13/8 - Epi 163 ... Bonding

Wednesday 13th August

Quick take -

I loved PaRud ... seeing Paro back, in a new flashback, pregnant, demanding imli, demanding and receiving pampering by her Rudra, laughing at his singing ... that was the best scene. Such a joy to see her back.
And hats off to Sanaya ... two different characters in the same episode, and they are so clearly distinguishable from each other ... she slips from one to the other effortlessly.

Loved all the family bonding moments today ...

Rudra with kids in the car, remembering Paro and telling the kids about her ... and the adorable flashback :)

Myrah with the kids ... asking them about the mirchi, telling them to listen to parents, and later watching a movie together ...

Koel-Dhruv serious discussions on Myrah ... and Rudra overhearing ...

Rudra listening to 'heli mhaaro Ramji' and remembering Paro ... Myrah watching ... Myrah had better not do anything to that recording of Paro's voice. Maithili and Rudra ... again Maithili his biggest support and sympathiser.

Precap - Dhruv-Koel again ... Dhruv wants Myrah to stay with them, Rudra overhears ... no anger?

Myrah-Mohini ... Myrah is still under the impression that Mohini is a servant, and Mohini is allowing it. How the mighty have fallen! Massage for Myrah?!
Mohini wants a catering order from Myrah ... Myrah again turns her down.

More settled episode ... no slapstick comedy today that had put me off so much yesterday ...

The news about the ending of the show is depressing ... apparently the ML of Uttaran has tweeted that Uttaran has got a mini extension till Sept. Does that mean Uttaran will go off and RR will stay? *fingers crossed*

    How much do you wanna bet that Myra is gonna learn 'heli maari' and sing aloud and then bada wala dhamaka hoga :-0

    And I am almost sure that the ringing bell that she hears are her falling for Rudra, even Myra is left to figure that out yet and go EUREKA!! :-/

    All the flashbacks today that Rudra had, his opinion about Myra,I don't see him falling for Myra at all, the poor guy is in a standstill, its like the seven years haven't healed anything, his wounds are still raw :-(

      Glad to see rudra like that. May be I sound too idealistic or impractical. After giving and receiving this kind of love, it would be difficult to replace that person with anyone else. Kudos to AS and SI for portraying the perfect soulmates to perfection. A little worried about Dhruv. Rest after watching the episode.

      Me too, don't see Rudra falling for Myrah at all ... he is still very much in love with Paro. Myrah, from irritating and annoying him, has started to amuse him ... that's all.

      The PaRud scene with pregnant Paro eating imli made my day ... and fortunately, the comedy was much less slapstick. Watchable episode.

      Poor Mohini. I wish the CVs had kept her sarcasm intact. I didn't like the killer Mohini, but she was superb in the initial days. Especially her interactions with Rudra and Dilsher were really good. Atleast I liked them. Now she is reduced to a joker inside the family. Must say that her acting is still good. The leap has really watered down Rudra and Mohini. Toning down Rudra's personality is understandable. Because he is a father now and the only parent to his son. But Mohini???

      Agreed. They have really messed her character. The constant kit-kit between her and Shatabdi is very annoying. Useless distraction.

    Beautiful episode. Loved it. There is nothing between Rudra and Myra. Nothing. He cannot forget Paro. Really hope Myra does not do anything stupid with the song recording.

      Ditto Archana. Why do I get a feeling that she might break the phone or atleast pretend to break it? Just to get back at Rudra. Will not say anything until I watch the episode tomorrow. I really wish Rudra explains about his wife to Myrah and sends her from the haveli. For Dhruv's peace of mind. Well, if he does then there is no story at all. But he assures Maithili that he will take care of Dhruv. And what about Myrah's wedding plans? Is she doing all the planning in her room? I guess we will have to wait for one more week (or two?!) to meet someone from Myrah's side. The kids are really cute. Trying to figure if Dhruv's mom has sent Myrah to them. Even we would like to know that. :D :D Or is that Paro herself? Fingers crossed.

      Not sure how the CVs will further Myrah and Rudra relationship. For sure, they will not take the logical way of keeping them friends forever. It will be either Rudra falling for Myrah or vice-versa. I don't see Rudra falling for Myrah. Atleast so far. Frankly speaking, I want him to remain that way. But why will Myrah fall for him? Totally confused. :S :S :S

      There was nothing between them today. Nada, zilch. He was just laughing at her and she was mad at him. No chemistry at all. Not even a look. Maybe we should thank the bells.
      Like Dia said - I am glad there was no bad humor. I can't stand that.
      So Myra is going to wear a lehenga for Janmasthami and floor Rudra! WTh!!!
