Mohini is one confident vixen ... and desperate when cornered. Next week things should be interesting.
First scene was nice, the rest was a pretty TRP oriented episode ... I enjoyed it, with Paro taking centre-stage and daring Mohini to come clean. And Mohini actually eats the laddoo ... what a woman!
So Paro tells Rudra he has to learn to help himself, instead of just sitting and grouching, and leaves him to it ... but keeps a watchful eye on him from outside. And Rudra, maybe spurred into action by her words, which held a sting, tries ... tries ... and manages, after a few abortive attempts, to get one piece of apple to his mouth ... his left hand aiding the right.
So when you lose something, remember what you still have left with you.
Ashish and director ... that was probably the worst piece of acting of a paralysed arm that I have ever seen. Hands and fingers don't tremble when they're paralysed, they are STILL.
Maithili tells Paro what she has learned ... and the girls try to decide how to expose Mohini.
Back home ... Mohini welcomes Rudra with ulta aarti ... Paro steps in straight away ... putting Mohini on the back foot, wondering at this new, confident, suddenly aggressive Paro.
Paro wants to help Rudra in ... he growls at her as usual, that he doesn't need help ... so she soothes his ego by saying she's the one who needs help ...
Rudra is such a grouch!!!
And the dinner table was all about exposing Mohini ... first by putting her on the defensive by Paro refusing to let Rudra eat what was served by her ... then tasting it herself ... then bringing out the poisoned laddoos and challenging her to taste them.
Interesting ... only Sumer stood to defend Mohini. Neither Samrat nor Danveer.
Danveer finally snapped and told Mohini to taste the laddoo ... to put his fears at rest ... interesting way of putting it. So Danveer believes that Mohini's greed can drive her to these lengths.
Rudra stayed quiet ... only intervening to admonish Mohini not to call his wife any names. Watchful, alert, listening to everything going on ...
And Mohini finally driven into a corner, eats a laddoo ... that was a shocker. So will Paro be thrown out? Will Mohini get away with this?
The precap was even more shocking ... Mohini is trying to hide the effects of the poisoning.
So again ... will she actually get away with this?
Very TRP type episode ... the fort was held by Paro and Mohini ... able support by Maithili.
Rudra had nothing much to do ...he didn't even look too shocked at most of Paro's revelations ... but he did look well rested ... and good in his white kurta :)
Danveer was good ... effective.

I nearly fell of my chair with incredulous laughter at that scene............honestly, I do wish they would get someone of Arshad's calibre on board...................Sanaya was a treat to watch as always.

Why was there a BD for Ashish today?
when the quack doctor said, his hand will heal in 1-2 weeks automatically, why is that issue being forced by Paro.?
It is not as if he has a mental block as to using his hand, he just cannot cos of a medical condition.
Has Samrat undertaken Baalkaato vrat, got a cool haircut in return for some dialogues?
When Paro said to Maitli, we will not tell the family, will wait till we get concrete proof - What changed between then and now?
They don't even seem to have lab report plus is rudra really unaware of the BSD investigating Kyonki Laddu main bhi kabhi Lohay ka churma tha kissa?

BD for Ashish? I didn't notice ... but I did notice the BD for ... of all, people, Maithili! Look at the welcome home scene for Rudra when Mohini and Paro do the aarti.
DeleteParo is not forcing him to use the right hand, she wants him to use the left hand. He has lost the use of his right hand, but he still has the use of his left. Analogy being ... look at the positives, see what you have, instead of crying over what you have lost.
But Rudra has to force the issue ... are bhai, wait for recovery to happen as and when it does ... you can't force your hand to move just by will power in such cases. That was SUCH an unconvincing scene!!! And his fingers were moving all over the place ... very poor acting there.
Ah well, so many medical bloopers, what's one more!
Yes, I also wondered that ... why the hurry to expose Mohini, that too, without proper planning between Paro and Maithili? Why not wait for the written report ... after all, they have actually submitted the evidence for testing ... might as well wait for the final report to come in ... that will be damning enough.
Rudra doesn't know anything about the BSD investigation, I think ... did he even know he had been poisoned? Paro took him to their room to change ... did she tell him anything about what she had discovered? Why was he so quiet at the dining table?
Darn ... when Khushi spent three days exposing Shyam after the kidnapping, I was hoping against hope that it was a plan between her and Arnav ... and that fell flat. Now I'm hoping again that Paro did tell Rudra everything, and that's why he was so quiet ... he only interceded to tell Mohini to stop doing natak and eat the laddoo, if she wanted to prove herself innocent.
Just read in Ashish's interview that he has already started rehearsals for JDJ ... so Rudra's quiet during the Paro Mohini confrontation was the same reason as IPK ... urrgghhh!!! Darn ... I hope he can balance the two shows ... I will be most disappointed if he sacrifices RR for JDJ ... and since he also has BW aspirations, it's very possible.
DeleteThe only good thing is that if he DOES go missing at any point, I think ST and the channel will replace him without a fuss ... and he hasn't become that popular that there will be too much of a fuss either.
Of course, that doesn't seem likely as of now ... he does seem more dedicated to the show, and more grounded than BS, as of now ... let's hope he stays that way.

I too noticed Rudra's BD. As Dia pointed out, it was a trp episode. Hope the laddoo track will come to an end within 1 or 2 episodes...

DeleteSorry, girls, had a hectic weekend, trying to get my trip into order, so was missing. Have you seen the pics of the Nagpur promotion trip, and Sanaya's new interview in a Nagpur newspaper? Awesome interview ... this girl is so frank and straight forward ... she doesn't mince her words at all, and she speaks from ehr heart.
I was so glad to see that she doesn't regret a single one of her characters, including Chhanchhan, despite the show not doing well. I loved Chhanchan, I could relate to her so much and I was really sad the show didn't do well. And of course she knows very well that Khushi was her biggest hit, and she is proud of it ... unlike some other people I could name :(
Also Ashish's iv with Raj Baddhan ... though that was boring ... I was only interested in the Sanz parts. :)
