I wanted a scene at night where Khushi looks at her bangles and remembers her Arnavji ...
I got that and more ... she remembers him, he remembers her ... and the dhak dhak is contagious. What's more, they're not even fighting it any more ... :"> :"> :">
Arnav remembers his Di saying 'Saansein ruk jayengi" ... he remembers chasing after the ambulance, thinking he lost her ... Khushi ... dhak dhak ...
She looks at her bangles, remembers his anger, and sees belatedly the worry behind it ... the worry when she cut her hand ... and he got her the bangles ... he did?! She could never have imagined that just a few short months ago ... a smile breaking over her face as she looks at them ...
Another of my wishes came true ... wanted Arnav in casuals, rather than the ridiculous three piece suits he wears all the time ... I liked the purple sweater and pants ... very smart! Hate to mention this ... but Barun badly needs a haircut! :))
Loving Khushi's new hair styles these days ... the half bun with hair over one shoulder was really sweet and made her look so pretty, yet casual, as though she'd just tucked it up to keep it out of the way while working. Nice touch!
The first happy Rabba Ve ... with the mutual eyelock, the soft smiles, the simultaneous realization and acceptance ... :"> :"> :">

Loved the first scene ... I was a bit surprised actually at Arnav's realization happening so soon ... I would have thought he would fight it more, and not accept it straight away ... the acceptance seemed too quick and peaceful. Now with the new promo, that part is explained, but I wish they had taken that scene much slower, with far more flashbacks ... the one with Anjali saying 'saansein ruk jayengi' was definitely appropriate! Liked the way the Dhak Dhak came in for Arnav, and then transferred to Khushi as he said her name ...
Khushi's realization, her soft wondering, then the dawning of happiness ... this one was better done ... she hasn't actually realized it's love yet, it's more about "He likes me! ... enough to worry about me, to buy bangles for me ..." so the entire realization of love is not quite there yet ... but her heartbreak from Diwali is slowly healing and she's starting to trust that yes, he won't be so mean to her again, he does care for her ...
And Sanaya looked like a dream in that soft turquoise blue suit with her hair open ... her eyes soft, dreamy at first, then lighting up with that smile ...
Next morning, RM - I liked Mami's sari ... gorgeous, although frightfully heavy, but hey, she is the groom's mother! ;)
And again enjoyed NK as he loses no chance to visit Khushi, but this time Arnav is into action faster ... finally!!! :) "I'm taking the shaadi ka joda, I'm going that way too" ... not even bothering to hide the fact that it's an excuse, which NK picks up immediately ... :) and complains, "At least find your own excuses, copycat!"
GH Arhi scenes were beautiful, dreamy ... :"> ... Arnav lands up, Buaji and Garima are pretty hopeless as hosts, don't even introduce him around, can't manage to find two bits of polite conversation ... no wonder Arnav feels uncomfortable! Loved the way his eyes start searching for Khushi ... he gets up to leave and his ears latch on to Khushi's name ... :) and he promptly moves to find her ...
And loved the next scene where our Jalebi Bai is scurrying around, busy as a bee ... does no one else in the Gupta parivar do any work at all?! And Arnav watches her so fondly ... as she rushes around, tasting here, checking there ... this was another scene on my wish-list - check :) Loved the look in his eyes as he stares at her ... that smile in his eyes to die for ... :"> his girl ...
She feels her dhak dhak, the gust of wind reappears ... and they look at each other ... and keep looking ... and those smiles :"> ... Rabba Ve ... as they walk parallel to each other, together for once, looking at each other for once ...
The first parallel walk in the dargah - parallel, but neither aware of the other's presence ...
The second walk in the temple - parallel, with the barrier of the platform between them, both looking away from the other, paths parallel but distanced by miles emotionally if not physically ...
The third walk on the cliff - parallel, bridged by Payal-Akash, stealing glances at each other, not together, yet not apart ... their siblings' bond their tenuous link ...
The fourth walk - parallel, eyes locked, hearts reaching out through their eyes, soft smiles ... apart, yet together ... dreamy, utterly dreamy ... Arnav and Khushi in love, and not even trying to hide it ...
And Khushi as usual, so lost that she gets herself into another problem, she feeds the pattals to the cow ... none left for the guests ... and she promptly blames Arnav for her absent-mindedness ... a blame he is remarkably eager to accept, and explore ... "why my fault?!"
"Because my attention ..." oops, not a good idea to admit that ... what did she just say?
And he's tickled pink, delighted, so her attention was all on him, was it? Time to explore that a little further, and fluster her in the bargain ... he so loves the flustered, embarrassed blushing Khushi ...
"Khushi, why exactly is it my fault?"
Then he takes pity on her with her latest problem, and gets down to sorting it out for her as usual ... a truckload of pattals to replace the few she lost ... never let it be said Arnav doesn't do things in style ...
She has another problem, her waiters have disappeared too ...
Half the episode was on Shyam sabotaging the brakes of Anjali's car ... so little fanfare on this latest murder scheme - so is this one actually going to work? To some extent, that is ... because obviously, Anjali is not going to die ...

but i loved last mights episode.....right from Arnav's dhak-dhak....yay..so he has a heart afterall....hehehe...to the way he snatches the joda thaal......and fixes Nk with the decoration work......to getting a tempo full of patal....ArHi were good.....Sanaya looked so cute and homely...and Arnav liked her this way too.....a punch in the face to the people who wanted khushi to become sophisticated just for him...
Why was she the only one to serve all the wedding guest.....even if Bua and Garima can't help....aren't there other relatives to atleast assist her.....but then we wudnt have got that rabbe-ve hai naa.
so finally Arnav remembers Anjali's words and realizes that he had a saanse ruk jayeng situation out there....

We have always seen Khushi retrospect and Arnav being more of introvert, though chances of him retrospecting any thing were less, I was really really hoping that one day Arnav will retrospect himself and try to do math about what is happening between him and her. The same words which had ignored when Di had said "Sansien ruk jayengi.." he realized it today...he went through so much trauma in last few hours...that his sansein hi rukgayi literally..and finally when he does his math...he gets his own share of Dhak Dhak and acidity. If CVs had also shown him feel Dhak Dhak when he sees her at home or when she smiles at him, maza aa jata. Now that Arnav babuva has felt his pehala pehala dhak dhak, it's only fair to show that, he also feels when he sees her too....what say? Does this mean that Arnav has his realization now? I had always thought Khushi would have her realization first.
Khuhi thinking over bangles and Arnav's reaction....she is finally over Diwali fiasco? Has she moved on? Seems like she has accepted him...
Arnav overhears and finally knows where his lady love. I must say Sanaya was looking very pretty in simple hair and simple dress.
Arnav watching Khushi work and then the smiles they give to each other were so cute! This must be the first Rabba ve where they both smile at each other. I liked that fact that they still had their small arguments....about eating with churi and kante....which will always remain with them.....
"Execue me ?? meri galati??Tumne khilaya gaay ko and ye meri galati kaise?"...."Per dhyaan tho...." she doesn't complete her sentence....Naughty Arnav puts her in spot again by asking "Khushi, tumne bataya nahi...meri kya galati thi??"...
The things such as Kushi still wearing those bangles, Arnav beating NK saying I AM also going that way, Arnav looking for Khushi when he visits GH, Arnav ordering truck load of patta plate...were so romantic..
Shyam's plan will go for toss for sure...Since we know from SBB/SBS that Arnav/Khushi are continuing their romance at wedding also....

So looking forward for Dia/Shwetha's post and today's episode.
Bad news new promo is out, it seems arnav decides to tell her why farak padta hai and he overhears khushi shouting at Shyam, why dont you leave anjali?

Deepa: That is soooooo their song. I hope they show it in the show..though I think marjawan might come first on these two. They used marjawan beautifully on Prithvi -Damini, so maybe with arhi too.
I think he might end up hurting Anjali a little bit ( I am sure nothing bad will happen cos anjali's faith in DM will protect her)
I am curious to know what is next? Would Anjali push for their engagement, What would Arnav do next? Would he trust Khushi?

also read on IF.... that GH said it will be a storm and we will hate the cv's for this, but its good for their story in the long run......

The big suspense is will Arhi get married, how long would it take Arnav to figure out Khushi is a victim here too and both of them jointly working together to expose Shyam.
Hey Shwetha......in that case, I am a total hopeless and negative person.......cause i feel ASR's mind is so complicated........he is still not over his parents death......i feel he will never be able to love after this bomb is dropped........and when he realizes his mistake, khushi will be too broken to forgive him or give him another chance.......

Trp dictates that they won't be separated for long. The first round she would try to pacify him. He would go all nuts and then realize she was as much a victim as Anjali is. So this time he would go all out to manaofy her.
In all this hopefully, Anjali would start suspecting snakewa and better days would be ahead.
3-4 weeks at the max. Let us see and hope for the best.

ReplyDeleteI haven't updated yet, because have been out, but just to add something ... I watched the repeat, and one thing struck me ... Shyam was pretty open with Anjali this time ... because he was so confident, maybe ... he spoke about maafi and alvida ... if Anjali gets hurt and then survives, won't this ring a bell to her later?
Now we're very sure that Anjali is not going to die ... from the new promo, my prediction is this -
she might get hurt, Khushi comes to know from Arnav that this is the third time in recent days that she was in danger, so she puts two and two together, and accosts Shyam ... and that is what Arnav overhears ...
and he decides to marry her to save his sister's marriage, because he thinks Khushi was encouraging Shyam to leave her ... and deceiving him ... and we all know Arnav stops thinking when he's angry ... so no hope of his figuring things out immediately.
And Anjali is the one who starts putting two and two together after those puzzling words of Shyam ... only problem is, she might also misjudge that Khushi and Shyam were in cahoots together ... unless she is sure that Khushi loves Arnav.
One of them - either Anjali or Arnav HAS TO have faith in Khushi ... but after a rocky interval ...
Another guess is that the Arhi marriage happens, with Nani and Anjali thinking it's love, because they already figured Arhi were in love ... and Arnav and Khushi hiding the truth about what happened between Shyam and Khushi which Arnav overheard ... Arnav then slowly re-falls in love with Khushi, or (my prefernce) manages to ferret out the truth ... or, as this is SP, and heroines are Devi Maatas, Khushi manages to expose Shyam and prove her innocence.
What say?!

ReplyDeleteI am guessing (buri aadat what to do, lol), anjali gets hurt pushes for Engagement/shaadi after Payash marriage. He agrees, decides to tell Khushi overhears the convo.
He proposes marriage misunderstanding insisting they get married with Payash, R family & G family agree, Khushi senses something is wrong and then hell breaks loose.
She tells him the truth on confrontation, he does not fully believe her..and hate/gussa whatever and like you said refalls in love with her with who knows cliched she gets really hurt trying to save Anjali and dimaag ki batti jali for arnav why would she risk her life for anjali if she had bad intentions.
I don't want Khushi alone in exposing Shyam..Maybe initially but later Arnav has to join the war too, though maybe he won't let khushi know that he is with her and when the moment comes, he exposes truth.
Remember in LNMDJ how prithvi finally came around...something like that I guess, considering it is the same writing team.
Dia do update whenever you can and the promo date is 10th feb..so I am guessing that is a Friday..the cliffhanger would be him overhearing that..a.nd who knows next promo..Arhi marriage on 14th lol.

ReplyDeleteGeetu, don't worry *hugs from me too* ... this is the original story na ... it had to happen this way ... no good love stories can be simple and uncomplicated ... not screen ones, anyway! Arnav HAS to misunderstand Khushi in the beginning ... no way can he be understanding from the start! Hopefully he will understand later though ... this PH made Geet, where Maan did understand all of Geet's issues and support her after he found out ...
And if this is to come only on Friday, my guess is that the Payash marriage will either take place, or be happening when this scene happens ... so we have three days at least of romance ... hayee, my heart is going dhak dhak at the thought of the upcoming tension already! And maybe then Arhi marriage will take place the same day if Arnav loses his cool completely ... now I can't see them dragging that too much, unless we're all on the wrong track and there is no marriage ... :(
I agree with Shwetha, though ... TRP baba dictates that Arhi separation will be very short if it happens at all ...
I just saw SBS, the end bit had something on upcoming OMG scenes where they said, Khushi Kumari Gupta is like ek anaar, teen beemar ... but the one jiske saath her dor will be tied is not hard to guess ...
Dor will be tied? Another hint for Arhi marriage?

ReplyDeletethe thing is I never connected so much with Maan's character so didn't feel the pain so much....not even Geet's character....
and i watched a few episode, and was wondering how they will play it as she having younger brothers baby and in love with the elder bro, seemed like a big complication...according to our society......but they played it quite cool i assume.....though i didn't watch it later.....
SaRun here makes me feel the pain more......and the fact that ASR's character have been sketched so nicely.......that he has not been happy since last 10 years, and just now he was starting to feel the love and happiness is hammered so much in our minds....that we instantly feel what pain he is gonna go through......
though m not a Barun-drooler.....m sure he is gonna act it out very well, and make us feel it even more...
gosh, m already dreading Friday.....
btw...did Maan have a painful past or something, cause he looked quite angry to me...but never felt the pain.....also didn't watch the serial properly, so never got the whole story........
as for IPK.....i have got addicted and gone too far down the line...have to keep reminding myself that this is just fiction and ASR and Khushi are just fictional characters.....this shall become my chanting mantra now :P

My comment was based on that, but I have no idea how long it took for him to trust Geet or his own pain etc ...
Arhi are different ... I really feel their pain and their love ... shit, this track is gonna be tough to handle! :(((

not sure if it will be premature at this stage but after seeing the promo - reading spoilers on the forum, reading teh post on passion becoming junoon, one part of me wants asr to remember what la said as she was leaving - "if u find love, grab it with both hands and never let go" and also "love is much bigger than hate" - someone made a point on how teh last time he did not trust her it resulted in her sister's wedding so this time perhaps he will trust her to prevent his sister's wedding from breaking? what he may not dois tell her why "fark padta hai"

ReplyDeleteFinally saw the promo...man oh man!! it hurts..we all got dropped from Himalaya. Seriosuly I has to remind myself like Geetu, this is just fictional....I am scared for the fact that our lives have become so obsessed with Arhi...
I think, the fact that he is bit changed, he might think that last time he didn't beleive her, he might very well talk to her. But gone are Arnav days for some time now...we are heading back to ASR ways.....

Deepa : It hurt badly, didn't it ? gosh i cudn't eat lunch, i was so depressed....but felt better after talking to Diya and Shwetha.....me too wanted Khushi to confide in Arnav after maybe receiving a proposal from Anjali....but i guess that doesn't hold much drama........

In MJHT, from the same cv's, the Valentine's Day episode was the MOST painful one and so was it's aftermath ... so let's enjoy the romance this week, guys ... next week, we will all be in tears. And Sanaya is excellent at emotional scenes, from what I've seen of Barun, he's equally good ... so there are going to be floods for sure ... am already feeling depressed at the thought.
But this HAD TO happen ... Arnav's realization and acceptance has been just too quick, he doesn't know anything of what Khushi has been through ... so it had to come out at some point ... as did the Shyam truth ...
as Gargi said, this is fiction - they WILL end up together ... just hope the cv's don't make this very painful ... not for too long!
I think this track is essential to build their trust in each other ... for the first time, Khushi has started looking at the man behind the mask, started understanding him, understanding that he does not disclose his deepest emotions easily, in front of others, she has to learn to read them ... he has understood her better in may ways, because she is an open book, but she is yet to fully understand him ...
and he is yet to fully trust her and believe in her ... he has to lose his insecurity that she can ever leave him, he has to develop faith that whatever happens, she will be there with him, by his side ... ready to put up with the worst of his anger, because she understands the pain from which it stems ...
