Khushi holding strong and Arnav starting to realise it's not a game, she's holding out because she's hurt and scared ... and starting to realise the reason why she's so scared ...him.
Wardrobe ... Sanaya's wardrobe is getting worse and worse, not better ... are they leading up to a complete change after ArHi remarriage? Make her look really bad, so the contrast is even more? It's tough to make her look bad, she looks good even in rags, but they're really doing their best ... umm, worst ...
Or am I just being optimistic?

Adding - as the cv's seem to have forgotten all about it X( - TEEJ Celebration - last year with both Payal and Khushi unmarried, we got a beautiful Teej celebration, this year with both the girls celebrating their first married Teej, so far zilch? nada? nothing? X( X( X(
So either Teej - the first Teej has gone, the second is just after Raksha Bandhan and the third is in Sptember ...or Karva Chauth ... SHIDDAT!!!

I want ODG to see/find out/realize that whatever ODB does, he does to bug her, he would never harm Payash - though i guess this will take a few episodes

2- want a conversation between him and the ODG's parents - him assuring them that he will look after ODG! (and her to find out ofcourse!)
3- want them to (at some point in time) tell all to one another - all timelines to be clear!
4- if the CVs plan such bad clothes for ODG- please let her go back to her earlier ones - even those were better (I think ODG will now value the true meaning of "thank God for what you have and don't hanker for riches" - She really had good suits compared to her present set of clothes!!!)

Exactly....its like Akash doesn't have a mind of his own...
I hope there's some conflict between him and Arnav at some point of time...
I remember Payal (Deepali) cribbing that the Payash track is usually disconnected from the main track ... but the cv's have a great chance right now to link them up ... either Akash sees someone from the past in Mumbai, or there is a conflict between Arnav and Akash for the first time over how to deal with Anjali, and Khushi's role in the whole drama.

ReplyDelete2. Seconding Mona...Mona I saw the segment and I was just indifferent. I mean seriously if you wanna massacre your leads wardrobe then what can we say? it was literally three random strips joint together...but I did like ODB's look - so much better than what we've been getting...so shiddat they keep improving his look...less gel, shorter hair and some nice suits...
3. I want Payal to let slip how broken Khushi was on Diwali and thats when she finally agreed...I want him to remember...
4. I would mind Khushi in a saree...at least for Teej...another Teej shiddat - I want it in the same mandir as where they got married and I want flashbacks of their wedding night while he puts sinddor in front of whole family....sort DM's way of sorting it out in front of her own eyes...
5. I don't want them to overdo the whole rakhi thing...keep it sweet and simple...and also when you're married your sister ties rakhi to both bhai and bhabhi so I want Anji to be persuaded/cajoled/volunteer to tie Khushi rakhi too.
6. I forgot to add....continued presence of NK in their lives- especially bonding/annoying Arnav and NK getting Khushi a gift for rakhi or maybe a simple hug with a promise to look out for her.

Can I say, I now feel that Arnav is going the wrong way about things. The office scene where he was trying to convince her she is his wife and has the right to ask him for help was well done ... but the Biwi bani TV ... I now realise why I didn't like it - it was more of threatening, blackmailing Khushi with his power over her. And this new builder thing, if it is more of the same, just shows that after Payash, he has now got a new threat to hold over her head once the Payash threat expires at the end of six months.
Now how is this sorting out the main problem? His focus should be on her two problems - one, to convince her that the marriage is for keeps ... is finding new ways to blackmail her or force her into staying with him really going to convince her of that?
And second, to show her that Di, as much as he loves her, is not going to come between them ... and right now, by keeping Di appeased, I don't know whether he's tackling that the right way either.
So maybe the cv's are treading this way deliberately ... showing that he still hasn't leaned his lesson, he's still trying all the wrong tactics, and she WILL walk out at the end of six months ... and that's when he will realise the truth of what she said in the temple ... that he is not the writer of his own destiny, DM is writing his destiny for him, that he cannot use the power of money and force to keep Khushi with him, ... but when he realises this, Khushi is not with him ...
Any thoughts, guys? Or should we wait for the builder episode to air before we discuss this?
While the epi may clear doubts....i do get what u r saying becos.....the entire track was about him saying it will be all as per the way ASR wants it to be....it reminds us that at one stage it won't be that way....the bandangement scene at temple where Khushi says those famous words....maybe we are getting close to that.....

Cheng, regarding Anjali, there was a rebuttal from the IPKKND team on IF, where they tried to redeem their foot in mouth problem slightly ;) ... can't find the post, but they said the Didi Ki Saut was a joke that was taken a bit too seriously, and that Daljeet is NOT the main lead ... and the love story is still the main focus.

Romance will be in very small doses ... but if this is the case, then it will be even more prolonged ... because this will be the main track now ... how Arnav is trying to woo Khushi, but in all the wrong ways.
Let's see ... this might be the RTRW after all ... Rekha, exactly, he said this will be the way ASR wants it to be ... and we all know what DM thinks of that!!! :))) And I will enjoy Arnav trying desperately and all his plans misfiring ... the good thing is, he will HATE to see her hurt now, and it will show ... the way he hurt her with the TV thing, and the moment she got even slightly hurt, he was completely apologetic and all over her :)))

Shyam's reentry around Badi Teej
If anytime soon Khushi is shown going back to RM (no I do not want it but if she is) a showdown on the road just like their last return trip, or for that matter a showdown between them on the terrace. Then Shyam came up, now Khushi brings up Anjali. The one thought about how Anjali is Arnav's world. Till then Arnav will be fighting the wrong battle on the contract.
If the contarct somes up, it will do so ONLY BETWEEN Arnav and Khushi. ANd they voice their wedding vows to each other under a starlit sky. Complete acceptance of each other as husband and wife. Affirmation of the position each has in the other's life.
The family if they are ever told of Khushi's sacrfice will only be about how Khushi agreed to marry Arnav beccause he threatened her with the Payash marriage just because he misunderstood her. shyam too knows only so much so that is all the havoc he can wreak.
Pheras/ Marriage immediately if any are a surprise planned by Nani as both couples are completing 6 months and she knows that Arnav and Khushi eloped to be married. Arnav gifts Khushi the bridal dress and accessories for her first Teej that she described to her friends at Preeto's wedding. He anyways gives her that for Teej even if tyhere are no pheras.
I would much rather they be sent on a honeymoon after their acceptance of each other rather than a big hoopla marriage and return to realize Shyam is back at RM.
Guptas if they realize anything now it is only about how the Raizadas know of SHyam's truth and apologize to Arnav for having held back the truth and also confess how they forced Khsuhi for her engagement.
Oh and yes loads of ArHi romance, at least one meaningful conversation, Khushi realizing her similarities to Arnava nd what all he has observed about her, Arnav realizing he is barking up the wrong tree -wyhat he wants to win is already his.

I want the Guptas to come that Shyam has been exposed ... what is the reason for not telling them that much? None at all ... that part is silly. So Khushi or Arnav should tell Buaji/Garima quietly that the R's know about Shyam now ... and Buaji could then confess to Arnav that Khushi was forced into the engagement ... all this should be part and parcel of his RTR in the next twelve/eleven days as he starts off trying to force her to come back, and slowly steadily realises that he's doing everything all wrong.
But the bit about confrontation, IMO, has to happen near the end, when he realises that she is no longer with him ... her words from the temple scene ... that has to happen, Sandy ... voh kab hoga?
I thot abt it too Dia, but i have a feeling.....they can't keep that part open-ended after GH folks know so the Cvs are delaying but the reason in the serial is very flimsy.....

Ok...dont know if this qualifies as a spoiler( sorry Dia, if it does!!).. was reading some interview of Abhass Mehta and he says 'am open to come back'..that got me thinking..they dont want to bring Shyam back for a while or is Abhass just misleading us??!!

ReplyDeletein a normal relationship - any normal guy would have tried to reassure his lady love that he was very very much in love and very very serious about lifetimes and not 6 months - he would try and convince her first and then deal with the Di issue by saying "we will handle it - we will work it out together" - We also know once ODG accepts all that - she cant say no to ODB any longer
BUT - of course this is a daily soap and it has our ODC - so of course the straight route is never the answer - so ODB will go about it taking the longest and most risky route ever (read - CV keeping their possibilities open for tracks like will ODG not come back, will she, will there be a rtr etc etc...) Also the simple route ends to easy - this nok jhok thing can be stretched/enjoyed and debated over!
So am not thinking of sbs type info anymore- will wait to see how it plays out - Just hoping both our leads stay in character and none are reduced to caricatures!
