Manav's ILU sounded more convincing in CC's thoughts than on his face! And CC's confession was far more convincing ... as were her expressions!
She looked adorable!
And Farhan's expression improved after that first scene ... so hopefully once all he has to do is to look adoringly at CC, and not much else, he will be tolerable.
(Am ignoring that 'my heart is broken' part ...I want to forget it!)
Uma Ben keys up her chamchis to protest against Hitesh's perfidy in sending his parents for chaar dhaam yatra and using the opportunity to fulfill his own wishes .. in direct contrast to filial son, Shravan ... and is successful ... her chamchis are all ready to stop the wedding the next day.
Ishq Wala Love ... as CC and Manav recall their confessions, CC with the most dreamy look on her face, Manav with stupid smile ... oh well, most guys look quite stupid with that moonstruck expression ... Farhan is no better. If only they would show more of CC, rather than him ...
CC interrupted in her pleasant thoughts by Simple ... Farhan by Ranjana ... again, they should stop these mirror image scenes, they show up the difference in acting levels too starkly ...
CC- Simple get Purvi ready ... Again a sweet scene where the girls get alternately emotional and teasing ...
Uma Ben on the warpath ... umm, eating breakfast ... Himanshu arrives and UB takes the opportunity to do some more ferreting out of information on Manav's girlfriend ... Himanshu informs her that things are progressing well, but Manav is getting very impatient, so he told the girl ...
Manav makes very timely interruption ... what he told the girl is left unsaid ... so UB asks for a lift ...
Manav declines, UB is even more suspicious, he's never said no to her before ... she needs to step in there ... but after stopping Hitesh's wedding.
In the court room ... gang of seven getting ready for the wedding, and UB arrives ready to stop the proceedings ...

Farhan's interview got me really annoyed with the PH more than anything else ... they seem to have given no thought at all to the male lead ... after signing Sanaya, they upped their ante and got Supriya, and a very good supporting cast, most of which is from their previous successful show ... WHY couldn't they spend some more time on choosing the male lead? And even more, HOW did they pick this guy? Of ALL the actors who auditioned, he has to be the worst! I saw one five min clip of Varun Kapoor, he was far better ... why didn't they take him? Or Viraf ... he does look a bit old, granted, but he would have been great, and he had already worked with Sanaya and got along well with her in that aborted IPK track that never was!!! Why pick this idiot?!
ReplyDeleteOh well, this is the last I complain about him ... from now on the real story between Sanaya-Supriya will start ... hopefully all FK has to do is gaze adoringly at CC and keep his mouth shut ... chalega!

ReplyDeleteI was waiting for ur post.....thanks for putting in words which i do feel abt the PH regarding ML. But i really feel bad for Sanaya , whenever Fk comes with her now a days. She once told the difficulty working with a BD in romantic scenes.... i think in the IV with Gul.... Sorry to say but i remember that when i watch her with FK . Now i'm also waiting for the real story to kick start.....
It was okay, when CC screamed because I love you, I felt Sanz was screaming this is how you do it dammit!!! Oh whatever, chalo waiting for the dhamaaka today, wonder if UB will see Manav and what will Manav .............? (He is not yet a bitwa, not even a dikra, so what should be the suffix be added to this guy??) DO?

ReplyDeleteLakshmi ... *rofl* I guess you're right, Sanaya got used to doing scenes with BD's ... she must be remembering her days in IPK, and just trying to pretend he's a BD! In fact this one was less close than the hut scene - me too felt like telling FK ... bas, no closer please, that's Sanaya!!!
Shweths ... so true!!! She must be telling him off screen ... show some emotion, dammit!!!!
Let's what happens now ... UB is gonna find out that the love of her not-so-dikra's life is CC! Dhamaka starts ... now!!!
