bt her credit card, they find that its missing....
anji goes to meet her saheli, and bitwa is all set to meet khushi in the temple, as they are going there for kuldevi pooja.... DD hears this and suggest raizada to go there so that she can meet garima there..... bitwa agrees and akash calls anji to inform her so that she can join, but she wriggles out of it...
in the temple, raizada's enter, but bitwa waits out.....guptas are already there, DD is searching for garima....
precap, everybody is shocked to see bitwa entering the temple

ReplyDeleteshort (or long :P) update for those who cannot watch the epi -
continuation of yesterday's scene..arnav proceding to kiss khushi again and khushi sees a shadow so pushes arnav away (haye re nankisore!!) and arnav's very bemused "excuse me?!" .. they both come down to the living room where everybody's still dancing.. arnav sees di still roaming around serving people food, he urges her to relax and sit down..and miraculously with her sitting down the roka ceremony ends.. :P arnav tells her to drink glass of milk and asks her if she took her meds, she replies that she forgot so he tells her that he'll get the meds for her and tells khushi to be with di (completely ignoring the fact that the entire family is around watching di, yet he entrusts this most imp duty to her.. such a 360 from the time he accused her or harming his di's life) ... in anji's bedroom, shyamu exchanges meds as arnav is proceeding towards the room, manages to win in hide and seek game and escapes from there to his mysterious hideout.. arnav gets the meds, goes down and gives them to di.. asks her if she needs a doc.. she says no.. shyamu is looking through his magical cameras which can focus individually on everybody's expressions as and when he desires and smirks saying that very soon he has to call the doc (so those were DEFINITELY premature labour prevention pills she was taking and shyamu probably replaced them with placebos so that the effect wears off and she will enter into labour)..
here in GH, buaji makes a joke of how arnav's dadi is so desperate to meet garima that even if garima was in hell she would have found her, praises akash for saving their pants at the right moment and then is thankful for both of her sons-in-law.. (found that bit very sweet) teases khushi that hers is a little mad though and khushi defends her LG.. :)) in the meantime, garima is panicky, probably thinking her next move to avoid dadi, just then a nurse enters the house and says that she's been sent by ASR ... garima calls up to ask arnav bitwa why he has sent her and he tells her that its because both he and khushi missed her at the roka (awww such a couply thing to say.. also loved the slight touch where he immediately says 'namaste' on picking up the phone).. and henceforth to make sure that garima doesn't miss any of the functions, so nurse will attend to shashi.. garima is touched cum panicky at this reply and vows that no matter what, she will have to tell khushi of her past and the entire truth tomo.. she cannot hide it anymore..
khushi calls up arnav and thanks her ... a very, very, sweet phone conversation..full of sweet nothings.. khushi accusing arnav of being unromantic and arnav in turn trying his bit to be humorous.. succeeds as in his words "agar tumhari naak laal ho gayi hain aur tum blush kar rahi ho, to haan, main tumhara mazaak uda raha hoon" ... the scene ends with them talking to each other ..and khushi sleeps with the phone in her hand and a smile on her face (now THAT's what a completely in love couple does).. :))
next day.. everybody's preparing (for what though?! :S didn't really get that bit) Payash small convo, akash is impressed with the way payal is decorating the entire house.. arnav gets a pandit and asks him to make sure everything is going acc to the rituals.. everyone is shocked and surprised..up in his study, arnav is signing a few docs, clearing bills here and there, when he pauses at anjali's credit card usage details.. he sees that a camera equipment has been purchased using her credit card .. he is puzzled at that (YEAY! ASR's dimag makes a very welcome entry! :D) asks di whether her credit card is with her, she panics (or not?) and says its not with her.. she sneaks out again (lies .. again) to say she is meeting a "friend".. (I feel for poor arnav here)..

DeleteASR goes down and payal asks him to look around at the decorations..he shocks everybody again by saying that he cannot because he needs to go to the mandir.. then placates everyone by saying that he is going to meet khushi since her entire family's gonna be there.. nani says that now he is also going to a mandir for khushi.. dadi makes a jibe that now he doesn't really care abt his own self (and values?) anymore (such a hypocritical old hag!).. akash asks di if she is coming, she says no, she will go home directly after meeting up with her "friend" and the relax (if I were akash/arnav I would be hearing sirens at that statement.. di offering to relax instead of going to a mandir?! :O) ..
anyway, so everybody leaves for manir..in mandir, guptas are already there.. garima is praying to DM to give her strength so that she can tell khushi every truth of the past..(and perhaps hoping that she can handle it well?) R family enters mandir, arnav refuses to go in and waits outside by the car.. dadi stands exactly behind garima and is wondering who the lady in the front is..

but I am soo happy!! my long awaited shiddat of arnav entering DM mandir for khushi..because it means so much to her, finally happening :D.. don't know how it will play out though.. and from the precap it can be clearly predicted that garima makes her escape yet again.. :S
the BFTP better be something worthwhile after all this suspense!! Otherwise I will seriously lose it! :S

ASR knowing about Khushi from Payal. Though we always want him to know khushis pain but things like these maybe kya harj hai. It will be a cute thing if just like in a conversation khushi taekwondo poses comes up.

Shyamu buys camera equipment with sale shahab's money, wah bhai wah... for a guy who looks at a cc statement with a hawk's eye, how did u let the security of RM slip up so much....buddhu.
Arnav-Khushi convo....even tho it was unASRish in a tiny part, it passed off well for me...I thot Khushis lines were a bit odd...at places..I liked the lucknow ref tho....maybe i need a re-watch but i liked the way it ended....
Garima...out with it baby...pathal se dhund legi tumhe DD....are we heading for Garima telling Khushi all and they going to Godric's hollow? with Arnav following them but the Anji preterm angle is causing confusion.....

Rekhs, there was a LOT of lucknow reference today.. in arhi phone convo, then later on in Payaash convo.. why do I get a bad feeling abt it?? :( is khushi planning to move back to lucknow once she hears the truth, like you said, with the entire family? :((( and arnav comes searching for her there and that's when he learns to truth too.. :(

Khushi's kaash hum apse nafrat kar paate....my interpretation is if Khushi comes to know something that puts the ASR family in poor light, what is going to be her reaction? it has to be the thing she mentions in the promo....hain na?
Similarly, Arnav's perspective of "kyunki mohabat inme dard banke reh gayi hain" seems a cry of anguish on knowing the truth...his kaash tumse mohabbat kar pate could be his sadness at knowing how much he/his family has made Khush
suffer...
This does not tie up with the first promo of khushi being the cause of Arnav's pain in the past...so i am very confused....

DeleteThis work on the arms- I've been seeing this for about a year now. Light colours on the sleeves don't look so bad, the right combo can actually look very nice. Didn't get why they had these sleeves in such a combo.Cream and white work would have been better on the sleeves and lots less glitter on the body! It is definitely not the 'in- thing' now.

I didn't notice that.In fact, I thot that her sixth sense made her sense that someone is watching...which creepwa probably was..yucks...from the poolside camera.So I was glad the kiss didnt happen coz dont want the loong awaited kiss to happen witnessed by that creep!! Will rewatch to see the shadow.

Yesterday, when Arnav dragged Khushi away from everyone to the poolside did it remind anyone else about the time he dragged her in a similarr fahion away from everyone else to the same poolside to propose the contract marriage? I feel they are purposely picking actions from the past and giving them a new meaning.:-)
Given all the hints about lucknow one possibilit which comes to mind is that after Haldi the BFTP comes out..dhamaka happens...khushi and family return to Lucknow and finally..somehow...the remarriage happens in Sheesh mahal exactly where they started their journey together..:-) how does that sound? And Shyam ka khulasa and final pitai will happen in lucknow..where he first beat up goons and saw khushi for the first time..:-)
As for the phone convo..loved it. Loved arnav teasing khushi in akashs voice..:-)
As for the mandir..why is everyone so shocked...he did the aarti last teej in the mandir too...khushi somehow always pulls him to a mandir..wheter to btreak her fast, or get picked up in his arms or to get a bandagement..;-)
I think people are shocked because he took off his shoes since never has he been shown to do that.

ReplyDeletei am not sure if that has been focused on before...altho usually even non-believers do remove their shoes if they happen to be inside temple precincts....so i am not sure what they want to convey in that scene
He did come in on teej..for Di and he ended up breaking her fast, bandagement, i don't remember him removing shoes in those scenes tho...
This is actually a very diffi scene or track to write...the conversion to beliefs...
I read ASR not as a non-believer in God despite his avowed disregard to rituals/non-belief in destiny...there are many believers who don't have faith in rituals...I see Arnav more as a person who has grown to be a person rejecting faith due to his past experiences.
Now will they show him regaining his faith or will they show him beginning to turn a believer...the former is relatively easy..the second part is actually tricky...
They could also choose a third route...that of a passive acceptance of Khushi's beliefs..."I believe in what u believe or rather I respect ur beliefs"
Rekhs, I think it IS the third route.. he is taking pains to understand everything that is important to khushi..he already loves her as she is and doesn't want to change her, but now HE wants to change his principles and beliefs for her.. yet another page added in the ASR to arnav conversion.. :) and you are right, I too feel he has lost faith in rituals because of his past experiences, which is justified.. :)

Finally Anjali has a baby bump. I thought her pink sari today looked very pretty and sleeves of Khushi's suit at the mandir were hideous.

ReplyDeleteSo the nurse has been sent to GH by Arnav to look after uncle so that aunty can join them in all the functions. Buaji 'ab tum hanare saath raho gi har rasam main' meaning all rasams will happen and atleast buaji and garima will attend.
Last time the ambulance moment came after haldi during havaan so a small blast after haldi. IMO dadi will see garima after haldi. Haldi ki rasam itself is done separately so Arnav's will happen at RM while khushi's at GH. will they have another havaan before Arhi wedding? If yes then it will be at the havaan that nani will see garima.
Last time when the truth about payal's first broken wedding came out Arhi and NK were missing from RM. nani puts her foot down to tell mami that payash wedding will happen. Arhi and NK were together during KN track as well. Have a feeling that Arhi will be out when the dhamaka happens. Nani will take control of the situation. Anji will Go into labour possibly taking Arnav away from the drama at RM. As usual VLR's plan of stalling the wedding will backfire and the wedding will go ahead as planned with a huge blow up straight after. Just like khushi was desparate to speak ASR on payash wedding night to tell him about VLR but could not speak about it before the forced marriage, nani will want to speak ASR about Garima's truth on their wedding day but wont able to get him before wedding.....
This time nothing can create a rift between Arhi, the BFTP will only test the new found love and trust in their bond. They are learning to talk to rach other and i am keeping my fingers crossed that this time they will talk to each other...
Garima says 'hamein hamare atit ke baare mein khushi ko sach batana hi hoga...' so the past involves only her? As she is talking in singular speech... Chances are:
A) ASR sr and garima loved rach other. Dadi somehow managed to separate them and get ASR sr married to nani's daughter. By chance Garima comes face to face with ASR sr on anji's wedding and he tries to firce her/ talk to her which is over heard by ASR's mum and possibly ASR resulting in mum's suicide (recall how khushi is happy to give her life for ASR thinking he loves La). ASR's mum gave up her life to let her hubby be with his first love. But Garima has moved on by then and wants to have nothing to do with ASR sr.... Arnav holds ASR sr responsible for mum's suicide and realises that woh 'aurat' is not at fault. (dadi saying uss din bhi aap galat insaan ko bacha rahe the aur aaj bhi)....
B) ASR sr lusted after Garima. ASR mum found them in compromised situation. Dadi MUed Garima and absolved her son of all sins and blasted garima about 'aukaad' and all....

Whatever happened that nught, IMO the responsibility with completely lie on the Mallik family. From the way that dadi is behaving one can see that Mallik family is the guilty party but she does not want to accept the responsibility and blame.
Radha krishna, although their love is held as epitome, they never married and never lived together. Hence I think radha krishna have brought in to drum into khushi that unless they have pheras, no matter how pure their live is, like radha krishna could never live together they won't be able to without pheras. Hence I think the pheras will happen before the dhamaka.
Last time ASR had his ambulance moment, proposed khushi (bindi scene), found out di is pregnant, jeeja is kameena, khushi is bewaafa all in a day....
This time he will realise di is lying, di went into labour, jeeja is not just kameena but almost a murderer, khushi is his only true support, garima's reality all in one day.
Loved the phone convo today. Such a lovely convo like normal couples. Wife asking phone rakh doon and hoping hubby will say nahi kuch der aur baat karo and hubby being a simpleton just saying yup rakh do late ho raha hai, tumhe sao jaana chahiye.... Recall this convo with my fiance (now hubby) on n number of occassions.... Ufff....

I mean at least show few conversation where she is nursing her preggy poti &attempts to know the changes that took place in so many years ... poti even looks preggy now ... it would at least justify to some extent her constant want to know each and everything about her grandkids suddenly after 14 years.

Option A seems a very possible scenario given Arnavs decision was involved but then won't Arnav recognize the 'aurat'.
Sama, i guess Arnav only overheard a conversation involving his dad. He never saw the lady in question and doesn't know the name or might have heard the name once in the conversation but the name is buried deep down in the memories / nightmares of the past.

Arnav has seen Anjali in the poolside and suspected a shadow thete. He has also seen her take those funny medication. He has now seen the CC statement with camera equipment.
Khushi has seen Anji talk to (someone) on RB and she saw a shadow in the poolside yesterday. I have a feeling Arhi will discover Anji's truth together this time.
Precap - Arnav in DM's temple. Khushi had once said she will bring Arnav to the temple with her and that's what has happened he has come for her presumably. Now that both of them ate in DM's temple nothing can go wrong for them. They might have tests to get through but this time since they are together in the temple they will get through it together.
Loved the phone convo - ofc it was cheesey but moreso they are talking to each other more and more. They are feeling comfortable to do so, to share things, share jokes, share the togetherness. They will lead to them sharing the deepest fears, hurts and sorrows.... So when sh** hits the fan, they will deal with it together....
ASR married khushi against all odds in his anger and hate.... Can anything stop him marrying her in his love which is equally reciprocated.... Similarly, khushi married him even under firce and duress can anything stop her in her love....

tomorrow, DM might save them, as you said..but later on, some major dhamaka is sure to happen..they won't repeat the same MU stuff and arnav getting mad at khushi, probably khushi learns that arnav's parents are behind the car crash that caused her parents' death and if garima indeed loved Sr Mallik and he got married to someone else after promising her marriage, then his dad will be responsible for her foster mother's heartbreak and torment..and likewise, her foster mother will be responsible (indirectly) for the emotional turmoil the malliks went through, because Sr. Mallik never really loved his wife, even till the end.. :(
ArHi, although they love each other, cannot let go of the way the other's families are responsible for their own childhood traumas.. won't say they will 'hate' each other, because IMO they are beyond that now...but definitely won't be able to stay together, despite being so madly and crazily in love with each other..
Mads that's precisely why i feel that there will not be physical separation but an emotional one. The turmoil of living together knowing each other's feeling and yet knowing how their pasts are linked.... I think earlier on Arnav learned to love and trust khushi despite what he thought (MU) now khushi needs to love him despite how his family (not him) was responsible for her family's miseries....

Why not have some more of the younger generation interacting...? A double date with NK dropping by being KMH and annoyed that he wasn't invited...
What happened about my bachelors party idea? That could be hilarious if they do it right with all the women catching Akash, Arnav and NK in compromising situation(and no I don't mean anything extreme its SP) ...Arnav getting annoyed, Akash embarrassed and NK going koi baat nahin....
Can we have some proper Anjali teasing chotey...
In this wedding setting we could even have some more Arnav-Payal bonding over Khushi...both talking about her madness and each one completing the others lines and then laughing over how nutty their Khushi is...
My point being audiences don't mind if this part of the story gets stretched and even if some of the ideas are a little cliched its okay because cliches are cliches for a very pertinent reason:-)

I liked...
1. How Khushi gets why he sent the nurse before Garima calls Arnav.
2. I didn't find the conversation cheesy somehow found it very sweet...especially him pretending to be Akash....ROFL...very cute...
3. Really liked Payal's expressions in today's episode:-)...especially when Arnav says 'I'm going to the mandir'....
4. I didn't like the lining of brown but somehow liked his look the suit and shirt color combo worked IMO...yep he got new shoes:-)...but they're black? he's wearing black shoes with a brown suit?
5.Liked how Arnav gives a little nod of the head to say nope I'm not going you guys...felt natural....though dunno what the fuss about the precap is...yes its a big deal and all but not like Never before...as Dia said...Teej?
What could have been better...
Dadi's character is that way so I understand but don't like her attitude....She has an issue with her grandson changing or doing anything for his wife..hmph...but she fully expects his wife to change and do things for him...Oh well she's the antagonist for a reason I suppose.
Overall LOVED the episode though...:-D

THough it is an old iv, it holds good for IPK, I think.
And see what he says about BV- it is really a good show. And it has an interesting re-marriage of BV track running now. DABH, I feel tops only because there are no good shows to compete with it. BV and IPK suffer because both are excellent shows. BV has the advantage of a very tight script and IPK has the advantage of leads' chemistry.
I feel bad if 4 lions is worried about TRP. Then they really need to put in more monologues. For eg. (excuse the stuck tape here)- we should've had plenty of monologues throughout the OTT and kidnap tracks.Even when they had K's monologue with DM, it was not crystal clear whether she was worried about the contract being a serious issue or not. I don't mind since I have fun deciphering Arhi slowly. But they need to be really really clear on these confusing tracks.
And their promos... God bless you! I really wish the CVs get to read you on IF. They need to concentrate a lot more on their promos- 'if' they are woried about trps.
Even then I don't know how they are going to snatch away those die hard fans of BV!

Can’t agree more on what you said.
Exactly my thoughts, on promotion . they have to promote it now , when they have the spice and dhamaka with them. As you said they don't have to shoot new ones, just bring in few important clips and a good voice over lines to get the viewers intruded.
If the PH can promote their new show which is a weekend one, in the cinema theaters around 4 times per screening, can't its promotion team think of just 2 promos a week with cut and paste repackage it.
People have to know what they are going to get, they have to see what has been in stored for them to spend their time watching their shows.
As far as the story and drama, they have it , its the execution of it - one promote, IPK fans aren't too demanding ones, give them teasers not through spoiler on net but promos, they reach larger eyes.
2. Do not keep the scenes incomplete especially Arhi.
3. Align other characters with Arhi - like yesterday a scene between payal and arnav, shagun scene between anji and bua etc.
4. Pls don't leave logical things incomplete, like why haven't either Guptas talking about shyam absence ? as far as I know they haven't known about the kidnapping as well the showdown? Why isn't mami confronting bua regarding the same?
5. Last but not the least, we can understand the constrains of time and money, but please view your product before to send it to channel, some of editing and continuity bloopers are big enough for a lame fan like who does not go too much into analysis.
I have no specific understanding of how things really work on TRP, thats why for the life of me, i can't understand what is the reason for the high TRPs of DABH....
ReplyDeleteI presume IPK finds it more diffi t relate to masses becos their story telling is keeping too much to itself....keeing things frm its characters is one thing but keeping away every aspect from viewers is quite another...it has to be managed well
while we stay connected becos we have identified this as a special story, it is not the same for the audience that itches for the remote if it does not care for waht is shown on screen..
for example, why can't they show Garima having some fbs of that past...how is it possible for someone to bury so much so as not to even think of it in some way.....it need not reveal but let it show something that the audience can chew on.....
Add to that the Promos that don't say anything important......why this secrecy as if it is a state secret?
Rekhs, I am with you...even I don't get the reason for high TRPs of DABH.. I mean, neither the leads are as attractive and hot as the ones we have here...neither is the chemistry so sizzling, neither the story so appealing (atleast I wouldn't call the story of a hubby taking part in an international cooking competition where he has to cook non-veg food which is against his principles and his wife supporting him about it, appealing) ... the same-old ghisa-pita drama about MIL taunting DIL and DIL being able to adjust in a family which is much more superstitious than her own..changing herself completely..blah blah..

Are given e.g there was NO attention given to the thought process of Arnav on why he suddenly says ILU to Khushi on the phone ,what was the thought process. Which action of Khushi made him realiset that he hated her no longer esp. Since the last meeting at airport when he had refused to even listen to her,Even now this blast from the past is being stretched too much I for one am losing my patience
Even the character ofh Creepwa is not explained why is he being shown as so EVIL..?does he also have past IF so then please spell it FOR GODS SAKE REMEMBER THIS A LOVE STORY and NOT repeat NOT. A mystery THe people being shown Nani,,Buaji,Anjali,NK,Akashi,Payal are what are we normally encounter in our families and friends.Even Dadi is the normal autocratic head at one end with Nani the benevolent at the other end.
If the PH wants higher TRPs they should FIRST tie up the lose ends ASAP

As i said above, u can keep it a mystery for the characters but why a mystery for us all too and that too all the time...In some way the CVs are behaving in a miserly way.....releasing info in batches....they are seeing the fluctuating fortunes of IPK due to this....
Anon, that's the point...is this really JUST a love story? I agree it was promoted that way...but the past three weeks or so..maybe a month, have shown a clear drought in the intensity and passion of the said love story and instead focussing on some other aspects.. like the BFTP, for instance.. I have absolutely no idea why they are doing it, when they clearly know that their winning card is ArHi and only ArHi..but probably, they ran out of ideas as to how to proceed their romance without having some dark aspect to it..or because they had to revise their script due to other actors' demands (trying very hard not to take names here :P) ...

Although i do not understand about TRPs and all and don't get the fuss about it either, i agree this show needs lots of analysing which the aam janta don't have the time to do.... My hubby said the other day 'who has the time to sit and analyse what each and every expression of the lead met? Or what their briken sentences meant?' he certainly diesn't have the time and neither do most of the audience....
Yup they are recreating old moments but would be nice if they created some magical new ones aswell. Would be nice if dadi had more to do than bad mouth khushi and her family.... Would be nice if garima had more thought process and flashback.
I love criminal minds for what it is and would rather have IPK classified as love story than 'thriller' that it has been made out to be but.... Whatever it is I still love the show and for the time being will vontinue to watch it.... Hope the CVs pick up what you wrote on IF and actually do something about it....

UJ, the thing is that channel nixes off shows with low TRPs.. so in order to avoid that, they need to keep up the show in the high TRP range.. although they would prob unearth wrath of fans since they know how popular ArHi are on a national as well as international level..
DeleteTBH I don't care abt TRPs too..rather, that wouldn't be my criterion for judging how good a show is...so frankly, my opinion is same as Sanaya's - girte bhi hain, toh I don't care.. I love the show right now ... :)
if it was some other show which I would be watching just for the leads and their chemistry, I wouldn't have cared..watch it till the chemistry appeals me and then move on..have done this before.. but this is one show where I want to see the story unfold..I want to hear the entire take being told..which is why I want it to remain on-air as much as possible.. :)
