2/7 - Epi 287 ... The Fall He Couldn't Catch ...

Monday 2nd July

So Arnav didn't see Shyam?! :(
Khushi makes it clear that she loves Arnav ... Shyam decides if he can't have her, no one else can ... so much for undying love ...

Gripping moments ... when Arnav rounds the corner in the jeep ... and narrowly misses running over Khushi ...

Her anguish as she sees him getting beaten ... and wriggles frantically to free herself ...
His fear when he sees Lallan holding her at gunpoint ...

And the CU and the last part ... as Khushi stumbles and falls over the edge ... and Arnav for the first time, is not there to save her ...
His fb's ... of all the times he managed to save her ...
And this time ... he couldn't ...

And the precap ... OMG ... Khushi, dammit, talk to me ... this is not funny ... the blood on the back of her head and the way her hand falls limply ... :-o :(

Was holding my breath through the last half of the episode ... since I knew ArHi wouldn't meet today, didn't wait for it ... the fight scenes dragged a bit at first, but the second half once Arnav caught up with Khushi onwards were tight and very tense ...and the precap was numbing ...
Can't wait for tomorrow!

Lots of Bollywood style dhishum dhishum and open jeep chase sequence ... very little story movement, and a few very touching emotional moments ... plus some interesting dialogues, which portend the shape of things to come?

Shyam-Khushi ... Arnav did not see/overhear the Shyam-Khushi confrontation ... which means that a terrace-style confrontation is still on the cards?
Shyam talks about 15 days grace period for Arnav ... so the entire kidnapping drama took place over 15 days ... was this the time period for the codicil to expire?
Khushi says that 'hamare jeete ji' she won't allow anything to happen to Arnav ... so Shyam decides that Khushi is expendable ... her protectiveness of Arnav has become a liability, which outweighs his 'love' for her ...
Shyam says he can go to any lengths for his 'love' ... including killing Arnav ... and she made the mistake of loving Arnav, a mistake which Arnav has to pay for ...
Shyam is seriously delusional ... asking Khushi why she chose Arnav, a handsome, rich perfectly eligible bachelor, who has always looked out for her ... over a weak, evil, conniving two-timing lying deceiving skunk, who thinks nothing of hurting her or her family ... ermm, where is the comparison?!
And how could she deceive him ... how could she
Khushi completes his sentence ...'how could I stoop so low? If necessary, I can stoop even lower ... because I did it for Arnav ... my husband ... the man I love ...'
And the words are a death knell for Shyam and his obsession ... and they might be a death knell for Khushi too ...
'Not only you ... I can cross limits too ... for my love ...'
Shyam is still delusional ... 'so we're not that different after all, are we?'
'We are as different as the earth and the sky ... but you won't even understand the difference ...'
And Shyam repeats again ...'it's you who are not understanding ... Arnav will have to pay for your mistake ... and I will make sure he does ...'
Shape of things to come? Arnav will have to go through the Agni pariksha ... or make some agonizing choices ... because of Khushi's mistake of not telling Arnav the truth about Shyam at the start ...

Meanwhile Arnav continues to fight five goons, Bollywood style ... and emerges to see Khushi held by Shyam ... did he see Shyam, recognise him? Shyam, shatir as ever, makes sure to keep his back to Arnav all through ... even as Arnav and Khushi stop everything and just look at each other, reaching out desperately ... uncaring of the goons surrounding him, the one holding her ...
but the goons are still at work and Shyam manages to drag Khushi into his car ...

And we get an open jeep chase ... very reminiscent of 80's Bollywood again ... why was Khushi wearing a seatbelt? And why was Arnav driving so slow? How did Shyam manage to shake him off? That too, for long enough for Shyam to tie up and gag Khushi and leave her and disappear ...
Logicwa, please take back seat again ... :))
And Shyam says .. if he can't get Khushi, Arnav won't get her either ... and if she can do anything for Arnav, she can give her life for him too ...

First truly breath-taking chilling moment ... Khushi struggling frantically all tied up and helpless in the middle of the road, as Arnav's jeep takes the bend sharply ... her struggles get more and more frantic as she realises he's approaching at breakneck speed ... the identical looks of shock and horror on Arnav and Khushi's faces as he rounds the curve ... the way the jeep misses Khushi's head by barely a hairs breadth ... and crashes into the side ... phewwww!!!! :-o

Why on earth did he wait so long to start untying her?! Trying to decide whether to handle the goons first to set her free ... decides on her just as the goons drag him off ... and reaches for her desperately, as she struggles even more desperately on seeing him fighting five goons ... loved the way they play off each other's strength and weakness ... he falls, she struggles even more, the sight of her struggling is enough to give him the strength and energy to get to his feet again ... she manages to free her bonds ... and he's ready to reach for her, ready to take on all the goons again ... with renewed energy ... till Rocky gets into the act ... and Lallan holds her at gunpoint ... and Arnav is helpless suddenly ... nothing should happen to Khushi ... 'leave her' ... again ready to give up the fight, as long as Khushi is safe ... 'leave her, let her be ...' 
Arnav stopped fighting only as long as Khushi was held at gunpoint by Lallan ... willing to be beaten up, but not willing to risk Lallan pull that trigger ... 
And seeing him get beaten up gives her the energy and strength to shake Lallan free ... but he pulls her back fiercely ... and Khushi staggers back off balance ... back ... falling ... falling ...

And he watches her fall with a look of shock and horror again ... all the times she fell, and he was there to catch her, to save her ... from the very first fall ... the carpark ... RM ... the bandagment ... the payal ... even their wedding, when he became her husband ...
But not this time ...

Her scream ... his "Khushi!!!" ... only echoed by silence ...
The anguish reminiscent of the last car-ride in the middle of the night ... when he thought he had lost her to another man ... and now when he finally knew she was his and only his ... he might have lost her again ... to death ...

And the final burst of strength ... he has to get to her ... and an army of goons is not going to stop him ...and now that Khushi is no longer held at gunpoint ... but is instead at even bigger danger to her life, he is galvanised into action again ... he can fight again ... he has to fight again, fight them all off, so that he can go after his Khushi ... find his Khushi ...

Arnav stopped fighting only as long as his fighting was a threat to Khusho's life, as long as she was held at gunpoint ... the moment she shook herself free, and then gave that scream as she fell backwards, his fight returned ...

Although it was funny the way all the goons just ran away ... itna paisa mein itnaich milta hai ...

Precap ... "Khushi, wake up ... dammit, it's not funny ... open your eyes ..." :( Hoping against desperate hope she's playacting again ... even when knowing she isn't ... is he going to lose her? After just about finding her?
Can't wait for tomorrow!

Thoughts:
Not a great episode ... too much of dhishum dhishum and Abhaas was not at his best today ... but pretty good, and a good start for the week ... the few ArHi connects when they looked at each other and both got the strength to fight back from the other, for the other ... makes for a great track coming up ...

After a good nights sleep and every soothing factor factorized to its fullest (very much includes ArHi and R&R now) I feel extremely lucky to still have my job after yesterdays verbal combat &confident too ... after all it was 5:1 &I stood my ground ... pats herself :D :D

      Watch it Aaru ... freaking brilliant moment, could have been perfect if not immediate arrival of goons... wish they had less of dishum dishum ... thankfully today we saw the last of it .... if not for SaRun as usual ... this fight would have been the most dragged thing on earth.

    Quick update:

    She falls down, he is shocked. precap: she is unconscious and he is frantically trying to revive her.

    Earlier, very filmy fight.........Really PH..........Fight sequences are not your forte as much as you tried your best....much less such extended ones.

    Oh and Shyamwa kidnaps Khushi and then leaves her on the road hands and legs tied up, Bitwa who is chasing after them comes in time, stops his car in time but is constantly fighting with the goondas who seem to suddenly dwindle in number while apni Lucknow ki rani manages to free herself in time.

    REVIEW:

    The last 3-5 minutes MADE IT ALL WORTHWHILE.

    All the ott drama, all the dragging, it practically wiped out every single bakwas We had been subjected to.

    She is falling and he watches her and

    *THUD*.....I dont mean this in a drooling way,

    he remembers all their fbs,

    the first time he fell, he saved her,
    the car hug, he saved her,
    how they slowly got closer,
    their marriage everything,

    He again has his ambulance moment as she desperately tries to balance herself and fails and falls down.

    He breaks free, runs, screams, horrified, the Sanskaari goondas are relentless, he finally manages to overpower them (err...they run off actually without waiting to see what happens to their boss Lallan who is held at gunpoint - LOGIC - Man, we are not getting paid enough for this) and he runs back to the place where she fell, desperate, horror struck and all we hear is a cry from the heart............Khushiiiiiiii..

    Barun was brilliant in that final scene, till then he was good, you know being the Rowdy Raizada et all..but those final moments, WOW!!

    Sanaya: When she desperately struggles to be free, watches helplessly as he is beaten up, the anguish and the final scared look before falling, WOW, WOW, WOW.

    I always felt that as much as Barun and Sanaya are individually fantastic actors, the moment they are together, the symbiotic relationship takes their acting to a Completely different level.

    Seriously WOW.....

      ASR's Stubble, Kabhi Kam Kabhi zyada

      Khushi not wearing seat belt at first and then wearing seatbelt.

      Where did Lallan go, He slipped and that is it, he ran as the gun remains on the ground, WT?

      To be honest the whole fight was a bit too much,

      Chase scenes were quite good and were picturized very well.

      Last 3 minutes, Dhin Chak!!!!

      Ok if we are doing this, might as well add my two pence...

      the car scene stuck out like a sore thumb....seemed as if these two were going somewhere for a picnic and one of them not very keen to....(except for the look that Khushi gave Arnav while being taken away)

      I specially did not like the Khushi scene when the car stops...and VLR gets out....she is asking him what are doing? WT????? What did she expect.....
      seemed as it had only one use.....to fill in time....

      Rekha to be honest I expected, Khushi since she was not wearing the seatbelt, the moment she realizes he is upto something and jump out and rolls down, bitwa just then comes crashing and manages to avert her.......(That again was a great shot when he stops the car, yeah, they did it separately, still......whoever drove the car near the BD...BD aap ki jai ho, that were few risky shots by that unnamed BD)

      Anyhow.......That flute still haunts me and that RV brings me back to earth, lol.

      Nahi - it showed Khushi once and for all how Arnav even when he has claimed to hate her has never ever put her life in dange. Even at the guest house it was unknowing. Whereas Shyam though he keeps claiming to love her does not shirk killing her

      I air pumped when he said - If you cannot be mine, you will be no one else's!

      And Khushi has had her first sample of the fact that Shyam can stoop to killing - first Arnav, then her so when she hears what he tried to do with Anji and Babuji the girl will in no way forgive him - no chances to give him like she did the previous time his adulterous nature came to light!

      As i said....maybe the dragging caused me to react...now i have had time to see that POV....

      Its just that....that VLR is diff from Arnav, has never needed any confirmation for anyone.....even for Khushi....she has never compared the two (leaving that one delhi auto scene)

      But I get the starkness of contrast being driven into the scene....maybe i expected some justification from Shyam (justify if money is all he wants, his love for Khushi is a bigger joke that i imagined it to be)...for the trouble we as viewer have taken to see him as a lover(dettol rinse)....Today Shyam is no longer a villain in a love story, is just a plain villain...i don't know if i am making sense.....

      Aaru: Ditto, I am still reeling under the unexpected fb and its effect. I saw the spoiler segments and while watching the epi today wondered, if I will ever get that excitement back for the show, and BOOM!!!

      Sandyyyyyyyyyyy: Excellent pointwa. Assuming AND HOPING Khushi tells him that Shyam was behind this.

      BOTH SHOULD HAVE THE MENTHOS MOMENT.

      Shyam was willing to kill ASR.
      Shyam didnt spare Khushi either.

      Greed and Lust is what drives this man so much so he does not hesitate to kill.

      Now ASR should go all the way to protect the two women who are his world.

      I am guessing when Khushi enters RM and faces the firing squad, he will too though he will be unnoticed for few moments, that will give him the moment to take stock of the situation and also see Anjali's condition.

      So he will end up saving Shyam saying He and Khushi saved him or something......So Anjali gets a breather and ASR will again warn shyam for the last time. This is your last chance or something.

      Shyam might lay low thinking he is going to lose both the money and the girl. so he will bid his time and the trigger will be the Much in love Khushi with Arnav,so he will be back to evil ways before finally getting exposed, I think.

      Rekha spoke of the scene between VLR and Khushi and how he leaves her beech raah. So that was my response.

      Arnav whenever he has abandoned her mid road has always come back for her. VLR just abandoned her. And that is what he will do to Anjali. If he can do this to Khushi whom he claims to love, what will he do to Anjali whose only appeal to him is her wealth.

      When he hurt Anjali, Arnav gave him a chance, when he realizes he hurt Khushi, Shyam is going to be mincemeat. Khushi is going to have to intervene for Anjali's sake - driving home the point to Arnav as to just how much she cares for his Di

      This scene was needed for Khushi to see just how wrong her decision of silence was - she needs to realize once and for all that she cannot do it all alone!

      Khushi speaks of nafrat and ghin but now she also needs to begin to fear Shyam. And accept just how much she needs Arnav.
      I am taken back to the bangle poolside scene, both reach out for the bangle like their love, it surfaces but Khushi's adamance to do it all alone results in that bangle falling back in - like thier love was eclipsed. and in the process water splashed over khushi's face akin to the slur on her character. but then again it was arnav who first said "Let me take it out" and it has been his ILU that has again gottten the fires roaring and the next time the bangle ame out to stay and also in Arnav pulling her by her dupatta closer to him.

      Now that the love has resurfaced it is here to stay and all that can happen is for her to come closer to him and become one with him

      And it will be the starting point for Arnav to realize the further depths of murkiness that his jia will fall to.

      Sandy: The FBs.......for me were he has inadvertantly at first and went out all the way to save her everytime. This was the first time he felt powerless at that moment.........
      ALMOST LIKE seeing his mom run and commit suicide.

      His Maaaaaaaaaaaaa His Khushiiiiiiiiiii...were similar in that context. Di will always be there...his priority but today for those moment or probably forever Khushi rose in ranks above Anjali.

      And the demotion if you may call it would not be a worrying thing for him cos he knows NOW Anjali has someone who equally loves her just like him. So Gain for Anjali I would say and this is how eventually it will play out.

      Chod dijiye Arnavji, Di kay liye ek aur mauka dijiye. Jo hua so hua, hamin insay koi matlab nahin hai....Aap theek hain, hamaray saath hai, humay ussay farak padta hai......once again showing she forgives easily, puts others abover her own pain and most importantly HE IS THE Most important person in her life. Nothing else matters.

      Oh crap, I actually want to go Hayeeeeeeeeeeee on my own writing today, WT. *ASR STYLE* Yeh kya kar diya Sarun/Arhi?

      Sach bolon, I prefer the ulta decoding, parody stuff, emotional stuff I tend to get too cheesy, which is why I am soooooooooo looking forward to the expert..our Dia's take in this:)

      But yep Arnav is going to have a Khushi moment like u said above or something similar.

      By the way u recall what he told his Di at Rakhi - Aap mujhe kabhi chodkar mat jaayiye. Kyuki jo jaate hain woh kabhi lautkar nahi aate hain. Today Khushi has fallen and that is what will run thru Arnav's mind. But when she comes back to him he will also realize that when the ones you love go away from you, there is always hope for them to come back to you.

      I agree the silence of Khushi and its effect had to have one realisation moment for her....
      Maybe the flip-flop in VLR's character has to bear some scrutiny...for a man who worships money and Khushi(his love ewww) .....Imagine he actually took the trouble to try getting married to her, pursued her even after her marriage, his volte-face in one statement of "if i can't have her, no one can" sounded a bit tame.....altho i can't bear to hear even that one statement from that creep..LOL

      Need to re-watch ... and my net is ultra slow today :(

      The Khushiiiii at the end reminded me of the night of the terrace hug and Arnav's drive out after that ... and he yelled out in anguish that night too ... did he yell "maaa?' that night? The "Khushiiiii" tonight was at par in anguish with that.

      But the precap was the most goosebump inducing part ... the way she was completely limp ... am so glad I have't watched the SBS yet ... even knowing that Khushi is ok, didn't cancel out the sheer anguish of that scene. Just waiting for tomorrow ... it will be unbearable.

      Shyam (Abhaas) was okay today ... and why was Khushi wearing a seatbelt at all? And why and how did all the goons run away as soon as Arnav threatened Lallan with the gun?
      Ok, ignore the bloopers tonight ... the last five minutes made up for it ...

      I am itnay serious moment may suddenly your hear the screaming RV kitna dard version, You want to beat up that guy who inserted RV and ruined the moment, grrrrrrr..

      You had TSky problems too, mine went faltu may off and then came back grrrrrrr...For the past 10 days I have had so much interruptions while watching the show I tell you.

      But it did allow me watch the fall scene , and yes the last 5 mins was worth it ...

      yes loved the fall , Barun and Sanzs were fantastic..

      in each he has been there to save her, hold her never ever able to let go her , saving her from the real fall or with the marriage Fb's the fall in the hands of Shyam, but today he just stood there helplessness, the sheer anguish of not being there to stop her following was amazing , BS kuddos !!

    My god.....while it was everything that Shweths described above, my goosebump moment was the precap......Barun was fantastic in the precap.....it was so spinechilling.....He was ASR in that moment....and had the vulnerability that ASR always hid to the world but can't hide from Khushi.....i have seen the precap 5 times already

    It was tough waiting for today to happen but i don't how to wait for tommo!!
    I don't think i have see better action than this in a long time...it was dragged no doubt but BS suits the action hero image to the T, I think.....
    Don't want to focus on any negatives except to say...
    VLR's actions in the car journey did not make any sense or for that matter any of his dialogues or was i too involved in waiting for ARHI that i was not concentrating on him much

      precap was just chilling !! my daughter hysterical- she was like no khushi you cant leave your Arnavji, wakeup khushi and she started crying, .. man!! I didn't know what to do, told her she will fine .. I had to show her the SBS seg !!


      BS suits Action but today was little overdone, but then maybe as you said we were waiting for Arhi that our patience level went down..

      And oh so VRL car scene didn't make sense to me either, how did he tie her ??

      Rekha: Thanks for reminding me about that. I wanted to come back to that after the update....Khushi Talk to me dammit, This is not funny and the way he sees the blood, Uffffffff!!

      Ditto Rekha, Those last few minutes completely elevated the episode, I mean completely wiped off everything .......We start afresh from today.

      The fight sequences....Like you said were dragged, but they kept it very real....and very well shot, and the fresh green color cos of the rain, wow..

      Heropanti was there but very well balanced. And I have to say yaar, the scene where ASR falls on the ground and then opens his eyes to see Khushi still struggling with the ropes, Barun was brilliant as the guy who is exhausted and yet finds the energy in him to keep it fighting.

      Barun, STAYYYYYYYY......You will get loads of roles in Films, this is the only chance we will ever get to see a guy like Arnav Singh Raizada, stay till the logical end of the show and don't take off pleeeeeeeej.

      I am sooooooooooo Looking forward to seeING both of them back on the street, Hayeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee *THUD* (NOW DROOLWALA, LOL)

      Oh and must say I am still getting used to seeing so much of ASR back, know what I mean?

      He is going to be tha kamadev in the Shiv Parvati love story. When Shiva was deep in meditaion and Parvati sought him out, it was the bow let loose by Kamdev that caused the flutterings of love to arise again in Shuva's heart (the heart which was frozen after Sati's death and self immolation). Of course Shiva's first reaction was anger at having been manipualted and you know what he did - he opened his third eye and razed Kamdev to ashes. It was only at the behest of Parvati and Kamdev's wife that Kamdev was resurrected to life. And after this Pravti went all out to show just how much she loved Shiva and Shiva accepted her as his consort. Their union was ordained by the heavens to defeat and kill the evil Tarakasura.

      Are you still worried about what happens at RM when Khushi gets back?

      Sandy and Aaru, you reminded me of VLR's overconfidence when he engineered Anjali's accident. Then too, he thought it was a done deal, so much so that he went and bought all the antim sanskar ka paraphenalia ...
      Today also, he will be confident that Arnav and Khushi are both dead ... and after all, he has left five goons to oversee the end, so even more so.
      So if he goes straight back to RM, he will walk in as though he has been out for a stroll ... he has not been in any fight so far ...

      But will there be a Shyam-Arnav fight before Shyam reaches RM? If so, that means Arnav definitely knows that Shyam is the KN, which means Khushi will tell him first thing when she recovers ... and then VLR is gone. Then the only reason which will keep him from being thrown out is if Anjali has in the meantime gone into hysterics and threatened miscarriage ... because there is no way that Arnav will let a KN and attempted murderer stay at RM, not even for Di ... In fact, even for Di ... logically he should tell Creepwa to make himself scarce and handle Di with lies that Creepwa had to leave for a business trip.

      Sandy, drawing parallels with your Kamdev and Shiv-Parvati story ... VLR will be thrown out. Only if Anjali continues to be blindly devoted, and her baby is at risk, then Khushi might persuade Arnav to give Shyam one last chance ... if Shyam also plays the natak of repentance again ... this time in front of Arhi ... then Arnav might allow him back into RM, but only till the baby is born. Which would take us till Janamashtami.

      So then Anjali for now has her answer and she will tell Mami see I told you it was all your galat faimy.

      Shyam Arnav fight is happening after Arnav returns to RM as I see it.

      Khushi Arnav return is again going to be like post ambu reach home moment - he sends her ahead and tells her I am right behind.

      By the way how do you think the follwoing will play out?
      Shyam leaving temporarily ((will he leave on his own post his showdown with ASR and promise to be back soon? - the 2 scenes I am thinking of: Arnav's Scotland call - just before it came SHyam left. and then his dialogue to Nani at dining table that he will be back soon. All except Anjali and Akash were there on that table. He hoodwinked Aakash once before during the earlier wedding havan askign whethr Khushi and family would be coming or not)

      ArHi forced marriage disclosure - who brings it up - Arnav or SHyam or both? Arnav to Payal, Nani, Mami and Shyam to Anjali.

      Sandy, I wonder if either Arnav or Khushi will let go of each other for even a moment now ... unless he decides he has to hide the entire kidnapping episode from the family - read Di ... so tells her to enter alone and let him in from a side door, so he can clean up first. And that's how Khushi gets to face the flak from the family.

      What I am wondering is will Khushi tell Arnav about VLR being the kidnapper? Logically that should be the first thing she tells him, after the mandatory Rabba ve's ... because now its not just a question of her reputation or Di's marriage ... it's a question of Arnav's life, and she has seen that Shyam will stop at nothing to get what he wants. The spoiler that there will be no MU between Arhi also points to that. But if there is to be a terrace confrontation, then we might get that one very soon ... maybe the very same night they get back to RM.

      Also, they might take their time to get back to RM ... the goons might be back, but this time Arhi are running away from them together ... and this gives time to Shyam to spread his poison ... because again his overconfidence, he is sure Arnav is not coming back in a hurry, and neither is Khushi.

      I do think Shyam will leave temporarily ... it makes no sense that Arnav will allow him to stay on at RM even for Di, knowing how dangerous he is.

      I would bet on Shyam bringing up the forced marriage disclosure - maybe as soon as Khushi walks in, if she enters alone, then he says that Arnav married her to save Di's marriage, because Arnav knew Khushi was after Shyam ... Arnav of course will clear it up to Nani and Mami ... Anjali will probably be back in her la-la land of Pati parmeshwar, and Shyam will poison her more before Arnav can get to her.

      Shyam now knows that Anjali is his only remaining hope ... and through her the rest of the R family ... he knows Khushi loves Arnav, he probably has a good idea of Arnav's feelings ... if not, that is the other weapon left for Arhi to use to expose him. So Shyam's words of Arnav having to pay for Khushi's mistake ... that Arnav will have to pretend to hate Khushi still, and keep distance from her.

      Another thing - Khushi also said 'hum aur bhi hadd tak gir sakte hai ... now what does that mean? Is that a sign for the future? Will she accept the allegations because Arnav needs her to act out another drama for Shyam? Will Arnav even make her do that? Or will that be her idea and she force Arnav to go along with it to save Di. Not to be with Shyam ... no way will Arnav let her do that ... but to pretend that Arnav doesn't care for her ...

      Too much confusion in my mind - will try to sort it out and come back with some more thoughts.

      That was a jab at how Khushi will put up with the slur on her character as the other woman in Anjali's life for Arnav's sake. She will keep silent and it will have to be Arnav who will have to undo the misunderstanding surrounding her when she is about to be runover by the others.

      Just realized it could also be a reference to how Khushi married Arnav Singh Raizada for 6 months - knowing hse is killing her future, going against every priciple she held dear.

      She eloped and married a man knowing he will leave her in 6 months and then to keep up the sham lived in the same room as him all this while letting the family think that they are indeed man and wife. How much lower can the image of a girl of her values sink if this truth came out?

    I know I was telling Aaru that seeing her leave his life and feeling helpless about it is oing to kick Arnav in the gut like nothing else. He who claims to write his destiny, did he write it such that Khushi would die?

      Like u said Aasha waala gaana appealed to me for all these reasons..The next para is going to be about the tumult these 2 will face together for their love (the first 2 lines). At the same time, Anji will also face tumult in her life and the last 3 lines of that para will apply to her because after giving an agni pareeksha of her faith and love for Shyam he is going to abandon her child and all.

      It is the start of Anjali's journey from her Ashoka Vaan (life without sorrows) to her Agni Pariksha for her Ram only to be abandoned by Ram at the first hint of trouble.

      Today's Shyam Khushi scene was just that - he began with see by bringing you away I have saved you (from the goons) but when he realized he would not be able to outrun and Arnav was chasing him - fearing discovery at Arnav's hands, what did he do he abandoned Khushi and ran off.

      The next time Shyam asks Khushi why Arnav and not him - she should tell him kyunki aap nihaayati khudgarz aur laalchi hain. Aapke liye paise se badaa kuch bhi nahi hai - na pyaar, na vishwaas, na rishtha aur na hi kiseeka jeevan

      A minor gloat moment for me was when there was a female RV which played just as Arnav is puinched and he leans back to look at Khushi - see her at gunpoint and in pain.

      When they had the sad RV come up on the terrace I recall there was a wish for a female RV when it is Khushi's pain hat is evident to Arnav. So far it was Arnav's pain that Khushi was trying to assuage so the sad male RV, now I hope for all the times Arnav is trying to reduce Khushi's pain, it is a female RV (nice and pathos filled, hint IPK team - flute is an awesome instrument). I think there is already a flute RV version in IPK

      There was a discussion on this above too. I still can't digest it. Agreed, it is in Shyam's nature to scoot at the earliest opportunity. And 'what I can't have, no one can have' attitude. But that was plain stupid, leaving her like that. His plans, so well thought out, yet none has borne fruit. ASR has escaped, might come back for revenge, yet he leaves it to chance that he might run her over.
      Maybe, it was to prove a point to her in his anger and frustration. Anyway, that almost run over was a good moment.

      He left her at a bend. He assumed Arnav who was chasing behind will take the bend at a high speed,run over Khushi and the jeep will topple killing him too in the accident. Arnav almost did not make it and there was a possibility that the jeep could have toppled but DM is in Khushi's court and she is also watching out for Arnav because Khushi requested her to.

      He is the same man who because he saw Arnav and Khushi getting closer decided to kill the brakes on his wife's car and also went ahead and purchased articles for her lat rites.

      Must say, I didn't miss the scene ... watching Arnav getting punched to pieces is not my idea of fun! I only like fight sequences when the hero wins! Or if they're Matrix style all slow motion and stylized, so you know they're not real!

      Bitwa will come to know only when he comes back to RM, he will deduce it from what's happening there when ppl start blaming her .... or when K is resting NK comes and let him know the whole truth, as usual NK can blurt out everything seeing K in that stage..

      NK's role is more going to be like Masala Mam - to tell Mami the truth of Shyam. I was talking of that dining table scene when Nani was enquiring about Arnav and Khushi nodded to NK and he mimed zipping his lips - well NK is not going to be saying anything to Arnav.

      Arnav should put it together himself - that raksha dhaga Khushi gave Shyam is yet to play out completely. The will in SHyam's life began with the raksha dhaga he passed onto Arnav and from thereon Khushi made a dialogue about how shehad to hold the dhaaga in majboori and it led to her knowing of the will so now the djaga Khushi gave SHyam is going to trigger it for Arnav. Maybe he loses it in Arnav's room when he comes snooping for the divorce papers. There was once like this when the dhaaga was left behin in Arnav's room and HP found it to give to Anjali who recognized it as Shyam's. This time too Anjali knows of the raksha dhaga and if Arnav finds it or HP finds it and returns it to Anjali before Arnav and she comments on it being Shyam's that famed batti is going to light up.

      NK is going to leave soon after telling Mami. After all his visa is in he works. He may come back later or not cos he has already given Khushi her wedding gift too.

      i want that after Arnav deduces it by himself that the shyam is behind his napping ... because K will not open her mouth to the details she went thru ..

      Sandy, like your take on the dhaga ... yep, that should be used to light up Arnav's batti. I also wonder where exactly the rest of the papers are ... they weren't in Arhi's room, were they all in Khushi's purse? Or did NK keep them somewhere safe? Because till they left, Shyam didn't know NK-K were together in the rescue Arnav mission.

      I think NK is going to leave soon too - his tweet said something of the sort, right? Pity ... but before he leaves, he should tell Mami the truth. Arnav will figure it out on his own if Khushi doesn't tell him ... Khushi not telling him will be more omission and thinking he already knows, than hiding it from him ... she has no reason to hide it from him any more.

      The divorce papers are in ArHi's room. Khushi took the will papers with her but I guess she has lost it.

      All Shyam needs to do is get the divorce apper out of ArHi room and Khushi will have no evidence against him and in her favour.       That's what na ... the papers Khushi got signed about Shyam making Anjali the executor are pretty useless now that Arnav is very much alive ... they are useful only as evidence that Khushi didn't want anything for herself, she was making sure it all stayed with Anjali. Which means they are likely to go missing ... adding up to the evidence against Khushi ...

      Unless NK kept them ... or he went to the place where Arnav was kept after ArHi, Shyam and the goons left it and picked up Khushi's phone and purse ... after all, Khushi did manage to tell NK on the phone that Arnav was there.

      So NK might establish the facts to Arnav, tell Mami of Shyam's involvement ... one or both ... before he leaves.

      The 2 sheets of divorce paper are int he file in the room because Khushi took the file from NK and kept it in her safe alongwith that talisman. Shaym checked the papers and found it remember. He was wondering about the remaining sheets Khushi got signed from him.

      Khushi folded them and out it in her hotu sa bag which for now is nowhere to be seen. NK if he has a copy will have the unsigned copy but a copy nonetheless (hopefully)

      I know this opens the old debate of MU and stuff but since it is long establised that Arnav does not care about the MU anymore, he has moved beyond it....so any new understanding will only serve to re-inforce the amount of sacrifice this girl has made for him/his family.

Remember he knocked Lallan out with the gun - the other three just ran off ... WT* ... Creepwa ke goons are as gaddar as Creepwa himself ... they probably ran thinking Arnav has the gun, they weren't paid to risk their lives ...

      Lallan will wake up and not see Arnav around ... he might think the goons found him and took care of him ... so he will look for them first to check ... so we might not have seen the last of the goons yet ... and they will delay Arhi's return to RM for some time ... now that part I don't mind ...

      Sandy, logically speaking, that should be the first thing Khushi tells him ... and considering the gehra rishta of logicwa with this soap, then probably she WON'T tell him!

      I really don't understand how cvs can stop Khushi mentioning Shyam in the conversation about the kidnapping ... so am presuming that the goons will keep them so busy till they actually get back to RM that she just doesn't get the opportunity ...
      And once they're back, of course creepwa has already jumped in and started spreading his poison.
      I agree - I don't think Arnav will know of Shyam being the KN till they reach RM ... ab ta nahin pata, then obviously that will be another huge scene to disclose that one ... and I think it WILL be a terrace three way confrontation, the way we have all been imagining for so long.

    I am just hoping that Khushi does not suffers from amnesia due to some head injury...sab kuchh ulta-pulta ho jayega. :(

    Girls, I do not have your magical writing skills...still would pen down my thoughts.
    Since ASR could not see VLR...more drama to be unfolded. Abhas was really brilliant...as usual. He always gives us the creeps and we can always feel the 'ghin' element due to the lust-laden looks and desperation in his eyes.

    I enjoyed the 'maha-philmi' stunts (although they were a bit dragged) especially the one where he had to screech-hault his jeep to save Khushi. CVs were quite innovative here. With this VLR wanted to kill two birds with the same arrow. Getting Khushi killed since he could not have her and that too through Arnav...so that he forever burns in the agony of killing Khushi.

    A blooper: khushi takes off her slippers while struggling with the ropes and in the next scene we see them back in place.

    SaRun's acting is so brilliant that I do not realize that I am watching some fictional characters. ...perfect expressions...the yearning in their eyes to be with each other forever...the pain in their eyes when the other person is getting hurt...the desperation to save the other one.

    Absolutely... the last five minutes were heart wrenching...I had a lump in my throat while watching those fbs...all those occasions when he was there to save her...his wife…the pheras which officially gave him a right to be there for her...to protect her...here he was seeing her slipping away just before his eyes and he could not do anything. :((

    Precap left me speechless...can't wait for tomorrow....was waiting to see the repeat at 11 pm...but they showed IIFA awards curtain raiser. Grrrr!

    Just a stupid question...I have been using the word CVs in my posts without understanding its full form. I guess that it is related to the creative team. Somebody enlighten me, please! (Sheepish grin) I know…I know…it is like asking “Sari Ramayan ho gayi par Ram kaun tha”.

      Khushi's slippers were lying right next to her when she took the rope off her feet ... she would have put them back on immediately ... on an open road, makes sense ;)

      No amnesia ... cv's won't risk it ... there will be lots of Rabba ve ...

      That jeep swerving to a halt was very well done ... they have a good driver on the team ... I've noticed 2-3 sequences with the same type of last minute swerving, and they have all been brilliantly done.

    Arnav's FBs as Khushi fell

    Shwetha,
    Those FBs before she fell - Yes each time he had helped her out of trouble & saved her.

    But I also saw how each time he had erred by her, hurt her & in each instance fate had played a role too.

    The duppatta flying at the beginning of the scene was as if a screen had begun to raise in Arnav's mind / dimaag. His dimaag was seeing what his dil was trying to tell him

    1. The first time they meet & she falls into his arms
    He accused her of sabotage & ended up breaking her sister's marriage. Later after she leaves he firstly ensures the footage is withheld but then just to get back at her for the dargah incident he releases the footage causing her honour to be questioned all over the city
    She made a dent in his heart & mind
    Fate made her come into his life & h&ed over the key to his happiness to her

    2. The Rain Hug
    He made her st& in the pouring rain just so he could make her life miserable because she had dared st& up to him. After this is the drive back to RM when he looks back & wonders if he is making a mistake in his beaviour
    She began to haunt his thoughts
    Fate brought her into his life a 2nd time. She landed a job in AR

    3. They crash into each other & her earring is stuck in his coat
    He thre money on her face & blamed her for his sister leaving the house on rakhi
    She began to make a place for herself in his heart with her antics & bubbly attitude
    Fate had brought Khushi to Arnav a 3rd time - by making Anjali bring her back to RM

    4. The temple bandagement scene
    She came to return his mannat ki chhabi but he threw her out & asked her never to show her face to him again.
    She had become a part of his family loved by every member so much so that soon after they all wanted to keep bringing her back by hook or crook
    Fate made them get engaged though they had vowed to never see each other again.

    5. The Diwali mitti nikaalna scene
    He had blasted her on the same day as mitti nikaalna for having mixed something in his juice to sabotage his meeting
    She had sneaked her way into his room & heart.
    Fate played a role by making sure that Anjali passed on the saree in ASR’s favourite colour to Khushi that day.

    6. The Diwali Payal scene
    He put on her mother’s payal & then went on to announce his engagement to Lavanya. Arnav ruthlessly told her she meant nothing to him
    She had become a flame to him. He was attracted to her & lost his senses around her
    Fate made him place her mother’s payal back on her as if getting her mother’s blessing for their Jodi.

    7. The temple wedding
    He forced her to marry him by using her sister’s wedding.
    She became his wife before DM’s eyes
    Fate in an irony had bound them for the ages even though he felt she had betrayed him in the worst way possible
    And finally he had managed to let her fall into an abyss of darkness.
    The holy fire burning seemed as though the slumbering thoughts & feelings within him were no longer a flame but had been stoked into a roaring fire. Also, it seemed as if with the curtain going up on his misguided perceptions, he was starting to burn the baseless images of her in the holy fire

      EVen I did not like Tere Naam too much - maybe bcos I have seen the Tamil original and I thought it was better done. Plus that hairstyle of the hero is very disracying...

      The Tum Bin song is ok overall but the line

      always tugs at my heartstrings.


      I think ha has had the marriage FB before - when she spoke of her dream wedding to her friends and he recalls the reality of how they got married.

      Jaya the eagle eye raised a good point in her comment, she said if it was all about the times he saved her why is the terrace suicide scene not featuring in the sequence?

      You reminded me of the 'twine'- tha dhaaga scene- where Khushi promises that though she was forced into this contract, she will do full justice to their marriage. Yesterday she told Shyam the same thing."Kyunki woh hamare pati hai aur hum unse behad pyar karte hain".

      This fb was beautiful, because like you said it is his realisation that though this started out as a contract, now he knows the 'inevitability of their bond'.

      My take ... a simpler one ... the journey of Arhi ... through Arnav's eyes.

      1. the first meeting, when she fell in his arms ... he caught her.
      He misunderstood her completely, set a chain of events into play which was to affect their entire lives. No mixed feelings here - he hated her at first sight, hated the type of girl he thought she was. Still very much caught up in the chains of his past, and his own perceptions ... and his unwavering conviction that he was right about what kind of girl she was. He is sure - HE IS RIGHT... SHE IS WRONG. SHE IS THE KIND OF GIRL HE HATES.

      2. The rain hug ... he put her into a dangerous situation ... he saved her. And for the first time, he wondered whether he was doing the right thing ... his own perceptions and convictions challenged for the first time ... because he saved her even when professing to hate and despise her.
      He's no longer sure - COULD HE BE WRONG? NO, HE COULDN'T.

      3. Her earring stuck in his coat, he releases it. The first time he did so gently ... earlier times - her dupatta stuck in his car, he wrenched it off. This time, Anjali had just told him how Khushi had been wrongfully accused of stealing a necklace, and how she quietly bore the accusations, only to be proved innocent ... again he wonders ... was he wrong about her?
      This time he knows ... she is not a thief, it's been proved ... HE WAS WRONG. SHE ISN'T EVERYTHING HE THOUGHT SHE WAS.
      Changing perceptions slowly ... ACCEPTING she is not what he thought she was. And the beginning of Respect ...

      4. The bandagement ... after Diwali, when he made that mistake of going close to her, giving in to his overwhelming attraction for her ... and then throwing it back in her face cruelly, along with a repeat accusation that she was a gold-digger, an accusation HE DIDN'T BELIEVE ANY MORE ... hence the running after her to bandage a tiny cut, barely minutes after he told her he never wanted to see her face again.
      Also, the first time it was obvious that HE COULD NOT BEAR TO SEE HER IN PAIN. And his first move of haq - his right to ease her pain.

      5. Echoes in the mitti scene ... he can't see her in pain or distress ... now added - IF SHE'S HURT, IN PAIN, WHETHER HIS FAULT OR NOT, HE HAS TO BE THE ONE TO TAKE CARE OF HER ... Protectiveness, Caring ...

      6. Payal ... putting her payal back on her foot ... acknowledging that for her, feelings and emotions were more important than material things ... she had refused Anjali;s gift of payal because she preferred to wear her mother's ... only because of sentiment. EMOTIONS RULE KHUSHI ... AND ARNAV GIVES IN TO THE SAME EMOTIONS ... he kept her payal as a keepsake, but knowing how important it was for her, he returned it ... HER FEELINGS ABOVE HIS OWN. Love and Cherish ...

      7. THEIR WEDDING ... here I echo you, finally and completely acknowledging Khushi's position in his life, burning the last remaining vestiges of what he thought her to be, and knowing her to be what she actually is ... seeing the way she risked her life for him, seeing the desperation, the anguish the fear in her eyes for him, AND ONLY HIM ... and FINAL AND COMPLETE ACCEPTANCE OF HER AS HIS WIFE ... she has been through her trial of fire for Arnav.
      Khushi has done her Agni pariksha ... and emerged from it sanctified ... SHE IS HIS WIFE.

      Thanks, Sama, I did write on some FB's before ... I don't remember where ...

      The fb's in this show are usually selected well and are very relevant ... they usually follow a specific theme.

      Sandy, you're right ... Khushi's realization also had her journey starting from the first fall into his arms ... but hers carried on till the terrace confrontation and I think till the final airport parting scene ...

      So I too wonder if he will have more fb's tonight to complete his journey ... if you look at his fb's, they end with his acceptance of her as his wife, and him as her protector. Will the love part of the journey come in now, or later after a Shyam confrontation?

      When I was thinking of how the scene may go on, the recurring images in my mind are of Holi Gazebo scene and the emotions of HR.

      Out in the wilderness with nothing but the silence and the elements for company Arnav's heart is incomplete because the heartbeats that complete it are missing.
      His breath begins to falter and if he could have one wish it would be to have another chance to show her how much he loves her failing which he would prefr his heart stops beating too so that he may be together with her at last in the land of stars.

      Pata nahi kyun aise lagta hai it will come now. And the 6 months that he threw at her will again come into play only between them with him telling her that she will be his forever and ever...

      loved your takes on the 7 fbs - mine is little different , although its the journey of Arhi through Arnav's eyes as dia said- and binding of his love as thru 7 vachan,
      the vachans which fate/DM/kismat had given to him to keep, but never allowed him to stay true to it, with his past, ego, hate, anger, vulnerability , lack of trust and love did not allow him to keep them..
      In each case Dia you have said he has chosen the wrong option,
      And today when his heart has won over his mind and all his negatives ie - ego, anger, hate, trust he wants to undo all the past. Today he is at the stage where nothing matters to him, where he does not need anything except her, fate is taking it away from him,
      The fate he thought he wrote, fate he thought he could beat, the fate he could challenge, the fate he could change..
      Now he is losing everything in front of his eyes.. and he cant do anything, he cant beat it.

      Combining my reply ...because we are nearing 200 already, and I want to make brand new post for tonight's episode ...

      Aaru, well put!!! Yes, a journey through the seven vachan also ... I thought of the seven vachans because it ended with the marriage fb ... he realises she is his wife in every sense of the word, and his complete and utter acceptance of that. So am hoping for an end to the six month contract very soon between them ... and that will lead to the re-marriage track.

      I want those fb's, Sandy ... like you said, a combination of HR and Holi ... the two times he came closest to admitting his love, ...

      And the ones Shweths mentioned, especially the bandagement and Khushi saying, when you realise, I will not be near ... as well as the first ones from the dargah, when she said, you don't write your own destiny ...

      And also, since Shweths reminded me ;) ... I want the 'farak padta hai's ... both from her perspective and his ... hers when he was late by a couple of hours and she went berserk, and then the airport ... and his, every time he said farak padta hai and stopped at the "kyunki ..."

      That will be his entire journey from hate to trust to love ...

      Shweths, your post below about Akash ... it would be great if they went that way ... there will be an open MU between Arnav and Anjali for sure ... now Akash will get the entire truth from Payal, and he might be angry at the start, but he will forgive her, especially if Arnav does ... and then the two brothers join forces with their wives to slowly show Anjali Shyam's true colors, and the final boot is of course administered by Anjali eventually. It would give Payash an interesting track for once ...

      it could start off from their current slightly shaky status, with ArHi getting them back together again as usual ... and once Payash and Arhi are on the same side, we can get the sisters scenes again, and get that beautiful Khushi-Payal bond back which is currently lost. As well as the bromance, which is always fun to watch.

    The best moment of the day: ASR’s flashbacks as Khushi tumbles down.The fbs ended with their marriage.
    Looked like a promise that he will rewrite the unhappy chapters that followed.

    My first thought after the episode:

    (In between all that fight and drama, this is what I see!
    I am not too fond of long fights, though I did enjoy that twist of ASR almost driving into her. Trust Shyamu to give our love birds some historic moments. And creepwa had the best dialogue of the day: “how much are you willing to give?” I guess he spoke the most today.)

    Shyam is still playing hide and seek!
    I thought he was finished with it on Friday, but no, he was just tired of playing with bitiya. Now he wants to play with bitwa! Again, we’ll have to see how long this is going to last!
    For Shyam to go on with his fav game, lots of people have to decide to shut up.

    Knowing his history, it may be possible too.This reptilewa is a real cat! He has more than nine lives.

    Enough of VLR, some more thoughts on Arhi:

    Khushi’s dialogue was also good: “Zaroorat padne par hum aur bhi gir sakthe hain.”
    -Was that a promise which will be fulfilled much later?

    The fight scenes were exceptionally good by serial standards.And Barun's expressions!

    Right now only one question in my mind: What follows head trauma?AMNESIA???
    Or ‘lost in the woods’?

      ‘firing squad- this time he will come and support her.’

      It may not be that simple.

      Look at what is happening in RM now.
      1. Payal- knows about Shyam Khushi engagementand thinks Anji knows this. She does not even know that Anji is MUing Khushi. She does not know of Shyam’s recent lethal plans.
      2. Mami knows bitwa was kidnapped and has not shared that info. MUs Khushi now.
      3. Anji has only MI (misinfo) and MU now.
      4. NK- knows ASR is kidnapped, knows Shyam kidnapped ASR and has stalked Khushi. Does not know of the engagement.
      5. Mama, Akash and nani are blissfully unaware of the things happening right under thair noses.
      6. None of them know about the 6 month contract wedding.
      7. ASR- does not know Shyam is the KN and MU status unclear. He seems to have just shut out the terrace MU fb altogether. Though we know for sure that HE WILL NEVER LET GO OF HER EVER AGAIN.

      When the time comes, he WILL support her.

      8.Shyam and Khushi are the only ones who know all aspects of the game.

      I don’t know what to call this.
      There is maldistribution of misinformation and information there.
      THe following weeks will show if the Raizadas are in a mood to let go of all their MUs and MIs.

      This is why, “Zaroorat padne par hum aur bhi gir sakthe hain”, could be prophetic words from Khushi.

      We don't know what the future has in store for Arhi.

      i dont think mami will even be a factor if there is a whole new MU..except be more rude with both the Gupta sisters.. she may believe what she heard but there is also Arnav's behavior towards Khushi and Shyam that will matter to her..
      Nani is quick to judge Arnav but loves khushi so i think she will give her the benefit of doubt..
      Akash will have a big role to play in how Payal's knowledge of the engagement is received.. she has already reacted like they did have an affair..things dont look too good in her world..
      With Arnav..one thing is clear..kidnapper or not..he knows that guy has wronged his wife and thats what will matter for now...but if the spoiler is to be believed..Khushi tells the family about Shyam and Arnav slaps him..then he must know he is the kidnapper (am assuming!!)
      Everyone is gonna be super mad at A when the 6 month contract thing comes out coz MU or no MU..they all will be scandalized that Arnav could do something like that..of all ppl to K!!
      The way i look at the Raizada's is..they are used to this one guy managing their lives..getting everything done for them..you know "haan Arnav bitwa hai naa sab dekh lega" types..that could be why they dont really question everything or look for info..esp with Arnav..he is quite and doesnt like ppl butting into his business..they have always been oblivious to the happenings in his world...
      i see a lot of drama in ArHi's life...

      Anjail will cling to shyam.
      Arnav will support Khushi.

      Arhi will have NK, Payal, Guptas.
      Anajli will have Shyam, Akash with the other members concerned about Arhi but forced to side with Anjali for her sake and maybe Arnav will request them to do so.

      Akash i see a fantastic role playing if they go this route.Payal will tell him everything, he will be furious with Payal and Guptas. Arnav will come to their defence.

      It will be a tacit understanding between Akash and Arnav.

      So Akash and Arnav will have a Fake MU of sorts WITH Akash supporting Anjali (I think Shyam will play the fake repentance card)

      So while Shyam continues to battle Arnav ignoring Akash, Akash will slowly show to Anjali the real side of Shyam and Arhi and how the entire family is standing by her should she ditch Shyam.

      Hopefully this happens!

      I am biased towards akshay and akash, you guys know that right:)

    this post and its replies served to lighten my heavy heart.. especially considering the fact that i had to watch the episode today in front of a group of non-hindi speaking relatives and my head-desking husband.(because i HAD to see the 8pm show... not repeats, and not on the net!) i guess at least some of you would know how it feels, watching your program in the living room, while others are sitting around, indulging your wish..(shudder) ...yet you canNOT just decide to watch it on the 'net later...

    and to see such dramatic dadagiri that my relatives are questioning my sanity and my taste in hindi(!) serials.

    1. khushi suddenly forgot how to unlock cars-- again!
    2. khushi remembered to put her seatbelt on, and remove it in time for shyamu to pull her out, though she looked perfectly content to keep on driving with him.
    3. the kidnappers all remembered to wear helmets before driving..
    4. the kidnappers were keeping excellent pace with bitwa's jeep.. but where did the car go? did the jeep have acceleration issues? or was bitwa channeling Dev Anand?
    5. shyamu had random rope and white kerchief lying around in the car..
    6. the kidnappers all waited for bitwa to swerve the jeep off khushi((impressive shot, that one!)), get out, they came in a lineup behind him... even the pillion riders did not jump off and grab him.
    7. the stunt direction was terrible.. turrible, turrible!!
    8. khushi did not even try to get up (i was like, "roll over, kneel, hop").. and then suddenly, she did a houdini..
    9. i did not hear half the dialogues today, because of the previously stated reason, but i did get bitwa using hindi AND english on lallan :D
    10. i also saw the seven goondas transmorgify... into four definitely different people.. still kicking and getting kicked and doing ring-around- the- bitwa and coming up one by one..
    11. bitiya kicked off her sandals.. next frame, they jumped back on..(and i really hope they throw away bitwa's H shoes now..)


    i think the editing team did a TERRIBLE job.. if not for the truly bad editing, the scenes were all good. BUT the last bit was BRILLIANT.. i sat there with my mouth open.. totally forgot my fellow audience.

    sandy, "kyunki aap nihaayati khudgarz aur laalchi hain. Aapke liye paise se badaa kuch bhi nahi hai - na pyaar, na vishwaas, na rishtha aur na hi kiseeka jeevan" WOW... SHIDDAT!

    i have a question.. his FBs were all the times he saved her.. why was the "GH terrace save" not shown? that was the part in the promo, right? instead, they replaced it with random lovescene saves... can someone connect the dots of the FBs??

      Wonderful hearing from you.
      Hope you are having a good time.

      You missed out that bit where ASR shouts "Khushi, Khushi" while driving the jeep. I could've understood if he was whispering to self in anguish, that shouting looked stupid. That was the most cringe-worthy element for me right from the precap on friday.

      On the fbs: They wouldnt've put random love scenes here. Sandy has connected it beautifully.
      Even you noticed that the terrace suicide was not there. I expected a fb of him throwing the stars on the ground too.

      What I felt is, the fbs stop at the marriage. He does not want to remember those turbulent times. May signify that he will give her a proper wedding, or just simply that from now on he will be that husband that she described to her mother.

      Don't feel bad about the stunt. I too had to endure my *head desking* hubby there, I found relief in the fact that it was the best stunt done on Indian television.

      When he said "dammit its not funny", despite the anguish in his voice(BS's voice modulation was fantastic!) i has only one thot...Shweths...ur ASR is here......

    I was wondering what if Shyam tells Anjali that Khushi tried seducing him or whatever and he just went along to find her real motive or something. After all, now he doesn't trust Khushi at all and he would do anything to keep ASR and her apart. Also, based on the story that was built up in last few days about Shyam and Khushi at RM, all the other ladies of RM will suspect Khushi of infidelity.

    Will ASR believe Khushi? Please do.
    And where was NK? Khushi did talk to him before Shyam interrupted. Shouldn't he be worried and go back to the restaurant and trace Khushi to the second address?

    anyway..i really liked the ArHi's scenes..the fight scenes..well...it was obvious none of the shots connected..looked very unreal...didnt work at all...
    where did Shyam go? to pacify the agitated wifey? he better not get away with all this...

      We all have gone mad. Even I have got into the habit of last minute surfing of R&R just before going to sleep...and that irritates my hubby like a hell.

      ...and it is not just IPK, it is Dia's R&R that is the main culprit :) I never used to visit IF or any other such sites but since last six months I just can't help having a glimpse into R&R several times a day...Pure addiction to R&R. I am a management faculty and utilize the session break to write research papers and designing new courses...and the only research I could do this summer was on IPK. God help me!

    There is a song in the movie "Blackmail" *ing Dharmendra Rakhee which has a scene akin to current track in IPK...running away from goons....

    I was reminded of it becos of the song but the picturisation of that song is really funny....listen to the song but don't say i didn't warn about the laughs that will follow....*ROFL*talk of tough positions.....I remembered it during that box scene when bitwa-bitiya were RVing..and then the hutwa scene....
