6/9 - Epi 336 ... Abhi Na Jao Chhod Kar

Thursday 6th September

Updating briefly ... two things struck me today ... one, Arnav's flashbacks, along with the fb's of Anjali crying over her baby and then asking for Shyam to be brought back, the third fb was of Shyam saying he loved Khushi to the point of madness and only Anjali stood in his way. So maybe, just maybe, shatir dimaag of Arnav stays in gear and he feels that Anjali's life might actually be in danger, and also as long as Khushi and he are not married, Shyam is more dangerous for Khushi as well. In that vase throwing scene, Khushi seemed to be uppermost in his mind ... he just might have let Shyam come back for Di, but Khushi was the deciding factor - he could not let Shyam back in the house because Shyam was a danger to Khushi.
So the possibility of Arnav making a deal with Dadi might surface - okay, Shyam comes back, but only after Khushi and I are married.  Di gets Shyam, I get Khushi. And then maybe he walks out with Khushi ... he cannot let her stay with Shyam under the same roof ... SHIDDAT!!!!
(But then story might finish ... so things won't be so smooth sailing, unfortunately :( )

Secondly, I was worrying that Arnav had MU'ed his dad and thus Dadi's position became stronger in the Arnav-Dadi face-off , that if Arnav was wrong once, he could be wrong again about Shyam ... but with the fb of Dadi-Garima, it became very clear that whether Arnav MUed his dad or not, Dadi definitely MU'ed the other woman. So Dadi was definitely in the wrong then ... and will be proved to be in the wrong now, about the other woman, as well as about Khushi. And the chances of Garima being Arnav's mother might have increased slightly ... but then, Khushi cannot be Garima's sister's daughter ... she has to be the daughter of either Garima's close friend, or of the woman who tried to hide the Garima-dad relationship and lost her life doing so, and therefore Garima adopted her after her parents died for her sake.

Anjali ... when she was begging Arnav to bring her Shyamji back ... if once, just once, she had said, I want to GO TO my husband, instead of ranting all the time, bring him back, I would have felt more sympathy for her. As it is, currently her manipulative nature just grew worse and her greyness deepened quite a few shades ... this is deliberate, knowing, cunning manipulation ... even the way she fainted and then was chanting Shyamji, bring back Shamji ostensibly when almost unconscious seemed all part of the act ... could not feel any sympathy for her at all.

Till now, I didn't think Arnav would get angry with Anjali for anything she did ... because it was like part of her mental imbalance ... but for this, I hope there is a sibling rift ... Anjali deserves a very rude awakening not only for being so blind, but for deliberately deceiving her brother who she can see loves her unconditionally. And I hope Arnav is so hurt that for once he is the one to distance himself from Anjali ... till now, whenever he got mad, she was the one who stopped talking, distanced herself, threw tantrums and he always came round to cajole her ... this time, it needs to be the other way around, when Anjali realises how utterly stupid she has been to believe her husband over her brother.

Loved the Arshi scenes today ... 'mat jao' ... awww ... both remembering their mehndi at night ... Arnav needs Khushi so much right now, he needs her desperately by his side, especially as all the other members of the family are turning against him slowly ... And love the fact that even with Di in so much pain and anguish, he is so tuned to Khushi all the time ... picks up her tears through her smile straightaway, and knows it was Dadi's doing.

And so far he hadn't mentioned Khushi's role in the Shyam drama because he didn't want Dadi to know Khushi was the other woman ... well, now it's clear Dadi does, and blames Khushi completely ... he might as well fill in the details and tell her how Shyam faked an engagement ... everything else Shyam can lie about, but how exactly can he explain that he willingly agreed to put the ring on Khushi's finger? It's not like Khushi had twenty goons standing behind her forcing him ... there were four women and one paralysed man ... is anyone to seriously believe they could force a strong able-bodied man into an engagement? What kind of MU could Shyam use to explain that one? That he mistook the engagement ring for a raakhee?
But of course, Dadi is so brainless she would swallow even that ... just to prove that she is right.
Dadi seems to have an agenda of her own ... she failed fourteen years ago to save her family, now she is hell bent on rectifying her mistake. Should have thought she would be more worried about saving her grandson rather than a grandson-in-law though ...
