Have missed Tamanna the last couple of weeks, so I'm catching up with the recorded episodes ... reached the point where Dharaa is slowly beginning to find out about her students. Her father is so sensible and wise ... Dharaa needs him around, she tends to react very immaturely at times.
Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke ... the FL is still bad, but yesterday's episode after Sona's accident appealed to me on many levels ...chiefly the way Dev, while worried sick, never lost sight of the biggest problem facing Sona ... arranging blood ... and the way he went about it ... and the way they showed it. (Will ignore the minor detail that arranging random donors would take longer than arranging blood from even a distant blood bank, as they did bring into conversation that the hospital had tried everything possible). Tina is sweet ... I think she is realising Dev's very soft corner for his mom's nutritionist!
Also the stories that Dev told Sona about the little boy ... all the struggles he went through in his childhood, why he grew up so early ... wonder if Sona will remember any of that when she recovers. If she does, she will understand Dev so much better than anyone else ... maybe even better than his own mother.
Ek Duje Ke Vaaste ... liked the terrace scene ... chemistry still needs to improve, especially from the FL, but the ML has improved tremendously. One detail I liked was Ramnath's cautionary note to Shravan ... 'be careful, Suman is the grand daughter of my guruji.' Also liked the way the two ladies, mamiji and Masi, took Suman aside to talk to her about the pictures, and didn't blow her up in front of everyone.
The situation is very sweet ... Shravan and Suman slowly re-establishing their old friendship, but both have feelings for each other which go way beyond friendship. The bitterness, the angst, the hurt, the feeling of betrayal ... built up so much over the last ten years, has finally been put behind them, with the settling of the court case, with working so closely together over the court case, with looking out for each other's families over the repercussions of the case ... slowly they inch back towards that familiar, that comfortable friendship ... much easier to call it friendship and go back their old familiarity, than to face and accept that it is now something more.
