INTENSE!!!! That's the only word for today's episode.
Paro's desperate, intense hatred of the marriage rituals, her panic about the mehndi rasam ... her hatred at the idea of marriage to the Jallad ...
Today's episode - I'm left only with the picture of her teary eyes staring at Rudra ... eyes filled with hate, stubborn defiance, and a terrified hopeless helplessness, as he forces the mehndi on her burnt palms.
Rudra ... the Jallad. Unforgiving, unbending ... man of stone. He may be upset that she hurt herself ... but the honor of his dead soldiers means more to him than her pain.
Ashish was fantastic ... but today's honors go to Sanaya. She made me feel every agonizing minute of Paro's helplessness and fear ... her pain and anguish at the impending rape of her soul.

Any idea if we are headed for a maha episode? or will Mahashivratri be extended over a week? It seems to be the chosen day for fireworks by everybody.

These were the mehndi SBS/SBB? Will watch tomorrow ... I've stopped watching the segments, they give away too much of the episode.
DeleteI have stopped watching them too.. these were the 11th and 12th march SBB segments about the tawa fry and the henna lep.
Deletei dont watch them before hand.. this i browsed today morning. and honestly, watching the making of the story reminded me that it is a story... these actors are fantastic, they make you feel things too deeply while laughing their way through 'work'..
I know! I watched a couple of the BTS segments ... the episode on air is so intense ... and these guys are laughing through their takes. They are really fantastic actors.
