Paro tells Dilsher why she didn't use the opportunity to run away. Of course, she wouldn't have, for story purposes, but it was good to have it explained. She's still scared of Rudra's threat.
And Ranawat Sr agrees that Rudra is capable of carrying it out. Thereby justifying Paro's position.
Dilsher and Danveer discuss what is to be done now, after the whopper Dilsher told. Fortunately for Dilsher, Danveer knows who Paro is ... saves Dilsher having to tell any more lies. They decide to leave it to Rudra ... he created the mess, let him sort it out.
Paro said something similar too!
Mohini don't like eye sax. No wonder she doesn't have grandkids yet. Poor Samrat and Maithili!
Mohini does not like Sumer ogling Paro ... the moment she heard him admiring her, she went storming to throw the girl out.
Another big drama by Mohini kaaki-sa ... first stalled by Dilsher, and then, much to his relief, by Rudra.
But Mohini kaaki ain't done, not by a long shot ... she is determined to use the opportunity to throw Paro and with her, Rudra, out. Calls to his better nature, to her status as elder, even to Panchayat, don't work ... she finally draws blood with the threat of the BSD.
And Rudra realises he has to do something, or Mohini will blow Paro's cover to smithereens. So sensible decision is to retreat ... for the moment. With Paro, of course ... after all, she is his prime witness.
How cute was Rudra when he heard that Paro was his fiancee?! He was like, when and how did that happen?! I like the way he made sure to ask her who made up that story!
Do they have rooms or not on their side of the haveli? Sunehri has a room, but Samrat and Maithili don't?
And Paro knows her Rudra already! That was a very hubby wife conversation they had outside the haveli ... Why are you angry this time? Because you didn't get your way?
Why did you stand quiet when he said you were my fiancee?
Are you going to stop your nakhras and get on this thing or not? You managed to get on top of a cupboard without any problem!
And the little tussle about tying the strap of the helmet ... another flash of defiance from Paro ... she seems to find her tongue only with Rudra!
And the last shot ... Paro Rudra and mirror again ...

For a haveli of that size, one would think that there is MORE than enough space for both families PLUS the business without anyone even having to set eyes on the other..............but logic ke boatwa ko intergalactic mission par bheja hai.... so must not consider such angles in the desi soap world :)................ otherwise Kakisa will have noone to sharpen her rapier on .... and we will be bereft of her witty dialogues... ;) ... speaking of which, did she not drop any pearls today?
ReplyDeleteDiya and Aki, Mithali and Samrat have a room, did they not have scene there this week? I think it is Mohini kakisa's exaggerated zinger and her focus on the part of the house that is cordoned off by Rudra.

Yes, they do have a room, but is Mohini still forcing them to sleep in the courtyard? Why was Maithili folding the bedsheets out there?
DeleteAki, Mohini had some zingers, but they were lost in the after-effects of the last Parud scene :)
I only remember Paro asking Rudra ... why are you angry now? Because things didn't go according to your plan, or because you lost out to her?
And Rudra flummoxed, and angrier still, because she hit the nail on the head!
Today Paro had the best zinger!

ReplyDeleteEnjoying the show a lot, each and every character so far has a purpose and most of them are good actors. The only character I have not warmed upto yet is Sunehri. I like the pace of the show too.
BTW, I am a bit nervous about TRPs, more so because Sanaya mentioned it couple of times. Apart from Chhanchhan I have not watched any show from start to gauge how long Sanaya's successful shows took to gain numbers.
The reviews have been good and the show is gaining online popularity, so wonder why it is not reflecting in TRPs. Keeping fingers crossed.

For the first time, an upward trend for the entire week. Let's hope for the best ... I feel the pace has been decent this week. Although nothing much happened except for the Paro exposure to the family and the fallout ... and also the Thakur and Thakurain coming to know that Paro is alive ... actually, that's quite a bit for a daily show!
Sunehri ... I will give her some more time ... she has had barely a couple of scenes, and she is a very average actress. Next week, if the Thakur and thakurain come back into the picture, there will be more drama. Hopefully the TRPs will improve further.
