Tuesday 4th June
OMG ... hero has brains!!! And they are not in cold storage or in Siberia!!!
Of course, this was all a plan by Chhanchhan and Manav ... and yes, Manav didn't need to be persuaded that Chhanchhan was innocent, he was sure anyway. And he suspects his mom straight away ... a guy who is NOT a blind maa ka bhakt ... wow!!! Heck, this Manav is a really nice guy ... wish Anuj would enter fast, I could actually like the guy! Chhanchhan is more trusting of his mom, he doesn't trust her at all.
Umaben all happy that her plan has worked, and busy planning Manav's wedding to the girl of her dreams ... rest of the family upset, for Manav more than anything else, although Manthan does manage to throw in a snide remark about fixing rishtas in too much of a rush.
Chhanchhan's family all upset, dad angry as heck ... his daughter's name has been dragged through the mud after all ... they go to talk to Chhanchhan and find her surprisingly calm, though pensive ... for once, a heroine has cut through the emotional drama and got to the root of the problem - someone is trying to break the ChanMan wedding ... first thing is to find out who the illwisher is..
Manav glowers at his mom all morning, and leaves in a huff ... meets CC in the park ... and of course, they are in this together ...
and the plot unravels rather quickly .. they find the MIB, Manav chases him and beats him up ... FK must have enjoyed doing that part
and MIB cracks and spills the beans ...
CC goes back home where her dad is almost cracking up with worry ... and reassures them ... mission accomplished, problem solved, culprit found ... and tomorrow the mastermind will be unmasked in front of Manav's family ...
So the scapegoat has also been found ... presumably the father of the girl Umaben was planning to get Manav married to ... tomorrow the beans will be spilled and Umaben will slither out of a sticky situation again ... but she will have to give in for the marriage this time ...

Am glad they are rushing through this track so we can get to the actual story. Don't understand CC's secrecy with her family though. Oh well! next week can't come soon enough. :)

DeleteAgree with you Enkay, wonder why Chhanchhan kept her family in dark...of course she will not tell them that Manav suspects his mom, but the rest of the set up she could tell. So, tomorrow will be "parda faash". Uma Ben will have to agree for the marriage, after she gets out of this sticky situation. Manav's instincts are on alert vis-a-vis his mom, bodes well for Chhanchhan and their marriage. Quite a twist for a saas bahu genre.
Manav has brains and he is not going to be inconsequential in the story after marriage, I think, so good we are getting a better actor. Hope by next week the new Manav enters.
I did not get disappointed with FK today again, I guess the anticipation of getting a new guy has blinded me to faults. I am rather enjoying this race to the wedding.
So, next week naach gaana will be back and looking forward to seeing Sanaya as a beautiful bride with her new Manav.
Hope we get a promo with the new guy by end of this week, so that everything is confirmed.

If we get the new guy or promo by Thursday, what a strange coincidence it would be because IPK started on that date two years ago and hope some of that charm rubs off onto Chhanchhan too!
Another trivia, TC had asked their tarot card reader to predict future of CC ( that's how hyped this show was) according to her the show will take some time to pick up and Sanaya will gain more popularity...are we near any turning point ;)

Agree with both of you ... wonder why CC did not tell her family the truth ... would have thought she would set their minds at rest.
DeleteUma ... ghee shakkar for you, and loads of chocolates and pastries too :))) Now I hope the new promo or the first glimpse of Anuj comes on Thursday ... and this show repeats, if not the same success as IPK, but at least, generates a decent run and lots of positivity for Sanaya. Judging by Manav's turnaround today, he is not going to be an Ahemji, or even a Suraj dikra ... he will be a more contemporary hero, like CC is a contemporary heroine, so it is good we're getting a better actor. While I didn't mind FK today, I still feel he has a long way to go.
Someone showed me that prediction for Sanaya and Chhanchhan just recently, and we discussed the same thing ... slow start, time to pick up and then Sanaya gaining lots more fans after this show. The same lady had predicted Sanaya signing a new show in Feb, which is exactly what she did. So yes, hope this is a turning point of sorts, the buzz has picked up again and it is positive, excitement is there over the new lead ... let's hope all goes well for the show and for Sanaya now.
