Episode - ASR, tycoon, returns back home all in business-like mode - and reverts to grumpy hubby Arnav instantly as soon as he enters his room ... urrmmm, I use that term loosely! Because a very chirpy Khushi at her irritating best has taken his words about moving in to heart and has redecorated the room - or her side of it ... in a way calculated to inspire the deepest revulsion in him - bright pink bedsheets, dangling stars, pictures of gods, a bare-chested Salman Khan on the wall and chimes to herald his arrival ... don't really blame him for losing it!
'But where will you sleep?' As though she hadn't given it a thought earlier!
Liked the way he approaches her as she sits on the bed ... and she gulps ... she hadn't bargained for this one ... now, if he had been smart, he would have said - on this half of the bed, of course, baby ... only half is yours.
But he didn't ... :( ... he picks up his duvet and moves out ... (SN - no dinner, no changing clothes?) ... Khushi stops him ... and adds a pillow ... never let it be said that she wasn't worried about his comfort :))
Okay, this part I actually liked - from the way he approaches her, her little bit of fear, then her recovery ... and the fact that she has no hesitation in throwing him out ...
So the next step - Occupy Bedroom ... and Bed ... accomplished.
Arnav really has no clue how to deal with this very troublesome Khushi, does he? Need ASR back ... at least briefly ... never thought I'd say this!
So spoilt bitwa, never slept on floor for a long time, wakes up with a crick in the neck ... to the loud sound of horoscopes being broadcast on telly ... and the sight of Khushi lolling in bed with Lakshmi ... very chirpy after a good night's sleep on a proper bed after ages ... she actually remembers her Buaji's money worries briefly ... thought she'd developed amnesia for that also ...
And he tells her to reduce the volume (happens in reverse in my house ;), I'm normally the one reducing the volume everywhere!) ... joins her in the ten year old bracket by hiding the remote, and neatly occupying the bathroom while she's otherwise occupied ... much to her fury ... more ten-year-old fights ... you took the bathroom, it was my turn ... he retaliates by turning the shower up, she retaliates by turning off the water ... a mature love story??? Really???
And Barun needs to enunciate much better!!!
She gives him one minute to finish ... he agrees with very bad grace, still fuming ... she does the countdown, and he comes out just in time ... she turns, still in full flow, and comes up against a bare-chested HH ... and goes silent immediately (Dia's note, thank God her hormones are in working order, I was beginning to worry!) ...
Liked the way this played out ... reversal of yesterday when he was affected and she had no clue, today she's the one affected by the closeness, and he is still too fuming mad to notice ... though he does notice she's gone all quiet, and turns to ask ... 'what happened? Why aren't you going now for your shower? Or do you need a mahurat for that one too?'
And the way she goes into the bathroom and actually needs a minute to stabilize herself ... :">
I always like the piano 'rabba ve's' better ... and it's good that the cv's have stopped the 'dhak dhak' and just stuck to expressions ... Khushi's expressions were enough to feel her heart thudding at the close encounter ...
But then my grouse - she recovers too soon, and scene then degenerated back to ten-year-old level, as Khushi yells for Arnav not to shut of the water, he retorts he already did, she comes out and screams till Anjali appears ... cockroach ...
Liked - Anjali asking about Arnav's wry neck, Arnav just says 'last night ...' and stops, Khushi tries to hide her smile, and Anjali draws some totally erroneous conclusions ... her M firmly in G ... Anjali, kaash jo tum soch rahi ho, vaisa hi hota!!!
Anjali finally realizes she might be KMH, and leaves ... another squabble about water, Arnav demonstrates that he hasn't shut it off ... by going into the bathroom with Khushi ... bedroom, bathroom, how on earth are these two going to stay apart when they are thrown so much into such close proximity? Khushi pulls a juvenile cockroach stunt again ... 'you're the cockroach in the mirror, yaah, yaah' ... he fumes, 'don't show me your face the rest of today' ... then she slips and he catches her immediately and proceeds to put the lie to his own words as he holds her, stares at her and she back at him (Dia's note - Sama was right - it's much better without the sound ... the piano rabba ve would have been better here) ... and again, it takes her a while to recover ...
One morning ... and two close encounters already ... how are these two going to control themselves? And for how long will they manage to? The fights and squabbles are just desperate attempts to stay apart ...
Breakfast - Anjali notices Khushi's chirpiness ... Anjali's M very firmly in G ... :)) ... Khushi says she loves red roses, so does Anjali ... and for once, Arnav didn't hear his sister, he only heard Khushi, and saw RRR again staring at Khushi ... RRR sees Arnav and is, as usual, much quicker on the uptake (as will be seen later) ...
Arnav and Khushi still annoyed with each other about the bathroom exchange ... wait, that's Arnav's usual expression ...
LOVED Mami's dialogue ... Bombay mein Hanging gardan =)) Mami can pun??? Too funny!!!
Like the little touches of Khushi coming to sit comfortably and confidently next to HHWS and giving him his breakfast ... and the teasing about the wry neck :)
Thought that Khushi should be more worried about Arnav's breakfast and lunch, rather than about repaying 300 rupees in such a hurry ... this girl really is a pea brain at times!
Shyam gets into action ... buying red roses in full view of Arnav ... who follows, and Shyam is ready with a set up ... he has reformed, he really has ... all he's worried about now is his Rani Sahiba and his to-be-born daughter ...
Arnav is really emotional ... he loses all his control when it comes to Khushi ... and his Di ... and Shyam is ready to take full advantage of that ... it will actually have to be Khushi who will tackle him, now that she is the only one he is not bothering to hide his true colors from ...
When she gets fursat from thinking about Arnav 24/7, that is ... *sigh* ...
Thoughts:
It says something about an episode when the best part is the villain. And nope, that's not complimentary. Very average episode ... the good points very firmly negated by the awful bedroom decorations (never mind that they were meant to be crass), the horrendously juvenile fights and the dumbing down of Khushi and Arnav to pea brained ten year olds.
Things I liked - the fact that Khushi finally got the bed, and Arnav chose to sleep outside. Oh, and that Khushi aided him on his way without a trace of guilt ... what's sauce for the goose is definitely sauce for the gander.
The brief moment of awareness as Khushi comes up flush against her HH's bare chested self, and feels her dhak dhak all over again ... for those few moments, reverting to being the normal hot-blooded passionate young woman that we have seen and loved, ... and her continuing to feel the after-effects in the bathroom. Didn't like the quick recovery ... when cv's bring in these Rabba ve's, they need to show some lingering after-effects ... not just squabble - rabba ve - back to squabble ... that is utterly idiotic. Makes no sense and has no effect.
Arnav's wry neck - Barun acted well - holding his head very naturally all through. Have had wry necks innumerable times, and I remembered the feeling while watching him!
The best - Shyam getting back into slimy manipulative mode ... he started yesterday with moves on Khushi, now he starts with moves on Arnav, showing a good example of how he has kept all the Raizadas fooled for so many years. Will Arnav be fooled?
My thoughts about Shyam's plan - fool Arnav into thinking he has reformed, when Arnav is convinced, let slip that Khushi told him about being forced into marriage with Arnav - and make it appear that it is Khushi who is now chasing him ... so pushing Arnav into sending her away from RM, because she is after Shyam 24/7 while she lives at RM ...
Again, will the fact that Khushi never let slip about the six month contract be the decider in letting Arnav know that Shyam is lying? Or will he actually believe Shyam?
Things I did not like - the juvenile ten-year old Khushi redecorating her half of the bedroom. Wouldn't have minded that so much, if her taste hadn't been so utterly crass. Deliberately so? Probably ... but the whole sequence of Khushi's 100 ways to irritate Arnav is irritating me big time. Both were acting and sounding like exceptionally retarded ten year old brats. Including the fight for the bathroom - I remember squabbles like this with my brother when we were around that age. :(
The Rabba Ve in the bathroom was forced ...didn't seem natural. I replayed it without the music, though ... and it was better ... so maybe the cv's need to use the piano Rabba ve more often and keep the song for very intense moments only. Anyways I prefer the piano rabba ve over the song.
The bathroom needs some major renovation - fast! And the main water switch out in the open by the poolside? Really?! :(

Woah, Anjali, tumsay yeh ummeed nahin thee, When he says last nite and khushi giggles, OMG Anjali's mind jumped in the Gutter. As far as she is concerned, these two are perfectly capable of doing something so ahem, wild.
What didn't work:
The whole continued stiff neck and no one offering him a spray or something
Shyam fooling Arnav, WT WT WT WT
Khushi completely at ease with Shyam and concentrating on Arnav, I would have expected some bit of awkwardness with Shyam diagonally sitting opposite her.
Khushi turning the tap off, I mean really, I can see the gals all going Thud, but for me it was Mehhhhhh

Even I found the neck thing weird...The only one who offered him any remedy was Khushi...with her 'gala dabaa doon?' quip which doesn't count...

On re-thinking, I would have preferred if Khushi has redone the entire room - how is she going to explain to Anjali (who is a regular visitor) about the half and half decor?
Khushi was TRYING to be irritating and crass enough so that Arnav would throw her out ... I do get that. So I can ignore the OTT decor and the Salman poster and even the loud tv in the morning (my PET peeve!) But the screaming over the cockroach I did not like ... I dislike episodes only when Khushi is made too brainless, and there was a lot of that yesterday.

Question - will Arnav shift inside? Or will Khushi succeed in getting herself thrown out? At the moment, unknowingly she's giving Shyam good support - he wants her marriage to break, she wants to be thrown out ... when are either Khushi or Arnav going to wake up to RRR's games?
Dia, that is what bugs me too, why dumb her down, why can't we have the Teri Meri Khushi who looked like a young woman coming onto her own. I get it she likes taking panga with him, but she has a guy who is lusting after her and is getting bolder and bolder, a hubby who refuses to tell her the marriage will last for only 6 months, with so much crisis on hand, she is thinking of ways to annoy him, to pay back the 300 rs.

Hey Gals.......long time.....i liked today's episode....Shyam trying to prove to Arnav that he is reformed....hmm...wonder what's his next plan....but m glad he isn't sharing the marriage secret with Arnav saying that khushi shared it with him....Bathroom antics were good, me and my mom both were rofl....and ASR slept by the pool, finally he got a tast of his medicine......Khushi was cute, even the bedspread was half pink and hald off-white, she was expecting him to sleep next to her :P

DeleteI have no idea about GH, never having watched his work, but this kind of writing has been the hallmark of even IPK in some episodes every now and then...seems like they want to "nazar utarofy" any gud work they do... akin to what u call "dhristi" unfortunately, they do that with K's character, its easiest to do with her, showing her having no class etc
By doing this, I am thinking aloud here....aren't u basing A's attraction to K in a superficial way, not the best way in which a soulful love story is based on. In the past, K used to push his buttons all the time but it was done in a way in which one could enjoy the sparring...but i am afraid, not this time...altho being a die hard IPK fan, i hope i am wrong...
@ rekha ... I haven't watched today's epi, but wanted to talk about A's attraction.. you are right, with the part where he drools on her as she is wiping her hair...but that is not really the beginning of his attraction is it? He has always been shown to be fascinated and attracted towards her even when he hadn't acknowledged that to himself..her bubbliness, her joy for life and the ease with which she was so secure about her life and the happenings of her life...all of this had always intrigued him and even though he never showed it, it was always the main part of his feelings for her... recall the moments where he would always put her down with the pretense of her having no class or the fact that she has just been out of a broken engagement...him hurting her .. with those menacing words.. I always thought that they somehow were a result of him thinking out loud to himself ki "arey..yeh ladki kis mitti se bani hain? I can't break her spirit, her liveliness, no matter what!" And that is one quality he loves as well as hates about her.. also the fact that she is able to make him go out of control and lose himself to his emotions.. so all these factors have already been shown before.. so I don't think, now that they are showing a bit of the physical attraction part, it will really mean that the attraction is at a superficial level.. it is just him noticing her as a woman..and admiring her.. like he did when she wore the red saree at the diwali ... :)

Mads, A's physical attraction for K...its a very strong aspect in the story and considering the differences in their backgrounds, it has to be large and it has to be shown...I have swooned over every RV, believing in it every single time

ok I am through with two parts of the epi...coulsn't resist the temptation to watch it.. :P but I am already regretting it! :( and now I know what you mean Rekha, the scene today was not in flow at all..basically it was not needed at that moment.. maybe it was just put in for phangirls.. who knows? Anyway the epi is seeming more and more like a filler to me..

But I don't see that softness or any conflict within Arnav at all ... and random rabba ve's are not enough to bring it in, in my opinion.
Aaru, you're very right - the scenes had a very GH touch ... juvenile and brainless = funny! That's always why we couldn't stand a certain character, isn't it? Definitely don't want Sanaya going the same way.

Is he going to implicate Khushi as if she is the enchantress.....Is that something that A is likely to go far...with his frozen grey cells, i don't have a hope in hell..thinking of K as some kind of a Jezebel
Another thing, i may be in a minority,but i think, RVs was looking a bit forced....i meant the way the scene was written....acting was fine...
what are the CVs trying to show thru these juvenile pranks being played by K? It has to have greater meaning that I have missed...

Its absolutely alright to show him softened towards Khushi. The guy just confessed his love ..... The Mighty ASR .... He is expected to behave the way he is behaving with Khushi ..... Not that Khushi is giving him any chance to behave otherwise either ..... lol

When i saw him staring at RRR i was like - yyaaaaayyyyyy ASR is Back !!! *sigh*
But this has always been the case with IPK, they deal with things a bit at a time, just that we have more expectations now.
To sum up I am sad very sad ........ Khushi is no fun without ASR !! :( :(
ok this is REALLY irritating me now... seriously, nobody and I mean, NOBODY..not even Anjali notices that A has a sprained neck?? or some problem?? This is really the limit.. was it just put in for comedy then?? For people to laugh at the way he was tilting his neck?? Not making any sense AT ALL.. haven't completed the whole epi yet, but doesn't look like its going to bring any sense of any sort.. I know what u mean by the GH shades aarthi.. :S

ReplyDeleteFINALLY the last 4-5 minutes showed some progression in the story-line.. Shyam is thinking of making A believe as though he is turning a new leaf.. why? Maybe because he thinks that the first thing that will ease his path is to get rid of the source of his 'kaanta'.. he cannot have K becausse she is married to A, and A has married her because he thought that K is having an extra marital affair with shyam and ruining his sister's life.. if he makes A believe that he has indeed given up on his love for K, then A will relax and also end the marriage with K since its not going to make much sense to hold onto something... and he can think about a further plan as to how he can get K.. what he doesn't know is that A already has feelings for K and he is not about to let go of K so easily.. also he doesn't know that K reciprocates A's feelings, so just making A lose his guard and making him believe that he has turned a new leaf won't make either A or K end the marriage contract..
Will A now relax his guard or will he hold on to his suspiscions.. more importantly, even today, while he was threatening Shyam, the feel was completely "you better stay away from my wife.." and before while shyam was drooling at K while she was managing the flowers was totally "how dare he look at my wife in this fashion??" ... so has he completely forgotten or let go of the fact that K also has feelings for Shyam? For that to happen, he HAS to remember her bhang induced confession..otherwise he would have no clue of her feelings...
A has always been shown to be a guy who believes in what he sees, rather than what he feels.. which is why he has been unable to understand K's feelings for a long time now... and so it also makes sense that he will believe in the things that shyam makes him see..but so soon? He is not that naive... if today's scene convinces him of Shyam's "innocence" then its utterly stupid... they should show something more...
lastly, a quick take about the first part.. ok, the scenes were cute and it was nice to see khushi bringing in her essence into the room...but that's about it! I don't want more of those scenes now..yesterday's were much more in place...today's were forced.. what irritated me even more was that K who is shown to care about the fact that A is about to take a wrong medicine is absolutely unperturbed by the fact that he has such a bad sprain in the neck! or does she think it as a "tit for tat"? after all the nights he made her sleep outside with a stiffback..maybe she thinks that he deserves it? bathroom water turning offand the rabba ve's that fllowed were LAME..
CVs..please cook up a story soon.. I hope the scene of K wanting to return A's 300 Rs loan shown in the precap is entertained only tomorrow...she has much better things to worry about at the moment!

Rekha rabba ve s looked more convincing on mute ...... I think they should not play RV's if they dont have a real good one. Slight breeze of air sound would do.

ReplyDeleteI really did not like Khushi's changes to the room...Way to 13 year old for me...although I suppose 13year olds drool over justin bieber these days(DDR for good measure)...Liked her Salman poster even less...But I liked bitwa's reaction to all her changes...he's with us on this one...
I liked her expression when he walked towards her with that broody-you've done it now expression...that bit felt more like an appropriate reaction...

The rabba ve's
RV1: worked...because it was very plausible(actually exactly what we wanted; her being physically aware of hottie hubby and proximity of their living quarters)...also that he didn't seem to realise her dhak dhak moment...it was a nice reversal of the hair drying bit..
RV2: just did not work for me...right after slapstick comedy...Nope...felt disconnected and not required.
Loved Anji's 'thik hai thik hai'...She jumped to the most kinky conclusion...chalo at least koi toh sahi track par soch raha hai...our ODG has gone back to being a 7 year old so no hope from her...for the time being innuendo's hi sahi...
The Shyaam and Arnav part...can't really blame Arnav for believing Shyaam...just hope they think this track through and make sure that two smart grown men are the ones involved and make it plausible for them.
REALLY disliked the Rs. 300 track...For heaven's sake....

Diabetic toh door ki baat hai. Khushi seems all set to become dabbawaali from spoiler pics on IF. I cannot find teh post now ya sorry. Saw it last night.That girl she visited the sets yday and posted these pics of Khushi wil dabba. Boggled at how close the shooting and relay is.
They seem to have the overall story in place but with TRPS and audiecne reactions, I think they change the scenes leading upto milestones.

ReplyDeleteAlthough I am a big fan of this serial , I have always felt that the CVs don't know how to keep it in the middle. A month ago, it was all rona - dhona, very dark stuff, next month it is an overdose of comedy and juvenille behaviour from Khushi. Why can't they keep it balanced?
My sympathy for Barun and Sanaya, it is a pity that their talent is going to such waste.
I'm not surprised that Dia has not updated her blog today, I guess you are having trouble finding something nice to write about.

I agree with Sahana…the problem with the show is that episodes seem to have theme and they stick to that theme/track for one week and then jump into a completely tangential track. The fact that Barun and Sanaya are fabulous actors doesn’t help matters because they can carry any halfway decent track.
DeleteI have to be honest I was laughing out loud for the entire slapstick morning comedy routine…but that was purely because of the comic timing of the actors. The scenes are fun especially because Barun and Sanaya can make pretty much any scene good but they’re acting skills can’t make the story move forward in a sensible way.
Why do they oscillate between intense and silly? They really didn’t need this ‘100 ways to annoy ASR track’, her moving into his room, wardrobe, bathroom would have been very normal otherwise also. She lives there now these are normal problems that would crop up that he didn’t anticipate. However, I can swallow the ‘Ways to get kicked out of RM’ track for a while. I really cannot swallow Khushi forgetting all the other issues and facts and worrying about how to annoy ASR. It’s like she has attention deficit disorder.
This weeks theme seems to be slapstick comedy, last week was intense confessions, week before was return of the office track…where’s the continuity? …why cant they show a healthy mix of comedy, the other family members, rabba ve moments, hubby-wife tiffs, RRR plotting etc…All of these are normal in a day at RM…
yes gargi, I was also laughing and falling off the couch at the comedy track in the morning.. so much so , that the rabba ve's did not really register.

I agree yesterdays episode was at best irritating and devoid of any emotion!!!! Then I was thinking of Shyam and his tactics......I realised that RRR the reptile that he is, has quickly sensed the lack of trust between A and K. He is going to take full advantage of it!!! He knows that they share an under current....but they have not grown close enough to discuss about his and K's engagement etc...and A has not given K the reason for the shot gun wedding!
Also it is a fact that RRR does not want to leave TQ (read her wealth > He just wants K out of RM.
ODB and ODG need to show each other some kind of care and concern for each other. ODG especially....has to grow up and nurture him a little bit....Little things matter...like bringing him his tea herself..Ask him if he is tired after work ..etc. Like the time she brought him 'milk' after he ate the spicy daal. They dont have to show her going gaga over him...just normal general stuff, while maintaining her chirpy disposition!!!

DeleteYep, good point, RRR is the only one using his brains in the right direction ... and thinking clearly ... And he wants Khushi out of RM. His main come-uppance as I see it, is going to be from the fact that K anyway is supposed to leave after 6 months ... so if he tries to tell Arnav that Khushi is after him, and Arnav should get rid of her, hopefully Arnav will use his brain and wonder why Shyam is so keen when he should know Khushi is supposed to leave in 6 months anyway.
Khushi might give up her attempts to leave when she realizes that this is exactly what Shyam wants ... I don't know what else is going to stop her juvenile antics - because Arnav is not going to tell her the real reason. Ironic - because if he told her even the partial truth, that it was to save Anali's marriage, she would have agreed unconditionally!
Khushi is not going to show Arnav any concern right now ... she wants to leave, or rather, to be thrown out ... so she is being as obnoxious and crass as she can for that ... But yep, what would be nice is for her to show that concern unthinkingly, and then try to retract it ... and Arnav to realize that she is doing this all deliberately.

Actually she does worry about him, I found it very sweet that during the meds fiasco, when Mami was blasting Payal, she dropped Payal and rushed towards Arnav to stop him from taking the meds...the problem is Arnav is not able to process her concern cos it always gets overshadowed with their fights:(

the main reason I am not happy with K' with neck thing is that, she or anyone else doesn't need to nurse him. Me and hubby have same thing as you, but when you first see him you do atleast ask him how is he ? if he needs anything? even if you our really pissed with him, you will atleast ask him about his neck. thats what erred me . In all her ways to irritate him she forgot to feel even a bit remose.. That isnt K at all- she has to have a bit of remose there- which they never showed and ruined her character. I am not against her teenaged antics but i am against not showing her guilt-
For TF i just hope Bitwa does not believe TF and sends a bunch of roses to her stating it from him,thats going workup TF more and knows that ASR cant be fooled so easy. That would be the battle of wits I want to see between the 2s.
And Khushi I want her back into the office if she wants to earn that 300 bucks, Bitwa might agree to her proposal because of TF being in RM 24/7 he can keep an eye on her.

in all, the story flew by so fast, and barun's enunciation.. I had to watch it 3 times just to gather all the scattered bits.
I say slow down the track.. if it is a filler you want, give us more time to digest it. in 15 minutes, she redecorated his room, made him shower superfast, had a rabba ve, called him a cockroach, gave him a crick in the neck, AND taunted him at breakfast?
if I wanted filler episodes, I would have made these scenes last over the whole week.. only with slower pace. so it gets into the audience psyche. and cvs.. please. only one rabba ve per day. we cannot take anymore. add the piano music if you want, but not the vocals.
I have a feeling that these were ALL full fledged scenes, and the editing made it all seem so forced and unnatural. I , for one would have been perfectly happy if today's jodi scenes stopped at the first rabba ve. there was enough material before that to have made 15 minutes.

1)They have A who has confessed his feelings for K, albeit in an intoxicated state...but he remembers....CVs have not shown a single scene of A reflecting on that monumental moment? Why? ASR does not think aloud??
2)Khushi remembers nothing but A knows that K has confessed to him. What does he do about it?nothing...poor guy has no time after K's pranks, maybe
3)K is worried about TF's advances for exactly 5 secs and then what does she do next...plan how to be thrown out of RM and how is that exactly going to help Payal...no one knows including K
4)TF is doing some planning alright but what does he choose to do, decorate the crib with real flowers for a baby thats atleast 6 months away....i am sorry but did not see the point(some symbolism for TQ that i don't know!!) and ASR walking off as if satisfied with the explanation....
5)K wants to return Rs 300 which is a "big" sum and that is CVs next big twist
6)LQ and ODG have not had a single conversation on TF...(mentioned in someone's post above, i think)Gupta girls doing a good job on burying things under the RM carpet(?)..Is it sense of self-preservation? By showing LQ as a self-righteous person in the past(remember the time TF secret was out?), CVs have no choice but to tread this line very carefully else she will be painted selfish/hypocritical in a jiffy so Cvs have to show her as not knowing the truth of her marriage at all...agreed but can't they show her asking K about how she is coping with TF?Let K lie....

ReplyDeleteOh yes, agree with you totally on that one!!! Why this new crusade to get thrown out? How is that going to achieve either the purpose of finding out how she hurt him, why he married her, or even her biggest worry - Payal staying married?
And again yes - she told Reptilewa that her marriage meant something to her. So why this new desire to break it? Okay, she doesn't remember her confession, she doesn't want to stay in a forced marriage even if she does love the guy, because he doesn't love her, but at least she should still want to find out WHY?!
I don't know - this track of her wanting to be thrown out is just not working for me. Yes, I can understand her behaviour based on the track - but I can't understand the basic premise of that track in the first place.
Oh well, shall wait and watch ... and keep hoping. Usually such crazy comedy does lead to a big dhamaka, so let's hope the same thing happens here. And last time the cv's went overboard with too much comedy, the TRP's went down, here they are already dipping, so it's time for the cv's to realize that you can only drag a misunderstanding that much ... after that, it loses its meaning ... they have to end this and start on the next track. It's not like they're running out of tracks to show - they've barely started the main story.

ReplyDeleteJust a quick update before I hit the bed. Now that I'm totally disgusted with IPKKND , I'm trying to find another show to get hooked to. I have been watching a few episodes of Punar Vivah (no jootas please!!) and surprise surprise, Garima makes an appearance as Gurmeet's mom in-law.
Now I'm really worried about IPK. Is there something going on behind the scenes that we the audience is not privy to? Why are we losing actors to other shows? Maybe the PH does not have funding to continue the show , as a reason they are letting go of some of the actors. Don't know what's up but just speculating.

ReplyDeleteHere is the thing, They supposedly got married on feb 14 and since Holi has passed by, we can assume it has been 30 days since they have gotten married.
(Note to the cvs...Time to switch from 6 months to 5 months now)
The first day he threw her out, she was shocked and hurt, he was angry and hurt.
Second day he kept a spare bedding for her to use, she quietly took it and walked to the pool. Guilt, he was still hurting.
Then afterwards for the next 20 odd days, they got used to the routine. So if he sleeps on the poolside for one day, sorry he doesn't get any sympathy from me.
Yes, he is a tycoon who never slept on the floor, Guptas didn't make her sleep on the floor just cos she was an orphan.
As I say Karmic reconciliation, you make someone sleep on the floor for 1 month, get ready to sleep on the floor for a day atleast.
Having said that, I think both are BIGGEST IDIOTS who truly deserve each other.
So what was the moral of the episode yesterday?
Do Not Waste Water for Arniekins.
When he was standing with the tap running dry, he must have wished, she threw a mug of water at me, I threw her a Bucket of water at her, If only I had saved that water, aaj kaam aa jaata.
So Lesson learnt for Arniekins and US, Always conserve natural resources, Do not waste, kya pata kab zaroorat pad jaayeROFL

SN1: I think they have taken to heart your mantra on what things for are within the ArHi bedroom and are reserving the recliner for friskier times ;)
SN2: Arnav still reacts instantly in his concern – she yells once outside the bathroom and he rushes to ask her “kya hua Khushi”, in the bathroom she goes cockroach and when she says “kasam se” he took her seriously and actually looked ofr it because it seemed to be scaring her. Like I said yday, Khushi’s playfulness in diluting her word will undermine her credibility with Arnav in the future.

On your post above, yes Arnav walking up to her when she sat on the bed did more for me than RV2. RV1 was nice but could have happened as a result of a normal morning.
And yeah! Anji for all her tubelight pana goes seedhe MIG – “hum akele main kya karte hain, kal raat” LOL
I liked the stars hanging, potential for some powerful memories to be evoked b/w ArHi. Besides for Khushi, those hanging stars are a feeling of having her parents close to her. I had always wanted those stars to come to RM with her along with the DM idol.
SN3: You know what would be really nice, Arnav getting posters for their bed, so she can hang them right above her just as she likes it. That one gesture will do more for Khushi than 4 dozen roses from him. (Does not mean he cannot give her roses : ) but that is somehow not him)
The lights on the bedside wall were also fine. Did you notice the DM idol right next to Khushi’s side of the bed. Wind chimes also ok, they just may be an alarm for Arnav and Khushi when the TF comes snooping.
The additional mirror with dresser, more god pictures on the opposite wall and the Sallu poster were not so happening. I wanted her stuff on his dresser. Instead just one picture of her with her family would have been nice.
SN4: How sad is it that the set does not have a Payash room yet. It was actually their marriage. They even have photos. Show their room with a nice big couple photo there. Anji’s room used to have one once upon a time. And seeing that let ArHi realize how they do not have one.
And let the cupid Anji suggest a photo of them (they can always crop the one taken by NK at Haldi) – Not humongous but an 8 by 10 print on the dresser below the TV will also work. Then when Khushi needs to vent in solitude, she could always pick up that photo and go “bade aaye LG, humeshaa apni manmaani karte hain” and threaten him, etc. and Arnav walks in on her at one such moment.

ReplyDeleteThat ArHi interaction we asked for yesterday would have been better with Arnav just peeling off his shirt while getting a change at night with Khushi still sitting on the bed and she runs off to the bathroom looking at him in his bare chested glory and her heart goes dhak dhak. Of course she could have jolly well bumped into him on the way while she got her night dress.
And I still want that scene about him teasing her about them sharing a space (I said bathroom yday). Now that she is in the room and has the bed, she can jolly well say you have a crick you sleep inside, I will sleep outside and he tells her nope, you can just sleep on your side while I sleep on my 50%.
SN5: Anji who went paranoid about her bro not being around for 3 hours could not be bothered to apply medicine for him. Concern shown and responsibility handed over.

my questions since the wedding - have yet to get answers to these:
- what the hell happened to the characterization of your leads??? i totally understood ODB's knee jerk reaction - then the wedding but i have not been able understand ODG's reactions and how the CVs have dealt with it - Dia remember i have been asking - what is wrong with ODG? why is she not asking the right questions - first - why did you marry me like this - if as per ODG - because marriage holds no value for ODB but he was flirting (remember the poolside and bindi and feeding pattas etc) - and he believes in liveins - then why has he not tried to come close to her physically??? if he is doing it for his DI - his DI was damned unhappy about the run away marriage!! - she should be really restless about this - why why why?
2) she should want to know why 6 months - why not more or less -
3) Marriage is a sacred business for her so all the more reason for her to pursue the reasons and correct them - she can wear the MS but not value it - she is worst than ODB!
4) ok so now for her jiji's sake she is here - now what - plan to get thrown out???? really - what about the creepwa pestering you - what about your own feelings (if you made a confession - you do know what's in your heart of hearts - even if you are fighting it - how can you not question yourself) the funny part is - pre and immediately post diwali she was much more aware, conscious and thinking about her feelings and actions and now that she is 'married' she has stopped????!! ( i have a feeling here that the CVs are using this 100 ways to annoy LG as a way of showing that she is now established at RS - earlier they had paid no attention to her moving in all of a sudden into a room with another guy!)
5) what happened to the intelligent girl who used her brains - one second she is smart enough to counter RRR's advances but the next is 7 yearish with ASR (I understand Dia's point about both of them so comfortable with each other that they can unleash the child in them but what i cant understand is her totally forgetting the danger she is in or any thing else for that matter - eg. how can she be more concerned about returning the money but not worry about her diabetic husband going with out food - specially when she has seen first hand what it could do to him???)

1) why is he not investigating? once the knee jerk wedding was out of the way - what is his way forward - don't mind us not knowing but i think even ODB does not know! the CV are playing it by the ear!!! and ruining the story
2) plans for after 6 months - or does he think once his sister is 'safe' and out of harms way - he will throw out TF and his ladylove - if yes - then let him say it at some point - even if only to himself!)
So the CVs start a track and leave so many threads hanging and everyone (as in the characters) just accept things and keep moving as if nothing as happened? - for example - she knows ODB is upset with her - she even suspects Shyam being behind it - what happened - she forgets??? moves on with out thinking about it ever again???
For example - her wanting to return the loan - the CVs will start a track on her trying to return the money - will create a couple of episodes - will go from there to something else with very little or no reference to the entire story or a previous or future track
CVS if anyone from your team does go through this blog - please understand that the audience is not so damn stupid or that do you feel we can do nothing about it? (which is true - we cant except rant about it to poor Dia and the rest :D) please save your story from going downhill - if you need to take some time - take it - go off screen for a week but come back with a tight story - not loose 'tracks'!!

Mona, agree with you completely! They have to keep the basic characters of the leads in place - this is messing them up big time! It's been a month since they got married, neither is bothered at all about finding out the reason for the marriage and whether it was justified or not? Just keeping on with these inane fights is useless ...
DeleteIf they need filler episodes, use the side characters ... but use them properly ... let the leads stop to THINK ... even if it doesn't take them anywhere, but some introspection is badly required. Like Shyam gets a few scenes where he sees and hears things, then we get his THOUGHTS ... so we know what he's up to ... we need more of that with ArHi ...

Now, Khushi having challenged ASR to throw her out himself within 6 months goes totally irrational – cupboard, sneezing, bed, bedroom hijack and so on.
In the office track when Arnav challenged Khushi that she would leave within 15 days, he was irrational / unreasonable in his torment - measure male models; wear skimpy outfits, type letters at night, park cars in the rain, get out of my sight and go to the guest house.
Along the way the photo shoot and rain hug scene happened leading to heightened awareness and at the end of that track, Khushi was hurt and needed to be cared for.
In the present day, ArHi awareness is being worked upon, we need to wait and see if it leads to an epic scene of the GH proportion where Khushi is in danger and Arnav reaches out to save her (I am thinking more on lines of TF trying to hurt Khushi. During his reformed act he manages to show Khushi in a bad light resulting in Arnav asking her to get out of his sight and Khushi ending up hurt. And Arnav realizes that despite everything he still cares for her)

This was post Arnav-La engagement breaking, Khushi realizing TF’s truth and La leaving.
Arnav goes to deliver wedding card and there was the 1st ArHi bathroom scene. It was totally non happening with the 2 of them not even realizing their proximity unlike today when the story tried to show how much more aware they are of each other in close proximity.
After that, Khushi comes to RM and there is a scene where Arnav walks out telling his Di he is leaving for office.
I almost went wide-eyed when I realized they just took the same set of events and reset it with different scenes. Then too they shared a bathroom scene, a moment in his car and then he leaves for work. Today the same set of incidents happened. Then Arnav’s engagement had gone awry, today his neck was sprained.
Then, TF played “Believe me game” with Khushi, today he has started it with Arnav. Note how he has gone back to calling him saale sahib instead of Arnav to his face. TF tried to prove how Anji suffocated him by dictating every aspect of his life. Have a feeling he is going to show Arnav how Khushi is the puppet master of his life and is pulling strings to ensure he does just what she wants.
He succeeded with Khushi, but will Arnav fall for it?
Even if he MU’s Khushi, I hope he still does not fall for TF’s act. But in all probability he will and this time his anger to her will be for her betrayal of him and he will know he sets out to hurt her for what she did to him. It will be about them
And as all this was happening, jealousy in the form of NK happened to Arnav (infatuated in love). Will it happen again to Arnav (confessed to feelings & husband)? Then he set out to woo Khushi unknowingly, today will set out to do the same knowingly? (Maybe he tells himself in his anger, I will woo her and jilt her so she knows how it feels to be jilted. But when the time comes, not being able to jilt her because he truly loves her)

Then Shyam was trying to convince Khushi that his intentions were pure, that he was in an unhappy marriage ... she believed him for a while ... or rather, she thought about it for a while, and then called him out.
And I had exactly the same thought, he is going to convince Arnav that he has reformed, THEN let out the news of the forced marriage and tell him Khushi told him this in an attempt to keep him tied to her ... even though he wants to give his marriage a chance, she is the one not letting him go. Now will that missing 6 month clause come into play here? Will that be what convinces Arnav that Shyam is lying ...
I think the same will happen with Arnav as with Khushi - he will believe Shyam for some time at least ... that it is Khushi who's the culprit now. And hopefully later he will see the truth.
But bear in mind that Arnav and Khushi are very different in their approach - for all her childishness, Khushi THINKS, she observes carefully before she decides anything ... whereas Arnav sees red and stops thinking. That is my only fear with his reaction ... will he stop to think things through logically? He sure as hell hasn't started yet ...

The last time RS was exposed to Khushi was when he began to take liberties with her following their engagement. He tried to tell he she is his fiancée and attempted to rein in a lioness to toe his line. Confident of her binding to him, he slacked. It resulted in Anji finding the receipt for the ring, Khushi catching his knowledge of the Payash rishta and Buaji giving away his game, Khushi seeing the RS caller and La speaking of the connection. Finally it led to him being exposed to Khushi.
The way things are going now, TF is again confident. He takes physical liberties with Khushi. He knows of the Payash angle to the marriage partially and is going to goad Khushi with that. Will he also show her how he still has that engagement ring and can show it to Arnav?
The last time he was exposed, Khushi ended up distressed and for the first time Arnav openly showed concern for Khushi that La caught onto. Will she again end up so distressed this time that Arnav will step in and care for her (despite conflicting emotions within him) and will Khushi herself pick up on his concern for her and wonder why he cares when he seems to hate her so much (Maybe just maybe she will recall La’s parting words)
Khushi realization of how seriously she is taken
I was thinking about Khushi undermining herself and not realizing the power of her words and realized something. No one has ever taken her seriously. She has been called “trouble, burden, sanka devi, paagal” and always been reprimanded for her hare-brained ideas and craziness. She does not realize that someone could actually take her word seriously, actually give weight to what she thinks and says. Babuji was the only one who has ever considered her words and antics more than childish. Arnav not being as demonstrative / vocal as babuji Khushi does not realize that what she says and does makes an impact on him (shucks Khushi – La told you as much to your face sweetie!)
SN 1: TQ’s jaasoos dialogue – It’s always Aakash (last time she said it – was for Payal’s saree; am sure this time too Aakash told her about canteen).

If these are true, and from yesterday's rabba ve moments - the RV's were for the first time, more from Khushi's side - especially the first - Arnav was unaffected. So are we moving to a realization from Khushi about her feelings - that she does succeed in getting Arnav to chuck her out but on the way, she realizes that she doesn't want to leave, she wants to fight for her marriage?
...and that's when she starts concentrating on RRR and his antics ...
Saw the first part of the above spoiler. Wow if the whole is true then I can at least feel happy that my thoughts were on the right track yday that when Arnav next time wants hers to leave, she will not want to because she has a reason to stay back and fight for her honour.
DeleteI really really want to see that head ve heart battle in ASR. High time because now he will have the added reasons of having observed her and her actions first hand. Plus he knows what he said to her on Holi by the pool. So I am hoping that there is another khulaasa scene but instead of the last time like Arnav MU, he instead gets conflicted and confused.
Talking of scene repetition with varying results because of the Arhi equation or story point, terrace was where Khushi first saw Shyam's ugly face and it was there she realized how rotten he had become. So does this mean that the next khulaasa will be again a terrace scene but maybe in the daylight?

ReplyDeleteanyway..ur point about khushi's realisation of how seriously she is taken is very very interesting.. :) yes, all the while we are laughing at her childish antics and she does make everyone around her smile with her sheer spirit..what she does IS childish, no doubt..but the intentions with which she does them are definitely not.. her solutions seem dumb/childish to many people..as well as illogical at times.. but let's not forget, she can be extremely practical and logical a thinker whenever required.. and not only La and her babuji, but also naniji and anjali acknowledge that.. recall nani saying "woh apne umar ki ladkiyon se kafi samazdaar hain.." and Anjalai saying "khushi kitni suljhi hui ladki hain.." people will actually be shocked to hear that being spoken about a girl who barely can walk straight without falling down...who has trouble at a call's end away..can mess things up instantly.. but that is not what "samajhdaari and suljhi hui" ness about her was all about.. it was more about the fact that everytime she does something, she KNOWS why she is doing it..she has a valid reason for everything she does..even though in the process of doing that she messes things up..but its very clear to her what she wants from life and how she has to act in what scenario..
She can't be expected to be taken seriously and also remain bubbly and innocent and childish at the same point..she acts mature whenever required..and that's the maximum one can expect from her.. the core inside her will never change..that child in her will never grow.. yes, she will probably tone down a bit..but never really become a very mature person overall ... atleast I wouldn't think its that easy..
My most favourite part about her characterization was when, inspite of the fact that A had insulted her so much in the past..that her self esteem, her ego was hurt so much..she still goes to his house to work.. (case in point - La's training) not because she has forgotten how much he hurt her or because she doesn't give a damn about her principles etc.. but because there are times in ur life when u have to set ur priorities right.. just holding onto her self esteem and ego at that point wouldn't have achieved her anything.. neither her babuji's dukaan..nor would she have felt better seeing her babuji in that condition.. she needed to act smart and fast..she needed money..she was getting it in a legal way..then why not go for it? Also later on..despite the fact that La was behaving so rudely with her.. the way she tackles La, all diplomacy and tact! Never expected this from a fiesty khushi who doesn't think twice before saying something..even then, she did not.. which meant that character trait was shown to be in-born with her.. :) Honestly, I was amazed at the way they handled her character...it was very very close to reality.. :)

Am with you in what you have said. She is mature and responsible yes but somewhere she needs to find a balance between being fiesty and being mature. She needs not compromise on either. She just needs to figure out the impact of timely actions and words. Beacause she is capable of being mature, she is expected to be 'maturely' fiesty (eesh! make any sense?)
Like Arnav should not be grumpy all the time, Khushi cannot be chirpy all the time. And going from one extreme to another usually indciates some inner conflict IMO.
Digressing a bit "With enormous power comes enormous responsibilities" She has power over Arnav (which he has not told her about) which she needs to now figure out. don't we all do that when we join college or our first job. we are tolerated as the bubbly intern initially but we are also expected to learn when to joke and when not to joke.
Agree in yday's epi Khushi meant to irritate but once she is past this, I would like her being shown as her normal self - aware of his moods, concerned for his health, sensitive to his mood swings and giving him his space (something she is very very capable of) and this will make him respect her because he is the one who lashes out whereas she is the cool headed handler. She can be excited about the baby, Anji's godh bharaai and infect him with her enthusiasm not by forcing or fighting but by reasoning.

@ sandy...yes, I totally, totally agree with you! :) They need to show K maintaining a balance b/w the two..and to have some inner conflict when she is going from one extreme to the other.. but IMO that is not show easy to show..for one, I don't know if the CVs have really thought about the character that deep or not..since it is almost close to reality..I am saying this because I see shades of myself in khushi.. I have come across many people who don't take me seriously..because I do give a vibe that I am childish..I am 23, but many times I am treated as though I am a teenager.. but I am ok with that since I know who I am.. maybe they want to show the same about K too? Don't know.. but u are absolutely right, going from one extreme to the other usually brings up a strong internal conflict (again speaking from personal experience since I have gone through this one too while I have felt the need to change).. and since K is shown to be a thinker, she should most definitely be shown doing that.. I know what u mean when u say maturely fiesty.. but that will come with time I think..or unless situations force her to.. because she has shown time and again that she can act smart when required..she just needs to feel the need/urge to do that..

yes mads, khushi's character has been known to Decide something then to Do it. so she decided to get out of the Raizada Mansion. the point is, it is a 6 month marriage. she said she will not leave. she is staying to save her sister's life. it has been one month, her family is on good terms once again, only problem are the two guys.. the hero and the villain.

@ jaya.. the reason for the "100 ways" (sheesh..it is sounding more and more to me like the m ovie '100 days' LMAO!) is still very much unclear..and I think this is because there IS no reason.. this is just a filler week until the CVs come up with something important..it is very easy to do that with showing K as a middle class and irritating persona..and to add to it a comic angle, not to mention some of manorama drama and payash ... until they figure out what exactly to do about it.. I seriously doubt the '100 ways' has a real significance in ANY track unless it is to make K jolt back to her real problems with some major revelation tomo.. which is why I am not so worried about this ATM..also after reading diya's take on the epi the epi doesn't seem all that bad.. :)

Problem with all these symbolism is that they have to move in a logical manner...otherwise it will all be lost on a vast majority of people following the serial.
The stars in RM bedroom is a case in point....we knew that K values it a lot but by not having A react in a knowing manner, it almost ruined the scene...Its an example of a poorly written scene..Agreed K was out to irritate A, she does not know that A loves her but A loves her....Why could they not have made A recall that old moment a bit...only to be irritated by the poster in the next scene....(logical for A to have got irritated)But atleast, u have a situation where there is some explanation for A not exploding in the face of such provocation.
A has changed..point proved....but this grimness, alternated with signs of irritation, no introspection is really leading to nothing
I am sorry i digressed...but the point i was making is mostly people will not analyse these past associations unless the flow of the scene is maintained.....then one need to explain anything, it will become evident.

Delete*Huggs* on ur earlier comment. I am happy to write stuff for ArHi and be paid for it. But I guess what helps is the non-pressure of deadlines, people, expectations, supervision :))
As for this parallel, it s just that somthing nagged me about the TF manipulation until I recalled that scene where Khushi is ordering sweets in RM and Arnav walks down - no idea why that scene alone came to my mind. And then I recalled he had done this before. You are right, there was no specific result. Khushi just asked him to stay away while he kept running after her (DDR).
But Khushi stopped listening to him, talking to him, and thought he strayed off the path this one time.
Its just that he is now going to repeat the manipulation tactic with Arnav and I want to see how that pans out. (terrace was unknowingly, and in the face off he was gloating. but now he will proactively do something. Maybe on one hand tell Khushi something to bug her while ensuring Arnav is around to see and play it such that he meant it for Anji's benefit but Khushi is not falling in with the plan or she put Anji at risk.)
By thinking of the past, I was just thinking of what could TF do to make matters worse.
TF's mistake was that he considered her silence to be her weakness / softness for him (DDR squared. But TF took it as his victory in convinving her. You always use tried and tested nuska. So he is using this one again. Mistake - one size does not fit all - Arnav is a totally different person.
I am still wondering about how he will hosh udaao Arnav (TF thinks no love b/w ArHi, he knows Arnav loves sister, he knows his 2nd chance is for the baby, he knows Arnav is watchful and alert so then how and by doing what?)
But I am seriously hoping that ODB does not fall for TF's I am all goodie now act. If he does I will send Shweths behind him with her dandaaa!!!
Trust me I am very poor at symbolism (really!) I just connect events. What struck me was how they actually take essentially the same set of events / scenes, vary the potrayal and end up with differing results to suit the current situation of place of story.
There must be folks out there who could give u a brief on how ArHi holding each other with running water will have a meaning but me I am usually flummoxed !! I would have thought stand under the water and maybe we can call it a shower of love :):)(Gargi MIG nahi hai re...chhupp!!!)

I have a feeling this is her convoluted scheme to make him come clean about the Why this Marriage? Why Only 6 months? She wants him to throw her out so that she can aquarely say he did it - now ask him why and leave him to face all the music.
I would like to believe they are building up towards a character metamorphosis for her. Thing is Arnav is so sensitive of Khushi he will pick the smallest of her actions / inactions. And somewhere the CVs get conflicted on how to keep it sane but not rush the sober realization b/w them (this is just me thinking ok!)

Guess Khushi will need some more private TLC moments from Arnav without any blackmail and all for her to start thinking "ki daal main kuch toh kaala hai"

I have to add one comment and it came from my daughter who said " whats this Shyam talking abt achieving something big (haasil karna)? All he is trying to do is get Khushi in the end? Is it such a big achievement, mama?"
Well Perspective, u know....we have always been telling our kids to have perspective in life...and then they come back and give this major realisation...this is all fiction u know for which we have been analysing things threadbare..
@ Sandy... well, for her to realise that he loves her, she first needs to imagine/accept that a guy like him can love her..and this is not because she considers her beneath him etc.. but because she has been through the mistake of thinking he loves her/cares for her only to be proven miserable wrong.. case in point : "yeh mat samajhna ki ek amir aadmi tumhari payal ko seenese lagakar baitha tha.." and "un sab cheezon ki mere liye koi importance nahi hain.." did make her believe that he doesn't care for her.. and in a way made her get past him and get engaged to shyam..in addition to succumbing under the family pressure..
Deletealthough I must admit that when they are over all these ego battles and he actually admits and decides to do something about his feelings for her and almost ends up proposing her (case in point : mirror scene with him putting the bindi and asking her to look at it..) is when she begins to realise/feel for the very first time that he has some feelings for her.. but immediately after that he firces her into marriage without any reason..which keeps her speculating again.. if he cares so much about her why does he act so menacingly the very next moment? One moment he cares for her, the other minute he causes her pain..only increases her perception and belief of how selfish and ruthless he can be..
I think its a very tricky thing CVs are handling...they have to show some real good reason as to how she figures out he has feelings for her inspite of him not saying them out loud..I would say she cannot believe he has feelings for her unless he actually says them out loud..and once she KNOWS he has feelings for her there is no turning back.. :)
now this I can understand. she wishes for an answer to the original question (why did he marry her) . but why is she doing it this way?he will get so irritated that he will throw her out?

Deletearey nahin, yaar, have been in and out today - one of those days which turned unexpectedly busy - so am trying to catch up with all the comments now! The episode was so average that we've all turned our thoughts to what's gonna happen ... I'm frankly not expecting much from tonight with the dabbavala drama, I think we will get some story progress only next week! Or whenever this "I want to be thrown out" drama ends.

Khushi and Arnav both seem to have lost their brains, Anjali never had one to start with, the only working cool-headed brain is with Shyam ...
Or rather, Khushi's brain is working all right but in ALL the wrong directions - get kicked out of RM, pay back Rs 300 - how about try to figure out the truth of your marriage, how you hurt your hubby because that is apparently the reason for said marriage, explore your feelings for your hubby ...
As for Arnav, I will wait till tonight to see if he has actually fallen for Shyam's games - I do feel he might not fall so easily, but will wait and watch ... and that might be a good thing again ... he seemed to have forgotten about RRR post Holi, even after seeing him make the moves on Khushi - maybe Shyam's over-enthusiastic planning to convince him will actually work in the opposite direction. But whatever - if it starts Arnav to at least start to THINK about Shyam, that is a good thing ... but if he accepts his word blindly, it is not.
Remember that Shyam did the same thing with Khushi - try to convince her that he had a bad marriage and his intentions were all noble, and he never succeeded in doing that ... hopefully the same thing will happen with Arnav.
Dia there was a spoiler in the forum not authenticated that arnav will not fall for Shyam's lies but pretend to go along, HOPE SO!!!

Saw one more where it says that looking at the scenes Arnav will be in conflcit - head or heart - which to believe? That would be the best path the CVs could take.
Agree with Dia that bitwa sees red, meaning brain stops. So you never know. Khushi has had a similar head vs heart post Diwali and throughout the farak padta hai track. Agree with Jaya, mads, Gargi that bitwa's mixed signals have frozen her hormones. Need more of HHWS to thaw those.

Where people miss you and burst into song on your return. Where shiddats come true and we have the satisfaction of being heard. Honestly, the only reason i'm watching these days is SaRun! What was the point of the holi episodes if ODB remembers the confession, part of it atleast .. and still doesn't have a doubt on what he saw at the terrace? The whole holi sequences seems like a waste now!!!
Just watched a the pre-holi scenes of Arhi, those scenes were so lovely...khushi was her usual self and A the indulgent hubby of a mad but cute girl...phir....
ReplyDeletejust realised that all this disappointment is because of the way our charming girl has been shown y'day...per se, she is doing what she set out to do...that is to irritate...which i think she has done well..Cvs must be thinking, we wanted K to irritate A but alongwith A, the audience has also been irritated!!
I guess, our problem really is WHY this track in the midst of the bigger picture...CVs only need to answer that question...if they can veer it back to where it was before, I am sure the magic will be back...
