Quick update
Stalker caught ... but is he the real guy?
Paro expresses confidence that no one can hurt her as long as Rudra stands between her and danger.
Is he her husband or bodyguard? Where is the passion?
Mala says the same thing ... her pride in her son ... maybe she had no hand in his upbringing, but she's proud of him nevertheless.
The great thaw has begun.
Shatabdi comes to the Ranawat haveli for a quick recce ... is Samrat worth her while or not?
I hope she ends up married to Sumer ... that would be a good comedy of errors, and Mohini's struggle to deal with this DIL would be epic fun to watch.
Calling Maithili a cow? Like, seriously? The writers of this show need some lessons in what constitutes good comedy. Sumer calling Maithili a cow was disgusting ... not only is she his older bhabhi, but she's always been more than good to him.
Sumer is beyond redemption :(
Paro giggles with Mala over preparations for Rudra's birthday.
How do Paro and Mala get over the danger and the attacks on Paro so quickly? Wish they would show some fear, some tension in both women ... absolute trust in Rudra is all very well, but some fear would be more natural.
Rudra sulks that everyone has forgotten his birthday. And Paro enjoys his bafflement. The whole family is in on the secret, and they all enjoy Rudra's sulks.
Six months ago, this situation would probably have been in real, not in fun. Everyone would have forgotten, or not been allowed to remember. What a difference six months, and one slip of a beautiful girl, make. Now they all remember, but pretend they don't ... and Rudra is annoyed and puzzled ... no one remembers? Not even Paro? Not even Bapusa?
Even Aman has forgotten. And to make matters worse, Rudra gets called to the border ... just as he gets a phone call.
Apparently the stalker he caught is NOT the real guy after all.
Precap ... was scary and mysterious ...where is Paro? Where is the guy? Does he really shoot at her? And what's all that business about love and hate?

For once, watched the episode on time. It was a light hearted episode today. Not so much violence. Btw, I read somewhere that the new villain has been signed till the end of December. Does it mean that the show is not ending in September?
ReplyDeleteAnd it is Rudra banna's birthday today.... His birthday is on July 31. I remember it so well, because it is Harry Potter's birthday too. Also, he is a Leo, which explains his personality to a great extent. :P :P But, in the episode, Bapusa says it is 4th of July. A Leo became a cancer. Sigh...... :( :(
Shathabdhi express arrives at Ranawat Asylum. Sumer was a delight to watch. May be it is too early to predict, but the Samrat remarriage track is the only track that has been taken forward at a normal pace, without boring the audience.
Ladies... let me be honest. Watching RR these days is like watching any other serial. I mean... I can feel the difference. I got the same feeling when I tried to watch Diya aur baati hum and IPKKND 2. Eventually, I gave up. Let me hope that doesn't happen to RR.
So, the villain makes an entry next week. I guess he would succeed in creating misunderstanding between Paro and Rudra. May be, leading to separation track? Like a typical Mills & Boon book. Not sure. Will have to wait and see, how the story unfolds.
Hi Madhu-Mitha, I read Vishal's interview too, he said he was working on this project for now and had already signed up for a movie role which he begins on January next year, so I think till then he will be working for RR.
DeleteBut how long will he play his role or for how long this serial will run, again TRP maata ki kripa se hi hoga, hope they are going to dish out something interesting with this track, because they already have established a nice parallel track with Maithii & Co. This has the potential to do well if they make it well!!
Hello Morning Breeze, thanks for the clarification. :) Hope we get to see this show, till the end of this year. Talking about the TRPs, the overall rating for Colors has gone down. Even JDJ had a low rating last week. And the new Ekta Kapoor serial has got the lowest rating, which is supposed to be very unusual for an EK serial. That's what I read in the net. I was watching a couple of RR episodes from the wedding track. The haldi rasam and the one in which Rudra takes KcM's slap for Paro. Man, the difference in intensity between then and now is so glaring. If people prefer dumb tracks over intense ones, I really pity the so-called TRP audience. :( :(
DeleteThis track might have the potential to do well, but the CVs have heavily dumbed down Paro. Atleast they could show her a little scared or cautious. On the other hand, she seems to be very happy thinking that her husband would take care of her all the time. Maithili's track is consistent. May be because of the growth in her character and the timing is also convincing. I know this is a little crazy. But I want the Shathabdhi express getting hitched to Sumer. It would be fun to watch KcM trying to manage both Sumer and Shathabdhi. Would be a good lesson for KcM for messing up everyone's lives.
@ quote, But I want the Shathabdhi express getting hitched to Sumer. It would be fun to watch KcM trying to manage both Sumer and Shathabdhi. Would be a good lesson for KcM for messing up everyone's lives.- That's what I am betting on too!!!!! ;-))
DeleteBy the way speaking of Ekta's new serial you must be referring to Kumkum Bhagya right? Have you watched it? Well I am not surprised its not doing well, that serial is mishmash of all Ekta Kapoor's serials so far, and more closely resembling Kasam Se, its a been there, seen that, done already plot/khichdi, so simply, its tasteless. :-/ Kya din agaye hai RR ke?! now they are competing with league/ group of serials. :-(
DeleteNah... Nah... I am talking about the colors one. Meri aashiqui tumse hi. The TRP is better than RR and BI, but still low for a EK serial, it seems. I don't know about other serials' plots. I watch only RR. :D :D
DeleteOh okay, the new serial Meri aashiqui tumse hi is Ekta's? Now I din't know that, I don't watch it anyways ;-)
DeleteToday's episode was even better than yesterdays.
ReplyDeleteAs expected Rudra manages to catch the villain or so he thinks.Relieved that all is back to normal again boy they are in for a rude surprise already
The Sumer-Mohini-Shatabdi scene/ filler was really boring, I did not find it funny whatsoever, referring to Maithili as COW indirectly or directly is simply not funny, period.
Dear tractor dil wala Sumer, it never does you any good to support your mother in her evil deeds, because you end up paying for them everytime, and why do I have a very strong feeling you are going to land in hot water soon!!
I know that some people in IF were... how do I put it? ...Not okay with the CV's showing that Rudra is eager for his birthday wishes, its probably true the Rudra in earlier episodes may not have but the one now is certainly interested, Paro is the main reason for this. Saying so I loved the whole thing where he was anticipating wishes from everybody and they were confusing him with their dialogues :-)) Best one was When he turns around excitedly thinking that Paro was going to wish me and she gives a big smiles and says Bathi bujayiye na! LOL. ;-)
Alas everything was going way too smoothly, and it ends with a dreadful phone call, Cant wait for Monday finally Villain ki muh dikai hoogayi!!
Another attempt on her life and Paro continues to dwell in lala land......'cos she knows "nothing bad can happen to her because Major Saab is around" ???? go figure...............her happy go lucky expressions are beginning to even rob the stalker of his creepiness............... and calling Mythili (or any woman for that matter) a cow? So not done!
ReplyDeleteCVs - please come back to planet earth .............
Forgot to add, so far I was thinking that the stalker wants to hurt both the couple more so to Rudra, even his call today to Rudra was to taunt/ torture him that's what I felt, Paro is Rudra's weakness ( She is his strength as well ),and the baddie is aiming for that.
ReplyDeleteBut after the precap I am confused, so is her after Paro's life because he feels like a jilted lover or bus avain bade bade line maar rahatha?
"bus avain bade bade line maar rahatha?" ------ ROFL MB - that's hilarious!
DeleteYippieeeeee....... I was right 😀. The new entry is varun's brother. :D
