Second post, because there are too many pics. I thought we would get very few pics, since both bride and groom wanted this to be a private wedding ... but I guess Sanaya is just too big for her wedding to be private. Media was there in full force!

Hope its not another badly executed ek jashn. Though I heard gul will be helming this series,barun needs to improve dot.
Itd be better if they lock him up in a room and make him watch all the episodes till arshi 's remarriage. Same goes for akshay too,rewatching his own scenes.and this time want naniji ,nk and guptas to return (not aarav, never liked that track.)

DeleteYes, I read the article, am not happy about it for many reasons ... and also I don't believe it's wholly true for many reasons too. I think there is something on the cards with Sanaya and Barun for sure, SBS has mentioned it twice, and SBS is quite reliable for Star news. But whether it will be just more of the Jashan series, this time on TV, or whether it will be a full fledged show, don't know. For me, it doesn't make sense to make a finite show for one month ... even finite shows are at least 6-9 months long. SKR on Star Plus is slated for 150 episodes, which will be extended if they get the TRPs ... that's the kind of length a finite show does ... not one month, especially if it's a daily.
And there was another article about SP making all their daily shows 7 days a week from mid-Feb ... which means this won't even be a weekend show. So it's all very confusing as to what will actually happen. We just have to wait and watch ... it's actually been just ten days since Sanaya got married, not even that ... so this news may be premature. She is definitely in talks with SP, she may even have signed a contract with them before the wedding, since she did the AB Sr show and Jashan for them ... but I think we have to wait for the final news.
As for Barun, he has lost his looks and his acting chops ... he needs a major refresher course. And he needs to drop the bottle, he seems to be a major alcoholic, or well on the way to becoming one. I am not at all excited about seeing him with Sanaya ... I want a much better, more dedicated actor with her, who will not dump the show and run the moment he gets a better offer. Once bitten twice shy ...

DeleteMade a new post, wrote quick reviews. I'm watching Tamanna these days, may start writing on it.
Don't know when barun became an alcoholic ... or if he is one. He definitely has some issues ... you can tell by his loss of weight and looks, and his puffy eyes in so many pics. I saw him with a beer bottle during Mohit's baraat and that was at 5 in the evening ... which is pretty early to start drinking, especially at a wedding, even before the pheras are done. I guess his acting and his voice is also gone because he hasn't worked for so long, plus the guy is a smoker. He has really made a train wreck of his career ... I am hoping against hope the news of a new Sarun show is false ... because he has lost both his looks and his acting chops ... but the rumors are quite strong. Just hope if he does do a show with Sanaya, he can get his act together, that's all ... and not dump the show halfway again, like he did the last time. Or if he does, they carry on without him ... like they should have done the last time.
I haven't had time to watch baahubali ... it's still on my list! When I do, I will write my thoughts :)
